HpS - AGTSP!!

Thank you Guru Maharaj for the subtle mercy that we keep receiving. Thank you so much. Still celebrating the appearance of Shree Chaitanya Mahaprabhu amidst the material duties.

HH Bhakti Ananda Haridasa Gosvami Maharaj is with us and as usual we are continuing the Holi celebrations.

We have some young aspirants....all of 19 years , a young aspiring devotee with ambition to be a doctor but parents are worried that she is too involved in Srila Prabhupada books and Krishna . The mother is really worried. Can she write in the Blog here? She asks a lot of intelligent questions.

There is also another boy who is attending SB classes regularly....aspiring for initiation. Very soon they will be writing to you dear Guru Maharaj ....if only you allow us to do so.

HpS - We seem to be able to handle a survival level of mail here. Please have them read the Kapi Dhvaja and then include the KDPC from the current issue in the Title field.

HpS - Wonderful. We are in ISKCON Boisie, Idaho. Very much we are all adjusting to the Global Pandemic. It is amazing what a resource SB is in this effort.

In general, our instrument is getting older. Our eyes cannot handle as much computer time as before.

Traveling is always a GREAT challenge with change of diet from cook to cook. Srila Prabhupada would travel with a cook.

It is so nice to hear from you and other such devotees how they are taking the potent content of all the stories in SB and letting them enter their actual lives and societies.

Gurumaharaja le agradecemos mucho Su asociación que cada dia nos brinda, muchísimas gracias!! 

De acuerdo a su calendario parece que la propuesta de llegar a Mexico el Domingo 31 de Mayo hasta el Martes 2 de Junio estaria muy bien, así puede tener un muy breve descanso entre un vuelo y otro y estar a tiempo para el sastra Mela de Houston, realmente sera una gira exhausta pero grandiosa predica.

Posupuesto nos preocupa el tema actual, hemos leído noticias de ISKCON con respecto a las medidas preventivas del corona virus en los templos y las restricciones por medida de seguridad de las comunidades, parece muy bien los ajustes de sus viajes y si hubiera medidas para Mexico por favor tambien considere cualquier cambio, la prioridad son las mejores condiciones para su predica y Vani.

Oramos al Señor Nrsimhadeva para que siempre lo proteja y para que las condiciones de predica sean favorables para todos.

De todas formas he hablado con la madre encargada de comunicaciones del Templo, ella es miembro de la Junta, pone a disposición cualquier apoyo en su itinerario y muy feliz de recibir la noticia de su deseo de visitar el Yatra, también hablará con prabhu Jayananda para agilizar su opinión práctica respecto al tema Iniciaciones. 

Tambien estamos considerando la propuesta de Iniciar oportunamente las reuniones generales de hermanos espirutales para organizarnos con armonia y respeto.

Tuvimos un lindo festival de Goura purnima en el templo, nos dieron la oportunidad de hacer el vestido de flores de Goura Nitay chota, mi esposo me ayudó en esta ocasion.

Su amor por Srila Prabhupada nos inspira. Muchas gracias!

Bueno Guru Maharaja, estoy distribuyendo algunos libros de la BBT (El Sendero de la Iluminación, Meditación y Superconciencia).

Ahora también queria informarle que acá en Perú Prabhu Rupa Gosai esta imprimiendo dos libros de dos discipulos de Srila Prabhupada (Hridayananda Dasa Goswami y Bir Krishna Das Goswami) Prabhu Rupa Gosai tiene autorización de estos Maestros Espirituales.

Los libros se llaman (Tu no eres el cuerpo y Iluminación por el camino natural).

Yo también estoy distribuyendo estos 2 titulos, junto con los otros 2 de la BBT.

Lo hago para ayudarme pues el Prabhu Rupa Gosai los da a un precio bien cómodo, pues la economía en Perú no es buena y la BBT da muy caros los precios de los libros.

Basically Srila Prabhupada's instruction for us is that Sannyasis and B'caris are allowed short term contact with the opposite sex for preaching purposes only, and that never in a secluded place.

So, we didn't read beyond the above part of your letter. This is just a fundamental appreciated of the way Krsna has made the material world so we can realize Him in complete depth.

