August is almost here and that means the last month of summer holidays.

In September, I will be back to school,

this year as a Nursery and Primary teacher and I will try my best to pass Srila Prabhupada message to my students and colleagues.

From the departure of a very important devotee and friend (for all the members of my family), Avesa Rupa Prabhu, things have changed a bit.

This summer is the first one we don’t spend time with him and his partner, Adiras prabhu, hiking around the most beautiful landscapes in Spain.

Instead of that, we have been visiting another [other] devotees in different places such as Málaga and Nueva Vrajamandala.

I think we are missing Avesa Rupa prabhu, but, thanks to him, we are a little bit stronger in some things.

HpS - ASA - He was a G I A N T. Even though they may not know it I think the whole world misses him. The Earth misses his walking on here. 😟 Yet, it is like seeing your father leave on a boat to China in 1933 for work, and knowing he will come back after 1-1/2 year, and there should be letters, telegrams, phone calls.

...desire to distribute books. Of course, not the way he did (he was a great sankirtan devotee), but, at least, trying our best, once a month, in family or with another devotees… In today’s class, I hear you saying that everybody can distribute books. Even if it is only one or two, it is ok.

And on hearing this, I feel a little more confident. So, always with Srila Prabhupada’s and your permission, I will go with my husband Jayanta prabhu to the streets, like I did some years ago. And let’s see what happens!

ASA - Hey, that is just one way, and it may not even be the best way,,, for you all. Chant, pray, stack the books up where you can see them and get them out. Put advertisements around the neighborhood dogs who pass by.

Put leads into your students school work that will inspire family to ask, "Where from that quote is made??" Etc.

 Gurudev, am at home town now. Took a separate rented room and staying there.

 Health seems ok. Seems CoVid cases are increasing. Received first dose of 

 vaccine 23 days back.

Running a bit busy with family members & office work. Took a rented roon and staying

there so that i can think about my spritual practices, will start class soon for family

members on BG.

HpS - Wonderful. Maybe better is Caitanya caritamrta? Select parts. Read the bio of Lord Caitanya in the Introduction to SB and discuss it with them? Srila Prabhupada's one volume biography?

 My 3rd brother has a 5 month old baby ( Madhav ). Preparing his childhood cultivation

 plan so that he should be good in devotional life from his childhood.

 HG Jibesh Prabhuji good in health and good. He is staying in Mayapur in rented room.

 He is always good in spiritual practices.

HpS - I wish he could contact our disciple Gaura gadadhara Devi Dasi and her fiancee Gopal, but I don't know how it is possible. We will look for method.

You stay pure in heart by daily, constant work and Krsna will send nice people to learn from you!!!

Hare Krishna, dear guru maharaja,

It happens again, I lost everything here (this time was Ctrl+W). I'm a slower student. A headache starts immediately. But stop after to reconsider that is good because I was taking too much from your valuable time.

HpS - I don't think so. We all appreciate your association and association of your family.

Whe we erase everything it makes us think if the letter was important, and if we decide to write it again then we can do it better on the second try.

So, like I'm trying harder to go the bed early, but still, I want to write you something today I will go with bullets now.

• Too much time without writing guru maharaj. My life is externally boring now. So I don't know what to tell you. But Maybe, internally is more active than before anyway.

ASA - Bahir nrsmho, hrdaye nrsmho.... Pushing to see Lord around us both inside and outside and our place in the dance!

• I was invited to speak in IV Congreso nacional fenómeno religioso 2021 organized by the Universidad de Chile. The topic will be Communication between religions in times of crisis.
• 16 rounds every day before go to the bed. One exception was like 10 days ago, paying the salaries of Madhu (10 devotees working now) and I slept only one hour and on the couch so is not completely a fault. Anyway, I chanted 32 rounds the next day.

ASA - You are a great hero. Wish we could follow you in many ways.

• Rasarani loves books. From her gifts from birthday, she prefered hard this book https://samhitapress.com/shop/the-story-of-gajendra-elephant-king-by-anna-milagrits/ instead of Britannica for Kids (in just 1 volume) fully of colour and an Encylopedia of Animals which came with a lot of photos on every page, a lot of pages.
• She's after the devotional comics the whole day. Now I understand why we have too much despite the I don't like them too much. She is acting, performing and re-tell the stories after.

ASA - Wow!!! What will she do next? Is she Gabiela Mistral born again in Lord Caitanya's movement. 😁 These children may really surprise us

• We are suspecting that her early association with you had a powerful impact in her taste for Krishna Katha. Like Narada Muni and the sadhus, in his previous life.
• The war is cultural and the devotees from Samhita Press and bands like "King of Braj" with its first album "This is how I rebel" are doing great. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dv279STotyc

HpS - Was very, very nice to talk with you. Of course, it was pushed by this very bad incident of Piyari Mohan Das go psychotic, but was so nice to get news about so many other devotees. Hope they mention the Name of God in the Constitution. Put "In God we trust" on the money etc!!!

Yesterday I installed a frame of your Hanuman deity in my altar. It is said that if you worship Lord Hanuman you develop humility. I need to work on that a lot.

HpS - All respects to our Vaisnava Guru, Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Prabhupada. By his divine grace may we be fit association for your good self!

Today, disciple of Gopal Krishna Swami called me. He used to attend programs in Austin. Then he went back to India and is having tough time.

Few years ago, he asked me that all sins are destroyed after diksha. So why his life became bad after diksha and why Krishna did not protect him after diksha.

HpS - Maybe:

• Was he really initiated or was the process incorrect.
• Did he continue taking shelter of Krsna after initiation or did start to include offenses in his service?
• After surrendering to Krsna and hearing BG, Arjuna had to kill his teacher, his grandfather, his nephews and see his own son die. Krsna never says He will protect our disease, this body, rather our service!

My response at that time was that you took diksha without knowing that you are Atma. That is why you are asking this question. If you know that you are Atma or trying to know this truth, then you won’t ask this question. Atma is always protected. It is protected from death as it is eternal. It is protected from suffering as suffering does not exist after moment has passed. So Atma does not suffer. Whatever problem you can think of, Atma is totally protected from that problem. I asked him to give me an example when Atma is not protected. Most probably, he did not get my answer. 

Today he asked about Krishna. How Krishna can be all merciful when he gives suffering to all beings? He had lot of arguments. I agreed with his statements instead of proving them wrong. When we give reality to suffering, Krishna cannot be all-just, all-merciful and all-powerful at the same time. Problem with his statements is that he is looking at the world as I am this body and this mind.

Now I have better understanding of my true being than 3-4 years ago. So explained to him how suffering is unreal at the level of Atma. What comes and goes has no substantial reality. What exists all the time is real. He should focus on unchanging reality instead of changing objects, thoughts, emotions etc like happiness and distress. 

Truth is that Atma does not suffer. As there is no suffering at the level of Atma and that is the true level, Krishna does not give suffering to any living being. Again his question is based on ignorance of giving reality to self as body and mind. When ignorance is destroyed, this question disappears.

He understood some stuff but I am useless person in teaching these topics. 

I pray to Krishna that the teachers in Iskcon start teaching knowledge of the self to their students and members so that people like C. Prabhu can truly understand Gita. Gita starts with knowledge of the self and it is hard to make substantial progress without this knowledge. Until then, you will have confused people like C. Prabhu.

HpS - I think ISKCON people are trying to teach BG chapter two and also, that we can only be satisified when we engage as liberated souls in the service of [i] KRSNA [i] !!!!!
