Querido Gurudev: Pamho. Toda gloria a Srila Prabhupada y sus seguidores fieles.

Espero que se encuentre bien cuando reciba este mensaje. Se acerca el dia de su cumpleaños (otro año mas) y me viene una reflexión de San Agustin: "Por mas que nos empeñamos en celebrar nuestro anal*, los años no vienen sino que se van" . (*= cumpleaños)

La verdad es que leo en el blog como lo glorifican mis hermanos espirituales y no me veo con la capacidad de hacerlo en ese mismo nivel. Solo quiero decirle que cuando está presente me lo paso muy bien, su gran sentido del humor y la habilidad que tiene transmitiendo el proceso del bhakti en diferentes ambientes hace que su nivel en la predica sea de "Maharathi". Es un gran ejemplo personal para la comunidad vaisnava (practíca y predíca). Aunque aún no soy un anciano ya pienso regularmente en que este cuerpo está mucho mas cerca del final que del principio y deseo poder cualificarme para poder seguir relacionandome con usted vida tras vida.

Mi vida personal no ha sufrido grandes cambios en este último año. Seguimos luchando por ser devotos y tengo esperanza de que algún dia, con la misericordia de los vaisnavas y de Krisna, pueda  lograr ser un buen devoto.

Seguimos con los programas en casa los viernes y sigo esperando, si no cambian las leyes, que en poco mas de dos años pueda jubilarme y tenga mas tiempo para cultivar el bhakti.

Me lamento de que cuando tengo su asociación personal, debido a mi contaminación de ignorancia y pasión no puedo aprovechar lo suficiente su asociación.

Le ruego que perdone mis ofensas pasadas, presentes y futuras, ya que carecen de intencionalidad.

No quiero quitarle mas tiempo; soy consciente de que tiene muchas personas con las que relacionarse, principalmente para ayudarlas.

Gracias por todo y agradezco a Krisna que lo haya puesto en mi camino de vuelta a casa.

ASA - Como Vd!

  Gurudeva, este año 2017 ha sido muy especial para mí debido a que hemos vuelto a servir en el Buenos Aires mandir como pujari. He realizado también que estamos aquí solo por la misericordia de Sri Guru y Gouranga y de los devotos. Me siento bendecida, agradecida! 

 Nuestro sadhana fue bastante regular comparado con todos los años anteriores. La verdad es que hubo días que hemos dejado rondas para el día siguiente debido a los grandes festivales o malestar del cuerpo (nada grave!) estoy consciente de que esto no es una excusa si no una condición! Por eso le pedimos bendiciones para, al menos, seguir intentando mejorar nuestro servicio. 

 Nuestra mente está mas tranquila porque le estamos exigiendo que confíe mas y mas en Krsna! Todavía hay demasiados deseos inútiles, mucha ignorancia y poca comprensión del propósito de nuestra existencia, es por eso que estamos intentando seguir las instrucciones que tan bondadosamente nos trajo Srila Prabhupada, sirviendo lo mas humildemente posible.

Algo bueno hemos logrado porque estamos emocionalmente mas equilibrados! Tengo que aprender a sonreír cada día más! Pero estamos animados! Bastante animados porque no nos estamos involucrando en lo que no nos corresponde, si no que, estamos siendo exigentes con nuestro propio corazón, y lo poco que podemos dar al prójimo, intentamos que sea útil, de buena calidad, consciente, sincero.

 Hemos estado siguiendo su sankirtan a través del perfíl de facebook (Sankirtan de Hanumatpresaka Swami) que hemos creado con los hermanos espirituales y bienquerientes de todo el mundo, así que nuestra admiración por usted sigue en aumento! 

 En vísperas de su Vyasa Puja ya estamos organizando la celebración con los hermanos espirituales y esperamos que sea de su agrado.

 Gracias Gurudeva por todo su amor y dedicación para con nosotros!

You told me to take some notes of my travel so I thought I would write to you every few days with three most important things that I could recall. Here comes the first one:

1. Travel makes me really sick. I felt dizzy, sleepless and unable focus. So I simply chanted as much I can and I was deeply grateful to Srila Prabhupada, you and other devotees who travel so much for preaching. At the same time I was amazed how many folks are enjoying their travel. A mom with two older kids, one infant, aged mother was attending to all of them and at the same time finding time to have fun playing video games! I thought if the materialists are so enthusiastic to carry on their duties like this I should be much more enthusiastic to serve the Lord and His mission and prayed for that enthusiasm and strength.
2. Following your instruction, at my wife's hint, I gifted a Gita to the passenger next me on the flight. He is an Indian, a professor/Director of Computer Science, in a US university. He did his PhD from Purdue and a senior member of IEEE. He was grateful for the gift and asked me to write my name on the book so he can remember being received it from me. I quoted 3.21 (123 backwards!) and told him with his big position he is a leader in society and he should read. He promised to read. I really felt like a robot following your instruction but since I did what you said I felt like the life entered the robot!
3. We reached Vrindavan safely and spent 16 hours since I reached here. My memories of the 6 months stay came back. I felt humbled to be allowed an entry into the dhama and I am appreciating the dhama and the dhama vasis. An elderly gentle man in the shop in front of the temple (my wife said he must be Biharilal) preached me about take caring care of cows, parents and chant the holy names. I kept quiet and simply listened to his realizations. My wife Sundari Radhika and daughter Sugopi looked like they were deeply moved with the first darshan of Sri Sri Radha-Krishna, Krishna-Balaram and Gaura-Nitai; I felt really embarrased for my stone heartedness. I prayed to Radha-Krishna, Krishna-Balaram and Gaura-Nitai to guide my thoughts, words and actions and they immedialtely filled my thoughts with you, an indication I took that I need to seriously and sincerely follow your instructions.

