Hare Krsna Guru Maharaja, I want to make a correction in my letter I put "four regulative principles: yes", and here comes that I put no.

Thank you so much for the correction.    It is hard for us to sometimes realize how exalted a position we have when we are chanting 16 nice rounds and following the four principles strctly.

Everything else is just details.

It takes so much effort just to keep Hari nama Yajna in front!   But, if we do that we are serving the Master of Limitless Universes, as He needs!

Hare Krishna Guru Maharaja, long time since I wrote, sorry. Here I write a brief report:

- 16 rounds per day, yes.
- Four regulative principles: no.
- Fixed service: Yes, I am preparing sweets (berfi and sandesh) to Deities week after 2 ½ months ago, and I cooked Sunday afternoon's offering for the first time with help from Alan and prabhu prabhu Yamuna. He was very gracious.
- Sankirtan: I will start out this week with some Matajis. Please give me your blessings Guru Maharaja.
- University: I finished school, tomorrow, Monday, December 6 is the graduation ceremony.
- Work: Not yet, I do sankirtana for a while.
- Partnership: Receipt of Astasakhi good sadhu sanga and other devotees of my age, when I devoted more service and spiritual brothers as well.
- Ashram: Associated with Christian Barrera.

I hope you are well and the trip did not last too long. Please accept my humble obeisances.

I knew a fellow who was like addicted to marijuana. He finally decided to just chant Hare Krsna while he was engaged in this vice.

Going up, going down.

He reported that one time was all that was necessary.

He could see all the bad things about the vice from the little island of the Holy Name in the storm of Maya, and he was never attracted ever again.

Ladys save their sons, husbands, brothers and fathers by their spiritual strenght and spiritual accomplishments.

H E L P !          We are drowning!     Please save us.

I took the liberty of writing you to humbly request your guide in this process of spiritual advancement. Since only around 7 month ago I surrendered to the process. At that time, I had the happiness of meet you and the opportunity to talk with you during your last visit to Chile, which was a great inspiration for me.

Now, I’m taking the Bhakta course in order to learn more about Krishna and how to love and serve Him better. After your departure I have had the wonderful association of your disciples, especially of Priya Sakhi D.D who has taught me lots of things and whom I appreciate too much. We used to go Sankirtana almost every day and that’s how I began to cooperate with BIJAM, contributing my experience as secretary and teacher of English, translating the reports we send you each 15 days.

 However, since I am working (at 2 places simultaneously) chanting all my rounds has been difficult, there are days I can’t chant 16 rounds.  I try to chant on the bus, on the metro and now I’m adapting my life to do it. I have had some other problems, especially related to people who WERE important in my life, but now I’m sure I don’t want to continue chewing the chewed.

 When I got the Kapi Dhvaja of 6th November, I felt sad because you asked us about our sadhana. That week I had a dream with you; I was really distressed in the dream, but in a very paternal gesture, you made me feel calm and happy. We also had a conversation, but I don’t remember the details… (Poor memory) was it a signal?

 I tell you all this, because I know you are interested on everybody who is cooperating with the foundation keeps a good sadhana. I really like very much the service that I’m doing I feel that I’m able to contribute even with my two cents. That's why I beg you give me your blessing and instructions in order to improve my sadhana, my service and my spiritual life in general.

Thank you for your letter. We have patience (Upadesamrta Text Three), but enthusiasm is more important than patience.  So ... be enthusiastic to accomplish the most essential service first, chanting 16-good rounds daily.

When you adjust to do that you will see that your family situation improves, your economy improves, your health improves, people respect your preaching, administration will be at the end of your finger etc.

Getting up early and getting your rounds done (well) is the best way to improve every other thing in the maximum rapid and profound way!

Of course, be a little patient to advance, but make rapid progress.

Avasya raksibe krsne (NOI), Krsna has given us this service as His priority request, so certainly he will give us all the facility (job, friends) necessary to accomplish it!

You can do book distribution during the week also. You can go out on the internet!

If you are ready for first initiation we need letter from Temple with their recomendation! !

Dear Gurudev:

I'm so excited with the notice of your next visit to Spain!! I'll try to take some days of my holydays, to be in Madrid temple and follow you any where you go. You will be in Barcelona temple too? I hope you can.

I follow in my effort for fight against this voice that says me every day: " where you going?, you be fine here in the warm bed... don't leave it!, stay warm and sleep again.." some times the effort is bigger but finally when I'm in front of my dear Gour-Nityananda deities, I can realize that this is what I should to do every day, try humbly to follow your instructions, you teachings, Srila Prabhupada's teachings and advices.

Dear Gurudev, I wait for your next visit, and the next KD to ear some fresh news about you.

Y e s ,  we face the same challenge.  So, easy to sleep when we should be chanting and writing.

Benjamin Franklin said, "Be active, work. There will be enough time for sleep when you are dead!"

I discover that praying to Krsna to help us work and then even doing something that will help keep us awake really advances us.

Jaya.  Hear many details from everyone when we are in Spain!
