I saw the celebration of your Sri Vyasa Puja it was great I wish I were there.

HpS - It was great and I was glad to be there and I also wish I wasn't there. We are not substitutes for Srila Prabhupada but we are also not unrelated to him. We do represent him! We should push, push, push our representative ability!!!!!!

Gurudeva on Christmas I received terrible news My University is going to be closed.

HpS - That is great!!!! Now we can just sit down and chant Hare Krsna and live on whatever little Prasadam Srila Prabhupada sends us. He took Tamal krsna Goswami to another body, because he needed him!

The SUNEDU, that is an University audit body, determined that my University, Alas Peruanas, must closed. They have standards that we do not passed. Anyway I was been working there since 2003. I feel devastated. More than 60 000 students need to go to other University.

UAP had a very bad administration, there were a lot of corruption involved. I am looking for a job. Or maybe start my own business. This year I lost many important things for me. I do not what my father do in this situation.

I do not know what Krsna's plan is.

HpS - Get up early and listen to everyone sing about how great He is!!! Have you faced the fact that you will die, with no strength or resources. It will happen. So let us accept it, then see what association Krsna sends us.

I have always wanted to move to Nova Gokula and live there. That place attracts me more than India.

I hope you had a good day on your Vyasa puja.

HpS - It was very intense being the object of so much attention!

I honored you that day by going to the temple to Mangalartik; chantig many rounds; reading more about Srila Prabhupada; preparing my class on Thursday 26; giving a guru tattva-ASA class. Then I went to my house and made an exquisite Peruvian preparation that I shared with my niece (almost daughter) Destiny and with my mother.

HpS - Jaya! What was the preparation???

I have already sent you my personal report and now I send you the summary of my ideas about my participation in education at ISKCON by 2020. Points that we have been discussing with you and those in charge of education.

BHAKTI SASTRI

I have been teaching BS for 10 years. I have been developing the ASA program with some improvements. I would say that I am quite familiar with ASA ideas. I have been listening to you since 2001 when I met you just the day of your VP in January of that year.

So, I will give a final BS of one year, ten months, from March to December 2020. I will put all my effort to renew it once again and offer the best of myself and what I have learned from you. For example, each student will give a short class about each book with power point. Students will take oral exams of the verses, etc.

At the beginning of March I will take the exam to the group that is finishing 2019 and I will summon the students of two groups that could not take the exam.

I will also summon students who could not complete the course to join 2020 with the possibility of validating the parts they managed to develop in the past so that they can take the exam at the end of 2020.

I will also give the opportunity to older devotees to take the March or December 2020 exam prior to some training and delivering of their summaries and essays.

I hope that the administrative aspect is a help and not an obstacle to do all of the above. M. Candra Mukhi would be the examiner.

2021 will begin another era with a new BS program.

BHAKTI VAIBHAVA

I want to be actively involved in the improvement of the course. I agree with your ideas and based on that I will give my suggestions. I hope to be part of a more specific working group.

HpS - We are very, very weak. We are trying to develope the Bh. Vai. program in relation with the online course from Govardhana Ecovillage.

The suggestion of examination by Canto seems great to me. I plan to start teaching a new group in March. When the time for the exam comes I will give my previous students the opportunity to take the exam (They are like 15). Previous training. Again, I hope the administration will help meet these goals.

HpS - Me too! They are struggling just like us.

We also have to clarify the subject of essays and other requirements so that the old students, starting with me, will catch up with the new requirements. This administrative issue is a problem. My students are eager to study and have their certification. It would be a shame if the administration does not help this task.

HpS - If there are problems with the GBC administration we can always do something just among friends to evaluate ourselves and even give certificates, eg. the ASA Golden Banana of Everlasting Knowledge Award.

From 2021 I will only dedicate myself to BVB and my personal educational project.

DISCIPLES COURSE

In 2020 we will give a face-to-face course for those who wish to co-facilitate to be official ISKCON teachers. I will also join others I guess.

