Also, we got a very nice letter from H. G. Karuna-krsna Das. It relieved our hearts and heads of a lot of burden from gthe National Council's review of accusations by Milan Ray of Nadiya-nivasi Dasi.

Mathuresa Das had sincerely apologized that we, as Diksa guru, were not informed of the actions, and KKDP commented that they NC made it a point to involve Diksa guru's in these case in the future.

HG KKD also gave us contact information for Sripad Hansarupa Das so that we can exchange a few words with him about our involvement in the criticisms of Yatra Administration.

We asked KKD if we could publish our dialog. It is very nice.

We want to focus on the position of Sannyasa and GBC etc administration in the next few weeks, months.

But, I showed him the evidence he requested, showing what this lady did (the letter) and I didn´t get a word from him.

Then in 2019 I met him in Lima and presented the case once more.

He gave me his word saying that an apology letter will be written.

It didn´t happen.

Actually I don´t need something like this for me, but for the world to know what kind of persona ISKCON Peru has as ... leaders, very much contaminated with cheating tendency.

ASA - Guess we will mostly leave any discussion on this matter aside for a while until we see how our the GBC investigator, H. G. Hansarupa Das proceeds. Thank you.

So I just started calling the bead the "Radha bead" because of my own personal speculation...I'll put some reasons here!

What do you think Maharaja? Is this totally out of left field? I don't have any sastric proof for this...I kinda just started saying this was the "Radha bead"..but actually so far you are the only person I mentioned it to!

HpS - As far as we understand, the knot above the Krsna bead may represent the Princes of Vraja, Smt. Radha, and the first eight large beads are Her expansions, the eight principle expansions of Smt. Radha. 😃

The ashram is great. Everyone is really nice and accommodating.

Rupak, Abhay, and I went on book distribution yesterday and we ran into a couple of super nice people.

One of the men asked, "What color do you think Jesus really was?" I told him that I don't know too much about Jesus, but I know he's the son of God. Check this out (pointing to a picture of Govinda in the Bhagavad Gita).

See. Krishna is a very dark blue like a monsoon cloud being struck by lightning.

But temples can't use this color for the Deity so they use black...that means that God is black with a white girlfriend!!

They were cracking up so hard and he took a Bhagavad Gita!!

I basically was just repeating from when you were telling us all that there were two devotees at a convention and one of them said this! So thank you!!

He also said he had a dream that he saw God, except he couldn't see Him because of a super bright light emaninating from HIm..

HpS - ASA -- 👍 Super legit. From psychology etc it seems that many people have supernatural, religious, experiences but they have no, perspective to understand or remember them, and at best they think it was a 'psychotic episode'.

We are reading the preparations for the upcoming Vyasa-puja and the opportunity to glorify the parampara.

I am grateful and excited for the efforts of my godbrothers and all the devotees involved.

A spiritual sister from Australia told me that our elder brother Sriman Raktak dasa told her "I will always be present in every Vyasa-puja where Gurumaharaja is", he also wanted to visit Mexico in some celebration, in every Vyasa-puja I keep it very present, it is an opportunity to meditate on the qualities of my older brothers.

HpS - I think it was announced as GoToMeeting on the Blog, but certainly it will be announced again.

They have announced a Facebook broadcast of the entire event, but by gotomeeting their holy association during classes is a different and very special experience, we appeal that way please, if it is by zoom it would also be fine. We will also celebrate the Vyasa-puja ceremony in the temple on this day, it will be very auspicious to have its darshan.

HpS - Usually ASA Carnival broadcasts the GoToMeeting meetings on Facebook. Maybe there will be 25-different reporters there with 25-different cameras with communication satellites in the patio!!

HpS - Just pray to Krsna what He and Sri Radha want, the it will be satisfying to everyone.

Regarding the online offering, Mani kundali dd has proposed to record a bhajan of your choice, we want to support and serve that initiative if it seems good to you, first we want to ask what bhajan you would like from us please, for your mercy some of we could try to howl harmoniously.

I’m visiting Houston Dec 26-Jan 15 for your Vyasapuja. Currently I’m looking for accommodation. Maharaj, the film script is ready and Yogi Prabhu and I have come up with a draft budget of around $150k. Whatever we are able to fundraise we will make the film with that amount.

President said something about rooms at a Hilton Hotel near the temple that they have discount relation with. SD knows about that I think. Other than that he may know about accomodations with devotees etc.

We hope you can participate in the Vyasapuja to your full satisfaction, glorifying Vyasadeva and the Sri Krsna Parampara.

