Desde el primer contacto que tuve con usted, se dio ésta situación, en donde alguien con plena ignorancia fue iluminada con Sus palabras y con Su presencia.

El Guru no solo nos enseña a través de la palabra, sino también a través de Su ejemplo, y esto es lo que destaco en Su persona.

Usted año tras año me ha enseñado con Su ejemplo, con Su disciplina al momento de seguir el perfecto proceso que nos entregó Srila Prabhupada.

Destaco también Su determinación y Su gran corazón... Su amor por Srila Prabhupada y Su esfuerzo sin paralelo por ser un digno discípulo y sirviente de Él.

Gracias por todos estos años de guía, y de refugio.

Srila Prabhupada debe estar muy complacido con Su servicio y entrega, digno de ser un habitante de la morada trascendental.

Querido Gurudeva en este día tan especial de su Vyasa Puja solo tengo palabras de agradecimientos infinitos por su inmensa misericordia, usted es un inspiración para mí día a día y me entrega la fuerza que necesito para avanzar en mi camino espiritual. Gracias por toda su dedicación, esfuerzo y amor. Mucha gracias también por ser tan paciente, educarnos con todo su conocimiento, ejemplo y amor cada día. Es mi ejemplo de determinación y entusiasmo. Usted es un gran alma,sin embargo su humildad es infinita. Gracias por ser tan misericordioso conmigo y aceptarme. Agradezco a Krishna y a Srila prabhupada por ponerlo en mi camino y a pesar de no tener la dicha de verlo mucho en Chile, lo que he tenido me basta para sentir que quiero ayudarlo con la misión de Srila Prabhupada siempre. Please accept my humble obeisances.  All Glories to Srila Prabhupada.  

I hope you are feeling well and uplifted by the spiritual effulgence of the Lord’s presence.  Gurudeva I wanted to wish you a wonderful appearance day,  and wish to be one of many disciples thanking you for your mercy helping us to see and follow the path to surrendering to Krishna and serving the spiritual master and the Vaisnavas.  Gurudeva in reply to my annual report you asked that i become victorious.

Gurudeva Please bless us to never give up trying to surrender and offer everything back to the Lord.  Please bless us to take shelter of the vaisnava association we’ve found in iskcon,  finding a way to always improve our understanding of what Prabhupada came to give us,  and do what we can that others have the chance to do this.  On your appearance day i hope all your wishes are fufilled.  Thank you Gurudeva, for your mercy

In the process of writing a Vyasapuja offering for you I caught up myself in thinking how amazingly you use your talents and skills in the service of guru and Krsna (creativity).

I felt inspired to write some verses about you and this quality of yours.

Please read it as if you were to sing the ‘happy birthday song’ (tune).

Since the first time I met you 

I could in awe recognize 

How talented, humble, intelligent,

And creative You Are. 

You render all of yourself to Prabhupada, 

In the morning you chant and pray, 

Throughout the day you are engaged

To this sankirtan propagate. 

Thinking in new ideas to share,

Krsna Consciousness in the west,

With whomever you encounter

In an artistically way. 

You came up with ASA and Khapy dhvaja, 

NIOS, DtC, and japa joe, 

The light of the Bhagavata , Not to mention 

The puppets and theater that we’ve all enjoyed. 

Thank you gurudeva for being a joy,

In this movement of Sri Caitanya,

Preaching incessantly you have arrived 

To dance and chant in Sri Vrndavan 

Vanca kalpa tarubhyas ca

Kripa sindhubya eva ca

Patitanam pabhanebhyo

Dear Guru Maharaja, 

please accept my humble obeisances on your lotus feet.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to write to you on the auspicious day of your appearance. I am very fortunate first of all you entered my life and heart. 

In your enlightening association is hope for everyone and with all your travelling you bestow the ultimate benefit upon people in general.

Thank you for your austere and sacrificial life,

Thank you for your dedication to follow your spiritual masters footsteps.

In Srimad Bhagavatam (8.7.44) it is said that great personalities almost always accept voluntary suffering because of the suffering of people in general. This is considered the highest method of worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is present in every one's heart. 

Purport:

Here is an explanation of how those engaged in activities for the welfare of others are very quickly recognized by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Lord says in Bhagavad-gita ( 18.68-69 ) ya idam paramam guhyam mad-bhaktesv abhidhasyati, na ca tasman manusyesu kascin me priya-krttamah, "One who preaches the message of Bhagavad-gita to My devotees is most dear to Me..."

There are different kinds of welfare activities in this material world, but the supreme welfare activity is the spreading of Krishna consciousness. ...if one tries to spread Krishna consciousness all over the world, he should be understood to be performing the best welfare activity. The Lord is automatically very pleased with him. If the Lord is pleased with him, what is left for him to achieve? 

Krsna says in Srimad Bhagavatam (10.80.34):

I, the soul of all beings, am not as satisfied by ritual worship, brahminical initiation, penances or self-discipline as I am by faithful service rendered to one's spiritual master.

How dear you must be to Krsna for your faithful service to Srila Prabhupada. You are always absorbed in your service to your spiritual master, setting such an exalted example for all your disciples to follow.

Gurudeva it is my sincere desire that I may be able to assist you, in some small way, in your service to Srila Prabhupada. Please allow me to stay in devotional service and please allow me to stay close to your lotus feet.

I can never actually express to you how much I appreciate you and all that you give me and how much effort you give to try to teach me. I can only try to serve you, and I sincerely pray that one day I will have no desire other than your service.
