         HPS - ASA -  AGTSP..  paoho.   Suffering like you in this material world and from our lust and pride, but shamelessly taking as much mercy as we can get from Srila Prabhupada!!

After five month in Bs As mandir,  I'm in the temple of Chicago now! Sri Sri Kishor Kishori are beautiful.

             ASA - Jaya!!

There is a good group of devotees here. My sadhana is good as in BsAs. I'm studying deeply the Bhagavad Gita again. In July I will start Bhakti Vaibhava course.

             ASA - Who is teaching it?

We have, with Gokulananda Prabhu, two months and a half before the summer ends for connecting all the latin people in the neighborhood and establish programs as bhakti-vrksas and namahattas. Then we will open a school of bhakti where they will be educated in the principles of bhakti and Vaishnava lifestyle. Afterwards we want to expand to other areas. So we are trying to work nicely.
Any chance to seeing you here in the U.S.? Although I can't travel now because I just arrived, I don’t know if they going to give me the permission to do it, but, may be the next year. Well, that's all for now.

Sí, ésta conversación puede ser interesante para muchos devotos. Llevo casi 14 años en administración España (Nacional y Local). Pienso que tenemos buenas normas (democracia).

Todos los devotos pueden participar en las decisiones si reúnen estos requisitos:

.- 16 rondas hare Krisna hare rama

.- 4 principios regulativos ( no carne, no pescado, no juegos, no drogas, etc)

.- Aceptar autoridad GBC

.- Leer los libros de Bhaktivedanta Swami

.- Hacer algún servicio en armonía con autoridades locales (Templo) o tener un Centro de Predica propio.

Todos los devotos que hagan esto pueden elegir y ser elegidos cargos. (Los cargos se renuevan a los 4 años normalmente). Así que todos pueden participar de la dirección del Yatra. No hay ningún tipo de exclusión.

Los devotos que no se  ajustan a esto pueden participar con sus opiniones pero no pueden decidir (votar). Pienso que es un sistema bueno, aunque también puede mejorar.

Estoy de acuerdo con usted que primero son las relaciones vaisnavas y después  los arreglos administrativos. Para tener relaciones vaisnavas buenas tenemos que volvernos buenos vaisnavas (no es tan fácil): Buen Japa, 4 principios estrictos, mucha lectura vedas (libros de Prabhupada), mucho sacrificio, mucha obediencia  a devotos expertos ( gurus o prabhus), etiqueta vaisnava, etc.

Los maha-bhagavatas tienen relaciones muy amorosas y entre ellos  ( con lagrimas y muchas emociones), y relaciones muy misericordiosas con los demás; los devotos buenos (madhyama) tienen relaciones muy buenas entre ellos, son muy correctos y ayudan mucho a las personas y devotos sinceros, y a los envidiosos procuran evitarlos ( a veces echarlos). Los devotos neófitos no sabemos relacionarnos bien ni entre nosotros ni con los demás, no podemos distinguir quien es devoto y quien no lo es y vemos muchos errores en todo.

Los arreglos administrativos nos pueden ayudar a situarnos en un sistema social para que vayamos progresando en nuestro desarrollo vaisnava, forzándonos a permanecer en nuestra posición natural y circunstancial. Nuestro bhajan ( rondas, principios, etc) define nuestro compromiso con Prabhupada  y su Misión Misericordiosa (ISKCON). Si nuestro bhajan es de mucha calidad lo normal es que nuestro compromiso sea muy fuerte, porque nos volvemos mas humildes, mas agradecidos y también mas misericordiosos.

Esta es mi propia experiencia (no es absoluta) en los años que llevo practicando y haciendo servicio administrativo en iskcon.

No quiero hacer las cartas muy largas. Dejo esta reflexión aquí. En la próxima hablaré del amor desde la perspectiva administrativa (que también la hay). Cuando considere que mis intervenciones son muy largas o muy continuas  me lo dice y rectifico.

Gracias Gurudev por la ayuda que nos presta inspirándonos, desde su posición, a tomarnos en serio este maravilloso proceso.

                HpS - ASA - AG AG To SP....  Thank you.   We just had time to get emergency repairs while we were in Tennessee for one week.  But six times better than last year. We are like 90% recovered after two weeks whereas it took three months last year.

...there are many things to write to you all, but we write only a few.
i. We bought "True Psychology, by Swami Abhedananda, Pub. by Ramakrishna Vedanta Math, 1965." It gives a very nice summary of contemporary pyschology. This time when you will come we will give it to you.

ii. in node 3054, ur grace wrote we are getting ideas all the time. from where does these ideas come from? we r asking them because we can many ideas and dreams, they are mostly anti bhakti.

