Hare Krsna, beloved Gurudeva, AGTSP, PAMHO.

Gurudeva, You know me. I like to wear designer clothes. And my parents raised me in a way, that I have all what I need and more.

HpS/ASA - Clothes for Deities?

I applied to another university because in my current university I do not earn much.

This university is called UCAL.

The payment is pretty good and besides that it is closer to my Home it is in La Molina.

The thing is that I am afraid of losing my balance between my spiritual life and material life. Sometimes I am overwhelmed

FMS helps a lot. I have classes from Monday to Sunday. I hope that for the next cycle I can leave one university so that I can have more time to practice My spiritual life more intensively.

Please forgive me for my laziness.

Trying to be your disciple

Hare Krsna, dearest Gurudeva, please accept my respects; vanca kalpa...

Please let me offer my obeisances to you, to your sankirtana, to A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Srila Prabhupada, to the guru-parampara, to the vaishnavas, to the Holy Name, and to the Holy Dham.

ASA - 💥 💥

I'm generally speaking, doing well right now. I mean, things get crazy here and there, I guess its the nature of this world. But I like to stay positive and open to learn and adapt to change, and ultimately accept what it is.

Sometimes it is painful and uncomfortable, and other times things move smoothly and harmoniously.

My health seems to be good, except for some insomnia that I suffer from (in phases).

I'm not working at the moment, my nanny job ended and I wanted to take a break.

I got my GED and passed with really good scores.

On February 16th I was honored in San Antonio, Tx by the Texas Association for Literacy and Adult Education with an award as the student of the year of 2023 for the coastal region.

ASA - 🐵 👍 👍 👍

I was granted a scholarship to start a CNA program (certified nurse assistant) which I'll be taking sometime between summer/autumn of this year.

Eventually I'll enroll into collage to get my bachelors in nursing.

Although I'm open to change careers if I find my call in a different path.

Still figuring that out.

HpS/ASA - What about cinema? Movie industry?

Also, still single. I like and do enjoy my singleness, I see a lot of perks of being by myself, on my own, and not involve in a romantic relationship.

Of course, I would like to encounter a nice guy to date first, and eventually if it feels right, then move into a relationship.

ASA - Maybe Krsna is jealous of anyone else, and wants you all for Himself! 😎

I'm taking therapy once a week. I'm spending a lot of time with my sister. I've been making new friends in different social circles as well, and being more active in my social life (which at some point it was null).

I go to the temple at least once a week, and participate in the kirtan program on Thursdays.

I performed Tulasi puja on Wednesdays at the temple for most of the year in 2023.

My sadhana is not great. I chant on japa inconsistently, but whenever I chant is because I really want to chant, genuinely.

I associate with devotees in the community a bit, I have good respectful relationships with them though, I wish there were more people my age, devotee girls that I could make friendship with.

I want to share in an honest and vulnerable way about me and why I didn't come to the temple much, even though you were here.

Sometimes I feel remorseful and kinda disappointed with myself, like I'm a bad disciple, not even a disciple, and that I have let go so many precious opportunities of serving you for not being fully committed to you neither to my spiritual practices.

I know I will never get back that time. Yet other times, I see it as part of my journey, and I don't feel guilty, I understand its something I need at this time in my life. I know life is precious. And I don't want to live with regrets.

For the last 2-3 years I've been putting more effort in reconnecting with myself, I'm in the process of getting to know who I am as a person, as an individual, with the less labels possible, what do I want, what do I like, what am I passionate about, what resonates with me and what doesn't anymore, and so on.

From previous direct and indirect experiences I was burnt out, and a part of me still is.

I have this belief that if I come too close to the temple (meaning the institution, with the rules, expectations, some devotees judging and telling me how to dressed, and so on) I could potentially be dragged in and lose myself again, and that's something I don't want to do again,

I don't want to change myself in the way that doesn't feel authentic to me and free.

But I like Krsna, I like you, I like the process, I admire devotees that are sincere in their practices.

I felt so happy when some of my god-siblings were visiting this yatra for your vyasapuja, it's like everything lighted-up!

