Here we are struggling so much to balance real life with temporary life. Still we couldnt move to the rural community. House building almost killed us, it was 2 very intense years, but finally griha pravesh is scheduled for may 25th.

This last time it was very difficult for us (for whom it wasnt?) So many things to do!!

We still can not find the root of this passion mode (yes lust, but more detail) of doing so many things (father, fiance, iskcon member, junta administrativa, ayurvedic doctor, teaching at medschool and yoga course, leading food for life and book distribution) uff. One devotee the other day told me that he couldnt engage in one service cause he was doing so much, and i thought, but he is doing almost nothing, and then I realized that he knew his boundaries, his working capacity and how to balance, but i dont. I always do more than i can do and then i do it everything wrong or not in the best way.

HpS - At least you are beginning to realize that you are mad.

Last 2 months i was chanting like 6 rounds a day, fortunately since three days i regained 16r again. 4p pretty good.

HPS - The details are in Upadesamrta.  Especially Texts 4,5,6 talks about distinguishing different types of devotees and adjusting our association with them.  Don't listen to stupid ideas from Karmis, Vikarmis expect as will help them advance in spiritual life. That even means trying help them advance in the modes from ignorance to goodness, to pantheism etc. You will lean!   Krsna will help!

<big>On the other hand Maharaja, I have some questions about the worship of deities. In our home we have an altar, this Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra, Sri Sri Goura Nitay, Nrsimhadev and a Shiva Lingam given us by devotees. I can not worship them without being initiated?</big>

HpS - It is not exactly "worship", Arcanama. It is more like "Pada-sevanam", which is inspired by Prabhupada. Give them all the love you can, clean, punctual service and then add rituals and paraphernalia as practical.

<big>Abhimanyu has told me to do a simple worship and gradually learn the most complex, what do you think of it? What instruction can you give me? I want to worship the Lord in the most appropriate way, with the necessary standard.</big>

Please accept my humble obeisances unto Guruji Maharaja's padmacharan that I had gone through the letters and Guruji's reply to Mataji Sarda Devi Dasi. I realy  feel very happy to know that at least one deciple from Manipur increased to write letters through this Blog. She has advance knowledge of scientific eqipments like mobile, photo uploading and sending day to day activities to Gurui through this Blog.  I have communicated her also and get update informtion of the activities of Imphal Centre.

It is a good news for Manipur that the Bhumi Pujan at Kakching for consting a new Temple at Kakching. Ours, (Thoubal) is a centre run by different organisation  in the name of Bhagavat Shiksha Ashram but the members of new generation wanted to convert the same Bhagavat Shiksha Ashram  into  a ISKCON Temple. So it takes time to clear the formality and run in the system of ISKCON. The main aims and objects of these two organisations are same but the system and the honourship are the differences. Very soon the result will be in positive way. All depends upon Krsna's  and Guruji's marcy.

In the last Sunday programme, the 9th Kanto  of Srimad Bhagavatam stated and the narator Sri Brajamani Sharma - one of the reknown reciter of Bhagavatam and Gita in Manipur told that the 18,000 sloka of Bhagavatam is not correc , it is less then 2,000 slokas encluding Uvachaks, and Sree mentioned in the Bhatam is  Lakshmi not Radharani. Please clarify these two explanations.

HpS - Very strange.  If we just go to www.vedabase.com we see can start to count the number of verses.

In first five chapters of canto one there are 174 verses. Divide that by 5 and that means an average of 35 verses per chapter. As I remember there are about 30 chapters/canto (except 10th with is 90), so that is 35verses/chapter x 30chapters/canto x 14cantos(3 for tenth)/SB = 15,960. That is close to 18,000. ISKCON scholars cannot find 18,000 when they count them exactly, but it is close.  So I don't know why he says that????

Name of Radha-rani is not directly mentioned in the SB. Reasons are given for that, but when Uddhava gives Krsna's message to the Gopis then it says that a certain Gopi was very afflicted. You can find explanation of how Jiva Goswami establishes this is Radharani in th Purport:

Maybe the Pandita is talking about the Maha-devi Bhagavata? Sometimes people mistake that for the Bhagavatam. It is different book.

Gracias a la misericordia de Srila Prabhupada pude encontrar a mi maestro espiritual y estudiar Bhakti Sastri y Bhakti Bhaivabha, esa santa asociación es un regalo invaluable que no podré pagar nunca, por ello, tratando de retribuir de alguna manera el esfuerzo de S. S Hanumatpresaka Swami, mi maestro espiritual, que por tantos años viene apoyando a la educación de ISKCON en nuestro país y a nivel mundial, muy humildemente deseo coordinar la reactivación de NIMSAR, Institución educativa al servicio de ISKCON.

