Daily/Saturday SB (7.6)

Here we are in our briskly chilly room in Manipur with moderately tough stomach ache. We are scheduled to present lecture etc. from 7.30-11AM then again from 3.30-4.20PM. We tried to reduce it with firm argument but it seems that we would have to resist being physically carried to the Temple by our own physical struggle not to go, so better to surrender and die preaching SB.
One of our highest priorities is this Saturday morning, ASA, ABC, Sanga. Thank you.
We hid and listened to the class given by Srinivasa Swami and comments by everyone. Very enlightening. Here in Manipur there is caste consciousness that one must be born in a Brahmana family to do certain things, I think even be a first class devotee of Lord Caitanya. I will give the first class today on chapter six.
We were interested in what M. Sundara-Radhika Devi Dasi thought about Srinivasa Das' comments about with good b'cari training one can easily renounce his family life.

We had about one hour meeting with Bala-Govinda Das and Toshan Nimai Das while they were in Kolkata for Radha-Nathan Swami's Mela. Then they went to the lecture that we gave at the Asiatic Society and were very enthused to see that we can present this culture and philosophy to the academic heads of society. They are two of Radha-shyama Prabhus most prominent leaders.
We can go ahead (with Srivasa, Anantarupa das et al?) to see about co-operating with ISKCON Pune in these Bhakti-Vedanta studies and accreditation.
We will read Chapter Seven and next week join live on line!
We are dying to get back to "our country". on the 8th, but when we are intelligent about it we realize that it will not give the relief from stress that we are seeking.
We just have to accept that dying in position is the only relief and happiness in this material world.
