Querido Gurudeva

Me disculpo por no escribir seguido, opté por no cargarlo con tantas cartas que recibe.

Supe que está buscando pasajes para España, sepa que ahora tiene un pequeño grupo de sus discípulos que espera con ansias la confirmación de su pronta venida. Para que pueda presenciar el estreno de la película de España en el pueblo de Brihuega y en la finca, aunque un grupo la vimos en su Vyasa puja. Prabhu Jayanta también espera la confirmación de su venida para coordinar el programa cultural en la universidad.

Estamos orando a diario a Radha Govinda Candra, para que lo traigan con bien, todos los devotos de NVM lo estamos esperando.

Un devoto me pregunto si era feliz en NVM y le respondí que lo único que falta es que venga mi maestro espiritual.

Siempre activa en servicio, rondas, 4 principios, sadhana, buscando organizar mejor el tiempo para enfocar la mente en lo primordial.

Venga pronto, el clima a su venida será perfecto, los monos saltarán de felicidad como si atraparan bananas.

Dear Gurudeva

I apologize for not writing often, I chose not to burden you with so many letters you receive.

I learned that he is looking for tickets to Spain, know that he now has a small group of his disciples who are eagerly awaiting confirmation of his soon coming. So you can witness the premiere of the Spanish film in the town of Brihuega and on the farm, although a group of us saw it at their Vyasa puja. Prabhu Jayanta is also waiting for confirmation of his coming to coordinate the cultural program at the university.

We are praying daily to Radha Govinda Candra, to bring him well, all the devotees of NVM are waiting for him.

A devotee asked me if he was happy in NVM and I replied that the only thing missing is for my spiritual master to come.

Always active in service, rounds, 4 principles, sadhana, seeking to better organize time to focus the mind on what is essential.

Come soon, the weather when he comes will be perfect, the monkeys will jump with happiness as if they were catching bananas.

HpS/ASA - Seems, agtSP, that good plan would be to based in Nashville, only going out for day trips, and then go back to NVM with H. H. Yadunandana Swami, when he returns from his visit to Satsvarupa Maharaja in New York, September 11th, Radhastami.

I am engaged in service, chanting 16 rounds and following 4 regs.

HpS - Jaya, Gurudeva!

The Krishna House project is going well. I am learning quite a bit about who I am and how to perform my services.

One thing I am learning is how attracted I am to systems and organization.

It has a tendence to lead me to not appreciating people as much as I believe I should for my service.

The saying people over projects sometimes doesn't compute for me.

However, I am making adjustments and learning to be a better person so I can show up better for people and be a better people person. This has been helping me in my service.

HpS - I was surprised how personally attached some people are to impersonal, but geometrically elegant, systems. Then some people feel so, so, happy to be part of such a system.

Followers of Advaita were Smartas.

Followers of niTyananda we Avadhutas.

Nimai got big, big, kick out of both!

I have been asked to attend GBC college. I got this invite the same day I decided that I could use some time to better myself professionally.

I think it maybe Krishna's arrangement after inquiring from a few devotees about what in entails. It seems like a good program. What do you think Guru Maharaja? Do you think this is something I should do? If you think so, if you would be so kind to give me your blessing it would be very encouraging to me.

HpS - I don't know. In some ways it was too Smarta for me, but it was really nice personally associating with the organizers etc.

The rules of Sanskrita Grammar are eternal like.... the Holy Names Themselves!!

HpS/ASA - Well, anything that you can do to make Srila Prabhupada's heart glow with happiness, is all that I, or any devotee aspires for.

Yet there is one thing that maybe, maybe you might be able to do in this lifetime if it is possible.

I put miself an anonimous name because My case is confidential, Please Gurumajaraja I would like to do next questions:

1/ I doubht all time Even thought I chant My rounds how can I have more security in My decitions?

HpS/ASA - Canakya Pandita: Success comes from good advise, and good advise comes from many counselors.

2/ I feel a profound distress, I just realised that by karma I do not have confidence in miself ,I dont have faith that Krishna will help me ,I don't have faith that everything Will be arranged by Krishna,I don't feel in my heart that Krishns is the controler, but I want to control ,I have too much negativity I do not have faith in my ideas so I doubht too much.

How can I overcome all these?🙏🙏🙏

HpS/ASA - You cannot overcome them. Krsna will overcome them. How does a three month old baby overcome his hunger? He can't.

Krsna had many qualities, but his foremost is his mercy on reclaiming the fallen, frightened, proud, conditioned souls.

Of course, we have to do all we can to take advantage of the mercy He sends.

Yet in the end Radha is more tricky, powerful and funny than Durga, so She will get us out of this mess, but we must help!!! Try as much as we can.

4/ How can I overcome fear?for example the perspectives to do the next idea of My next questions gives me a Lot of fear I think who Will like the idea!! Maybe nobady!! How I ll get the money !!!Thinks like that?

HpS/ASA - Just take a deep breath and chant Maha-mantra vigorously until Krsna enters your intelligence, like He did when He spoke to Arjuna. I've done it again and again. It works. Maybe takes a few minutes for BIG PROBLEMS, but works.

