Querido Gurudeva, como una paloma herida,
sin poder volar reposo,
a pesar de las molestias de ayer en la espalda,

...salí una vez más como cartero a entregar la correspondencia, pero mi perversa mente me martillo el ánimo y entusiasmo, por un buen rato ya no fluía nada, un triste y rotundo no me detuvo sumado al dolor por el peso de los libros, tome aliento, pensé que estoy haciendo mal,
...bebí agua y de vuelta subí a un vehículo, me refugie en los pies de loto de mi maestro y de Prabhupada dije el mantra de distribución y en el fondo vi a un monje franciscano, resplandeciente entre los demás pasajeros, me escucho, fue como si nos reconociéramos como devotos,
lo sentí muy orgulloso de ser sirviente del señor, me dio tan buena vibra y se fue,
me sentí tranquila, en ese mismo bus me encontré con un devoto de la Gaudiya matta me dijo HARE KRSNA llevo un libro, me conto que antes estuvo en ISKCON, y me dijo que le parecía bueno siempre ver a los devotos predicar.
Me sentí tan bendecida por la misericordia de Krsna y como si fuera poco al bajar del vehículo un entusiasta joven me pregunto si vendía esos libros y se llevó algunos, una vez más agradecida por el amor de Krsna para sus devotos, pero para confirmarme que Krsna me protege y no me desampara,
..trajo a una persona más, era de cabello canoso me conto que conocío a los devotos desde que tenían un local por Lince, me llevo unos libros y me dijo que se sentía orgulloso de haber estado con los devotos. Todo sucedió de corrido, como un fuerte viento,
...me controle para no llorar de felicidad o así nadie me compraría nada, hoy no poder salir el resto del día, pero la misericordia de Krsna es tan clara, tal vez esta sea la última vez que puedo servir así, lo único que sé es que Krsna pese a mis imperfecciones aprecia el servicio y nos da aliento y se hace presente haciéndonos disfrutar de gotitas de néctar,
..si alguien no ha experimentado esto, no sabe lo que se está perdiendo, Maratón de Diciembre de S P´pada Ki Jay!

Thanks for your comments on our last letter on Sankirtan in Montreal. We could say this is the most secular society in North America (Quebec) the government wants to ban religion symbols from public institutions, big issues with the female muslin population, catholicism, and a anti religious propaganda in general, which makes it good for sankirtan !! have to work harder, we take the austerities of the weather and people's attitude as an offering to Srila Prabhupada, we keep pushing, with so much snow we distribute in the metro stations and as you saw, we take introductory books to Bhagavata dharma, (small books) although some devotees are taking big books and doing well, we'll try that next year. We're going to Wash DC to visit our parents, they requested our presence, so we have to figure how to distribute and where and how to bring books from here to USA, at least our morning rounds are solid and 4 principles also. We settle for 8 rounds in the morning and 8 afternoon or night, so if we can't distribute in Wash DC, we have that bit covered. Reading, relishing CC Adi chap 7 to 14, Krishna book, SB, BG, etc We have an in dept stay over reading session planned with a bramachari for January, 3 days min, 5 hours a day with top books, with insights and reflections. Morning to evening. Saddhana, prasadham, etc it will be intense, what do you think ? his idea, it may work wonderfully. Tomorrow is Gita Jayanti ! so we have maha Gita distribution at one of the biggest metros on a passing note Montreal is known for its subterranean areas, malls, metros, passageways etc..the winter is too long and tough, whohc is also good for Sankirtan ! lots of space inside while -25 is storming outside.

Guru Dev, we Just came back from "Vrandavan-Home Town-Remote" Village Trip.
As you had advised, I am drafting mail about my day-wise activity, will send you in a day
or two.
During the entire trip, i was completely kept our self away from technology, internate
and mobile so could not reached or responded to any one, just went as per the situation
at that point of time.
This is just an update, and will soon coordinate with H G Harsh Prabhu on book
distribution.

HpS - Jaya! Very nice news! We wait for your daily report and hope this work with on the book distribution is very nice chance to meet new people! It is like Lord Caitanya taking Sannyasa in Sankara tradition in some ways. They are interested in wisdom and Bharata heritage so we can offer them the heritage of our tradition, Lord Caitanya also.

Guru Maharaja, the morning program was so so difficult, Ratha Yatra was consume me… phisically and mentally. It’s hard for me, many things to adjust, but firm compromise. Praying to Hrisikesa to conquer my senses and occupy in Him. Because of that and because of many others things what Krsna show me in this short time, material attachments, mind, angry, many anarthas … It's hard, saw those things about me. You give me only 1 instruction to give one more step and take second initiation, but I can’t fix it yet. It's like Krsna getting fun with me. since I send u this letter, things gone bad...worse than before. Krsna put me proof and I fail and fail and fail, but... keep on...

Sorry for my bad letter. I really do my best.. I ashamed, because I can't fulfil. Many things to learn.

HpS - AGTSP. paoho. Yes, we are sometimes in a situation where we can follow our ISKCON religious rites, morning program, but our following is very superficial, mild sense and psychological gratification.
Then Krsna puts us in a condition where we are forced to find a deeper motive. He is so kind.
Then we can start to do this internal work. So, go on. Make progress. The goal is clear.
2. We got the three PDF files. The Gasa file is very beautiful if you send us the complete htm file with proper links we can upload it to the web-page. The NIOS front page is interesting. The Name of NIOS is too close together and the same size on the two lines. We liked the one with the choices to the left. NIOS depends on what our members want to do, if they really have plans for international development. The third pdf, a HpS web page is of course hard for us because we are very close to the Subject. In general we have heard from several sources that we are going to be famous after we leave. Besides that, there are many choices on the first page and some seem to be redundant and others seem to offer things that are not mature eg. "escritos", no?
What is the name of your www.jayarama.us sub-domain? Maybe start with fewer options and get the material or links?

<big>La ves pasada vi en el Yapa Yoe que usted puso que debemos de cantar 2 rondas por hora, eso es muy a parte de nuestras 16 rondas, por otro lado recordé que una ves usted puso en el Kapi Dvaya que todos los devotos ya sean Grihastas, Brahmacaris, pujaris, administradores de templo, estudiantes, deben hacer sankirtan al menos 2 horas al día, podria explicarnos ¿Cómo podemos motivar a los devotos a que lo hagan?</big>
HpS - Otras dos rondas cada hora es una sugerencia. Nuestro estándar es de al menos 16 rondas-entusiastas, entonces si se puede cantar una o dos o tres o algunos otros extras rondas durante el día, que es muy agradable.
"...recordé que una ves usted puso en el Kapi Dvaya...deben hacer sankirtan al menos 2 horas al día, podria explicarnos." Yo no recuerdo haber dicho esto. Tal vez no era una traducción correcta. Yo sólo trato de seguir lo que dice Srila Prabhupada. Su instrucción es de una hora por la mañana y una por la tarde de estudiar sus libros. También media hora de Arati y Kirtan mañana y tarde. Eso es bonito. En la NOI, dice directamente que Managala arati, Kirtan, SB son obligatorios.
