Hare krsna! Please accept my humble obeisances, agtsp and his faithful followers.

My name is Marcos, I am 37 years old and I live in Madrid.

In the last 16 years we have met several times in Madrid and Guadalajara.

I have always been inspired by his focus on devotional service, his kindness and his humility.

I would like to be in contact with you because, although I do not currently meet the standard (16 r, 4 p), if some day by mercy of krsna I reach that standard, I would like to ask you to initiate me in the chanting of the Holy Name.

Este es un pequeño reporte de la semana, rondas y principios Ok, siguiendo tus pasos, empecé a leer el Sri Caitanya Caritamrita, respecto al verso ATMARAMA, pienso que debemos saber sanscrito, de otra manera no podré jamas entenderlo, el unico consuelo es que al final se resume que la meta final es el servicio devocional.

Siempre hemos escuchado que Sri Advaitya acarya es Maha Visnu, en el Antya lila del Caitanya Bhagavata, Vrndavana Das Thakura explica que Advaitya Acarya es Sada siva, ¿como podemos conciliar esto?

HpS - Es como Querido a su esposa, Papi en desayuno con sus hijos, Oficial Gomez cuando va a oficina como policia. El es Avatara.

Mahaprabhu siempre se mostraba reticente cuando le mencionaban que Él era Krsna mismo, Vrndavana Das Thakura narra que Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu clamaba y rugia muchas veces diciendo que Él era Krsna mismo y se subia al trono del señor Visnu...  he sentido algo de temor leyendo esto.

HpS - Eso es la cancion de Gaura arati.

Encontré muchos pasatiempos que no habia escuchado antes de Mahaprabhu y Sri Nityananda, (Nityananda prabhu y Srimati Malini Devi), la relacion entre Nitay y Advaitya Acarya etc.

HpS - Quien es el traductor?

Estoy leyendo y traduciendo un libro de 800 paginas, (los 18 Puranas) del ingles al español , utilizando el robot y haciendo correcciones, hay mucha informacion nueva para mi, como por ejemplo: ¿porque fueron 21 veces las veces que Sri Parasurama mató alos Ksatriyas? Tambien como es que debido a una mentira de una vaca, éstas se volvieron impuras de la parte de la cabeza, y solo puras de la parte posterior; Como es que Brahma en un principio tenia 5 cabezas etc.

HpS - I heard that Srila Prabhupada asked one devotee how he liked the biogrphies in the first canto and the devotee said that he liked them, then Prabhupada explained that he had spent long hours recearching them in the Puranic Encyclopedia in the library.

Tengo una gran duda, es respecto a un terreno de 200 metros que compré hace muchos años en Cusco, lo hemos cercado hace poco y pensé que seria bueno construir "una casa", conseguí un libro extenso de Vastu Sastra, pero no se si  valdrá la pena o servirá de algo, tengo 48 años, vivo solo y no tengo ningun plan para el futuro, mi mente me quiere engañar y me quiere hacer creer que podria ser un lugar para Tus enormes deidades de Jagannatha, Balabhadra y Subhadra...

HpS - Haz lo que es practico, simple. Mantener flexibilidad. Mas que seguimos la programa basica, mas recibiremos inteligencia como expandir nuestra servicio.

Externamente todo parece estar yendo bien, rondas,  principios, cuidado de una enorme Tulasi con hojas de hasta 6 inches de largo, tallando  dos Garuda Stambha y pintando a las deidades, pero no hay amor  por Dios... algo de apego, pero queda la necesidad de asociacion, Sadhu Sanga se refiere a asociacion con devotos mayores, si fueran devotos "RASIKAS" sería la gloria completa, muchas veces escuchamos que si deseamos la asociacion de devotos mayores, debemos  de volvernos devotos mayores. Quizas algo faltó, ilusamente pensabamos que para hoy habrian muchos devotos retirados en la orden de vanaprastha y sannyasa a estas alturas, pero vemos que hay devotos de  bastante edad, ocupados en negocios o en buscar una manera de mantenerse sin depender de Krsna.