There are devotees who ask me for the online course, so we will give one last online course as well. Then those who have trained will be in charge.

We have also innovated that course since the time of NIMSAR. Something important was to include Ravindra Svarup prabhu's book among other things that I implemented later. It seems to me that some elements are still missing. For example, something basic is an analysis of Gurvastakam, etc.

OTHER COURSES: FACILITATION, COMMUNICATIONS, LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION, CONFLICT RESOLUTION.

I think it's time to have our own facilitators of those courses. It is very cumbersome and expensive to bring devotees from abroad. I think there are local devotees who would do very well.

Which leads to the issue of facilitator certification. So far it is requested that they have to co-facilitate to teach the course. I think this may be for devotees who are vocation educators and not professors it self.

There are devotees who are educators by profession and it would be enough to take the course to teach it. This situation has generated a kind of monopoly of some foreign facilitators that has prevented us from continuing to grow. This must end very soon.

HpS - Write to the Blog with your specific ideas for each small step. Inch by inch it is always a cinch!

I also have developed several workshops that I have directed in Arequipa, Cuzco, La Paz and Cochabamba (Bolivia). I'm good at it.

In ISKCON-Education Peru (Since they have killed personal and group initiatives, which I think is terrible because it has resulted in slowness and incomplete vision, etc.) we must create a curriculum that includes other things that we ,educators, have developed these years with local certification or something. If we are allow, because I really do not see the capacity for dialogue and convocation.

HpS - How about working with the Gandharva and the Karuna Krsna Das?

In any case, I will continue to help in whatever I can and in whatever they allow me.

I think there must also be other types of initiatives supported by ISKCON. If not, each one will look for ways to develop their own educational dreams. I've already started.

HpS - Go ahead with your own programs 100% and see how that inspires you to try to work with the institution. If you find that there is no one in the institution but Srila Prabhupada who understands you, it is normal in one sense, but if you have a relationship with Srila Prabhupada you will be like him.  Your life is a source of inspiration, the constant flame that illuminates our path to Krishna. You build a bridge between Iskcon and secular society for the benefit of all, just as Lord Ramacandra laid a bridge to Lanka to rescue Sita. You are the Bhagavata devotee. I surrender to your lotus feet, the perfection that satisfies all desires. Because those lotus feet take me to the lotus feet of Srila Prabhupada, the safest shelter on the way to Krishna. It might be a possibility or most likely is a fact that an institutional guru which the GBC HAS voted in as an INSTITUTIONAL ISKCON guru IS BOGUS!

HpS - Oink! Oink!!!! As far as I know the last GBC rule was that they were not voting anybody as Guru. They were just giving a non-objection statement.

..... The rest of this letter was too, too, long for us!! First thing for me is: Are you taking Srila Prabhupada as your Acharya? If yes, then are you chanting 16-nice rounds daily and following the four regulative principles strictly...

Me postro ante los hermosos pies de loto de mi maestro espiritual, por cuya misericordia sin causa he obtenido el supremo santo nombre, el mantra divino, el servicio del hijo de Saci-mata, la asociación de Srila Svarupa Damodara, Rupa Gosvami y de su hermano mayor Sanatana Gosvami, de la morada suprema de Mathura, la bienaventurada morada de Vrndavana, del divino Radha-kunda y de la colina de Govardhana y el deseo dentro de mi corazón por el servicio amoroso a Sri Radhika y Madhava en Vrndavana.

Este verso es muy hermoso, lo cantamos a diario después de nuestro guru puja, hay algunas bendiciones reales ahí para nosotros, y algunas nos faltan realizar aun, pero tenemos la fe y confianza que gracias a su misericordia lo podremos alcanzar algún día.

