Hare Krsna dear Gurudeva, please accept my most humble and respectful obeisances.

In fact it is strange to write again, it seems that from my thoughts to my actions there are many years of Brahma in between.

This is very difficult for me, I'm confused, I feel lonely, dirty. The decision by majority was to leave the temple. To tell you the truth, I thought that everything would be simpler. "It's not a good time for you to be here" - they told me. "Follow your dreams, I'm glad you're flying".  Is it recommended to look for a job? To study? Go to another ksetra to intensify my sadhana? Or go back to the temple? My spiritual desires are mixed with my reality and conditioning.

So many fantasies, memories, and ideas pass through my head. I really put myself at your feet, my vision is very short, my senses very impertinent.

I know I must go little by little so I don't fall. My main objective is only to fulfill my promise. A year has passed since that very lucky moment for me, I did not deserve it. But I thank you infinitely for carrying me. I feel so weak without your closeness.

Mom agrees with everything I do, she wants to visit the Cueramaro farm with the devotees. Mother Gauravani insists that she spends some time there. Dad quit smoking. I warned him about the risks of doing it... Other family members have tried some prasada that I have prepared for them. I missed so much spending time with them.

I want to continue painting. I have read more about God in Prabhupada's books. Purification from Sankirtan, distributing books, is truly refreshing, a relief, a respite for the soul. I was going on buses, person to person, on Harinama... Different modalities until finding myself. The temple president, didn't let me out, I think sooner or later he was going to, unfortunately, after some talk, I thanked him and apologized.

So I've been living outside the temple for a month, still adapting and taking care of some aspects of my karma. I understand that I still need to purify myself. For the time being I remain waiting intensely for you, or until I can visit you.

I say goodbye to you Gurumaharaj, but not before presenting my Gaura-Nitai... Can I have them? and / or worship them? They came to me during the year, I inherit Them from a Srila Prabhupada's disciple after having helped her a couple of days when she stayed at the ashrama. This is her story, They were careless and obscure, but now They are shining. Deva Dharshan prabhu is helping me take care of them since now I have build a place for Them at home. Is this okay? What name should They have?

Offer Incense, Lamp, Flower, Fragrant Oil, Food.  Have Mangala arati for them and in the Evening. Bhajana and Kirtan. Hope your new Ashrama situation is fun!!!

answering what you asked me i did read the English version because the Spanish version wasn't available and i want to thank you and tell you i would never be able to thank you enough for guiding me and taking your precious time to answer all my questions and doubts. now i know what i have to do in order of being aspirant to take shelter under your guidance to become a disciple of yours, and I'm working on it, and start doing what i need to do, and I'm starting from now. I'm going to talk to the temple's president for his guidance in all these subject matters.

Here is the address in Spanish. I think it is pretty current, but the English location also follows. What do you think about it?

 It's the perfect guide, just exactly what i needed, i appreciate you take the time to send me this helpful links dear Maharaja.its also true what is said in the Madhudvisa explanation, where it says that if we cannot follow the instructions of attending to Mangala Arti, chant 16 rounds and following the 4 principles and learning how to live in ISKCON, how can we execute further duties. first things first, right?

I spend the whole Christmas season here at the temple as same as new year's eve. I've been attending to mangal aarti every day and finally chanting my 16 rounds as well. I'm waiting for the temple's president to come back from India to ask him if i can stay the 6 months needed for the process required to be under your shelter, as an aspirant, i want to do my best in order to get everything well settle. I also wanted to talk about a behavior I'm developing and which is bothering me, hurting me really bad, to the point its affecting my eating schedule or sleep, I'm  becoming too attached to my ex-boyfriend, we broke up two days ago,  and even tho i want to be back with him he just doesn't want to be with me anymore, i guess i scared him away with an almost obsessive behavior of mine from last week after we had a big fight about an argument where i wanted to react in a different way than the way he did. what should i do? i really need to work on my patience dear Maharaja, but i still don't know how. i don't want to lose him, but it seems everything is lost already. i will always wait for your answer to analyze what I'm going thru and make the best desition. 

  thank you for your guidance Maharaja, I would never have enough to return all the time you spend on answering my letters.

HpS - For decisions about personal relations we cannot say much being a long way away. You should keep a nice connectiong with nice people and ask them for their opinion. In general we have Nectar of Instruction, especially text five.   Four and five give nice perspective. Arjuna had to kill his grandfather, teacher, cousins and nephews, but he saw that it was the best thing for them. If we get Krsna then we really have all these family relations, for ever.

Whenever I think that I am really lost case to the devotional service I remember that there is somebody who is showing that to be devotee is possible. And that somebody is you.