Some mention that you, Sri Hari dasa, Aja govinda Das are offering to serve on the Board of Directors for NIOS, and that it was thought that Aja was on the Board but is no longer.

Aja was NIOS's esteemed Academic Correspondence Secretary but never on the Board of Directors. Board is more for general perspective not for actually developing projects.

You did not even need the letter cause I explained exactly what it said, and what happened.

HpS - I guess that was what you sent us on WhatsApp after I explained that as a Sannyasi that anything about money, politics, and women, was subject to public sharing. You commented that you didn't want what you had said shared, so I erased what you had sent me without looking at it.

In the above mentioned post we tried again to make it very clear that in these situations we are acting like Vyasadeva, not Bhisma. As commented there, all things sent to us are for public discussion. 😃

You again are presenting this as a misunderstanding, when it was a gross blasphemy that it seems that for some strange reason you are not willing to accept.

HpS - Going to the lotus feet of Krsna, Canto One, Chapter Sixteen, "How Parīkṣit Received the Age of Kali", we find that Kali is beating the Bull Dharma, but he keeps a broad perspective on the problem. Maharaja Pariksit thanks him for that and then turns with a pragmatic, kingly, glance at Kali and raises his sword to cut his head of. So, again, thank us for being Sannyasis, then act like a pragmatic Ksatriya if you thing that is correct!

So, here you have the straight forward facts, admitted by Manonath P, Gita Govinda P. Abhiram P, Kavidatta P, and even those who were also accused with Ganga, like Payonidhi P., Ompuran P and Yamunesvara P.

So, you have the perogative of not participating at all, but if you do by making comments, you need to be well informed, and not just taking the word of the culprit and whoever is protecting her. Otherwise, you are putting some of your intelligent disciples in a very difficult position because they know and their guru doesn´t. We are talking always about proven facts.

HpS - As we said in the post, what we presented was what we heard from Sriman Abhirama thakura Das and our own participation at that time. I did not, do not, present it as full, detailed, legal, evidence, but as one rather informed perspective.

We are trying to be responsible in these institutional dealings according to our age, nature, ability; and feel distressed that we cannot take more focus on this, but we had to go to breakfast program, full morning program in the Temple, midday program at the Gosala and Yoga Center, Sunday Feast and several really priority individual calls etc. 🙂

Please read carefully about these facts.

HpS - The word 'facts' is a heavy word for us! I don't take my testimony nor others as 100% 'facts', but certainly respect and act on them. Judge testimony in terms of NoI ie Karmis, Jnanis, Bhaktas by class 3, 2, 1!

This is part of my testimony to Hansarupa P.:

This happened in 2012, when a group of devotees presented and accusation against the ISKCON Peru board of directors, which included:

Fraud in the administration of legal persons, illicit enrichment, and against public faith. Falsification of documents to the detriment of the International Association for Krishna Consciousness. 

There were at least 3 forged signatures in the document of the election of the board of directors, and some of those who signed were cheated being told that their signatures were meant for a different purpose. As a result of this fraudulent election, Gangamayi took office from which she carried out actions that seriously harmed the interests of the institution.

When the investigator asked those who presented the case, who was in charge of the institution at the time the properties were purchased, and the main businesses started, my name came up, so I got a police summons to appear as a witness.

At that time, I was not even aware that there was a complaint, a judicial case taking place.

During the interrogation I told the officer that I couldn't say anything regarding the present situation because I was not actively participating within the institution. He then asked me simple questions regarding my administration. When he was printing my declaration, I asked him what was this all about, and he gave me the details of the accusations, and told me that it was a very serious case.

Back home I informed one of the members of this board about what I experienced at the police station, and after a week someone resent me a message that Ganga sent to the GBCs and sannyasis related to ISKCON Peru, although many devotees also ended up getting it. In this letter there was this accusation against me:

“There is also something very important to add, and that is that our devotees that have testified, such as: Payonidhi Prabhu (ACBSP) and Mother Gangamayi dd were surprised to find that Daru Krishna dasa has come forward as a voluntary witness against the Society. He has testified to the Police concerning ISKCON’s internal fiscal policies, apart from ISKCON’s history of child abuse, thousands of dollars sent illegally from outside Peru, fictitious documentation of properties in names of individual devotees, etc. The accounting records which were not being done appropriately, even at that time, we are being informed have to be revised and presented on an institutional level. We ask for your cooperation to help us overcome this difficult obstacle any way possible. We ask you also to please send us a reply, suggestions, advice or questions. We really require your blessings so that this will be finished as quickly as possible. We also request that this information and letter be accepted confidentially, not allowing it to be circulated amongst the general population of devotees, rather only to older competent devotees”.

