• Tapana Misra prabhu will give a few words during the first 15 minutes of the opening, before you begin.

HpS - Thank you. AgtSP!!! We are paying $80 for Abhirama Th. Das's Zoom account to have bi-lingual facilities for one month. We people can join and select their language channel and then hear the presentations in that language and contribute in that language. Hope it can be useful in this work.

...HpS - Everytime we write the Kapi Dhvaja now we are thinking of you. Sometimes we let our selves us colloquial phrases and jargon that is hard to translate, so be just as colorful in Spanish!!

ETD - We really appreciate your patience. We try to do our best.

These past 2 weeks we had interviews with 3 schools. We are very honoured they think of us as a good option. Let see what is the best for everybody in all aspects.

Next week we finish classes and I will say goodbye to our group.

HpS - I don't think it is good by. They will learn to value your association and teachings more and more as they go through life, and hopefully get back to their real life in the spiritual world as soon as possible.

Health is ok for a donkey with many experiences and challenges.

• Concerning to Param Padam's das round table. He is ok with your 5 minute introduction about the most suitable methods for the study and teaching of sastra.
• Everything to be recorded, distributed? Yes, every session will be recorded in a Youtube channel and delivered via Facebook. We're planning to edit an online document summarizing the ideas discussed.
• MOE blessings? Yes, I have invited Tapana Misra prabhu to share with us a 10 to 15 minutes introduction / blessings just before the first conference (given by your good self) on december 17 th. Still awaiting for his confirmation.
• One paragraph summary of each presentation in English within day after the event? Yes, the summarized report will be translated and distributed among english speaking memebers of NIOS, ASA and anyone that could be interested in.
• Get a report ready. Think you need to catch up with ArtD the same way you did with KkD, no? I have asked ARTD for a report in Spanish that I will translate to share during the December 12 session.

HpS - Hare Krsna! Hare Rama... Just talked with Abhiseka about the NIOS meeting on the 12th and maybe you, me and ArtDas can have a quick talk on Friday. Thank you so much. Please keep your priorities.

• Publish the results in Solaris? It will be great, we just need to give an academic form to the aforementioned technical report that we will share with the community of devotees.
• Concerning to Radhika Ramana das and Subhra mataji participation: we will send a few suggestions and questions for them to present during their extra time sessions.

Our sincere obeisances

The symposium schedule has been set at 95%. All invited participants are excited about the potential of the event, we hope to be up to it. Some comments and doubts:

• The presentations will be broadcast by Zoom between December 17 and January 7 at 7:30 am Peruvian time.
• On December 25 and January 1 there will be no activity.
• You are invited to give the first conference (December 17 / 7:30 am) and the last one (January 7 / 7:30 am), on any of the 4 main topics.
• Maharaja Yadunandana and Maharaja Dhanvantari will give their presentations on January 27 and 29, respectively.
• There will be two sessions of only questions, answers and surveys by LAD and two roundtables by Param Padam das.
• You have been invited to the round table on December 23 (7:30 am). Topic: The most suitable pedagogical methods for teaching and studying the sastra (together with Yadunandana Swami, Baladeva das, LAD, Vraja Bhakti devi dasi and myself).

HpS/ASA - I declined because I just cannot follow the dialog during these sessions. Not my mother's tongue. 😛

Instead, we both thought it would be nice for me to make a five minute presentation at the start.

• As I understand it, Radhika Ramana prabhu and Subhra mataji will make their presentations at separate times from the temple. It would be excellent to know what day and time to advertise them in advance.

HpS/ASA - We must have misled you but we were thinking of them being a part of the program with the other speakers. This arrangement is fine though. 🤓

Why don't you poll your participants and see what topics would please them. Subhra DD is of course an experienced and senior educator and administrator in public and devotee primary schools, and can give information about the other schools in USA.

RRD grew up in home schooling and his mother is the greatest expert in the subject. He graduated from Oxford, has published three heavy books with Cornell University Press etc. and is now head his department of history and institute of religious studies at the oldest state university.

They could do some presentation and then question and answer.

• LAD has joined the organizing committee as a consultant and organizer of activities.
• Indira Sakti and I will travel to see you from January 9 to 19. We cannot do it before because we will be in charge of the transmission and organization of the online programs. We will miss your Vyasapuja (which makes us very sad) but we will try to be at your service (which makes us very happy).

Hare Krishna, Maharaja, please accept my humble obeisances. ALL GLORIES TO SRILA PRABHUPADA AND HIS DETERMINED DISCIPLES LIKE YOU, JAY !!

I want to start by apologizing for delivering this report two days out of time, but this fortnight that has passed from November 18 to December 4 has been very intense and it is certain that the next fortnight will be even more intense.

• So, it is necessary to anticipate the details of the activities,
• adjust, if necessary, the calendar of these,
• and contribute to prioritizing the objective of consolidation of the Sankirtan of the ASA team
• (consolidating almost 50 years of Sankirtana is not an easy task).

Well let's get started.

• Oscar, Ana, Trilce and Ikal arrived in Nueva Asoka-van on Sunday, November 28. The HH HpS interview with Oscar and Ana is an important contribution of what has been done and what can be done in the field of Art and the Sacred.

• From December 1 to 4, Eugenia (the owner of the country house) arrived together with mother Nitya Kisori and mother Yasoda, they together with Parama Karuna, have prepared a very interesting shadow theater, the premiere will be on January 3.

• This week ARTD will have TPP ready with the corrections sent by Srinath Krishna Prabhu and Radhika Raman Prabhu. On the other hand, the Spanish translation team of the TPP, coordinated by Jayanta Prabhu, is already finishing the translation phase and is now in the fidelity phase of the translation and then style correction. The goal is to have both versions printed by Monday, January 3, as an offering, to the Guru-parampara in the Vyasa puja of H. H. Hanumatpresaka Swami.

• Raúl and Pablo have just finished a clip of selected scenes showing the progress made to date with our DTC movie. Also H. H. HpS, Raúl, Pablo and ARTD had a meeting of almost three and a half hours to develop in more detail the structure of the two 24-minute films: The first film is to present the purpose of the trip, learn significant details about the messenger, and how this determined messenger develops his service.

It is analogous to Hanuman receiving the order from Sri Rama and becomes his messenger (Hanumatpresaka).

Then Hanuman and the monkeys begin to SEARCH for SITA.

The second film is the crew of the ship, that is, they are the people who participate and help the messenger to communicate his messages, especially, to the innocent (here the analogy is that Hanuman already found Sita, shows her the ring and prepares to SERVE SRI RAMACANDRA FOR THE RESCUE OF SITA DEVI).

• Finally, the Agreement between CEAS (Center for Asian Studies of the University of San Marcos) and NIOS is signed, the online event is called: MASTERS AND DISCIPLES, it will have two stages, a preliminary one with a round table to be held on December 10 and an International Symposium on February 9 and 10, 2022 where one of the central guests will be Dr. Samaresh Bandyopadhyay.

HpS/ASA - Thank you so much for your excellent devotional service. All the Kirtan leaders should learn the word by word translations, no? Then the Kirtan will increase 700% potency! Also, everyone should try to keep strong volume in their transmission.