No se quien es Nanuk, el año pasado sentia envidia de la comunicacion que llevaba Usted y él, despues leí  lo irrelevante de sus dudas respecto a Prabhupada poisoned, y hoy disgustado por la forma como Te escribe.

HpS - Si, es una persona con aspectos mezcla. Eso es la predica, no, purificando la mal, aumentando el bueno.

Me sorprendió leer que no hay referencias de Srila Prabhupada respecto a cantar el Panca Tatva mantra entre ronda y ronda, hace mucho tiempo que no lo hago, para empezar, ofrezco pranama a Sri Guru, al guru Parampara y al Panca Tatva, luego tres mantras :

tri-bhaṅga-bhaṅgimaṁ rupaṁ

veṇu-randhra-karāñcitam

gopī-maṇḍala-madhya-sthaṁ

smarāmi nanda-nandanam

“Yo recuerdo a Śrī Kṛṣṇa, el amado hijo de Nanda Mahārāja, quien posa en una forma curvada en tres partes y juega hermosamente con Su flauta en medio del círculo de gopīs.”

nāma-cintāmaṇi-rūpaṁ

nāmaiva paramā-gatiḥ

nāmnā-parataraṁ-nāsti

tasmān nāma upāsmahe

“El Santo Nombre es una piedra de toque (cintāmaṇi) trascendental y la meta suprema. No hay nada superior al Santo Nombre. Por lo tanto, yo adoro al Santo Nombre.”

al terminar las 16 rondas, otrostres mantras:

“El yajña de cantar el Santo Nombre es el más elevado de todos los yajñas, ya que destruye todas las impurezas de la era de Kali. He completado este nāma-yajña para la felicidad de Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa y Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.”

“Oh, Mālā, es cierto que tú puedes conceder la perfección más elevada de las personalidades divinas (guru-varga). Postrándome ante ti, oro que me hagas perfecto como ellos.”

Recitando estos mantras antes y despues, y teniendo en cuenta la profundidad de las oraciones, puedo concentrarme más y tener más respeto por el Holy Name, si me distraigo siento verguenza, pienso que esta ayudando mucho, en realidad éstas son realizaciones personales, es algo incomodo saber que  alguien mas las leerá, pero estoy de acuerdo con Your Super Blog. Tambien algo disgustado con el cuestionamiento de Kaunteya das respecto a Tu programa para Brasil.

Muchas gracias por todo lo que está haciendo para  el desarrollo de mi vida espiritual, una deuda impagable, trataremos de llevar almas a Sus pies.

I read on the blog after Vyasapuja to write back again at another time because you were flooded with offerings! 

On your Vyasapuja we made some attempts to be a monkey servant: peanut butter cookies, soup, air popped popcorn and bananas to Krsna and shared with Bala, Lalita and Bhaktin Andrea. I had a dream last night where I told you I went to work part time as a new therapist at a community health center downtown (I just started working, so this part is true).  I was very happy that you laughed at my emerging false ego and very seriously assured me to keep up with rounds. 

I apologize for not attending the last week of classes. You mentioned that you would like to do a Pada Padma meeting before class, will this be for Ananta Rupas SB chapter one reading notes and discussion? Please let me know how we can best participate.

HpS - The Saturday morning class is in flux. It definitely seems to be going forward. The Bh. Vedanta part is getting more organized with Vaisesika Das participation. We cannot find out if there any morning classes in the Boise temple right now. You can see our daily and weekly class schedule in the Kapi Dhvaja. Hope you get a chance to help people in you job!

Right now he is surprisingly not overwhelmed! He may also go to Spain soon.

We are born with these endless desires Maharaj, (when your young your asked do you want apple juice or orange juice?? Does it matter what kind of juice that we have ??) and I can see that following some kind of Varnashrama has helped my mind be less disturbed over the years. Striving for regularity in habits and schedule, austerity/misery/baby cooing  that comes with having a child. At some point how do we get get rid of a niyamagrahah yuppy mentality complacency in KC.  Sometimes thinking about the clock that reminds the masquerade folly of death and mortality in the Edgar Allen Poe prose poem http://www.online-literature.com/poe/36/ helps!!!

All glories to Sri Gauranga Nityananda Ram!