            HpS - This is a question?   Your grammar is not quite clear. "we can many ideas". Do you mean, "to us come many ideas"?          They are coming from Maya.  "mattah smrter jnanam apo..". We want to forget Krsna so that we can think of ourselves as the Big Doer, so Krsna supplys these anti-bhakti ideas.  Maybe we want to become devotees, but a lot of our desire is that we will be the Greatest Devotee and get all the fame of Radharani.  In Vrndavana they will chant our name, "Jaya, Dasa!".

iii. we met anant rupa prabhu in delhi this May. there is some change in plan for phd.

iv. maharaj, gradually we are realizing it is our mind which creates most of the problem.
as we remember u said "if person in wrong sociological environment-- he will have pyscho problems." we are struggling with anger/violence a lot though frequency has decreased. but still not zero... we have gone to 4 counsellor/pysch in 7 years one of the basic problem which is highlighted "we dont mix along with people easily" and"we dont have friends". i dont understand, in such condition should we ever think of getting initiateted.

            HpS - Certainly. Vibhisan and Prahlad were Raksasas, man-eaters, by birth, Karma...  but they became great devotees. This is your problem. Somebody else mixes with people VERY easily. He is a natural leader, inspires people, but he is so lusty that he is not even satisfiec with hetersex and has homosexual catastrophys about every five years also!       We all have our Karma. It is good that you are identifying it and then you can purify it to serve Krsna.  Go ahead.  All your problems can become big assets. You can become a famous Sannyasis who is feared for his anger by the Mayavadis... Ha!    Ha!    Ha!.........    (After 25-years)...

            HpS - Wow, your grammar is like a zebra trying to hide on a green golf course. I think one of your Karma's is that you are influenced by ignorance, sleep, so you have to focus on doing at one thing right. Can you chant four rounds with full attention and concentration?   Whatever it takes.     Of course this is like lifting heavy weights, hard, hard work, but can you do that?        No, two rounds???     What?          Thank you so much for your association.     Honestly, I am very impressed with your determination...

Mi opinión sobre el blog es que debe ser para "animar" a los devotos, para aumentar "utsaha" (esfuerzo con inteligencia) con buenas noticias, propuestas de mejora (objetivos) individuales y colectivas, etc. La critica (opiniones negativas) deberia ser muy estricta y ajustarse a algunas reglas. Hay un dicho que dice:

"Dios me libre de juzgar a un hermano sin haber calzado durante un mes sus zapatos"

Creo que antes de publicar una critica en un foro público como internet:

Hay que estar seguro de que lo que se publica es verdad.

El que hace la critica debe aportar soluciones y debe estar muy comprometido con la solución.

Hay que analizar bien si la critica va a mejorar  a los devotos o proyectos. No olvidemos que cuando criticamos un proyecto estamos criticando a los devotos que lo estan llevando. (de la misma manera que cuando criticamos  un edificio estamos criticando al arquitecto que lo diseñó).

            HpS - ASA -  TLGASP.  pfanrh.  Si, todo es un hecho.  We tried.. Esforze seguir y predicar esta norma como antes pero somos Buck White, Tom Brown y Tio Gismo aqui con ayuda de HpSwami y nuestro Castellano NO es bien.  Entonces todo el mundo tiene que entender que para nosotros leer las cartas con inteligencia es como Vd leyendo una carta en Portugues.   Ooof.        Tratamos mejorar.  No deja ayudar nosotros.    Esperamos no solamente nosotros pero todos leyen esta carta y mejorar cosas!

En cuanto al Yatra español, creo que vamos en buena dirección y la velocidad ira aumentando cuando el camino se vaya haciendo mas ancho. Mi visión es que los proyectos deben funcionar administrativamente independiente y luego todos los devotos de todos los proyectos debemos reunirnos (mínimo una vez al año) para sravanam, kirtanam, tomar prasadam, preguntar confidencialmente, abrazarnos, hablar con devotos afines de nuestros de nuestros retos, problemas, etc. En definitiva hacer algunos Festivales en común. En Agosto tenemos todos los lideres una reunión con GBC y otros devotos importantes para trazar un recorrido de encuentro y ver que cosas podemos hacer en común.

            HpS - ASA -  Muy bien....  Muy bien.  Pero yo pienso el Consejo Rectorial tiene que tener reuniones como cada dos meces al minimo con los devotos, no?   Y cosas importantes escritos como todos puede trabajar con un vision juntos  y   fijando cosas, proyectos para un templo fijado.  ... "This is our goal until Janmastami and then we will review it all".   Yes.... Vaisnava relacions before Administrative relations.  Administrative, Varna-ashrama relacions based upon Vaisnava relacions. Jaya.  Being DRAWN into this discussion by twenty devotees.  Sentimos que el sendero es muy adelantado como antes progressar y si dejamos ententar no vamos a encontrar mejor situacion en ninguna otro sitio en ISKCON!
