    Gurudev, i had informed to HG Radheshyam Prabhuji about your Pune visit and your wish to see him for "sastric education".

    So I have as below from authority. We need your help on the same

    If we know what is Maharaja’s desire or expectations, we will be better able to prepare ourselves for the meeting.

HpS - 1. Just get his marvelous association.    2. Interview him for the Ministry of Education  new journal, Viplavah (www.jayarama.us/archives/branch/moe/Viplavah-170829.pdf).  The topics would be:

1. What is his and his communities basic philosophy of education?
2. What are the intellectual structuring of their education?   How are they organizing the material?  
3. What books, resource materials, do they have?
4. What is the history of their program?  
5. Who are involved as teachers/students?
6. How is their program accessible to other teachers, students around the world?
7. How does the program deal with the problem of "creating snakes with jewels on their heads" ie. making sure that the students are advancing in character, Bhakti-yoga, as well as jnana?
8. How does the program aid our focus on book distribution.
9. How is the program great fun.
10. We may also be producing a movie on this interviews from other sources also.

Is Prabhuji available on 4th - 5th October himself and even with some other associates? We will be having a Ministry of Education meeting in Ujjain then, and would like to get a few minutes of his time for a teleconference call if it is possible. What times would be convenient, inconvenient?

H. H. Hanumatpresaka Swami (Prof. Huber Hutchin Robinson) has been a humble participant in Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami's ISKCON, Sankirtan Movement, since 1972. Much of his formation has been through H. H. Bhakti-svarupa Damodara Swami and the Bhaktivedanta Institute. While in Pune for his second annual visit he will be presenting from the BBT Light of the Bhagavata, an extremely cultural and artistic presentation showing us how to reach many very enlighted audiences.
Maharaja is also a member of the ISKCON Ministry of Education and is very interested in dialog in any area of education with ISKCON. 

Is O.K.?  Look at the last post from/to Yamunesvara Das about the Manipur program and you can find the link to a big file of one of the LOB pictures to use.   This http://www.jayarama.us/archives/lob-sym-production.doc will give you a whole manual with suggestions about how to go ahead. Get lots of LOBs for sale. We can print the Table of Contents and Index. Also, lots of NOIs.   We will also write to Radha-shyama Das Prabhu with copy to you!  SANKIRTAN.

    How i can see Krsna at difficult time? And How i can laugh at difficult time?

ASA - Of course, SB 1.8.25. Smt. Kunti devi is asking for difficult times. You can see Krsna in difficult times if your were forcing yourself to see Him in "good times" with good Japa, good bhajan, kirtan, puja, karma-yoga. Good time is from 2-10AM. Gets more difficult as the day goes on. Do good morning programa and then ....        In any situation you can just act like Draupadi.
We did a Web search and got this nice looking link from Srila Sridhara Maharaja about Draupadi. What do you think of it?

There is another song that Dravida Das sings describing Draupadi's prayers. I wish I could find it.

ASA - We offered too much butter to Lord Nrsmhadeva today out of stupidity. Lettuce feet.

Dear Guru Maharaj,

In all humility, I bow my head at your lotus feet for all the mercy that you have bestowed on your fallen servant.

ASA - ... and we bow our head at Srila Prabhupada's and all ISKCON devotees feet to allow us to do something even though very mean and selfish.

Surely, we would add' Psyche'. Please keep giving us instructions....and the mercy to carry them out.

The programme has been made under the guidance of Prof Samaresh and we are so grateful to Guru Maharaj and Prof Samaresh. The timings have been made in consultation with the Heads of Departments of Psychiatry and Community Medicine, RIMS.

Slightly disappointed about the movie....can we get a glimpse of Peruvian life...a documentary or something? Of course , we will screen the movie in the temple. Would the narrations be in english? Having a strong intuition that a handful of the audience of 2nd Nov would come on 3rd Nov too.....having all faith in Guru Maharaj's ability to attract crowds!!

Slight confusion here....we will have just one external programme ...that is at RIMS. The University is a different organisation.

Talked to  Tustakrishna Prabhu. The cultural programme will  include whatever has been suggested by Guru Maharaj. Will finalise with Prof Samaresh today.

New York.....Peru.....Venus.....North pole......wherever Guru Maharaj leads the caravan...let me always be there too!

HpS - ASA -- LOB movie we will send. It is only with sub-titles, Spanish or English and music. So someone has to look at it several times and practice reading the subtitles with great dramatic voice as they go by.  Would be best to show it last thing in the evening when it is dark?  Do you have a BIG SCREEN.  You can rent, NIOS can make donation for cost.

