DTC We(7)

   AGTSP.     paoho.   For some reason Yahoo has blocked us sending mail from our main account.  Usually it clears by tomorrow morning. Maybe it is so much foreign mail. So we can read but not write.

How are you?

We are 85% perfect. Ha... Ha..  Ha!   (Guru kripa!!!!!!!!!).     Finally our mail is up to date. We answer all the letters up to yesterday. If we answer them to fast then people start writing too often and we go blind from the key board.

 We are sitting in padma asana, keep feet up, and our swelling goes down.  Had a very good shopping day today. Is one of the things we like to do best for Krsna.  And you?  What do you like?  Gardening.  We bought a lot of very simple but exact stuff for the ashrama. It would cost $4,000 to get air-conditioner. We have refused and are fixing a screen, buying fan and not working during hot part of the day for $65. Jaya Laksmi Devi. Use Her well for Krsna and She will love to have your association. She loves to do the most service for Krsna that She can.

Now we go on Sankirtan. Call Dr. Messier. Maybe he will kill us, maybe he will praise us. We just have to listen and try to tell him what we understand about the ultimate goal of life and how to obtain it as we are inspired to talk by the super soul, flute of the shepherd!

agtsp     paoho.    2hours - 45 minutes!   30 letters.   Ha  Ha  Hare!!!!       Of course, we can't keep that standard.   We will adjust.   You also adjust.   Of course, we are going to die, but best to die and efficient death.     O.K.  Kapi dhvaja.    5.15PM.      2-hours until our walk with NGD starts.

agtsp......paoho.....    here we are in iskcon-murfreesboro.   2.28pm.   8/26 of our daily quota of japa finished. we will answer some letters and go ahead with  the kapi dhvaja!

DTC We(31)

               A G T S P!    (((paoho)    Sunday night we started to get  a little fever and then at midnight we woke up with strong fever.  We joined our Japa workshop but by the end our body was going into chills and convulsions so bad that we could not even type on the keyboard.     So hid under our blankets and after 1/2-hour we were O.K.  Nitai-gaurasundara is MD so he suggested is a very virulent virus that is going around (maybe compounded by too much chile in the subji for us),   We've barley been able to walk to the bath room, only taking little liquid for two days, but today. Wednesday we can sit at the keyboard.  Hope its over. Try to honor some bread and milk Prasadam withour vomiting.

The work between NIOS and Goloka education is advancing very nicely. Will airfreight about 10-sets of the Sanskrit course to USA and offer them to those who want to join us pioneering them ($100/ea) with personally supported, local study partner on-line, certificated curriculum.

Also, with Houston we are breaking into more detailed study groups to consider exactly the different options for starting the Primary school there.

O.K.  We look for URGENT letters, and hope to be back on line for Japa Joes tommorrow.

   AGTSP.   Paoho.  It is 10.51PM.  We are starting to get little headache.  We have 25/26 daily rounds done. We had a little extra nap time today so should be O.K. to write a little more and then rest until 1.15AM for   --- JAPA JOE---.   We are getting a regular resting pattern now that we have a regular Ashrama.   Our ASA Office, cave, is about 87% perfect. Few mosquitos, 85/28 degrees farenheit/celcius. May get better ventilation system going.

We'll attach our Weekly Report to Dr. Samaresh below. It tells a lot.

Also, get to the NIMSAR report right away and then some other m m m mail!!

Esteemed Professor Samaresh et al,
We hope this meets you in the best of spirits.
 
1) MUSEUM VOLUME: We are forwarding the latest foto of Professor Dolores Chavez under separate letter. Dr. Ravi Singh says that the Foreword that we wrote is fine. Did you get it?  Is it acceptable. Seems that our NIOS distribution agent in India can be Goloka Education. They have been printing in Kolkatta but want to move their printer to Mumbai where they are located. Then they could possible print this volume there and distribute it easily. We should discuss this, no? By reports of Sanjay and our own mailings ALL the Felicitations volumes and the reprints have arrived.
 
3) Our NIOS Office is about 87% working and we are getting so much work done. We are very happy.
 
4) Our own writing project in Sankya and Carl Jung is going well. We have almost finished reading his classic, "Tavistock Lectures", and there is so much to show contrast and comparison with Western science. Next we will read his auto-biography and look at the recently published private diary. Then we should be able to write something as a basic perspective and maybe even have it co-published in a peer reviewed journal with Dr. Ravi since he is psychiatrist.
 
5) We have been having regular meetings with Goloka Education and we are working to make NIOS their official, legal representative in USA. NIOS would especially work in three areas:
     a. Promoting, marketing, GE publications, specifically their Sanskrit kit for ages 5-7. Radhika reviewed it and says that there is nothing even close to it for the non-Indian market and it should revolutionize Sanskrit learning in the West and even India.  We are going to have then send a copy of the set to the Nil-kamal.
     b. Marketing Goloka Kids, which is a fully supported, monitored, pre-school franchise for education from 2-4 years.
     c. Public school, K-12 school development to the Camast standard. This is the new co-operation between Cambridge University and the ISKCON related, Krsna Avanti schools, in UK.  This is starting with ISKCON Houston which has opportunity to start a 120 student primary school by next March.
 
6) With the Goloka Education in motion, we can systematically turn our attention to distributing the esteemed Felicitations Volume, agreement with Rabindra-bharati and other publications in this area.
