Maharaj on a happy note i plan on going to sridham mayapur on 22nd december for the first time. I plan on attending your offering to vyasa deva on your vyasa puja in sridham mayapur with h.g.prahalad narasimha das prabhu. I plan on staying for 8 to 9 days in mayapur.Maharaj please be mercifull towards me and bless me so that i can get the mercy of sridham mauapur anf learn something there.

Hare Krsna Guru Maharaja!  All the devotees at the SAC Preaching Center are hoping you will visit us on at least one occasion during your next tour of No. CA in 2015.  Who establishes your schedule?  At what e-address or phone number do I reach him? or it may be Rejeswara Prabhu would contact him as he is responsible for scheduleing speakers.  Hopefully by then, Dave Prabhu and me will be located in larger dwelling, more condusive to sadhana and closer to Sac and you could possible stay with us and we could take your shelter and serve you.

Lila has fallen very ill.  I have literally been up with her once each hour each night for 3 weeks.  We are trying to find out what is wrong with her and if there is a remedy.

Wow!  Turkey. My old stomping grounds!  Will be most interesting to see what Krsna is arranging!

Question:  The devotees call me "Kalindi Mataji."  I would prefer to be called Kalindi Devi dasi, although I appreciate their affectionate "nickname."  Most of the female initiated devotees usually are called by their full, three or even four part, lengthy names whereas the uninitiated female devotees are called by their birth first name along with "Mataji."

They are mostly Indian, very sweet, very fond of me, very respectful to me, both matajis andprabhus.  I do not wish to offend them.  I have studied Kalindi Devi quite a bit in shastra.  I feel "Kalindi Mataji" is a personal term of endearment whereas "Kalindi Devi dasi" reminds me constantly of  who I really am and what is my true position.

But perhaps it is just my false ego.  Is it ok to ask them to address me as"Kalindi Devi dasi?"   I think "Kalindi Devi dasi"  is good, Viasnava etiquite? unless one is in a hurry to get my attention, in which case "Kalindi Mataji" is understandable on occasion.  Please give me your opinion and I will follow it,

Thank you for your letter. You are kind of like St. Francis and the wolf. Taking care of an UNUSUAL spirit soul in a dog body. Usually dog has to become human then go back to Goloka, but maybe Lila is going to get a "Booster Rocket".
Our Calendar is just fixed here in the Blog. Really no where else. Now we are just looking at:

January-Feb 11 - South America.

Feb 11-March 5th - Nashville, Houston, (?) Chicago.

Then based in Nashville and MAYBE Peru again in July and Houston, West Coast - End of July through Janmastami.

Janmastami, August and then back to Nashville and Fall Winter in Europe, India, (?) Australia.

So, no details for Sacto etc now.

If someone calls you Kalindi Mataji, you can take it as, "Tall Mataji", or "Intelligent Mataji". "Kalindi" is this sense is an adjective. What kind of Mataji are you? You are a Kalindi Mataji.

You are a Mataji in terms of Kalindi, who is your Mistress.

Do sincere service to you and She will certainly reveal Herself to you. She is the liquid form of Visaka Devi, no?

HpS - ASA - San Thomas the Tooth has left our body. I wonder what the dentist does with them. I guess he has some kind of Medical Waste service. Interesting. Useful in the body, dangerous trash when disconnected. Like us and Krsna, no?

I really want to thank you for your good wishes and answers in my past letter.

About what you said that we should try to think as Vaikuntha as a different place from here and wanting to leave this place, that is a feelling that I`ve been wronly having for most of my life. I grew up wanting to get out of here, but not knowing where to or what for. After reading Srila Prabhupada`s books i was able to understand that in fact this is a miserable place, but he has given us the unvaluable treasure on guiding us on our way back home. The point is that the feeling i grow up with make me kind of hate this world, but now i understand that the point is not hating it, but getting out of it, but i really need to consider the world i live in as beatiful, as it is Krsna`s creation, and i can mantain in it without falling in a depression!!!!! From this point of view, i can asure that Srila Prabhupada saved my life.

HpS - Is like a prison or mental hospital, no? No we begin to become sane enough to realize that all our fantasies of being Romeo and Juliet are just the fantasys in the Mental Hospital. With that realization the Mental Hospital becomes a nice place. The society makes arrangements for our comfortable stay during recuperation, enough irritation so we won't want to stay, and while we are here we can help Dr. Krsna with the work in the Mental Hospital, if He wants we can work here with Him forever. Narada Muni spends a lot of time like that.

Regarding my Sadhana, im fixed with my garlands service in the temple, getting up at 5 am for home mangal aratik. Chanting 16 rounds in japa beads, sometimes enthusiatic others full of mind, but always trying to improve. Following 4 regulative principles strictly. I also mantain my daily readigs of BG, SBH, NOI, NOD and ended the Mahabarata, wich, i have to say was very interesting and clarifying of things and situations i didn`t now. I also make my own archive of your archives and now i intend to print them as for me, reading in the computer is not very effective, im attached to papper!!!!

I ended the disciples course of ISKCON and waiting for having the date for participating in Bhakti sastri.

The community here is very enthusiastic because of the first congress of education in ISKCON, making activities for rasing fonds, working together in the team of Srila Prabhupada...

