Many congratulations on this very auspicious day , when lord Ram, with the help of Hanuman,

And associates got victory over Ravan.

And also today sri Madhavacharya appearance day

Thank you very much Maharaj for giving your association during last Houston visit.

We hope that you have settled in Peru nicely, and hope weather is cooperating with your health.

Maharaj me and Sumitra is doing well, by mercy of vaishnav and Radha Rani, we are engaged in service in temple.

Maharaj have a small question if you get a time :

Nector of Instruction Text 2: It is said that one should not do over-endeavoring to get material things, so question is where should we keep line, is there any criteria how much endeavor one should do?

HpS - Thank you for your excellent letter. We are sorry that we did not answer it sooner. We try to get to all the mail, but it is really impossible:

1. We are lazy.
2. Our body is getting old and our eyes cannot handle the computer as much as before. Need a secretary?
3. The travel Sankirtan etc. takes a LOT of energy.

Your question is very nice. I would answer as we understand Bhisma answered Yuddhisthira from the bed of arrows. Yuddhisthira was thinking that by causing the death of so many people to become the King he had been over endeavoring.

However he was guided by three things: God, the Brahmanas, Vedic scriptures.

So, read Prabhupada's books. That will give all the basic principles about how many nice shirts are too many shirts. How expensive a house or car is too expensive. Then chant Hare Krsna and you will get inspiration, good intelligence, from God, Krsna. Finally, keep association with devotees. They can give you good, practical advice of what is over endeavor.

For example, does your family need to go to the beach for a few days to get refreshment?

The above three elements will give you good peace of heart.

In the Kapi Dhvaja we give news about our health etc. You can see there that things are going very well. We have hopes of returning to Houston with good results, 7th March, and then doing a lot of filming in Houston.

Espero se encuentre muy bien de salud en la agradable compañía de los devotos en Nueva Ashoka Van, me alegra tanto poder escucharlo por las mañanas y en las lecturas de la tarde es muy inspirador, usted siempre encuentra la forma de llegar a nuestros corazones y compartir la Conciencia de Krishna con todos nosotros.

Han pasado muchas cosas desde mi última carta, haré un breve resumen:

Primero y lo más importante hace un tiempo volvimos con el padre de mis hijos ( Manjari y Giridhari) y este año nos casamos legalmente, antes no habíamos podido pero ahora por misericordia de Krishna todo salio muy bien,

...fue algo muy sencillo y muy lindo para nosotros, siento que el tiempo separados nos ayudó a madurar en muchos aspectos y estamos muy felices.

Estamos trabajando como familia desde casa en la venta de prasadam lo que nos tiene muy contentos, acá todos cocinan muy bien y yo algunos días de la semana atiendo el local de mi amiga Maha Anandini, esto me ha ayudado tanto a sacar la bondad de mi corazón, y poder llegar a las personas, ellas se van muy felices del local y siempre vuelven, además también distribuimos libros todo el tiempo especialmente el Bhagavad Gita, es muy inspirador.

En casa tenemos nuestro altar, tenemos un estándar simple pero constante y todo lo que vendemos se los ofrecemos a nuestras deidades, Jagannatha, Baladeva y Subhadra fueron hechos por nosotros hace ya 17 años, me emociona poder servirlos y pensar que ya llevan tantos años con nosotros.

Personalmente estoy comenzando un pequeño proyecto donde puedo desarrollar mis habilidades artísticas, creativas, la escritura, leer en voz alta y todo lo que me gusta, se trata de un podcast en Spotify acerca de la Conciencia de Krishna, esto me entusiasma tanto

Gurudeva porque es algo que lo vengo pensando hace tiempo y poder empezarlo me alegra mucho, estoy orando a Srila Prabhupada para hacer esta ofrenda desde el corazón y poder compartirla con los demás, el podcast se llama Bhaktimala y tendrá reflexiones acerca del bhaktiyoga, lectura de libros de la literatura vedica, celebraciones importantes en la cultura vaisnava y su significado y entrevistas. Estoy aprendiendo a editar y sobre todo a dejar a un lado las limitaciones que muchas veces tenemos, oró humildemente por sus bendiciones para este proyecto.

Por último mi sadhana es Mangalarati por la mañana, 16 rondas, lectura, FMP, gracias a Krishna el trabajo que tengo ahora me permite hacer el programa de la mañana tranquilamente y por las noches escucho sus lecturas y algún capítulo de el Krishna Book. 16 rondas y 4 principios ok 😉

Estoy haciendo el Bhakti Sastri a ritmo de tortuga pero vamos avanzando de a poco, espero terminarlo para el próximo año.

Me gustaría mucho poder ir a verlo a Perú Gurudeva, pero sé que esta ocupado en al realización de la película y que el aforo es limitado, pero desde acá esperamos seguirlo en todos los programas que podamos para tener su asociación.

Mil gracias Gurudeva por toda la inspiración que derrama sobre todos, espero poder ser alguien útil para usted y Srila Prabhupada, mis reverencias eternas Gurudeva.

Muchísimas gracias por esta carta. Quizás somos un 75% de devotos sinceros y más allá de eso, nuestros ojos están fallando, etc.

Luego vimos el título de esta publicación y pensamos que era la carta anterior que había enviado, así que no la abrí hasta ahora.

Por supuesto, hemos conversado por Whatsapp y esperamos hablar por teléfono contigo con Parama karuna Das.

Hemos escuchado algunos comentarios sobre esta situación, y los de Patrak parecen ser los más directos, lúcidos y con su habitual motivación muy sincera.

Personalmente, nos enfrentamos a muchos desafíos personales como el suyo de otros amigos y discípulos, por lo que no podemos dar la atención personal a cada uno que queremos.

Tu historia ciertamente parece normal. Dentro del rango del Srimad Bhagavata. No dejes que The Witch destruya tu entusiasmo. Todos somos puros. Todos cometemos errores y luego tenemos que corregirlos. Eso es todo. Nadie tiene derecho a no aceptar la corrección de una situación.

¡¡Todos somos demasiado esenciales para los planes de Krsna de separarnos del movimiento Sankirtan !!

Since the beginning of this year, I've been contemplating the benefits of taking second initiation. I remember how you often mention in your classes that first initiation is experimental, and that real initiation is second initiation. At the time of second initiation is when Krishna accepts one as similar to Himself.

Guru Maharaja, I wake up at 3:45 AM daily, chant my rounds, do Mangala Arati, and listen to SB and BG classes. I wanted to humbly request for second initiation from you. I received first initiation in 2017 and have seriously kept my vows since then. I think that second initiation will help me achieve a greater degree of purity, cleanliness, and punctuality to serve Krishna.

If you bless me with second initiation, I wish to serve Sri Sri Jagannath, Baladeva, Subhadra, and Gaura Nitai along with my parents, after the grand opening of our temple on October 3rd.

Thank you very much for your response to my letter, you have been a great inspiration in my spiritual life and I am indebted to you, that makes me happy because I will always be meditating on trying.

I have seen some devotees drift away from Krishna consciousness due to personal problems and have fallen or have not returned. I am a little afraid that I will not regain the enthusiasm and determination of earlier in my spiritual life.

HpS - The gopis have the same fear, but more intense. Let us all stay together and make it back to Krsna. See Him and Srila Prabhupada face to face!
