according to the film project the art and the sacred, with your permission may be in the boat.

we believe that it is good to have several narrative lines: the pilgrimage that you undertake, the interviews that take place, the artistic expressions and their artists ( for example dance and Manipuri art) and the event in Peru.

in a film are the instances of production, filming and post production.

now we are in a first stage of ideas before a pre production of how it is going to film.

a theme can be as life itself can have a sacred and artistic sense, live artistically realizing that the sacred is inherent in each person and how it is a tendency in art to become a esthetic without a sense that the esthetic in itself without awake, connect or stimulate the soul. and as the sacred can be alone a ritual without meaningless losing its essence without being a ritual to awaken the soul and becoming a media to connect our consciousness to love and the transcendent.

for the other stages of the project we also have some ideas

con respecto al proyecto de la película el arte y lo sagrado, con su permiso podemos estar en el bote.

creemos que es bueno tener varias líneas narrativas, sea el peregrinaje que usted emprenda, las entrevistas que se realicen, las expresiones artísticas ( por ejemplo danza y arte manipuri) y sus artistas y el evento en Perú.

en una película  están las instancias de pre producción, filmación y post producción.

ahora estamos en una primera etapa de ideas  antes de una pre producción de cómo es que se va a filmar.

un tema  puede ser como la vida misma puede tener un sentido sagrado y artisco, vivir artísticamente realizando que lo sagrado es inherente en cada persona y como  hay tendencia a que el arte se vuelva estética sin un sentido mas que lo estético en si sin despertar, conectar o estimular el alma. y como lo sagrado puede caer en ser solo ser un ritual sin sentido perdiendo su esencia sin ser un ritual para despertar el alma volviéndose un medio para conectar el amor o la conciencia a lo trascendente.

para las otras etapas del proyecto we also have some ideas.

HpS - Hare Krsna. AGTSP. Paoho. Please forgive the delay in answering your great letter.

We are in Ujjain now and leave for Pune at 11AM. We did an interview of Dr. Kalyan. Now we will listen to it and suggest editing arrangements. Amibka DD sent our grant application letter to Meta-soft and they made several suggestions about how it can be improved.

We will work on that.

We expect to get a letter in the Blog today from Abhirama Dasa. Unless we can fix the venue for the Exhibition in Lima in the next few days we are going to have to make serious changes in plans.

Look deep in your heart for the plan Krsna has for your service!

despues de algunos meses de cuidados y tratamientos, la salud de los bronquios y pulmones va mejorando en un 80%,  estuve en las ciudades de Veracruz , Oaxaca , y Uruapan  con los climas mas cálidos y en asociación de Devotos , por su  infinita misericordia me he mantenido cantando los Santos Nombres y ofrendando la distribución de libros a los sagrados pies de Loto de Srila Prabhupada, estoy muy agradecida a Krishna que me cuida a travez de sus devotos quienes siempre me brindan su compañia y apoyo : P. Budhi Manta (es como un Papá pendiente de ver que este bien y no me falte nada)  m. Kalavati, m. Sudevi, m. Fabiola, m. Karen, me brindan las facillidades para hacer el Sankirtan , .... m. Mukti Hektu (al igual que p. Budhi Manta es como una Mamá  pendiente de ver que esté bien y no me falte nada) ...  el trabajo que realizo a travez de la venta de inciensos solo me ayuda a cubrir los gastos de mi padre y mios, por lo que el viaje a Perú todavia está pendiente, ....  pero, estoy en paz,  estoy aprendiendo a someterme a la dulce voluntad de Krishna, él sabe cuanto necesito estar con mi padre  seguramente que todavia no es el momento adecuado .....  me quedé sin libros y las devotas de Uruapan me donaron un poco de Revistas  "de Vuelta al Supremo"  editadas y traducidas al español  por Nandananda dasa ( ACBSP)  en sus numeros 1 y 2  ... están hermosas!!   y, al parecer van a estar para la Marathón  de Prabhupada aunque todavia no está confirmado, ......  leyendo una de ellas,  Prabhupada enfatiza la formula de Conciencia de Krishna :" Bailar, Cantar, comer Krishna Prasadam y oir temas trascendentales"  son actividades espirituales que nos acompañarán en la eternidad y si uno tiene la gran fortuna de realizarlo perfectamente en esta misma vida puede obtener la admisión al reino de Dios, ...   Su- Sukham Kartum Avyayam  "el servicio devocional se efectua gozosamente "  ..por su infinita misericordia querido Gurudev, estoy distribuyendo estas revista no son muchas pero, cada dia tengo la oportunidad de tener la dicha de saborear el Nectar del Sankirtan, eternamente agradecida por su infinita compasión, querido GuruMaharaja!!!

Badri-Narayana Swami gave class. He told of some of his personal experiences with Srila Prabhupada. Then breakfast in the elegant Temple restaurant/dinning ara with the first GBC Secretaries to arrive.

MOE meeting about setting up the forms to collect data about the educational initiatives in ISKCON: HpS, Rama-giri-Shari Das, Tapan-misra Das, Indira-Shakti (TMD wife). Mataji left then we beat out the presentation that we want to make to the 1,500 delegates to the ILS meeting in February, which we will introduce in the next issue of 'Viplavah' also.

Then TMD left and RGD and I met for a little more about the Sunday school curriculum and a few other things.

Now some mail, class, MOE meetings and were are off to Pune at 11AM.