P. Amara gouranga Das, our temple president, told me he sent you my formal recomendation  and i saw my name in the list of refugees in guru tattva. Does this mean that i can formally consider that you accept me for trying to aspire to become your disciple???

HpS - AGTSP. Yes, now you are a Refugee. I liked it better when the title was Aspirant, but Refugee maybe is more honest. Six months as a Refugee and you can take first inititation. THen second, third....

I have something to tell you though, because the first time i ask for your refugee, one year ago, your response was for me to read the guru tattva document, but as im an idiot i took that answer as a yes and been chanting your pranam mantra since then, Im really, really sorry if my ignorance make me commit an offense on you Maharaj...anyway i want to thank you for always being nice with me, responding my letters and giving me advice. Your guiadance is my only shelter in trying to undestand Lord Caitanya`s message and the teachings of srila Prabhupada.

Looking forward for counting with your holy association soon...

HpS - AGTSP paoho. No, offense. Is just a small detail. We will see you in just 38-days, no?  Of course, we can all die at any moment. Past sixty it is a reality if you have a USA body like mine. As long as we are chanting HK / HR we are all packed-up on the Spiritual Platform. Even now I am thinking of nice walks up to the Alemeda to visit the Lion and association with the devotees. You are the life and light of Chile. Don't let the light go out!

Things are continuing to improve for me in Utah. My work schedule has now become ideal where I am able to have time for my sadhana. I am at 16 daily rounds for at least the past month. Reading and offerings to my deities are also there. I'm in the first half of Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2. Krishna is really driving home the point that we are not the body and the nature and qualities of the jiva soul. I am also reading Mahabharata. The Pandavas have escaped from the burning wax house and have gone through there adventures in hiding. Bhima marries a cannabal! Interesting how though she was a man eating shape shifting demon she knew enough about religion to persuade Yudhisthira that she was qualified to marry Bhima. My mind is a bit boggled by that one. They are now returning from the arena after competing for Draupadi.

HpS - ASA - AGTSP!!!!  Very nice. The whole world thanks you!!!   Krsna, Gopal thanks you! It means you will be coming home soon. Are you reading Krsna dharama's Mahabharata? It is nice.

I am also attending the temple programs regularly, although it doesn't appeal much to me. I have to make it appealing for myself. The topics discussed in class do not come from Sastra. In my opinion it isn't a whole lot to do with Vedic philosophy. But I get to lead kirtan, and I have taken it upon myself to read from Krishna book for the guests after the program during prasadam. This is becoming a regular practice. It's nice to read for the people. I'm happy to get another taste for sadhana in the past months. I'll continue to write regularly, perhaps once a month.

HpS - What "temple program" is it? Spanish Fork? Salt Lake City? SB class??? 

I have not heard back from Radhika Raman Prabhu since I last wrote to you. I know he is very busy with his work. He gave me his phone number and mentioned to call on the weekends, so perhaps I'll try to reach him that way since my schedule has recently changed.

HpS - Yes, I just talked with him. I don't talk with him too much neither, because, yes he is very busy right now. He is finishing his first year at the school there with administrative duties, grading year end examinations, family &&& he and Krsna ksetra Maharaja have the FINAL EXTENDED DEADLINE with Columbia University for their academic summary with selected extracts of the Srimad Bhagavatam. It is a $200 million book! So wonderful for the whole world but they have to do some serious writing and editing before end of the year.

Here we are reporting from our cave in Mar del Plata. Thank you so much to pull me out from my sleep. Bad quality 16R / 4P in the gross world.  Most of the time lately i finish my rounds before going to bed or the next day sometimes. No morning program. 

Moving SAMA demanded lot of time and energy, but in the core of my heart i know it is only a choice. The mind is so tricky. It is a fact if one really wants to serve Krisna it is impossible no matter the situation not to do it. So this brought lot of reflexion to me, whether i'm doing the best service i can to Srila Prabhupada.

Regarding your questions in my last report i'm like 60 rounds behind from my kartik vrata of 20 / day.

The meeting with Rupanuga das was interesting, I could observe the kind of practice he is doing and I told him about mine. He told me that he was willing to teach me about astrology for applying it in ayurveda. He was very polite and I felt he really wants to help me to improve my practice.

The relationship with CMDD is fine, i feel like we can make a very good team to serve you and Srila Prabhupada. Little by little we get to know better each other.

Here in argentina your Vyasa Puja IS GOING TO BE on tuesday 23rd. I will celebrate it on sunday 21st with local devotees at El Loft and on tuesday alone at home. I think this year i will be your only disciple her in Mar cause Pancattava prabhu is in brasil and Gargacharya prabhu will be in chile. I hope i can log in for the "web darshan". What do you want to eat on your VP Gurudev?

The idea for Sunday is to tell devotees about your glorious deeds, your "avant garde" Sankirtan with Jung and MOE, and make a flyer with info about all your activities, blog KD, youtube channel, twitter, TPP, etc. 

Regarding suggestion for the online program it would be nice to know in advance how many devotees are willing to make their offerings online.

Thank you so much Gurudev for your constant inspiration. I  hope soon i can return to a nice FMP and acceptable japa.