Respuesta de Hanumatpresaka Swami sobre reactivar NIMSAR:

 “En términos de Nimsar, si quiere presentar Vds. como rama de ASA, necesitamos bastante organización antes de recibir aprobación de Tío Gismo, Tom Brown y Buck White y el Comando Ejecutiva! Eligiendo de Presidente, Secretario, Tesorero, normas de función y aprobación de Junto Nacional si es para todo de Perú. Claro es bueno hablar con Mathuresa Das acerca de estas asuntos, No?”

7 Propósitos de ISKCON

1) Propagar sistemáticamente el conocimiento espiritual en toda la sociedad, y educar a la gente en las técnicas de la vida espiritual, para detener el desequilibrio de valores de la vida, y alcanzar la unidad y la paz verdaderas en el mundo.

2) Propagar la conciencia de Krishna, tal como está revelada en el Bhagavad-gita y el Srimad Bhagavatam.

3) Reunir a los miembros de la Asociación entre si y acercarlos a Krishna, la entidad primordial, y así, desarrollar la idea entre los miembros y la humanidad en general, de que cada alma es parte integrante de la naturaleza de Dios (Krishna).

OBJETIVOS

• Educar en el conocimiento sástrico a las personas basado en las enseñanzas de los libros de Srila Prabhupada.
• Apoyar en el área educativa a templos, los centros culturales y nama hathas
• Formar un comité de devotos educadores en ISKCON Lima - Perú.
• Continuar con la labor de NIMSAR, institución Fundada gracias al esfuerzo de Hanumatpresaka Swami discípulo de A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.

Objetivos secundarios NIMSAR:

• Cursos, seminarios, talleres, conversatorios a devotos y personas interesadas.
• Censo de educadores o personas interesadas en temas educativos.
• Permanente capacitación para educadores.
• Análisis y discusión de temas relacionados a la educación en ISKCON Perú.
• Búsqueda de solución a problemas de corto, mediano y largo plazo en la educación de ISKCON Perú a través de la identificación del problema y la propuesta de soluciones posibles.

El nombre Yachacuy, es una palabra quechua que significa enseñar, aprender, el que enseña, nos recuerdan a nuestro pasado ancestral, a la cultura védica. Ambas culturas un mismo corazón.

NORMAS DE FUNCIÓN:

• NIMSAR es una institución educativa que busca ser autorizada por ISKCON Perú, y busca ser una rama de ASA (Anjana Suta Academy - Hanumatpresaka Swami) cuyo GBC es Tamohara Prabhu.
• Las reuniones de la Junta directiva serán mensuales  cada primer Dvadasi del mes.
• Los informes al miembro principal de NIMSAR, a S. S. Hanumatpresaka Swami, nuestro guía será una semana después de la reunión del directorio. Y cada vez que visite Perú, nos reuniremos presencialmente.
• Los informes escritos a Junta Nacional de ISKCON Perú serán cuatrimestralmente, el último día del mes.
• Los informes escritos a templos o centro cultural  serán cuatrimestralmente, el último día del mes. Y reuniones presenciales según lo requieran las autoridades.
• Todas las actividades de NIMSAR se calendarizarán entre Enero – Febrero, a fin de marzo se presenta el primer informe a nuestras autoridades.
• Al término del año se evaluará la labor anual y se emitirá el informe final a las autoridades.
• Actividades permanentes: Pada Yatra (Julio) y uno o dos veces al año conversatorios de educación. Bhakti Sastri, Pada Padma, cursos, talleres, seminarios, clases de Bhagavad Gita y Srimad Bhagavatam. Escuela dominical en Chosica.
• La duración de la Junta directiva será rotativa entre los miembros del directorio con voto  y por un periodo de un año terminando su periodo a finales de marzo de cada año.
• Llega a ser miembros del directorio votantes, la persona que comprometida y asiste a las reuniones y presenta sus informes.
• Los miembros del comité educativo tienen un grado de compromiso parcial y apoyan en sus áreas de interés a la que se han comprometido.
• Cada miembro del comité educativo votante aporta mensualmente una donación mínima de 10 nuevos soles para gastos administrativos básicos y el resto es opcional.

JUNTA DIRECTIVA:

Presidente:
 

1 -Tener la representación de la Asamblea General. 
 

2.-Representar legal y formalmente a la Asociación y tener voto de calidad.
 

3.-Organizar y presentar un plan de trabajo general a ASA y a las autoridades de los templos, enumerar los resultados requeridos dentro del objetivo general que se persigue.
 