I am very sorry I did not attend Saturday's SB class by phone. Actually, at that time Gopal's wife was delivering her baby in the Logan hospital, with my wife at her side.

HpS - Well, O.K.      I guess we can excuse her and you all, but if they are recorded then we can all listen later. Our respects to the Mother and family.

Gopal was frantically driving from Boise to Logan, rushing to make it in time for the 9:30am C-section operation. I was coordinating between Gopal, his wife, and my wife---trying to keep everyone calm---while also looking after the kids at home. The baby was finally born around 9:30am. In the pandemonium, I totally forgot about class.

I am so sorry you have had to go through so much pain just to have a weekly Bhagavatam class in Boise. This is actually for our benefit, and yet you are taking all the trouble. Please, Gurudeva, I really want to make this my last life in the cycle of birth and death.

HpS - Come on!   What could be more ecstatic than coming on the scene being pulled screaming and crying form the belly of your poor mother cut open with a sharp instrument?

Help!!     I need these classes as much as our while ISKCON.

I promise that in the future I will call on Saturday mornings if it is in any way possible and attend Bhagavatam class. Please forgive me.

While holding my newborn, Sarasvati, and chanting Japa a proof came to me. “Nothing can come into existence that didn’t already exist in potential.” I nearly fell over laughing. It is beautiful. This applies to the universe and also consciousness. I have spent the last few days trying to defeat it. One cannot defeat it; they can only choose to ignore it.

HpS - "And then from the void light appeared (by chance)!"

One could say “Well what about flying unicorns? Do they therefore exist?”, to which I would reply “Yes, in your imagination. Now lets discuss where imagination comes from…”

A day later I came across Gödel’s “Incompleteness Theorem” which is same logic. The Supersoul talks no? It is also obvious why I have never heard of it before. From here one can move on to discussing the nature of the absolute truth. I will spend some time putting this proof on paper. With your blessings I will be able to please Krishna somehow.

HpS - I mentioned Godel'd Theorem to Sadaputa Das and he said that it is only true up to Second Level Calculus, which I don't know what it means, an arkane language.

Srila Prabhupada and Srimad Bhagavatam say “No philosophy is complete unless it can indicate the absolute truth.”

I am responding to your letter at http://hps-d6.monkeywarrior.com/node/8474 Thank you for your efforts, patience, and perseverance to start a weekly Bhagavatam study of Boise ISKCON devotees inside the temple. This is the third attempt you made in the recent past. Initially, almost all the time, I was the only one sitting in the temple on feeble phone connection from my home, broadcasting our online session. After many many weeks, I found it discouraging and eventually discontinued it when there was audio being played on the altar at the time of the class!

HpS - Yes, I think Ananta-rupa Das told me that they could not listen to the class so they were playing Bhajans while they dressed Sri Sri Banki bihari.

Then again by your efforts, we started a session just for local devotees and we were gathering before Sunday feast program to discuss weekly content. I was helping as much as possible with scheduling and other things. There was very good turnout and the response was positive and encouraging. Then all of a sudden the Temple President canceled it without soliciting any feedback from participants or a progression plan in place.

HpS - Could he have consulted but your good self just didn't know about it?

Now for the third time, you started it again. . .

HpS - Actually we had been doing a lot of discussion about the situation with ARD and Prof. Radhika ramana Das and that is how it got started to my knowledge.

. . .and this time, in my mind, I had no active role other than a participant in a program that the Temple President is promoting in accordance with the instructions from ISKCON Ministry of Education.  . .

HpS - Actually, we are right in the middle of the MOE meetings here in Ujjjain. It is INTENSE works and we are discussing all these things and of course remembering that administration is very dangerous because one can commit Hati-mata, offenses amongst the Vaisnavas, so easily. The MOE is just trying to apply Srila Prabhupada's instruction, even GBC instructions, always have a class in every morning in every ISKCON Temple. 

I was excited to participate but things didn't go well and as you summarized the class was canceled again.

HpS - Has it been canceled??   I just thought a couple of participants walked out of that one. They could apologize exchange gifts of money and non-alcoholic beer and try again next week.

Of course, the above three instances were most recent ones but you have been trying this for more than a decade and several ISKCON devotees from Boise and other places have been attending online and taking advantage of the scripture and your association.

HpS - All others.

At least, I would have been in a pretty bad situation, if it were not to the teachings you have been imparting in these weekly gatherings! Over the last decade, you made countless requests to Boise temple administration to get involved but it didn't work out.

HpS - Not countless. Just several and they may have their difficulties.

I agree with what you said: "No one in Boise, or even in the material world, has much claim to be perfect and not admit mistakes and offer obeisances to initiated ISKCON devotees and work out practical management problems in organizing Daily SB class." Please forgive me for losing my patience due to historical reasons, maybe I could have responded better! I am willing to attend, as a participant at the same time that you decided (6:30 am Saturday) so as to make it suitable for Anantarupa Prabhu to attend. I cannot promise to be the first person coming in advance and setting things up. If needed I can do it for a couple of weeks till devotees learn how to get online themselves. In fact, almost everyone knows and have logged into start meeting many times before. The presenters need to get their own laptops or the temple should provide one since some carry business laptops and cannot use it for public purposes other than in rare scenarios. I also feel the temple administration should give the projector so devotees can see the presentations instead of peeking into the tiny laptop.

Your suggestion about getting the Boise classes out to the community through tele-conferencing seem practical to me, but other may have more information to present. If nothing else someone could call in on a telephone and then broadcast and record through their phone. Of course, the visual is very nice!