Where many poeple will try to find different complex and unworking solutions you have given us simple and amazing: Get up early and get your rounds done.

I hope one day I will be able to please you with clean consciousness, and fixed morning program and early rounds.

Every day you show us the path that leads you back home, with your acts and your instructions. Of Father, of Teacher and it perfectly shows us what it means to surrender at the feet of Guru and Krishna. Totally dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of Srila Prabhupada. He gives us his love in a sublime way, without rest, he sacrifices his well-being, for ours, he is always preaching for the benefit of all the suffering souls.
You awaken us from this horrible and deceptive nightmare by showing us the sweet reality of Krishna consciousness.
How much we have to thank him, that would be of us without his mercy. I always think of You and infinitely thank Lord Krishna for that. Remembering you makes me think of Krishna and remembering Krishna makes me think of You.
I pray for your good health and
thank you very much, dear Gurudeva, I hope to one day be worthy of the dust of His Lotus Feet. Or blows of His Staff on my head.

Usted día a día nos muestra el camino que lleva de vuelta a casa, con sus actos y con sus instrucciones. De Padre , de Maestro y nos muestra perfectamente lo que significa rendirse a los pies de Guru y Krishna. Totalmente dedicado a cumplir los deseos de Srila Prabhupada. Nos da su amor de manera sublime, sin descanso,        sacrifica su bienestar, por el nuestro, siempre está prédicando en beneficio de todas las sufrientes almas.
Usted nos despierta de esta horrible y engañosa pesadilla mostrándonos la dulce realidad de la conciencia de Krishna.
Cuánto tenemos para agradecerle, que sería de nosotros sin su misericordia. Siempre pienso en Usted y agradezco infinitamente Al Señor Krishna por eso. Recordarlo a Usted me hace pensar en Krishna y recordar a Krishna me hace pensar en Usted.

HpS - TLGASP.  Pfanrh.  Pienso no tenemios pies de loto. Mas probable pies to zanhoria pero mejorando.

Esperando que Krishna lo proteja y lo mantenga bien, le escribo para primero agradecerle por su infinita misericordia.  Mi familia (Caturatma Goura das, Parvati and me) somos muy afortunados por tener su asociación.  Quisiera reportarle que por sus bendiciones hemos obtenido el grado de Química en la Universidad San Marcos y ahora queremos dedicar nuestro tiempo a retomar nuestro servicio mensual de cocina para RMB Chosica aunque Caturatma prabhu piensa en apoyar un programa Bhakti Vriksa, que nos puede recomendar?

HpS ASA -- No conocemos los detalles de su situación, pero nos gusta la idea de centrarnos en el desarrollo de ISKCON Callao. Por supuesto, esto también debería aumentar el servicio de RMB. Quimica de la cocina.

Parvati terminó la escuela con buenas notas y continuará con sus clases de danza Bharatanatyam con Gopesvara group.  Queremos motivarla a que cante rondas y estamos pensando estudiar juntas los libros d de Prabhupada ya que a ella le gusta mucho leer. 

Le pido a Krsna que podamos seguir teniendo su santa asociación y seguir aprovechando el FMP así como la asociación de los devotos de Callao y poder hacer programas. Hoy estamos reunidos en casa de prabhu Abhirama junto con varios devotos y trajimos nuestras deidades.

How are U?

Well, as usual we are struggling with life.. .

HpS - Jaya!   So were the Pandavas!    We weren't born to be happy..

. . .next week I will be admitted in the hospital for another surgery.. doctors say this will help me a lot .... this year has been very very very hard for me not only in health but also in spiritual life... i have to deal with some problems i cannot tell in this letter but i would like to talk with U next time U come to Peru...

Struggling with our rounds but trying to get them done!! reading NOI again.. trying to be a good example .....   my sister is getting more interested in Krsna consciousness ...now she is reading Bhagavad Gita and she is so excited!!! all the family is following EKADASI with enthusiasm...we are making progress step by step

hope next year i can come back to work and continue my studies 

i want to thank you for always being there for me and my family... taking the time to ask for me and being SO patient !!

HpS -- Hare Krsna.  Thank you for always translating the Kapi-dhvaja. After Back to Godhead I think it is the oldest periodical in ISKCON.   Hmm!   The Sankirtan Newlsetter is probably older!  If you had not met Srila Prabhupada what would be your physical situation now?   This Yoga has helped your physical body, no??  Then also, the emotional pressure would have been terrible and you probably would have had to look for shelter in something terrible.

Karma, Karma, Karma.   Is better to have the situation that you  have now than to be a gopher and eat a lot of worms.   Oooof!   Just so long as we can remember Krsna an do some service. We can be Gophers in Braja.