HpS - We definitely have no memory of reading this. We testify that if we got this we would have taken some action. It is so intense. If we were in your position as we understand it we would have been like Arjuna receiving news of Abhimanyu's death.

This time Gita-govinda sent us copies of the letters he and others were sending to GBC, Hansarupa Das et al (long and in complicated Spanish) and we acknowledged and gave what advice we could in response.

We did a very thorough investigation of accusations against Mataji a few years ago and sent a call out on the ISKCON Peru general communication link, Facebook?, for any formal accusations.

No one.

No one.

No one.

Wrote to us.

We asked people, did you get this request? You have made informal accusations to us about this situation? They said, "Yes... but... ..... to difficult....".

So we... WE... W E ... made two accusations about things that we knew from the investigation. She gave defenses which even included sanction by the National Council and GBC Secretary JayaPataka Maharaja.

We could not contact Maharaja to confirm his participation and so we submitted our report to the Latin American GBC body, and within maybe three days Maharaja contacted us and confirmed M. Ganga mayi Devi Dasi' defense about National Council and GBC approvals, but commented that of course, he was not God and could not see everything everyone was doing, and that she might be engaged in incredible sinister secret activities behind things, but nothing indicated that to him.

Now we have asked Karuna-krsna Das and Mathuresa Das to please give us Hansarupa Das's contact information so that if he wants to ask us about our GBC investigation etc he can.

So far we have not received that but will follow up with phone calls maybe tomorrow.

Hard Work!

Gave Prabhupada headaches, but some necessary, no?

According to Chaturatma Das, who at that time was the secretary of the board and the person who sent the message by Ganga´s request, he didn't know that it was all a big lie.

The other signatories, with the exception of Gita Govinda, expressed in writing that they did not know its contents. A few days after the message was sent, the lawyer for the defendants got my statement, and everybody could see that there was not even a word in it of what was said in the message. So, Ganga, who was the person in charge of the main decisions in ISKCON Peru at that time, lied about the facts and fabricated a story to present herself as a victim, because it was not even true that I presented myself voluntarily. I was summoned by the police to testify as a witness and had no choice but to go.

(their lawyer got my declaration 2 weeks after she sent this letter, and of course nothing of which she accused me of saying to the investigator, was found here. This was not a "mistake" or a "misunderstanding", but a gross false accusation trying to use me as a scape goat).

HpS - As you are presenting it. It certainly requires comments from Smt. Gangamayi Devi Dasi or others.

In one Maha-bharata after Bhima knocks down Duryodhana, he puts his foot on his neck and I guess was going to kill him. Yuddhisthira steps forward and touches him and says, "Bhima, he is our cousin and he was a King!". Bhima growls and lets him go.

Hmmm.

In Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON, in Vrndavana, no one escapes Krsna and Rama's justice.

Today I was informed by the manager of Veda, the company that was renting the Miraflores house, that they were ready to pay 22,000 USD to ISKCON for several months of rent. After evaluating the loses caused by Gopal going to the municipality to denounce them, which meant closing their restaurant several times, they didn´t pay a penny. Yamuesvara as the legal representative, confirmed that Gopal was the person who did this, and because of this stupid actions ISKCON lost all this Lakshmi, something that will be reported to Hansarupa Prabhu.

The manager is willing to testify. Also, they installed a very expensive pump, that were selling, and Gopal refused to deliver it. He stole it from them. This demoniac family was stealing from Prabhupada´s mission since 1995, with the support of the GBC, and whoever had a leadership position in Peru, even until today.

HpS - Thank you. I have not had much dealing with Mataji. Some passing things here and there, and very cordial, devotional dealings at times. Thanks to her for that.

During the formal investigation we did, we went to Wilson. Personally looked at the bookkeeping, receipts, heard of the accounting she had done. Visited the center they had for Jagannatha in ??? San Borjes. Listened to her and Yamunesvara Das' comments on the situation.

Went to a lawyer with Caturatma and Karuna Das. (After which CAGD commented that based our our dealings with the lawyer, we were geniuses [Thank you. AgtSP].

Etc. Etc. Etc.

We have been Head Pujari, Treasurer, Zonal Legal Officer, President x 3 etc. Then we ordered to take Sannyasa and now we are practically expecting to leave this body withing the next year.

We feel that it is still our duty to be involved to some degree in management and money but more than that in constant chanting of the Holy Names, and encouraging, declaring that this is the basis of ISKCON.

As we said before. Unless we chant with administrators, accept their invitations to their Kirtan, and they accept ours, then really we cannot judge their administrative service very much nor have strong faith in their "facts". This is also true of the cooks, no?
