Hare Krishna Maharaja, please kindly accept my most humble obeisances; All glories to his divine grace, Srila Prabhupada; All glories to your devotional service.   I trust that all is well with you in your own devotional service to Srila Prabhupada.  Often I think of  you, wishing that I could be in your association.  Yesterday, Friday, I was able to attend the Srimad Bhagavatam class from Hawaii for the first time in over a month, and you were giving class.  I chose to just listen quietly, rather than annoy you with some blatant interruption just to say hello.  

Since the beginning of this year I have been visiting the prison where Chandra prabhu works, giving Bhagavad gita classes every other f week.  Because many inmates choose to leave at some point during the class, the prison authorities have chosen to exclude them from attending, as mandated in the prison protocol for all visiting religious programs.  The result has been a small handful of inmates who are seriously wanting to study Bhagavad gita in a systematic order.  To this end I have decided to teach the Bhagavad gita using the study guide from Bhakti Shastri.  

I was hoping that you would approve of my actions, even though I myself have not accomplished the study guide and received a degree in Bhakti Shastra.  If you feel that it is inappropriate for me to take this action, then I am at a loss as to how to procede, because these inmates are very eager to begin their study, and for me to obtain a degree in Bhakti Shastri would take time.  So do you think it appropriate for me to begin teaching Bhagavad gita using the Bhakti Shastri manual, even if only in some unofficial manner?

After all, I would think that more important than the certification of education is the education itself and the spreading of transcendental knowledge whenever and wherever possible, regardless of formalities.

I don't wish to sound arrogant or independently rebellious in light of Iskcon's protocol for Bhakti Shastri, but I just want to make sure that I have some shelter if I begin this service in some informal manner.  Anticipating your reply: Hare Krishna.

The only thing about formalities is if the inmates want a ISKCON certificate. Of course the real examination is the time of death.

The study that I did look at a combination of published writen works and lectures that I accesed through ISKCON Desire Tree, so face to face interaction wasn't needed. Next semester I may get funding to help me get to the temple and do live recordings after morning program. 

Since I last wrote, school has ended and I was able to work out a way to get to the temple on Saturday mornings, so I will be able to see Radha-Giridhari's Lotus Feet more often for the next few months. Their Feet and the sweet. sweet Shila that live at the temple.

I have included a picture of my home altar where I do my chanting and programs that I have here.

I have seen Dayanidhi and his dynasty a few times in the past month and try to keep in contact with them. 

I have also been considering trying to go to Mayapura this winter and was curious if that would be wise or foolish...

HpS - Jaya. AGTSP. Going to Mayapura is kind of like going to New York city. If you go as a Tourist it is expensive and a very strong external program. If you know someone then it is deeper and safer. Please send us more news every few weeks. You can be our Correspondent in the Govardhana Dhama.

We have a headache that just won't stop. Started after we got pulled into our third conflict resolution effort on the third continent. (I guess the Pandavas had it worse.)

We can't do the 5AM CC reading in Spanish because we also have our SB work for BhVai and Hawaii each day . Really if we do a little each day then we can handle it. Adding the 5AM CC class is too much. It was fine when it was NOI, but we had the physical book but Spanish we have to work from the computer and the stress on our bain is about six times greater.

Then the stress for ISKCON Educational Development and Ooof, gotta slow down or we will get a brain stroke.

Tomorrow is Bank, Post-office, Office Supply store and maybe we get some printing done for Atlanta Festival.

We worry about NIMSAR. Our lawn was a jungle, but after several hard battles we won. Now we are preparing for Festival in Atlanta. We will have a booth on Mantra Yoga and 30-minutes on stage. About 3,000 people will come. We will present "Education in ISKCON".

We answered the the Frogs in the Blog letters up to 1-week and 2-days ago. Is nice!! Thank you.

About my debt, in true I dont know exactly becouse all my time in India but two days I chanted with fingers or mentally and I dont remember the numbers. Some days a lot, some days not many I think. Here in Spain, with my illness, tireness and principally my tamas little,¿ and little conventration. I dont have any excuse Maharaja, I know, I am sorry. I think 15 days is number very true. I will go to take note and do a fix number every day since finish. Sorry Gurudeva. What do you think about?. Any idea Maharaja?? Punishment? Is sooooo see yours answers!          HpS - ASA --- Is good to keep clear track of our debt and then recover the loss, no? Is a formallity but not without meaning. By this we show Krsna we love Him. 15-days seems great. Concentrate. Make the Japa a practical tool to change your life forever and to change the world.

   hPs - ASA - Hmmmf. We are not doing any offset work now. Mostly we do prototype work with laser printing and then hope that others will mass produce our insanity.