Querido Gurudeva permítenos ofrecerte esta ofrenda de palabras... es un ensayo de nuestro seminario “Krsna Surya sama” por el auspicioso día de tu aparición, como un homenaje al representante fidedigno de Srila Vyasadeva:

“Krsna está ahí siempre en su nombre como un sol radiante en el cielo alumbrando el jardín de nuestro corazón. En muchos casos esa luz es oscurecida por las nubes de nuestros anarthas que surgen de los deseos separados de Krsna, y en otros la oscuridad es más densa gracias a la niebla de nuestras ofensas al Nombre. Aún así nuestro corazón es un terreno fértil para nuestros deseos, algunos han crecido como árboles en el transcurso de muchas vidas y hay mucha mala hierba crecida por falta de cuidado. La desafortunada alma espiritual puede pasar trillones de vidas con ese panorama. Solo por la buena fortuna sin causa, la jiva que tiene la oportunidad de relacionarse con un maestro espiritual fidedigno, recibe en su corazón el hermoso regalo de la semilla del servicio devocional. Esta semilla del Bhakti se vuelve fuerte gracias al riego y cuidado del jardinero experto, quien debe podar el jardín de los deseos y debe regar su semilla con el canto constante de los Santos Nombres. Ninguna Jiva puede volverse un experto jardinero si no ha sido formado por el maestro espiritual, quien a su vez es un sadacari, un practicante honesto. Si la jiva no practica el canto, la semilla del bhakti se mantendrá débil y vulnerable. Solo el canto constante puede regar su raíz y hacerla crecer por encima de la niebla de las ofensas. Si ese canto puede liberarse de las ofensas, el cielo del jardín se verá alumbrado por una luz tenue, provocada por las nubes de los anarthas. El sol del Santo nombre está ahí radiante, pero aún no puede ser percibido a plenitud, sin embargo esa luz que se filtra a través de las nubes disipan el cielo del jardinero experto que practica el canto con mayor sinceridad que al comienzo, y la semilla que se ha convertido en una gran enredadera que crece sin parar, gracias a la misericordia del Guru fidedigno, alcanza el árbol de los deseos de los pies de loto de Krsna, quien está situado eternamente en el planeta Goloka Vrndavan, en la región más elevada del mundo espiritual”.

I bow down before the beautiful lotus feet of my spiritual master, by whose mercy without cause I have obtained the supreme holy name, the divine mantra, the service of the son of Saci-mata, the association of Srila Svarupa Damodara, Rupa Gosvami and his elder brother Sanatana Gosvami, of the supreme abode of Mathura, the blessed abode of Vrndavana, of the divine Radha-kunda and of Govardhana hill and the desire within my heart for the loving service to Sri Radhika and Madhava in Vrndavana.

“Krishna is always there in his name like a bright sun in the sky lighting the garden of our heart. In many cases that light is obscured by the clouds of our anarthas that arise from Krishna's separate desires, and in others the darkness is denser thanks to the fog of our Name offenses. Even so, our heart is a fertile ground for our desires, some have grown like trees over the course of many lives and there is a lot of weed grown for lack of care. The unfortunate spiritual soul can spend trillions of lives with that panorama. Only for good fortune without cause, the jiva who has the opportunity to interact with a trustworthy spiritual master, receives in her heart the beautiful gift of the seed of devotional service. This seed of the Bhakti becomes strong thanks to the irrigation and care of the expert gardener, who must prune the garden of desires and must water its seed with the constant song of the Holy Names. No Jiva can become an expert gardener if he has not been trained by the spiritual master, who in turn is a sadacari, an honest practitioner. If the jiva does not practice singing, the bhakti seed will remain weak and vulnerable. Only constant singing can water its root and make it grow above the fog of offenses. If that song can be freed from offenses, the garden sky will be illuminated by a dim light, caused by the clouds of the anarthas. The sun of the Holy Name is there radiant, but it still cannot be fully perceived, however that light that filters through the clouds dissipates the sky of the expert gardener who practices the song with greater sincerity than at the beginning, and the seed which has become a great vine that grows nonstop, thanks to the mercy of the trustworthy Guru, reaches the wish tree of the lotus feet of Krsna, who is eternally located on the planet Goloka Vrndavan, in the highest region of the spiritual world. "
