Paoho Is so nice to write from you and to get the responses to our letters. Sorry if we have a persecution complex... Usually there is constant communication on the LABGCforum, so I guess it was not too crazy for us to think we had been removed. Sorry for any confusion. We are just trying to be Fomal in this Sannyasa Ashrama. It came up at this Symposium on Education this weekend here in Radhadesa. Some feel as we do that the formality of Brahminical culture has to develop more in ISKCON. There has to be a class of people who only get involved with politics, money and women in a general theorectical way. So, I agree that you should not discuss details of these legal matters with us. If we can be of use in philosophical perspectives then please let us know. As far as remaining on the LA GBC communication. I think that we can look over the particular political details and watch for things that we should attend to. Is that a good strategy???

We have stomach cramps and chest pains from the pressure. Five airplanes in one week. SYmposium and now Manipura, trying to help after Maharaja's departure.

Then guess the plans to focus more on Chiclayo, our itenarary for the Fall etc. are O.K. We consulte with so many devotees and Juntas! Gave our perspective and got the comment, "So I have to make my own decisions?". Yes, but here is the general perspective. In general our comment was that Jayapataka Maharaja is the central administrative authority in Peru, so people should work their ideas out clearly and when he is there, they can connect with him administratively and personally. Personally we see that Maharaja and our selves have different management styles but there is no conflict if everyone is in their personal line behind Srila Prabhupada!

Pero es depende de la determinacion de uno como devoto y cuanto nos rendimos para servir a krsna ya que es nuestra oportunida en esta forma de vida y debemos saber el valor de la vida para poder cultivar nuestro bhakti puro por krsna . HpS - Usualmente despues de dejar esta cuerpo el devoto bien situado toma nacimiento en un universo donde Krsna esta personalmente presente y tiene la associacion ultima que necesito para volver a Goloka.

Llegaba no me ha dado el karma soy bien caído, pero Krsna me demuestra q no soy el controlado asi lo siga creyendo, Su santidad tengo muchas preguntas pero me gustaría saber si seria mejor esperar a verlo para preguntarle personalmente. Su Santidad por favor explique me como podria empezar a seguir sus ordenes es necesario ser su discípulo? ,si no es asi porfavor deme una intruccion, quiero sentir la motivación de poder servirlo con algo por favor deme su miscericordia querida gran alma. HpS - TlgaSP pfanrh. Puede tomar apoyo de nuestra abilidad de hacer algo en Sadhana bhakti. Tiene que tomar apoyo de diferentes personas, devotos, para desarrolla su propio Vaidhi bhakti. Tiene sentidos particulares y necesita desarrolla habitos individual!!!

Thanks for earlier reply to my post regarding Sri Cantanya's Appearance Day. I intend to engage as many devotees as possible on this topic. I expect change will happen only slowly.

Let me please continue: the Lord was born on the full moon of Phalgun, Sakabda 1407. This means that he was born during the Sun's transit into Aquarius and on the full Moon when the Moon was in Leo. This fact never changes and each time we observe Gaura Purnima the full Moon will always be in Leo and the Sun will be in Aquarius. This point transcends astrology and is significant in Vedic astronomy. A great place of check this is at www.astroviewer.com; all the details you will ever need abount the Sun and the Moon can be found at www.timeanddate.com including dates way into the past.

The way our calendar is supposed to work, everything in the next year is predicated on the full Moon in Govinda masa. What has in fact actually happened is that everyone is following the 1957 change implemented by the Indian government that emphasizes the first new Moon following the Vernal Equinox. In this, Iskcon and others in the Vaisnava community have been entirely consistent. The problem is that the Vedic lunar calendar is built around the 27 Nakshastras and only in that way is it related to the movement of the Sun. Since we have no familiarity with the Vedic nakshastras, it is easy to miss this critical point. However, the 27 nakshastras follow the solar ecliptic which also means the standard signs of the Zodiak. Given this important relationship, one can easily understand the connection.

Point: At this time at least 1/3 of three year cycle is wrong. That means ALL of the holidays are observed on the wrong days.

This should matter especially to Krishna devotees; but until most of us understand the Vedic lunar calendar how can we? Remember in the Ramayana the Moon phase and nakshastra mark the appearance of Lord Ramacandra, this is also true Sri Krishna Janmastami (Rohini), as well as, other avataras of Visnu.

ASA - So, I guess the Ekadasi's would be correct but you are saying that they are part of a different Vedic month, no?   When did this shift of months occur?   Seems that Janmastami has been about the same time for 60-years or the father of Nitai-gaurasundara would have noticed, no?    More explanation.
