Another year here we are trying to glorify U ¡¡

Each year I discover new things in the developing of our relationship Guru – Disciple

Besides your humility, intelligence, renunciation, etc

I have realized that one of the most relevants thing that I admire U is that even if U are an already liberated soul, at the same time U are very human very real ¡¡¡ It comes to my memory when U mention Partha Sarati in your classes that he said that he had the compromise that every single mom must have their sons tonight after the fight ¡¡¡ and as  soon as u said that your eyes started to become full of tears ¡¡¡

HpS - Who wouldn't.  War is terrible, no?

Last year when U were giving initiation to Syamakunda and U remember his father, the situation became too emotional . I was not there but later I got the video ¡¡ It was really amazing ¡¡¡ The way You remember your friend.

I can cite more examples but I do not want to make U uncomfortable.

The only thing that I want to convey is that I admire the way U are your determination, the purity of your soul , a child’s soul. It came to my memory also when U commented in one class that one Maharaja in India told U: “Hanuman Swami U did not grow up ? did you?,” U are like peter pan ¡¡

You are transparent, authentic, u taught me to continue no matter happens, I have to confess that last year many times I wanted to drift apart ISKCON, but each time I tried, I remember U, your words, classes, gifts and I just couldn’t because honestly I just can not imagine my life without HH Hanumatpresaka Swami on it ¡¡¡¡

I am happy and sad at the same time, because even  though I write in all my letters BELOVED GM, if u were really beloved to me I wouldn’t have failed U the way I did many times ¡¡¡ So

My only desire is next year have the fortune to be in front of You and tell U I love U Beloved Gurudeva

             I AM WRITTING ABOUT THIS TOPIC  FOLLOWING YOUR INSTRUCTION.

            SEX  BRINGS GREAT PAIN, THAT IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE (NOT JUST THEORY), AND YET IS A BIG CHALLENGE

            TO GET RID OF IT, SPEACIALLY WHEN ONE IS MARRIED.

            I SUPPOSE IT IS ALSO FEAR THAT CUTTING IT OFF ALTOGETHER MAY MEAN DIVORCE , ADULTERY, OR LACK OF PHYSICAL AFECTION (I MEAN HUGS)

             FOR SOMETIME  I HAVE BEEN CHANTING MY ROUNDS AND THEN WAKE THE DEITIES UP, BUT THEN IT´S TOO LATE AND

             I FEEL OFTEN TIRED, SO I HAD ALLREADY SET TO CHANGE THIS HABIT AS A PRIORITY, TO IMPROVE MY SERVICE TO

            THEM.

             YOU PROPOSE DEITY WORSHIP TO GET FREE FROM ILLITCIT SEX ...SO WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO IMPROVE?

HpS - ASA -- Of course, we can only discuss these things as B'caris and Sannyasis. Get nice Ashrama Gurus, nice Grhasta, lady, devotees to advize you.  Prabhupada says that the husband can go our daily to collect funds and then wife can work in the house to arrange nice service for their deities with whatever he brings home, a lot or a little, and make their home a very nice place.

Of course, there are details. For example, the lady may be going out with other ladys for preaching programs with someones father and brother while their husbands are working in the Court etc.

But the basic principle is to focus the routing work of married life on the Deity. When you buy new clothes bring them home, put them in front of your Lord and Lady and say, "We just got some new clothes for Your servants. Are They proper?"

O.K.   Hug your Deities.

Help your partner be engaged the same way.

Maybe be Vanaprastha.

Progress can be rapid.  Yes, girls fake sex to get love and men fake love to get sex, but after a little education they both figure out how to really engage in Radha-Krsna seva to get Prema.

In Vaikuntha there are husbands and wives, Jiva souls.

We are still on the run, struggling to be a sane Iskcon member!! reach the standard, join the two parts of the elephants.

We began this harinam / sankirtan program during the marathon and it was so extatic that we are going to continue it during january!! We go out chanting and distributing books before the sunday feast. Very nice program, kids like it a lot.

Dear Guru Maharaj,

PAMHO, AGTSP!

I saw your response to a recent letter entitled "Man Proposes, God Disposes" but I wasn't sure whether your answer was specifically in reference to my letter, or my sadhana report, or both.

In my report I included specific details about my sadhana that I wouldn't ordinarily discuss with anyone but the spiritual master; but judging from your reply to my letter, perhaps that was inappropriate. In the future, would it be preferable if I only mention whether I'm following the basic 16rounds/4regs/and sankirtana?

HpS - Sorry if we published things that were too confidential. In general we publish what ever comes to the Blog. The Annual Reports have a separate button, no? Those are confidential. If it is something confidential, 1. Talk about it in general terms and we can discuss very specific details in a private letter,  2, Use a pseudonym (eg. Bhakta Leroy).

Also, I neglected to mention that the delay in my submitting recommendations etc is due to the recent requirement to pass a guru/disciple course prior to initiation. I took one exam prior to Janmastami under the impression that if I passed I wouldn't have to take the course, but as it turns out, that was a local test designed by the LA temple which means it was basically useless and I still have to take the official GBC initiation course. Unfortunately, my parents had already spent 400$ on a plane ticket for me to make my annual visit at the same time when the official disciple course was administered in New Dwarka. On top of that, the teacher here doesn't want to give the course again until next year, so in the meantime I'm looking at some other options. Maybe I can take it in India while I go in February, or maybe I can take it online. Otherwise I may just have to surrender to the idea that Krsna is still testing my sincerity. Pray that I may establish my connection with your good self and the parampara as soon as possible.
