AGtSP, PAMHO

Querido Gurudev,

Dear Gurudev,

I am writing to inform you that we have formed a team with some devotees of the Yatra of Arequipa,

to develop an online preaching project, called Virtual Preaching Center,

through a web page,

the same one that has already been created and is in the process of being developed.

Building on this page we will provide continuous services of articles, images, videos and a community blog of friends of Krishna.

All referring to the teachings of the Vedas, ISKCON, Srila Prabhupada and the disciplic succession,

for which, we need the collaboration and supervision of senior devotees to instruct and supervise us.

I just spoke with prabhu Laksman Agraja das and he accepted that service. He also tells me that it would be very good for you to consider the possibility of counting on us to offer you the podcast service and everything in our power so that the preaching of Krishna Consciousness is of quality and serves as an instrument of help. for the entire community of devotees who want to participate in spreading their preaching proposals.

With all the respect and consideration that you deserve.

A candidate for his servant's servant,

Raya Ramananda das HpS

HpS - ASA - Thank you for the news. As you can see we are a little slow and low in answering.

🙂

I hope the lectures we are doing and the Blog and Kapi Dhvaja are of some use to you!

We do our ASA programs as our own preaching effort and as an offering of an example of how we see the preaching can go on, and we hope that example is of use to you.

What is the address of your Web Page?

Who is participating as students, enquiring?

Can you partner with 1, 2 ... other Podcasts and Blogs, and cover the different preaching areas with them?

Does the web page have an element of physical interaction with your Arrequipa yatra.

😎

A devotee often spreads Hare Krishna in their work place without trying.

I came to work yesterday at the Clark Stadium in Plano. Hayes told me that he had gone to Kalachandji's twice on Saturday. He went to Kalachandjis for lunch and dinner.

Fuzzy the motor director groaned about getting old,🗿 so I told him about how the body goes through 6 different transformations while the self always stays the same. 🤔 He said "yeah thats right."💡 like he was already in on the knowledge of Bhagavad Gita. 📚 50 years of the Krishna Consciousness movement in America has gotten  many people to think in terms of Srila Prabhupada's books.🦉 Especially when it comes to life and death💀 as Srila Prabhupada is the only one with all the answers. 🗿

Remember when the devotees in North America discovered that they could buy record albums for a dime each by artists that were unsellable, like freddy fender.💽 The devotees would drive around 🚙🎤 and sell people a stack of the records with one of Srila Prabhupada's books,📖 for various donations. 💰

Tom the forklift driver told me that he really appreciated the experience of getting a bunch of records that nobody else had, from a Hare Krishna guy .

I bought a portable Blue-tooth speaker from Navadvip. It was stolen while charging backstage  So I replaced it with a Sony that is really loud.

This morning while working at Starplex, from Youtube, I put on the" Vrindavan 1974 "album with Kausalya singing and the work crew listened to the whole album while putting up spotlights and such.

Then I put on the Radha Krishna Temple and Yamuna's voice filled the area. Eventually during the middle of the Hare Krishna Maha mantra Paul the crew chief asks "Mishra, what the &*&% are we listening to?"

I replied "Bengali music."

Paul goes, "bungalow golly?"

And Timmy the supervisor guesses,"christmas carols?

And Paul says "Krishna carols."

They did not ask me to turn it off so the crew heard the rest of the Kirtan.

Santiago Class, Devotee Care, A Devotee Family.

Hare Krsna Gurumaharaja. PAMHO.

All glories to Sri Sri Gaura Nitai

All glories to Srila Prabhupada

Glory to the fervent Sankirtana of Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Thank you very much for all that you give us every day through FMP, and continuous classes on Srimad Bhagavatam. In this corner of the world, the cold is already beginning to enter the houses, in Karuna virus mode, we are here with my wife and my two refugee children, balancing material and spiritual aspects. Some time ago we moved to a place closer to the countryside, we somehow left the city, in pursuit of the well-being of the children and their spiritual development.

ASA - That is very generous and wise.

I have been in service for some time with a group of devotees, promoting a project called Vaisnavas Care supported by Mother Sangita. I have focused most of the time on caring for the devotee, maintaining connection with them, fostering care, appreciation and attention.

The truth is that it is a very delicate service and people need to be listened to and cared for to help them in their spiritual process, maintaining both psychological and material supports for daily life.

Specifically Vaisnavas Care as such, is intended as support for people in their last moments of their life, appeasing as much as we can the material influence, so that that last moment is the closest to spirituality.

We continue day by day getting up early trying to sing sincere rounds. By following 4 principles and cooking for Krsna in some way in practical service.

For a year now with a group led by Jagad Guru das, we are studying Lord Caitanya's teachings. A very inspiring book with teachings in its words of great value. Very impressed with how Prabhupada speaks through that particular book.

Right now we are with my wife promoting Srimad Bhagavatam classes for children through the guidance of Mother Aruddha.