I'm moving very slowly and cautiously, but I think I'm on the right track. Yesterday I booked my flight to India.

It's going to be my first time.

It's been one of my deepest heartfelt desires since I joined the movement in 2009. So I'll be flying out from Houston to Kolkata. This year is Maha-abhishek and the grand opening of Sri Nrisimhadeva wing at the TOVP; there's kirtan mela, and a lot of lectures to listening to from senior devotees.

My plan is to join the Navadwipa mandal parikram, and go to the Vrndavan Safari with H. H. Jayapataka Swami, then I will come back to Mayapur most likely to celebrate his vyasapuja.

We are talking about staying there for like 2 months at least.

We'll see how it goes.

I would like to ask for your blessings and your permission to enter the Dham, to really see and be focused there, to be able to experience that connection with guru and Krsna, to deepen in my spiritual practice, and to strengthen my faith.

I do want to experience Krsna with my heart.

I will be following a good sadhana at least for the time I'm there, behave well, and try to avoid making any offenses.

HpS - Or course you have our best wishes, Hare Krsna! Even more I think you have Srila Prabhupada's personal, heartfelt wishes.

I was wondering if there are any places you would recommend me or instruct me to go to, to serve, any songs to sing, any prayers to say either during the whole trip o in a specific place. What would be a nice meditation to have and mindset? May I ask please- what do you pray and meditate on when you are in the Dham?

HpS - Sorry that it has taken so long to answer this letter. Hope our feelings, and all other ASA Sangis has been communicated to you through your heart and by the paramatma in your special meetings in the Dhama.

Nothing really special comes to mind except, write a lot. Keep many, many journal notes, even if they seem mundane and simple, years later they will be windows on the Dhama!

I sincerely want to ask you to please forgive my offenses for breaking my vows. You are a great teacher, and I recognize I'm not following you as I'm expected to.

I hope you are getting well settled in your new place and pray my letter finds your in great spirits.

Ps. I want to thank you for playing mrdanga in mangalaratik last week while I was singing, that memory is very fondly to me. Thank you for showing me how to serve and worship Krsna.

Your [aspiring] "disciple" and well-wisher,

Aindavi dd

HpS - Fix some vow for Japa yajna for some time: Eg I will do 16-rounds, 4-regs all the time on my Yatra to India, but later maybe 4-rounds a day until the next Ekadasi. Something that with intelligent consideration you know you can do. Then do it! When the period has finished reconsider and take another vow.

Getting back to 16-rounds is a personal dealing with Krsna.

Actually doesn't seem that there is anything in our loving exchange with Krsna than our daily Japa vows.

It becomes hard, easy, tasteful, boring ... as part of the most intimate personal relationship we can have.

Do you have nice deities?

If not why not look for some in the Dhama?

Thank you.

"Back home back to God"

Back home, back to God

On this sacred day of your Sri Vyasapuja, please allow me to glorify you by placing your life on the altar of my heart, admiring you as the perfect instrument through which Srila Prabhupada continues to expand Krishna Consciousness throughout the world, helping humanity to emerge from this miserable Samsara of material existence.

HpS - AgtSP. We can accept that we are a perfect instrument as are others in Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON, the same way a very imperfect harmonium can be used as a perfect tool in the hands of a perfect musician, Srila Prabhupada. As far as we are concerned, think we have more work to do from our side before we become an independent 'perfect instrument'. Same for you et al?

You continue to show us the path that Srila Prabhupada left us: chanting the Holy Names, reading his books, rendering service to Krishna,... in the condition we are in, we are not perfect, you. He does not say: a crooked branch is better than a straight branch... with his personal example and beautiful smile he encourages us by telling us: "come on, we are learning the lesson, following the program is easy and you will be happy with Krishna eternally" jay!!

After saying goodbye to him in Santa Clara (Peru) with the plan to go to India and stay there until he left the body,... I remained silent trying to understand between tears how Devastating it would be when you. leave this world... it is pathetic to recognize that in my childhood I suffered abandonment from my father and suffering from my mother,

it was a trauma that I wanted to overcome throughout my life,...running away, getting away from everything... I thought I had already overcome it, but, again, the pain and suffering resurfaces,...