4.-Presidir las Asambleas Generales.
 

5.-Estructurar y presentar los informes periódicos y anuales al Consejo Directivo o a la Asamblea General.
 

6.-Coordinar e impulsar las actividades del Consejo Directivo y de la Asociación. 
 

7.-Ejercer en la consecución de fondos económicos para la Asociación.
 

Vicepresidente: (Puede ser el tesorero o el secretario)
 

1.-Sustituir al Presidente en sus faltas temporales o definitivas.
 

2.-Coordinar con el Presidente las actividades de NIMSAR.
 

3.-Mantener un constante conocimiento de las operaciones y funciones que realice NIMSAR

4.-Participar en todas las funciones de planeación a corto, mediano y largo plazo,
 

Involucrándose integralmente en ellas.
 

5.-Colaborar con la consecución de fondos económicos para NIMSAR.
 

Secretario:
 

1 .- Encargarse de la correspondencia y archivos de la Asociación.
 

2.- Coordinar junto con la Junta directiva y los profesores el inicio, duración de los        programas educativos e informar, publicitar y difundirlos.

3.- Elaborar un archivo de profesores con sus alumnos y censo de los miembros de ISKCON, público en general y posibles estudiantes.

4.- Tener a su cuidado los asuntos jurídicos de la institución, así como la coordinación estructural de la misma, en colaboración con la Junta Directiva.
 

5.- Levantar las actas en un libro registrado legalmente.
 

6.- Colaborar con la difusión de las Asambleas Generales.
 

7.- Colaborar en la coordinación de las Asambleas Generales.
 

Tesorero:
 

1.- Llevar la contabilidad de la NIMSAR y manejar sus fondos.
 

2.- Recolectar las cuotas y donativos.
 

3.- Elaborar un plan de trabajo para la consecución de fondos económicos, previa aprobación del Consejo Directivo y ratificación de la Asamblea General.
 

4.- Presentar cuatrimestralmente un informe económico. Rendir un informe anual del estado financiero de la Asociación, o cuando lo solicite un mínimo de 5 profesores.

5.- Tener censados a todos los miembros de ISKCON y personas interesadas en llevar los cursos.

REGLAMENTO INTERNO DE NIMSAR

• El Directorio se apoya en la Junta de Consejo cuyo miembro principal es Humatpresaka Swami
• El Directorio de NIMSAR aprueba los miembros del propio Directorio, Junta de Consejo y Colaboradores.
• El Directorio nombra a la Junta Directiva.
• La Junta Directiva la conforman: Presidente, Secretario y Tesorero.
• Si un miembro del Directorio se ausenta de las reuniones por tres veces, sin justificación razonable, puede perder su derecho a ser miembro del Directorio.
• Nadie defenderá sus opiniones apoyándose en su status o posición.
• Valoraremos toda contribución estemos o no de acuerdo con ella.
• Mantendremos confidencialidad de los acuerdos pactados.
• Cada uno de nosotros respetará cualquier acuerdo que se tome.
• Si un miembro del Directorio se comporta de manera inapropiada es primero sancionado de manera oral, a la segunda oportunidad de manera escrita y a la tercera oportunidad puede perder su derecho a ser miembro del Directorio.
• Todas las decisiones las toma el Directorio de preferencia por consenso. Si no se llega a un consenso, se realiza una votación y se toma la decisión por mayoría simple.
• Nadie puede enviar ninguna comunicación, hacer un trato, aceptar u organizar un programa a nombre de NIMSAR sin la autorización del Directorio.
• Todos los acuerdos, directivas o resoluciones tienen que estar en las Actas de las reuniones. Estas actas serán firmadas por todos los miembros y deben de estar a disposición de todos para su consulta. Ningún miembro puede actuar en nombre de NIMSAR si no está establecido en las Actas.
• El Directorio establece la misión y visión de NIMSAR, su filosofía educativa y todos los asuntos legales ante ISKCON y el Estado.
• La cooperación y la comunicación son la base de todas las acciones de NIMSAR.

APROBACIÓN DE AUTORIDADES.

• Enviamos este mismo primer informe sobre la propuesta educativa NIMSAR a Junta de Chosica Mandir, Wilson Mandir y a Junta Nacional. Y mantenemos comunicación con ambas autoridades, previamente planteamos esta propuesta oralmente y las autoridades estas desean apoyar, reaccionaron favorablemente.
• Este 21 de Mayo tendremos nuestra primera conversación personal con P. Mathuresa a quien le escribimos ni bien hablamos con Ud. de nuestra propuesta de Reactivar NIMSAR.