Beyond that arrangment there are details about what kind of work we can do as an individual counselor etc.

We were 'trying' to answer 400-500 letters a month at one point and realized it was impossible. Then by the mercy of Prahlad-nrsmha Das we started this Blog and now we get about 150 letters a month.

Why? Because most of the letters ask three questions: Where are you? What are you doing? How is your health?

So, when we answer that and other common letters eg. can you give me advice about specific family and community situations, in the Blog, many people don't have to ask the question again.

Ta Da!!!

Finally, and I have to update the www.... file above, we have taken to giving Priority to letters with the Kapi Dhvaja Priority Code in the Letters to the Editor section of the Kapi Dhvaja, our fortnightly news bulletin in the ASA webpage at www.JayaRama.US.

This makes people read the Kapi Dhvaja before they write and so, again, they know our situation and how to write to us efficiently.

You can see that we wrote this detailed response to you, but it is posted now and we can reference it to so many other good souls and others will directly read it and tell Mrs. Donald Trump, or the Mother Superior for the PoorClaires, about it before she writes to us.

Again, thank you, and by this point you may have realized that we are 50% mad and decide that if you are going to talk with us then you need to do it with great attention.

AgtSP. Paoho. They are 8.03 AM.

We are in New Biharvan, ISKCON Boise, Idaho.

The trip was hell and one-half! We have been through hell and five-halves in travel to/from India!

You also?

Left 902 Hillcrest at 4AM Boise Time (ACT) and arrived at our residence at 2AM. That's 22-hours! Before that we were packing for three hours with a great Mangala-arati.

As soon as we hit the road at 5AM there was dense, fast, little crazy, traffic!

Zoom! ZOOM! Z O O M !

Our mind and senses are 72-years old, so it was a challenge driving.

Then we had to find the exit for the gas refill. We found it with a little bit of jumping. Found the gas station. Pumped the gas. Worried about missing our flight. It was $3 for the gas. We saved $12 against the Avis gas refill charges.

Then. . . with the help of the nice Lady-in-the-Cell-Phone and other stuff we found the Avis rental car drop-off. Dude was a cultured dude from Ethiopia. We were just naturally preaching(?!) and at then end he asked us to pray for him!

We asked him to pray for us and shoved him a NOI!

Security guard asked, "How are you today"? We said that this was the material world and everyone is suffering. He nodded mildly and said, "Have a safe jouney" with a serious look.

So, lot of chance to meet people and talk with them. We need more NIOS/ASA promo material to give to people. LOB, NOI...

Then WhooOOp! WhhhOOOOP! whOOp! Earthquake in Salt Lake City. Water pipes busting. Control towers out of commission. Rickter 5!

Plane diverted with three more planes to ?? Rapid Falls, South Dakota!!!? The home of Mount Rushmore, and we did Rush no More!

Back to SLC and waiting for six more hours, until 12.30AM!!!

Always chatting with Ananata-rupa Das, Srinivasas, Abhi, et al, et al.

We were supposed to avoid Karuna virus and almost died of an earthquake.

Have lot of arythmias, so may die of a heart attack any time.

Was hell sleeping, sitting, in the airport with 300 other refugees. Bananas $1.20 ea.! Yet, we adjusted pretty well and were pretty comfortable.

Watched <ovo. "Midway" on the airplane while we chanted. Hmmm! Skipped the family life.

Then ran the "Adams Family" with no sound while we flew from SLC to BOI at 12.30AM with our brains sloshing in our skull and our heart coughing a little to keep from going mad.

Arrived, nap, CLEANED everything. Got four rounds done. Ekadasi!

Set up our ASA Camp site.

We will probably get Karuna virus and suffocate to death. We are thinking about how to do it.

It will probably also kill about 90% of our GBC members.

Hmmm. Telecomunication will break down, but "Very nice! We can just sit down together and chant Hare Krsna and not have to deal with all these worries about Sankirtan!"

An astrological change is expected on the 24th and there will be a spontaneous remission of Karuna virus and Rascal Science will be greatly ruffled, and Demonism and Pseudo Science will gain strides!

Actually, hear about Krsna and teach other's about Krsna, and it will be a happy harmony in hell on the way to heaven.
