Hare Krishna Gurudeva mi esposo y yo deseamos se encuentre bien de salud, le escribo para contarle que estoy por iniciar estudios en Bhakti sastri, mi esposo me a brindado mucho apoyo para lograr esta meta de mi vida y continuar desarrollando mi vida espiritual. El curso es online en Cultura del Bhakti fue recomendado por muy buenos devotos en Mty. ahora mi vida en el hogar y mis hijos e logrado encontrar tiempo para estudiar y me encuentro muy entusiasta :).

Mi sadhana a mejorado en casa y gracias a Krishna el negocio está creciendo de manera favorable para la prédica y distribución de prasadam, mi esposo está muy feliz de verlo en su visita a Cdmx. y con las bendiciones de Krsna esperamos viajar en Diciembre en México para su visita.

Le comparto que a principios de Agosto se realizó el 6to festival de Jala Yatra en Monterrey se llevaron 4 botes lleno de devotos en el Paseo Sta. Lucía, fue muy hermoso ver el cariño de la comunidad que a tomado a este bello festival. gracias por sus instrucciones y bendiciones para continuar la misión de Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu <3 por el momento son las nuevas noticias que tengo para usted.

Desculpa, muy lento para responder. ¡En menos de dos semanas hemos pasado por Nashville, Londres, Madrid, Guadalajara, Madrid, Barcelona y hemos tenido programas con el Embajador de India, el jefe de Antropología de la Universidad Complutense y el Centro para la Ciencia de las Religiones, etc.!

¡Tu noticia es muy bonita! ¿Has comenzado Bh. Sastri? ¿Qué libros estudias primero? ¿Qué orden de estudio? Respetos a Gadadhara y sus hijos y los devotos.

Sería muy agradable verlos a todos en diciembre. Espero que todos podamos participar en el Maratón de una manera feliz.

El festival de navegación es super. ¡A Radha y Krsna les gusta mucho ir en botes!

we are thank you for having daily SB classes online...

we waited for your letter on node 10448, so to ensure that can we increase our rounds from four 10 sixteen.

we then on this ekadasi increased them to 16 ourself. however we are finding imbalance in life. but dont know which is better 16 rounds or imbalance..

our reading is average 30 pages.....we are reading e book.

nothing much to report..

we have one question:

From Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur schedule available on internet it seems he did not give family time either sankirtana or household activities...

manier times we have heard from you, if family members can sit togher and do chanting, then there is no need to leave home.

can you reconcile two statements.

HpS - Hare Krsna. Wrote whole answer and then lost it in the internet failure. Is 1 AM we are sitting in the kitchen closet with the potatoes and ghee. INternet is here.

If you can do 16-rounds for two weeks great. Don't fail and if it is too much then make another standard next time.

Know us and trust us as we are. We are just trying to represent Srila Prabhupada as an Acharya to you. We are not a Founder Acharya. Only half perfect disciple. Clean the earth off of us and use us to connect to him.

Hope your family life improves. You seem to have a pretty good wife.

Bhaktivinode Th. life from the internet seems good to me, but I think it is difficult to understand without Srila Prabhupada's interpretation. May not even be a completely accurate picture. Eg. maybe it was his standard during Kartika.

Also hundred years ago, more, in Orissa. Maybe husband and wife only met to talk morning and evening and longer on the weekends. Maybe ladies had their own Kirtan.

Our ISKCON standard as far as I know is nice morning and evening program for everyone and then working as Sankirtan partners in the Sankirtan movement.

one update-- we were discussing with a devotee about verse 4.34. from that we understood that we have to follow one person whom we trust and inspired. yeah it seems for us its yo..

As you asked us to chant 4 rounds, we chanted minimum 4 rounds during these 14 days. we do feel guilty that we dropped the level from 16 rounds. we dont know what is in store for us. but as blind man follows, so do we..

moreover we found that our chanting 16 rounds were for our ego/self concept, not for your pleasure , or Srila Prabhupada or Krsna.....We have been self fish, thats the problem of when one prefers to stay alone generally. ...

everything is on plane of mind (accept/reject)..anyways thats what we found out..

you asked us "Next report tell us about how many nice gifts you got for Mataji"

we had big quarrel with Mataji (espousa) where we were very very critical. Then she stayed outside for around 12 days. Moreover what gifts we can give her, its difficult to find out.... because she wants peace over gifts. We can not give her peace because we are just hanging on somehow, not knowing where to go or what to do ( firing bullets in smog). the degree of uncertainity seems very high. only solace is that Parikhshith prabhu ji seems to be enjoy rituals of Spiritual life much more than us..

What was the benefit of the Japa vrata (if any)

japa helps us to stabilizes our vatta rog, head spinning reduces. it helps us to be on contact of Parampara.

as we have reduced japa, we are now able to hear different devotees on topic of internal strengh/ husband wife etc...crux of discussion/classes is

1. people think " i need heaven for myself, i dont need to change myself much"...
2. need to raise level of consciousness so that problems dont SEEM as big they are.
3. live and let live...
4. VDAD (vaisnava das anu das ) identity is much more important VAD(Varna asram ) identity... hope we can stay on this platform...