 I'm doing much better since i wrote you the last letter. My sadhana is improving as well and attending to Mangal Aarti has healed me up so much. My boyfriend broke up with me because he doesn't want to get married and he blames on me that we both broke principles and after all he says he is confused and he doesnt know what he wants right now, he says im crazy, controlling and bossy (which might be true, except for the being crazy part) (he is also a devotee, with the second initiation) ... he also keeps coming back to say he is sorry and he wants me back, that he loves me and he is trying to reach me with mellow words but his behavior has taken me to be exhausted, he comes and goes as he pleases, and he keeps acting in very disrepectfull ways towards me,  and i don't want to be disrupted by anything right now, i want to keep focus on recovering from what i did, which i still feel ashamed about so i decided to stay away from him and all the troubles that being with him bring to my spiritual path.

HpS - Wow!   AGTSP  Sounds exhausting, like raising and family and keeping two jobs. You're right: Just chant Hare Krsna and Krsna will adjust all these things so everyone is happy. 

It was hard for me to come out with the truth about breaking principles but it was also very relieving.

HpS - Here is good just to discuss things in a general sense and go into details with devotees you know more closely.

I think that in order to become close to the lord i have to be sincere, because no matter hiding the truth,  the consequences will still be there, so there is no point for lying or trying to hide things. i appreciate every single of your kind words and ask for nothing but forgiveness.

HpS - We remember that Rama told Laksmana, that there is no mistake we can make that we cannot correct. We just have to do it.

I get up between 2 and 3 am to chant my 16 rounds, and I'm also chanting extra rounds. i get up, chant my rounds, sing Sri Nrsimha's aarti then do a reading of the Bhagavad Gita. this i have been doing for a week now. i want to make this my daily routine. I'm doing my daily service at the temple and attending to mangal aarti, Bhavagad Gita and Bhagavatam classes and Sadhya aarti. two weeks ago we went to the city to do Harinam and Sankirtan and i did Sankirtan for the first time! very beautiful experience!! looking forward on going on HarinamSankirtan again! 

i want to thank you for taking time to write and guide me thru all of this constant fighting between who i was, who i am and who i shall become in order to serve to the lord as a sincere and humble devotee. 

I'm looking forward into moving to Peru because economically speaking I'm not doing so well here in Panama. migratory laws are really hard on us Venezuelans, because of the political condition back there. everybody is running out of the country and moving to many different countries, there in Peru they are giving us humanitary help. All glories to Peru and Peruvians!!! 

How are monkey, piggy and scientist doing? How are you dear maharaja? how are you feeling lately? how is your health?  let me know if everything its good and also if it's not! i'll appreciated a lot hearing from you.

HpS - Hare Krsna, YKD. Espanyol sigue..   Thank you for this wonderful news. We tried to see before if Mother Jambavati Devi Dasi's father could stay with or near devotees. We don't want to suggest anybody so they feel pressured, but if they have the strength it would be wonderful help to the Sankirtan movement. We are trying to suggest in general now that there might be a lot of support for making a Vanaprastha, retirement community, in Chosica or some such place.

We answer the "Urgent Letters" quickly but that also means that we have to answer them smaller sometimes. <img alt="cheeky" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="23" />  We hope that Krsna gives everyone good intelligence and that Srila Prabhupada's Big Drum is heard all over the world.

HpS - Hare Krsna.. --  Gracias por esta maravillosa noticia. Intentamos ver si el padre de la madre Jambavati Devi Dasi podía quedarse con devotos o cerca de ellos. No queremos sugerir a nadie, por lo que se sienten presionados, pero si tienen la fuerza sería una ayuda maravillosa para el movimiento Sankirtan. Estamos tratando de sugerir, en general, ahora que podría haber un gran apoyo para hacer una Vanaprastha ashrama, comunidad de jubilados, en Chosica o en algún otro lugar.

Contestamos las "Cartas urgentes" rápidamente, pero eso también significa que tenemos que responderlas más pequeñas a veces. Esperamos que Krsna les dé a todos buena inteligencia y que el Gran Tambor de Srila Prabhupada se escuche en todo el mundo.