Gurumaharaja, we wanted to ask you a great favor. For some time here in Chile we have carried out a project of Srimad Bhagavatam classes every day in the morning with different local speakers. Soon we will finish the first Canto and we wanted to know if you could help us by presenting a Bhagavatam class for the last chapter of the first Canto of the week of July 5-11. We have tentative dates according to your availability and calendar for Monday the 5th, Tuesday the 6th, or Sunday the 11th. 8 am Chile time. We can also adapt the schedule if another schedule is more accessible.

I hope that you are well and that Lord Caitanya pours out his infinite mercy on you. Thank you for every day reminding us of the importance of establishing that lost link with God ...

With you on the mission to Srila Prabhupada ...

Raga Sindhu Das

HpS-ASA - I think all the devotees benefit so much from your steady association. Did you get this from your parents? Any employer would be lucky to have you as an employee. What is your good wife and children's names?

Monday the 5th seems very good.

We could do it with our regular Spanish language SB at 8.30AM Santiago time?

O.K.?

🙂

Hare Krsna Beloved Gurudeva:

AGTSP, pamho

I have realized that you are answering letters from the Blog right now. I am checking some papers from my students.

As you know once a month I give classes for Iskcon Chosica.

ASA-TB/BW - Did not know!! Monkey/Piggy brains. Congratulations.

On Saturdays the ladies give classes. So I was doing one lesson plan that includes besides the SB' verse one thing related to "Stri Dharma" I checked on the ASA files. Due to I can recall that when we were studying BV we did some Biodata that included M Kunti, Gandhari, etc. But now I can not find them.

Do you have any other suggestion besides including some Stri Dharma in my classes?

Thanks in advance

Your association is superb

I was listening to some classes about humility I found this one from HH Radhanath Swami:

Aboriginal Dreaming and Rama Samadhi

Dear Hanumatpresak Swami Maharaja,

Thank you for your kind reply to my post on your blog.

HpS - AGTSP!!! paoho. Thank you for your patience in dealing with this buffalo-headed teacher of a Punjabi student.

Yes, our daughters are turning into young women fast. Family life is a great service opportunity for us.

And, yes, for sure I have lost my mind. Totally mad… he he

Please allow me to share some passages from “Aboriginal Spirituality: Aboriginal Philosophy The Basis of Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing”, by Indigenous Australian philosopher, Vicky Greives.

Page 8: ...Many non-Aboriginal writers and some Aboriginal people have recorded these creation stories from different parts of the country over time. These stories are often characterised as the Dreaming and, as with Spirituality, the English words are not equivalent to the meaning that exists in Aboriginal languages for the basis of the philosophy, and for the Spirituality that is encompassed within it.

Baldwin Spencer and F. J. Gillen, a late nineteenth-century anthropologist and an ethnographer respectively, translated the Arrernte words altijira ngambakala as ‘dreaming’, and altjira rama as meaning ‘to dream’ (Spencer & Gillen 1899). The linguist T. G. H. Strehlow, who grew up the son of missionaries among Arrernte at Hermannsburg in Central Australia in the early twentieth century, noted that the word altjira also means ‘eternal’, and so the idea of dreaming also includes the ‘seeing’ of eternal things during sleep. Thus, the more accurate translation would be ‘originating from eternity’ (Stockton 1995:54).

Page 11: ....Further, it would be wrong to characterise the Dreaming as a wholly past event: it is everywhen; that is, in ‘all the instants of being, whether completed or to come’ (Stanner 1979:23–4). It can be characterised as an underlining reality, and the term Dreaming is often used to stand for Aboriginal peoples’ ‘experience and knowledge of the manifestations and the secrets of Divinity’ (Stanner 1979:28). Although this can be construed as two co-existent realities—that is, ordinary and dream realities—Sansom (2001) argues that there is ‘a single supervening reality that has “inside” and “outside” truths and stories and, therefore, ‘Dreamings and people are co-presences in one world, treating knowledge as the great discriminating and modifying force’ (Sansom 2001:2–3). Although humans cannot hope to grasp the full knowledge of truths that are embedded in the Dreaming, they have the opportunity to develop as visionaries, that is, as clever men and women who have a privileged understanding and can see right through, their vision penetrating all the way to the inside.

However, this idea of knowledge ‘allows each person the opportunity to live a life of progressive revelations’ and ‘anyone who lives a fortunate life should come to participate more and more fully in the unity of the Dreaming’ (Sansom 2001:2–3), without being necessarily a person of great insight. In fact, sudden and unasked for revelations of the power of the Dreaming can occur, something anthropologists call irruptions, and these are met with joy, manifest as laughter in the cases Sansom reports (Sansom 2001:2–3).

“Altjira Rama” sounds a lot like entrance into samadhi to me...

Ajita Rama?!?!

HpS - I think we deal with these states that may be describe in Patanjali's terms as Samadhi etc, more as different states of Smaranam: https://vedabase.io/en/library/noi/8/#bb6004

Also, the different aspects of Bhava that are described in the Southern part of the NoD, no?

Can we join together from different religious traditions and enter into deeper states of consciousness?

Make a great change in the world?