5/ I would like to form an small ashram of matajis to rent an apartamento or a house with maximun 4 matajis,to have un altar, deities, and to make it susteinable. prepare a room for un RB&B for offer room and breakfast to only woman who would like to practice spiritual life. could be tourists or locals we can teach them how to cook,to offer,chant rounds etc.y it would be un income for the asram,as well my idea is that in the salon of the appartment give lessons of English, puppets,etc to children,to have another income to pay the rent ,we could do nice small preaching programs only for women.My questions is

How can I do the plan to make it real and reliable and make it work?.

HpS/ Already answered... Canakhya said... Krsna will do the magic or he will turn you into bird who lives on flower blossoms.

He is the ultimate controller.

How can I get matajis who would like to participate?

HpS/ You be pure... Full morning service with enthusiasm and Krsna will send nice people and they must be patient to hear that this world is just a train station where we get on the airplane back home!!!

Querido Guru Maharaja, oramos a nuestros amorosos señores le mantengan eternamente bajo su protección y que su energía sea buena y favorable a su Sankirtan. Gracias por disponer tantos medios para que sus sirvientes podamos conectarnos con Srila Prabhupada.

En cartas anteriores en este Blog, usted ha dicho que no dará más iniciaciones Diksa y en sus respuestas a diferentes aspirantes, usted ha RECOMENDADO o SUGERIDO a SS Yadunandana Swami como “un muy agradable Diksa Guru en España y a Radha Krsna Das en Houston”. Sin embargo; algunos devotos han interpretado esta recomendación como una ORDEN…

Recientemente durante un foro público, un devoto dijo a SS Yadunandana Swami: “SS Hanumatpresaka Swami les ha dicho a todos los aspiraban tomar iniciación con él, que ellos TIENEN que tomar iniciación con SS Yadunandana Swami” lo que sorprendió a algunos devotos presentes.

Desde mi perspectiva, la anterior afirmación podría interpretarse como una aparente imposición, que no concuerda con lo que usted ha recomendado o con qué; debe existir una evaluación y aceptación mutua para el establecimiento de la relación guru discípulo, por lo que me he tomado el atrevimiento de escribir al respecto.

Le ruego me disculpe si es que estoy siendo ofensiva y también le ruego, si lo considera apropiado, aclare este aspecto para su torpe sirviente.

Otra pregunta que tengo al respecto es: 

Hay muchos devotos que durante años aspiraron a ser iniciados por usted, pero por distintos motivos, no fue posible. Cuando usted informó que ya no otorgará más iniciaciones, algunos se sintieron un poco perdidos y decían “Yo nunca he pensado en nadie más como Guru, ¿Qué voy a hacer ahora?…”

Gurudeva ¿Cómo pueden ellos, mantener o fortalecer su relación con usted aun cuando tomen refugio formal en un maestro espiritual en particular? ¿Dónde pueden acudir para obtener la fortaleza necesaria, reponerse y continuar en este sendero?

In previous letters on this Blog, you have said that you will not give any more Diksa initiations and in your responses to different aspirants, you have RECOMMENDED or SUGGESTED H. H. Yadunandana Swami as “a very nice Diksa Guru in Spain and Radha Krsna Das in Houston.” However; some devotees have interpreted this recommendation as an ORDER…

Recently during a public forum, a devotee told H. H. Yadunandana Swami: “H. H. Hanumatpresaka Swami has told all those aspiring to take initiation with him that they HAVE to take initiation with H. H. Yadunandana Swami” which surprised some devotees present.

From my perspective, the previous statement could be interpreted as an apparent imposition, which does not agree with what you have recommended or with what; There must be a mutual evaluation and acceptance for the establishment of the guru-disciple relationship, which is why I have taken the courage to write about it.

I beg your pardon if I am being offensive and I also ask you, if you consider it appropriate, to clarify this aspect for his clumsy servant.

HpS/ASA - Yes, agtSP. Paoho. It is just a general suggestion. Devotees may want to take 1st, 2nd, 3rd initiation from other devotees than Maharaja of Radha-krsna Das. Thank you for asking this question!

Another question I have about this is:

There are many devotees who for years aspired to be initiated by you, but for various reasons, it was not possible. When you informed that you will no longer be granting initiations, some felt a little lost and said “I have never thought of anyone else as a Guru, what am I going to do now?…”

HpS - Just because your Catholic Priest is too old to do marriages or Baptisms, does not mean that your spiritual relationship with him is broken. If it was a material relation, like a family counselor for material social, psycho and religious functions, then it was pretty limited from the beginning.

We are happy if we can act a Siksa gurus for people.

Gurudeva How can they maintain or strengthen their relationship with you even if they take formal refuge in a particular spiritual master? Where can they go to gain the necessary strength, recover, and continue on this path?

HpS - Hopefully they can find us at the lotus feet or Srila Prabhupada!

Mostly anything, or even everything, they have found attractive in us is coming from Srila Prabhupada, Gaura Nitai, Krsna!

Anything particular to us, is still here with us as the lotus feet of Guru.