Por favor asepte nuestras humildes y respetuosas reverencias, recién tnego la oportunidad de escribirle tengo algunas complicaciones de salud pero le reportamos que me encuentro bien, llevo mis actividades como japa, cuidar a los niños, atender el terreno (regar plantas, limpiar, etc..) atender mi altar, hace dos cartas me preguntó si ya tenía alguna amistad o asociado en donde vivo y la respuesta es que no tengo ninguna amistad aún  siento un poco de tristesa por estar muy lejos pero intento verle el lado positivo a todo este cambio, por cierto Jay Govinda recién cumplió 3 años y Krishna Gopal cumplió 1 año, ellos se encuentran bien continuan creciendo y tienen diferente carácter pero se llevan muy bien. estamos organizando su Vyasa puja en Mty junto con Govinda Pramodini devi dasi queríamos preguntarle si hay alguna ofrenda en especial para ofrecerle, deseamos se encuentr bien y esperamos primero Krishna poder viajar y verlo a su visita a Cdmx. el próximo año.

It's been a while since I wrote because of my work at the university. We are already finishing the semester and I can say that it has been an extraordinary experience. I was able to remember important aspects of education and analyze the new educational visions. My conclusion, so far, is that somehow the best that current education presents matches perfectly with the vision of Srila Prabhupada and you.

I want to write a series of articles for Viplavah and other forums to explain what is the current vision of education in the world and what ISCKON has to do with it. I am sure that in many places ISKCON is growing in education and has modern tools, but in my experience in South America we lack this.

I believe that Srila Prabhupada's vision in education is perfect, however we have to be able to translate it and expose it to the world in terms where the academic community and people can understand it and accept it as something scientific and not just as a religious education, or the best case philosophical .

I want to present pedagogical tools that can be very useful for the sastric education in ISKCON. I know that Yadunandana Swami and others have developed them, but my concern is Peru and South America. The medium and long-term objective is to become part of the academic community. Have an educational institution that is capable of having acceptable educational standards. For example, in my studies on the new university law there is a series of religious educational institutions that in Peru already have university status. We cannot be less. That's why I've returned to the university to do my master's degree. We are a step back in the development of education.

Well, this is just a very general introduction. I hope to receive support to achieve these goals that are in perfect harmony with the 7 purposes of ISKCON.

One of the first unfinished tasks of the MOE is to get to know each other among those who do education and know what we are doing. That's why I participated in the Chilean congress and now I want to participate in GBC college meetings in Brazil to continue learning. Of course in the educational aspect. In the administrative aspect I am a failure. For almost 15 years I tried to help out there and every time I ended up fighting with everyone. So I already understood that if something can help without disturbing the rest is through education.

Therefore, I ask for the blessings of you, dear Gurumaharaj, and of all the attentive readers of this extraordinary blog to be able to attend the meetings in Brazil and continue with my small part in this VIPLAVAH.

HpS - Thank you for the very cogent report. We hope all of your professional aspirations are successful. The GBC College in Brazil is NOT for educator training. That is one of the things that I am trying to clarify. It is for Administrator training: Zonal Supervisors, President etc. We need to train these people how to administer education, teachers, so probably will not be effective for you to go, no?  Two weeks residential and then one year on line then two weeks more residential. Write to Devaki in Brazil. Mathuresa Dasa.

En Huancayo estoy trabajando con prabhu Hari Harananda y prabhu Ekala Nitay son devotos mayores de los 80's ademas con la familia de ellos.

Sobre las autoridades de Lima-Peru no tengo mas comunicacion con ellos, yo no respondi nada! ademas porq decidi hacer servicio en otros templos o casas de amigos devotos para tener asociacion distinta q me inspire en mi vida espiritual.

Maharaja Bhakti Marga Swami me escribio esta contento con mi servicio de teatro q realizamos en Febrero y me esta invitando a India el proximo año para seguir con el grupo que su santidad dirige y viajar a Mayapur, Vrindavan y New Delhi,  Yo acepte la invitacion Gurudev sera por 1 mes pero necesito de sus bendiciones para estar protegido y realizar mi servicio una vez mas. Porque Krishna me esta dando una nueva oportunidad.

In Huancayo I am working with prabhu Hari Harananda and prabhu Ekala Nitay are older devotees of the 80's as well as their family.

About the authorities of Lima-Peru I have no more communication with them, I did not answer anything! also why decided to do service in other temples or houses of devoted friends to have different association that inspires me in my spiritual life.

Maharaja Bhakti Marga Swami wrote to me this happy with my theater service that we did in February and he is inviting me to India next year to continue with the group that his holiness leads and travel to Mayapur, Vrindavan and New Delhi, I accepted the invitation Gurudev It will be for 1 month but I need your blessings to be protected and perform my service once more. Because Krishna is giving me a new opportunity.

HpS - ASA - Thank you for the news. We respond urgently. Did you ever receive a formal complaint from ISKCON about the criticism of your dealings with the lady in India?
