please accept my humble obeisances, All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Am submitting a commentary from a post face-book dialogue with a person disgruntled with ISKCON and they were targeting some specific devotees (?).

In repute, I felt some elaboration on the appearance of the situation versus the sources of agitation might bring some clarity. For your discretion and critique:

Welcome to Kali-Yuga, the age of quarrel and hypocrisy. Sadly, all humanity is in times of confusion and dishonesty. Even obvious solutions are confounded by perverse logic.

Also the Catholic church, Boy Scouts, Olympic Coaches, Private Schools, Uncle Bob... the list goes on in sexual abuses and other atrocities. We are in the worst-case scenario on this planet, add wholesale slaughter and exploitation of animals and we have a perfect storm of suffering.

The only solution to our dilemma is an understanding of the superficial layers of existence and maintaining a proper relationship with our Souls, though here's where vast opinions and methods get misconstrued.

The science of Self-Realization does work and does bring clarity. Getting the information from reliable sources is getting more difficult for as mentioned, this age is not conducive for such education. Regardless, as we are vigilant in defending, we also need to be vigilant from ignorance ascending.

Thank God there are people who pursue these virtues and are able to assist us. The others who are polluted will not help. As mentioned, the onslaught of offenses in many walks of life, committed within institutes we placed trust in is a blatant fact. Knowing this and arming ourselves with intelligence we may fight and conquer such demoniac mentalities.

The trick is in patience versus immediacy. The wheels of justice turn at their pace and karma is not always an immediate event, though it is eternal until neutralized with proper sacrifice. So, those, Saints, Gurus, and Spiritually Enlightened Leaders are all implicated in what we all are in, the Material World.

Place Faith from within to our own Souls, not others' chagrin of perception, for the Paramatma is with us directly and will supersede any external nonsense... now we must face our own nonsense and this is where we need trust in our Faith and those who are sincerely seeking and sharing theirs. (We especial try to focus on this! Thank you, HpS/ASA)

God is in control, give Thanks.

Some subtle cryptic sentences for the author who posted, hopefully, the subtle nuances might bring some future enlightenment. Trying to purge abusive confusions for persons with honest goals and all the while maintaining my meager clarity.

Thank you for your response to my letter. It has inspired a lot of discussion. Planning to talk more with Radhika Ramana Prabhu and Anantarupa Prabhu about ISKCON of Boise and The Hare Krsna Temple corporation in a few days when Radhika Ramana Prabhu is here in Boise. Anadi (TP) has many questions and thoughts on the matter. I’m just a simpleton when it comes to this stuff.

The cultural conquest in Boise Idaho is on its way though. Fixing our selves with the morning program and simply just refusing to give up and always putting:

 "Vaisnava relationships above managerial relationships." This is our challenge.

We also have a strong selfish desire just to have more like minded association, more locals, more life at our temple. I have had visions of devotees practicing mrdanga off in the distance, devotees working on art projects outside, gardeners and lively, radical morning and evening programs.

We had a very cool young bramachari visit recently named Brhat-Mrdanga Prabhu. He’s a disciple of Kalakantha Prabhu and he is one of the leading members in establishing Krishna Houses through out North America. I got alot of his association and we had a very nice meeting with him and Anatarupa Prabhu about having a Krishna House program here in Boise. We have a long way to go but the relationship with him has really developed and he will be visiting Boise regularly and is a great resource, well wisher and friend.

For now I am just working on getting trained to take over Kamalananda Prabhu’s maintenance position at the temple in January. Big big shoes to fill.

Thank you for telling me that Prabhupada considered Saint Francis to be a Bhakta. So amazing. We are so inspired by reading about his life and watching “Brother Sun Sister Moon” movie. Do you think he is more of an avadhuta?

HpS - Thank you. Other devotees also commenting about Boise. One very powerful comment was along the lines of what they taught us in the first year of Engineering curriculum, "If is works, don't fix it". 😃

Of course, enthusiasm is more important than patience, but without patience it all becomes passion! 👻

Seems St. Francis was more on Lord Nityananda's side than Advaita's.

One more letter and go for a walk to Nila-Madhava Temple?

P.S. I would love to work with Jaga-guru Prabhu and help serve his vision in any way if it makes sense. I think there is great potential for the DTC films to be played in independent theaters and small film festivals here. From my own experience in the music world..I may have some zeros that could be utilized.