I walk away, I run away, knowing that it is and is not cushions my pain,

I know it is a lot of Ego, I am working internally to overcome this condition ,... I implore you to forgive my offenses if I have put you in anxiety..

I remember reading, when Srila Prabhupada was very serious he told his disciples: there is no reason to cry, the old die, that is natural, so do not cry.... when the disciples told him we will not know how to communicate with you.. Srila Prabhupada responded:

"Oh, I will communicate with you through your heart, I will come to you in your dreams as caitya-guru"

Between cries I try to understand the sacred principle of Faith that unites us to you. through following his instructions that are the legacy of Srila Prabhupada:

Chanting the Holy Names, reading their books, doing Service to Krishna in a humble and devotional state of Mind... having full Faith in His Mission, that we will be earning our Ticket to return home, back to God, and continue serving Him. You. Beloved Gurudev and Radha Krishna eternally.

 Hanumatpresaka swami, ki jay!!

 His useless and clumsy servant

 M. Jambavati d.d.

HpS - Thank you. We hope th

at we are doing a little to communicate the vision of Srila Prabhupada and Krsna that this wonderful Vyasa-puja offering contains.

On our altar is the little tryptic of your Gaura-Nitai dieties and [?] Vrndadevi, Gopal; and Piggy. Monkey left his body some time ago and we the remains on a branch of the pear tree that we planted on Radhastami a few years ago.

Please improve your association with devotees. You have so many Mothers and Fathers and Big Sisters and Big Brothers!

Next meeting, Nabadvip with Nimai and Srila Prabhupada!!!!

P.S. We have many other offerings collected into one file. We hope to get to it.

We also have to read the official Disciple Reports to report to Srila Prabhupada.

How much is our fault in doing this lazy, lusty character?

Right now it 🌞

is at 7.49PM. Have a headache coming. So cannot do much more writing.

  • Will join FES with Sri Sri Radha Natabara Sanga.
  • Others might ask to join the Whatsapp Group.

Maybe one more Blog post.

So, many nice ones here.

We are all, already half dead. 😃

Amado Gurudev y a Radha Krishna eternamente .

Hanumatpresaka swami, ki jay!!

su inutil y torpe sirvienta

Appendix, 'Tava Pache Pache' - Vyasa Puja Offering from NOI

asa[e] - Tava Pache Pache, Appendix, Vyasapuja Offering from NoI.

¡Hare Krsna! Dear Guru Maharaja, please accept my humble oveisances!

All Glories to Srila Prabhupada and his faithful followers!

After his reply to my previous letter, by his causeless mercy, we almost mystically managed to find the Vyasa-Puja offering to Srila Prabhupada that mentions in the TPP.

Of course, i may be wrong, so please let us know if this is the offering he is referring to. 🙏

I Share it below

Always at your service.

Karuna-Sakti Devi Dasi 🙇🌻

“The citizens arrived before the Lord with their respective presentations, offering them to the fully satisfied and self-sufficient one, who, by His own potency, incessantly supplies others. These presentations were like the offering of a lamp to the sun. Yet the citizens began to speak in ecstatic language to receive the Lord, just as wards welcome their guardian and father.” (Srimad-Bhagavatam 1.11.4–5)

One young Brijavasi respectfully entered the ISKCON temple in Vrndavana. He was curious, but he was also a little intimidated. There was so much opulence. After wandering around for some time with the other yatris, he came to the Samadhi-mandira of the ISKCON Guru, Srila Prabhupada. He saw a sign which translated as “His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.” He wondered what that meant, exactly, but he walked as near as he could to the beautiful, enormous brass murti of Swami Prabhupada, and with folded hands attempted to look at his feet, wanting to offer his pranamas.

