We thought Hari naam is everything, if we are physically then we engage senses.

I, agtSP, was thinking that we can chant just for freedom distress, out of fear of going to hell. Then it is chanting but with no service attitude. We are so close to Krsna when we are chantin His Holy Names, but without service attitude we are trying to satisfy hunger with painted fruits!

During night metabolism is low, yogurt by nature is heavy becomes difficult for body to digest it. It increases the Khapa in body and does effect brain.  Friut combined with yogurt becomes very heavy to digest. Ayurveda considers yoghurt or curd to be one of the heaviest foods. It takes longer to digest. Whereas fruits require very little time In Your system (one hour or more) to be digested.

Modern science says: Yogurt contains plenty of bacteria which will act on the sugar present in fruits. This results in toxins, cold, allergies. You can avoid this problem by using unflavored yogurt at room temperature and mix in honey (which contains live bacteria Lactobacillus Kunkeei that is compatible with yoghurt), cinnamon or raisins (dried fruit) instead of fresh fruit.

If you want to feel light and energized after eating, then Ayurveda offers wisdom about which foods play well with others.

👉Certain combinations will promote optimum digestion and nutrient absorption. 

👉Others, are indigestible, leading to gas and bloating, and ultimately becoming toxins in the system. 

☘️Fruit breaks down quickly and should be consumed alone on an empty stomach. 

☘️Starches require an alkaline environment

☘️proteins require an acidic environment.

The enzymes required for each will neutralize or cancel each other out, leading to neither being digested well.

Fruit: eat on its own, 1 hour before other foods or 2 hours after a meal. When we combine fruits with other foods, the fructose is not burned as energy but stored as fat.  

☘️Melons cannot be mixed with any other fruit or food. 

☘️Bananas are best alone and become toxic when mixed with milk or yogurt. 

☘️Keep acid fruits together and sweet with sweet. 

☘️Low sugar fruits like berries are easiest to combine and can be added to yogurt. But.. it’s best to eat ur fruit alone or leave it alone.

with the darshan of Patitapavan Jagannatha which we had by your mercy on 23rd December, and then on 24th December on Gaura Gadadhara's birthday we both managed to sneak in the main temple (there was virtually no people or security) and had amazing darshan of Sri Sri Jagannatha in the sanctim sanctorum.

hps//asa - so you were able to sneak into vaikuntha, and see the LORD, like two squirrels!

was He happy? the crowd does seem to recognize Him 😞

The whole experience was simply ... out of this world.

we were seeing the usage of word "GLARE" by Srila Prabhupada. There were things like GLARES of Brahamjyoti/ illusory energy/ Sun.

which made us ask question --

"How are dazzlement of Vibhuti of Krsna (which in node 15326 are referred as nice to see vibhutis and then realize how we are seeing an echo of KRSNA.) and dazzlement of illusory energy different. ?

we try to find Krsna in happiness in this wolrd, may be at hear we are still averse to his personal form.

SB 8.14.10 - There are many varieties of philosophers trying to search for the ultimate cause under different names and forms, but they are unable to find the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, who explains in Bhagavad-gītā that He is the origin of everything and the cause of all causes (ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavaḥ). This inability is due to the illusory energy of the Supreme Lord. Devotees, therefore, accept the Supreme Personality of Godhead as He is and remain happy simply by chanting the glories of the Lord.

HpS - A pure devotee sees that KRSNA, shyamasundara is the source of the Lion, Ocean, Sun, like a mother sees a painting done by her grown up son become a respected artist for a church as representing her son.

It can be more intense than the physical form of her son.

On the other hand, as you say, maybe we are willing to appreciate the energetic incarnation of Krsna but not surrender more to the personal form of Krsna.

The glare of the material energy stimulates our lust for sex, food, taste, honor, rational form. The vibhutimat manifestations stimulate, glare, about Krsna's form which we can serve. not exploit. OK?.

You say that Brahman is indescribable by words. But if the Supreme Lord had not created the intelligence, mind and senses, then sound and the other objects of perception would all be just as indescribable as your Brahman. You would have been blind and deaf since birth, and would know nothing about physical forms and sounds, what to speak of the Absolute. So, just as the merciful Lord has given us all faculties of perception for experiencing and describing to others the sensations of sight, sound and so forth, in the same way He may give someone the receptive capacity to realize Brahman. He may, if He chooses, create some extraordinary way for words to function — apart from their ordinary references to material substances, qualities, categories and actions — that will enable them to express the Supreme Truth. He is, after all, the almighty Lord (prabhu), and He can easily make the indescribable describable.

We realised that, just like deity is made of woods, but my mercy of lord it's God.

Similarly holy name might sound mundane? But by the mercy of lord he can be sound incarnation. So only by his mercy name is transcendental ? Otherwise it's like the material Radhu kunda is just a sign board to spiritual Radha kunda?

HpS//ASA - That sounds pretty good! It always has special potency but depending on us etc. we get namabhasa, prema nama etc.

We manier [many?] times think. we are upanashidic/impersonal/tamasic and unfit for ISKCON personal form worship.

HpS - Us too. We probably have thoughts from our American/Hippy background that would make your hair stand on end, the blood run cold in your veins and your eyeballs bulge from their sockets... but we also have nice thoughts due to Srila Prabhupada and his ISKCON!!!

But applying SB 1.7.10 akam-sarva kama, we are getting pulled by Prabhupada books.

His books have no meaning for us without you.

HpS//ASA - 👶 🐵 🐷 🔬 We hope that we can give some meaning to them, but aren't there other devotees, in ISKCON who also give some meaning? Don't you get some just from your intellectual grace. Eg. Just read five pages from SB Canto One and see some result??

Next life time you might be Nimai's puppy, you may want us there, our consciousness needs to be elevated by the mercy of Guru-Gauranga, to be with you.

HpS - We have been together in Gaziabad, Graduate Students apartment in Mumbai, sleeping in library in ISKCON Kolkata, Delhi programs.... Think we are stuck with each other. Some maybe relevant fotos attached.