By Your mercy, this aspirant is currently co-offering the traditional Sunday Program and sweet devotees like Gadadhar Gosai Prabhu, are co-offering the new Wednesday Program at the recently renewed Centro de Prédica Krishna Balaram; a Holy Land for the atmic seekers, as mostly new devotees are showing up by the day to serve the Lord! 

For that service, we do have the blessing of having guidance of veteran devotees, like the venerable Adoksaya Das Prabhu.

Also H.H. Guru Prasad Maharaja visited us and suggested an auspicious weekly day for the new Program (the above mentioned Wednesday), which is running smoothly.

In other subject, we know your travel schedule... but we also believe that everything is possible, so you might consider the possibility to come to Montemorelos once more, to be served by Monterrey México Yatra!🐵🙏🏼

We want so much to visit. Was so magical being there for all the programs, transcendental Dhama, but... but... but... we cannot see how it is possible for our body to make such a trip. Even the 2-hour domestic travel from Tennesse to Texas was exhausting. Amazing, yet good, makes us wake up our transcendental life. Our hear tis always with you!

If that happens, we would be extremely glad to focus firstly on an efficient trip from the nearby Houston to Nueva Govardhan and then, to your next destination, and managing everything in respect of a nice Vyasa Puja, devotee accomodation and broad formalities.

Anyway, servants being servants, we just paid attention to follow your nectarean instructions 🥭

Ahora que llegó el invierno asisten a mangalartik unos 15 a 20 devotos fines de semana más. Pero en verano el templo estuvo lleno cada día.

Por la micericordia de Krsna manifestada a través de sus enseñanzas hago mi mejor esfuerzo para realizar mi servicio con la mejor conciencia posible.

HpS/ASA - As far as we can understand the future we will be in Houston, Nila-madhava Dhama at that time. The date is 11th January, Thursday, and certainly we can have events then and Friday and Saturday. Some are suggesting the formal event on ISKCON property, which can only happen once a year, should be on Saturday.

Seems to be some confusion about ISKCON of Boise and The Hare Krsna Temple corporation.

What if we ask our GBC Secretary to make an official Branch of ISKCON Los Angeles as ISKCON Boise, that has a formal agreement with Hare Krsna Center about use of buildings etc?

Too much?

It is like getting married. It is a formality but not a meaningless formality.

ISKCON Boise needs to make a cultural conquest!

We will look at the photos and hope to hear more about our Temple in Boise and everyone.

H.G. Kalakantha Prabhu was very happy to receive your letter and copy of Tava Pache Pache. I was able to help him with some things around his farm and talk to his cows. Also, had the great fortune to live like a Krishna House student for a couple of days and do some service. These little glimpses and experiences of brahmachari life seem to be very helpful for our grihasta life. We hope to be a full fledged brahmachari  grihastha someday. Not sure if that’s a bonafide term. Maybe what I mean to say is just a matured grihastha. 

We are happy to hear that the fourth DTC movie is complete. Looking forward to seeing this one that is set in Spain. These movies are very inspiring to us on many levels. I have always been around artists, writers, eccentric intellectuals..through out our little life for some reason. We see a great opportunity for these types of people in our circle/village to be inspired by these movies. These people can go deeper and become truly mad. Mad for Krishna! This is a desire I am trying to cultivate. The bridge is there? I just need to say “hey, you got to see this and check out what this guy has to say..”? 

There are a couple film festivals in the area(North West) that I’ve played shows at that I think would be very interested in one or all of the DTC movies. Is it okay if I propose to them/submit? I have good contacts for both. They happen annually. 

Then eventually I want to muster up the strength to get the first movie into the Egyptian theater downtown. They play all kinds of stuff and quite a lot of independent films and documentaries. So why not Diary of a Traveling Creature: The Ultimate Trip on the marquee !? 

The GoTo meeting morning program has been very good for us. Very helpful in setting the right perspective for the day with your association and the devotees. Propels us into our local program!

So much struggle with the false ego though and our ignorance and remaining enthusiastic. Making baby steps and falling down a lot but always lifted up by your mercy.

This quote often comes to mind when trying to get through the work day and when cultivating my monkey mind to get my rounds done early(: “Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible”

ASA - 😮 Amazing! Just amazing. Prabhupada said that St. Francis was a BHAKTA!

We have sent film number four to our Board of Director's for their comments and then we will do a larger Critic's Review, we hope with a copy for you, then Gala Release. We hope Jaga-guru Das in Chile can lead this.