However, he was baffled in his determination and looked with a little amazement, because what was blocking his view of Srila Prabhupada’s lotus feet was a very beautiful volume of Srimad-Bhagavatam. It was sitting in a bookstand in front of Guruji. The Brijavasi was amazed because he suddenly had the very strong impression that this was the way to Swami Prabhupada’s feet: not through darsana with the eyes, but rather darsana with the ears.

“Hmmmph.” He and a few rupees would have to part. He walked back over to the mataji who he had seen selling books. She convinced him that Srila Rupa Goswami’s Upadesamrta, with commentaries by Swami Prabhupada, was the book for him.

Sitting under a tree, he began to look through it. Again, before he could even open the cover, he saw the words “His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.”

“So, this is Guruji’s position,” he thought. Then he began to thumb through the little book, asking himself, “How does Swamiji describe his Society?” He read . . .

When we mix with a few friends, we immediately begin unnecessary talking, sounding just like croaking toads. If we must talk, we should talk about the Krsna consciousness movement. . .

Association with those engaged in a similar line of business is very conducive to advancement in that business. . . Similarly, we have established the International Society for Krishna Consciousness to give people an opportunity to associate with those who have not forgotten Krsna. This spiritual association offered by our ISKCON movement is increasing day by day. Many people from different parts of the world are joining this Society to awaken their dormant Krsna consciousness. . .

This Krsna consciousness movement offers a spiritual community that can bring about a peaceful condition in the world. Every intelligent man should purify his consciousness and rid himself of the above-mentioned six hindrances to devotional service by taking wholehearted shelter of this Krsna consciousness movement. . .

These activities must be executed with patience. One should not be impatient in Krsna consciousness. Indeed, this Krsna consciousness movement was started single-handedly, and in the beginning there was no response, but because we continued to execute our devotional activities with patience, people gradually began to understand the importance of this movement, and now they are eagerly participating. . .

If one lives in the association of devotees, there is little chance of associating with non-devotees. The International Society for Krishna Consciousness is opening many centers just to invite people to live in the company of devotees and practice the regulative principles of spiritual life. . .

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness has been established to facilitate these six kinds of loving exchanges between devotees. This Society was started single-handedly, but because people are coming forward and dealing with the give-and-take policy, the Society is now expanding all over the world. We are glad that people are donating very liberally to the development of the Society’s activities, and people are also eagerly accepting whatever humble contribution we are giving them in the shape of books and magazines dealing strictly with the subject matter of Krsna consciousness. . .In this way our Society is successfully spreading all over the world, and the intelligentsia of all countries is gradually appreciating our Krsna conscious activities. The life of the Krsna conscious society is nourished by these six types of loving exchange among the members; therefore people must be given the chance to associate with the devotees of ISKCON because simply by reciprocating in the six ways mentioned above an ordinary man can fully revive his dormant Krsna consciousness. . .

The members of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness invite the Society’s members and supporters to dine with them when they hold love feasts in all their branches every Sunday. Many interested people come to honor prasada, and whenever possible they invite members of the Society to their homes and feed them sumptuously with prasada. In this way both the members of the Society and the general public are benefited. People should give up the company of so-called yogis, jnanis, karmis and philanthropists because their association can benefit no one. If one really wants to attain the goal of human life, he should associate with devotees of the Krsna consciousness movement because it is the only movement that teaches one how to develop love of God. . .

The Krsna consciousness movement is especially meant for creating an atmosphere in which people can take to the chanting of the Hare Krsna mantra. . . . One must begin with faith, and when this faith is increased by chanting, a person can become a member of the Society. [The Nectar of Instruction 2, 3, 4, 7 Purports]

“Fundamentally, it sounds very nice, very social, very practical. I should talk more with these devotees.”

Hanumatpresaka Swami

2011

HpS - ASA - That seems, agtSP, to be the one. Of course, I would like to rewrite it a little bit, but one French poet said, "No one every finished writing a poem, they just stop working on it". I guess the same in true for V.P. offerings!

Yes, it seems like it should go into the Appendix of the TPP.

Seems like it should go into an ASA Encyclopedia.😎

Agtyou, aglSP!!!