Please accept our humble obeisances unto Guruji Maharaja's padmacharan that today we three members from Thoubal, including Dr. Nandalal, [went] to Radhakrsna Manimandir, Imphal, and met H H Haridas Swami, Dr. Sarda and some other bhaktas about Gurujis programme, finalised   all programmes but another meeting will be  held for printing of invitation.

As suggested Dr. Samaresh on Guruji's held ground we arranged one programme each on the 2nd and 3rd. On the 2nd the function will be at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) from 2.00 p.m., not in the University. Next time we will arrange a better function in the Manipur University on any topic suggested by Guruji for the intelectural circles. On the 3rd a gathering of initiated prabhujis and matajis from 9-12 a.m. (two sessions)  to discuss about one of the books mentioned below, book distribution then prasadam. In the night cultural programme will continue.

Both the copies in Manipuri of NOI and LOB are available. Please select one from these two books for collection and distribution among the audence.

NOI is translated by Bonomaly Prabhu and the LOB is translated by Radhamohon Das but the prises are different. 

Now we can't say the exact number of bhaktas will come from Silchar, Agartala, Guwahati and Silong but they are coming.

HpS - Hare Krsna!    AGTSP!   Paoho...  We can even invite people whom we meet at the RIMS program to come to the Temple program. It can be for initiated, ISKCON, devotees, but they can understand.

If we have two sessions then why not tow books. First, Light of the Bhagavata and then NoI?

PAMHO ! AGTSP!!

GM I will be traveling to India for a couple of weeks to visit family. I will be in India till Oct 5th. It was great to see you on a visit to the Bay Area and able to serve you in a small way. Planning to visit parts of Kerala and Ananta Padmanabha Swamy temple there in Thiruvanantapuram.

I would like to join online classes of yours and will make efforts to do so. 

Started SB group study with a devotee Krishna Dharma here. It started with a bang and tapered off for a while. Again trying to be steady in reading SB which runs for an hour. Finished three chapters of 1.1 to 1.3.

Radhika Raman prabhu had given Sanskrit introduction to BayArea devotees during the long weekend. It was amazing especially singing 15 slokas on Prabhupada. Recorded extempore by his Oxford Sanskrit teacher.

HpS - Hare Krsna!!  Why don't you write more often!   We saw the first lecture by Radhika-rama Das, but accepted his advice to not listen to the following lectures.     Haw!     Haw!    Haw!!     We will try to listen to the rest.

Check with Srivasa-pt. Das about the Saturday morning programs. We will be in Pune and Navi-mumbai when you reach India.

Dear Guru Maharaj,

Finally our faculty here at RIMS have decided on the programme to be held at RIMS as directed by Guru Maharaj and Dr Samaresh. As we desperately want to listen to NOI lectures , we would be blessed to have NOI classes in the morning and evening and so we have kept the RIMS programme at 2pm. The faculty members also felt that it would be better if we kept the film show in the middle of the programme before Guru Maharaja's lecture so that the audience would get a better reinforcement. Have mailed the programme to Dr Samaresh too. The theme of the symposium would be Science, Spirituality and Health. We would be targetting the Medical fraternity .

On 3rd evening , planning for a cultural programme with Mrs Nandini Bandyopadhyay. Requested Gadadhar Prabhu and Tustakrishna Prabhu too. Programme will be especially for the devotees coming from other states...the least that we can offer...this time.....

 Tustakrishna Prabhu is training young boys in martial arts and he can be a very reliable devotee for the Peru-Manipur venture. Trying to identify some devotees as well . Talked to Mataji Ras Leela too , she is a martial arts performer .

About the temple programme.....on LoB....will have to inquire Banamali Prabhu about Manipuri copies. About NOI, Prabhu said last time that he has a sizeable number of copies.

Continuing our classes with H H Haridasa Maharaj....it has been a great spiritual experience for me.

HpS - ASA -- Hare Krsna!   All your hard work is seeing results. Have you seen the program that Dr. Samaresh designed?   It seems very good: Short cultural program, three presentations, and then cultural program and refreshments.

The movie we have would not be good for the university program: Wrong time of day, only subtitles (English), cultural, not academic.
Again, might want to show it at the Temple program if someone rehearses the narration carefully.

Mrs. Bandhyopadyay is a little weak so the invocation to the University program may be enough for her. Please consult with Dr. Samaresh about how much she can do. 
In general, the Temple program, we can invite all the people from the 2nd for it on the 3rd, no?  Then LoB would be good basis. We have beautiful art, 2x2 meters. Excellent purports designed for Oriental, Manipuri people, and it introduces them to something they can take up on a long term basis. Pung Cholam, Martial Arts, closing with Krsna's dance in the Vasant Rasa, solo?

Please fix all this with the Dr.

Can we have "Psyche" in the title?  It makes it very hard for us unless people are coming expecting a good component of psychology,.
