 All glories to Sri Hps Guru Maharaja Ki Jay

Goura Bhakta Ki Jay

Please accept my humble obeisanses on the Guru Maharaja's padmacharan that for the last two weeks we had started Nama Hatta in the Guruji's room where Guruji stay during Manipur (Thoubal) visit with sankrtan. Nanda Gopa das give the importance of Nama Hatta and instruct us to continue continuously.  He wans to make a trust for publication of new books (in translation into Manipuri) from other languages. He had translated some more books in Manipuri but we have no money reserved for this purpose and all are poor bhaktas as Guruji had already known. In Manipur specially in Thoubal no one is taking interest in publishing religious books for the ISKCON bhaktas. Most of the bhaktas are illiterate, so they are not intersted for fund collection for this matter. 

Next Sunday, any how some action will be taken for further course of action with the blessings of Guru Maharaja.

HpS - AgtSP!  -  It is so, so, so, so, so nice that you have got onto this Blog. We almost died with the pressure of the Symposium on Education in Texas last weekend. We were the Organizing Secretary and it was so very good. Everyone said that it exceeded their wildest dreams.

Because of that we are a little behind in answering letters, but we made yours priority.
If you look at www.jayarama.us/kd/cal.htm you will see our schedule. We started with USA tour today at 2.15AM and arrived in Richmond, Virginia, near the USA capitol. Program starts in 30 minutes so we are squeezing in this letter for you and for all.

You reports are great. Any "guru-puja" you do for us MUST include guru-puja for Srila PRabhupada, no? He should be worshipped first and we should get any puja as his remnants!

Also you publiching programs seems wonderful. Why not become rich Manipuri Bhaktas. Make some recordings of Manipuri music. Make a little movie and we can distribute it and then you can collect for publishing in Manipuri language.

Make a little movie about somebody, so girl who does something, or her friend visits from USA. O.K?

This is just like Goloka!!!  Surrounded by devotees. More service than you can handle that requires intense attention at everymoment. Push it one inch more and you have  a brain stroke.

We can't include Japa Joe now. Trying getting up at 3.15AM then all of our rounds in the Temple to 20, during the morning program. Up all morning with little rest after lunch. Symposium is coming at us like six guns!

We will try to keep Tweeting in Twitter at lot.

         Here we are in our mobile-home on top of the hill at lot number 902 in the city of Murfreesboro with the cars zooming by in grey, black, white and sometimes red.
We did a big stress to finish off our chapter study guide notes for SB 5.15-16. It was also a lot of fun, but our mental muscles can only handle so much in a day.
 

        We also did yard work and our arms are hanging loose also.

What can we do now?

We want to play with Krsna! We want fight with Krsna!

Are we on Balarama's team or are we on Krsna's team??? By play we define Vrndavana-dhama.
We have to clear out the demons and tigers!

We all get off-center so often, no?
One is a book distributor but he forgets why he is doing it. He becomes absorbed in getting a large number of books flowing regardless of why the people are taking them and then he feels that he is cheating.

Devotee - Prabhupada, is it true that we have to reestablish our faith daily?

Prabhupada surprised - Daily, I have to stop 10-times a day to consider what I am doing and why.

Everything we look at, all the people we talk too, all the books we can read, they are all from The Witch try to run us into The Ditch.
 

Intense service is hard to maintain, my esteemed, Monkey, hard to maintain.

.... but, "Gauranga! Nityanananda!" we can do it!

Here we go! Grab some service and if you can chant enthusiastically while you do it, great!  "vasudeve bhagavati ...", knowledge of how to do the best service will come from any Krsna conscious service.

Know by doing!

Tomorrow we go to Houston. We pack a few things in the night.

7.00PM... Little summer rain ourside. Packing to go to NGD's Ashrama for Friday night program. We have BhVai meeting with Srivasa Pandita Das 8.30-9.30 AM Friday and then 11-12PM is the Hawaii class with two former Sannyasis et al! Then evening program. Is busy day.

Get a little chest pain.

Hmmmm! Is partly our addiction to p-nut butter, honey and bananas, and partly natural result of living. After this NAS we will not take anymore administrative projects for MOE et al.

Srila Prabhupada's feet are in our heart. We hope they are comfortable, massaged nicely by our work.

paoho. Maybe we are 87% pure. Running like mad today. Whole world running.

Used siphon we got yesterday. Took gas out of lawnmower tank. Put papers under filter. Used wrench we bought last month to open it. Cleaned it. Prayed to Lord Balarama, He is a gardener, lawnmower started.

Was weak at first. Maybe had to clean out carburetor with fresh gas. Cut the lawn. Muscle happy and exhausted.

Big white car pulled up across the street and back window came down. Young man waving at us. I thought they were Mexican drug dealers. I couldn't hear him, for lawnmover. He came over, 25 years old. Captain Smitty, local police. He said, some people passing by on Medical Center Parkway called and thought you were a convict dressed like our convists, (orange pants and shirt) so we came to check it out. No problem. Your yard looks nice. WHy are you dressed tha way? We are monks. "Oh, Buddhist, I always wanted to ask about Buddhists."

15-more interesting things like that.

After the symposium we will not take any more adminstration work.

Paoho...... It is a miracle that we are still alive. One boy came to Prabhupada and Prabhupada asked him how old he was, and he said, "17-years old Srila Prabhupada", and Prabhupada responded quite sincerely, "And still alive!".

It's a miracle.

There are so many ways to die.

Heart attacks.

Auto accident.

Suicide.

Poison spiders.

Old age.

Robbers. . . . We are doing our BhVai reading and our Friday Hawaii class. Then we try to work with the TPP-CBs. Everyone is in a panic for the Houston Education Programs. The Teacher Training started yesterday and our Seminar is getting closer.

Ohhhh!  We are not the controlers. We are petit-isvaras.

We look at Lord Nrsmhadeva and lament for disciples who have gone to hell. We lament for our godbrothers and older devotees who never seem to really have been able to get out of hell.

Hare Krsna! Krsna will help them! He will give them His Duryodhana Lila show. Was Duryodhana a senior devotee in ISKCON in another universe who aquired a tremendous number of pious credits, so he got to be Duryodhana in Krsna lila and even he make progress?