En la universidad me dieron un libro de Prabhupada “El Upadesamrta” fue mi primer contacto con los libros del sakirtana, recuerdo haber hojeado el libro, como desojar una margarita, esto sí, esto no…., sin la debida preparación para abordar esos libros, pero algo que no olvide fue que Vrndavana Dham, era el lugar más elevado. Mi primer correo fue [email protected], mis amigos me reñían por tener un nombre tan grande e imposible de recordar. Cada mes en Damodara oraba por ir al dham, y pensaba que de ir en algún momento sería en Kartika, donde se multiplica el servicio, pasaron tantos años, en un momento sólo en mi corazón quedó Vrndavan, al diablo con todo: la política, el administrador, los envidiosos, los títulos, el empleo soñado, el matrimonio, mis argumentaciones, mis prioridades, saquemos provecho de mi karma, mi cruz, mi bendición. ¡Voooooooooooooooy! Todo colapso, no había más esperanza de ser feliz, siempre huí de tener una vida convencional, me parecía insoportable.

Para llegar hubo mucha purificación, mi querido Krsna hizo los arreglos para que llegue por medio de la competición, cada sol, cada sudor decidí que sería de la distribución de libros, en agradecimiento a Prabhupada, mi mejor Jefe, intenté ganarme sus bendiciones de esa manera. Después de estar unos días en Mayapur, el clima de Vrndavana me pereció perfecto, ver a las deidades del mismo tamaño de Radha Madham Bihari, me trajeron familiaridad, cada darsan es como una clase de pujari, del arte de cambiar, de todas las deidades Balarama me hipnotizo, nunca había visto una deidad de Él en un altar, pero creo que la misericordia en Sri Krsna Janmastami la dio Radharani, nos permitió estar en primera fila en su altar, cosa que no suele pasar, por pura suerte, pensamos no ver el abhiseka, ya que el templo estaba repleto.

Mi sueño era estar en India en el mes de Kartika, luego lo pensé mejor y quise estar en Janmastami en Vrndavan, y así fue. No es un lugar ordinario, no puedes lucir zapatos sin lodo o evitar la transpiración en demasía, no puedes estar distraído o una riksa, mono, vaca, te dan el encuentro, debes estar siempre atento.

Prabhupada y Krsna prepararon todo para nosotros, los visitantes. Me encontré con bellas personas hispano hablantes que me traducen las clases y me acompañan a doquier y me llevan a lugares sagrados, hasta el sitio donde vivo es seguro y hermoso, me siento muy bendecida, en muchos templos dan comida gratis, tomamos la que no pica, así sobrevivimos, hoy no pudimos salir por la gripe, llovió mucho en las fiestas y entre ventiladores y lluvia, ahora podemos descansar y escribir, el clima es favorable para sanar, como decía el Acarya.

Es un lugar para la contemplación, la gente es simple, feliz y piadosa, pueden hacer largos viajes y pasar muchas incomodidades sólo para glorificar a su amado Kaneya, en su aparición.

Por favor Gurudeva deme sus bendiciones para que se me revele el Dham.

 Usted me preguntó en la última carta si todo estaba claro acerca de la lectura del Guru Tattva. Mi respuesta es : si esta todo muy claro Maharaja . También le comento que he estado llevando a cabo mis servicios en el templo responsablemente, igualmente con mis rondas y siguiendo los principios. También sigo participando en el grupo musical con Prabhu Tejas en los recientes festivales en el templo , así como en la conferencia que Usted dio de la educación y lo sagrado, en el mes de Julio, son experiencias muy bellas . Se que vendrá a México en Diciembre, y saber que contaremos con su presencia me llena de emoción .

Madre Asta Sakhi me informó que el 31 de Julio Le entregó en el aeropuerto la carta de recomendación de refugio para bhakta Héctor y para mi, su sirviente. 

 Le agradezco mucho que pronto estara nuevamente con nosotros.

HpS - Hare Krsna!!!! Srila Prabhupada estaba ocupando todo nostros en esta movimiento de purificacion personal. Esperamos oir mas de Vd. durante el transcurso de su servicio, y esperamos encontrar en Deciembre.

It was so wonderful meeting you in Houston. In spite of traveling for two months, you were going full steam with programs in Houston. We were tired just traveling with you to all those places. We felt it was too much travel for you, especially going from one place to another in very short intervals.

We feel so fortunate to live in Dallas because we are able to get so much of your association. We have also kind of settled into the community here. The mood of the temple here is so much focused on big festivals. This year's Janmashtami and Prabhupada's Vyasapuja were one of the best I've participated in.

I am chanting my 16 rounds and following the principles. I have a few rounds to catch up and will catch up soon. Divya and I are reading Bhagavatam together. We just started reading Devahuti and Karma Muni's section together as per your instruction. We are also reading Bhagavad Gita everyday with my parents. We are in Chapter 8. We hope to complete it before they leave to India in November.

We were struggling to find a study partner to systematically study Prabhupada's books. Finally, we found a devotee family in the community who was willing to do it with us. We decided to get together and read once a week every Monday. We have started reading NoI. Please bless us so that we keep up the enthusiasm and continue doing it for our purification.

HpS - Great! Today is the anniversary of NOI. Offer it a birthday feast!.

I took your advise and spoke with Srinivas Prabhu about Samskrita Bharati course. He was very kind in encouraging me to enroll in their course. I have enrolled in the course and have attended a couple of classes. I can now ask someone's name, tell my name and count to 10 in Sanskrit :) I hope and pray that I can use this education in my sankirtan.

ASA - Mama nama, Tom Brown, bhavatu nama kim?
