HpS - It would be nice to meet at your home with him and anyone else. We land in Lima at 12.20PM, noon, on the 24th Monday unless the flight is delayed. Then we have all day Tuesday until we go to the airport at 9PM. We may go to Miraflores to sign documents. We don't want make a separate trip out of visiting with his esteemed self but in route. In Australia ekadasi will be on Monday the 16th October. If we get to Brisbane by Sunday 15th afternoon we can do outreach program at Govindas restaurant. 11th-17th in Melbourne also a possibility but maybe too long.

Prabhupada's dissapearance is Tuesday 24th. If you can stay till 25th we certainly can arrange programs in the Gold Coast and New Govardhan area or we could rearrange the schedule and or locations a little.
HpS - When is Prabhupda's festival in Kolkata? Can't calculate it here. Would be nice to do G'puja in Auztralia on Sunday and then go to Kolkata for P'pada's festival in Kolkata on Monday.

An update on how things are developing here:
Brisbane (15th-19th) and New Gavardhana (19th-21st) have confirmed dates but I’m still waiting for Melbourne (11th-15th). Once word comes from Melbourne we can purchase tickets.
New Govardhan Temple President HG Ajita Prabhu and all the devotees are very happy to hear you will be here for Govardhan Puja. One small glitch though is that Govardhan puja festival will be celebrated on the Sunday the 22nd of October so we beg you to consider extending your stay till 23rd or evening of 22nd?

Gurudeva I has been communicating with Jambavati mataji since one month ago... She was wondering if U can meet with his father..
I talked with her yesterday she is recovering from neumonia :( she did not listen so good .. she is staying in veracruz because the weather is warmer there.. still she was very dissapointed because she will not be able to see U when u arrive to mexico...morover she was in distress because she can not collect any money for his father :(
I talked yesterday with abhiram and he basically told me that U are going to be in Callao .. So. I communicate that to Jambavati matajji but she told me that callao is too far from his father.. plus And he can not handle the trip. Also abhiram's house is in a second floor.
Jambavati's father lives near my home 15 minutes. So we were wondering if U can come to my home on tuesday 25th to meet him for lunch.
I am too offensive to ask U favors. Please forgive me if I offended U. We will do what u decide.

Yes 11th to 21st will be great. Already program at University of Queensland arrange with the Bhakti Club for 18th. I think we should start in Melbourne in the South on the 11th and then head north where you can return to Mumbai from Brisbane.
I couldn't arrange any significant university programs in Sydney so maybe we can skip Sydney. Unless you feel the need to go to Sydney. I think 4 cities in 9days is too intense. Sydney devotees welcome to join us on tour. I know some already planning to.
I think a nice schedule would be 11th land in Melbourne from Mumbai. The 12th-15th Melbourne programs. Fly to Gold Coast on the 15th.

Sunday feast at New Govardhan on 16th, possibly a Gold Coast program on the 17th. Then drive to Brisbane on the 18th for 1 or 2 university programs (possibly one for academics), temple classes and maybe a talk at Govindas on Friday 20th. Fly out from Brisbane to Mumbai on 21st.
Good airlines are Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Qantas. We want to fly you business class. We can buy your tickets or reimburse you.

HpS - ASA -- We have been doing research on Expedia.com and the Wikipedia and the only direct flight to Melbourne seems to be Air India from Delhi. Bad airlines? Arriving and leaving from different cities is much more costly, so should we go in and out of Melbourne and make adjustments locally? Also, Economy is $1000 and Business is $2,400! We could buy two Economy class tickets for that price. Fly with a partner?

Friday the 2oth is Govardhana puja. Where should we spend that day?
Only thing fixed for our calendar is that we will be in Bombay after the GBC meeting in Ujjain on the 3rd & 4th? So we need to start from Bombay, though we can catch a local flight elsewhere. On the return trip we are really headed to Kolkata side.
