Shataka 15

73 I shall tell you a mantra that is hidden from all the Vedas and not manifested anywhere in the most confidential scriptures. When a person chants this mantra the great spiritual perfections come before his feet and the opulences of the Supreme Personality of Godhead stand in his hand.

74 For a person who chants this mantra there are no orders or prohibitions. A person who understands the dust of this mantra’s lotus feet purifies they who know the rules of the Vedas. This mantra is the sweetest nectar. It is the auspiciousness of all auspiciousnesses. It is filled with all limitless wonderful glory. It is the attainment of all attainments.

75 It is the ultimate goal of all goals. It is the wild bliss of all wild blisses. They say it is the secret of all secrets. Without thinking of anything else, day and night chant this mantra: Radha.

76 This mantra is a flood of sweetness churned from the sweetest nectars. It is a precious flood of the wild sweetness of the bliss of pure love. O fortunate one, who understands us? Who understands the meaning of this mantra that is a flood of bliss flowing into the heart?

About Speaker :

Hanumat-presaka Swami is an initiating spiritual master and disciple of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhakti Vedanta Swami Prabhupada. He grew up in California and graduated in psychology from the University of California in 1970, with a minor in biology and electrical engineering. He left his doctoral degree to go east. He took vows as a brahmachari from Srila Prabhupada in 1974 and reconfirmed those vows as a sanyasi (lifelong monk) in 1984. In addition to his deep internal austerity, study and teaching in Bengali Vaisnava Vedanta, since 1990 Hanumat Presaka Swami has developed an extensive program of external lecturing and studies of Vaishnava literatures. This has included work as associate director of the Bhakti Vedanta Institute.Maharaja is presently General Secretary for NIOS (North American Institute for Oriental and Classical Studies) in Tennessee and a regular lecturer with the Institute for Classical Oriental & Occidental Studies at the highly esteemed Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru. His interests increasingly turn more toward individual education techniques, introspection and meditation. His name, 'Hanumat-preṣaka' in Sanskrit means 'One who sent Hanuman as a messenger', i.e. Lord Rama". We are very fortunate to have maharaja association on July 05th.

AGTSP.... paoho.... Of course, we are shocked by the departure of Maharaja. I think that almost anyone who came in contact with him accepted him as part of their life. His character was something that they wanted to remember.

Srinivasa asked us how we should act at this time, and my understanding is that it is going to be very individual. People have individual relations with Maharaja and with each other in terms of Maharaja, so we will all have different work to do.

Maharaja's departure forces me to look at a lot of memories, expectations, plans that I have. I can see that I will have to do a lot of work to adjust my heart, but...

.... it is good. Do we want Kanistha adhikari association, only Vapu, with our Godbrothers, or do we want Uttama-adhikari, mostly Vani, association?

We I want to connect with Maharaja on the eternal platform?

We have a stomach ache.

Answered letters from the Blog here. You can see we are developing integrated system with the ASA-Encyclopedia.

We also wanted to update the 'Letters to the Editor' descrption file for the KDh because people are making the same mistakes again and again!

We (Monkey/Piggy et al) look for letters with the Kapi Dhvaja Priority Code (KDPC) in the Title field first. Then we try to answer other letters looking at who sent them and the title.

The current KDPC is in the 'Letters to the Editor' section of the current Kapi Dhvaja. That means that you read the KDh and we don't have to explain anything that is in there again and again.

The KDPC is --NOT-- "KDPC"

That is the like reading a label on a CD and thinking you are listening to it.

Dear Guru Maharaja, please accept my most humble obeisances.

Here is Bhaktin Natyelli, again, roll call.

I just want you to know, that you are the light in the road, the principal reason why I feel alive.

ASA-HpS -- We have to comment that we, HpS-ASA, are basically a bunch of petty, selfish monsters, with our minds just under control by the constant years of effort by Srila Prabhupada. We see that our actions are so often burning his lotus feet in the poison of our minds and we try with some sincerity to control ourselves and improve, but if there is any inspiration that you receive from us, then it is 99.99...% from the mercy of your Uttama-adhikari spiritual master, Srila Prabhupad. Don't confuse the postman with the post-office!

This material world is very confusing, call in us to waste the time doing nothing for nobody, nothing for us, but since the time I feel your call, attending FMP, SB class, association with spiritual brothers and reading Prabhupada books we can feel we´re doing something for our spiritual progress.

Since my last report (one month ago) I was having lots of troubles with my sadhana, with japa, and in general with all the process.

HpS/ASA -- Same for us!

I was confusing about if this is really the way I have to follow.

HpS/ASA - We are like 99% sure this is our way. So I guess we can classify as Madhyama-adhikaris.

Now, listening to you, I feel very strong. I'm not the best kind of person, but now I feel I have some vision, I know where I want to go. I want to go with you, to take me to Srila Prabhupada. 16 daily rounds = 1728 maha mantra. 4 regulative principles, offering prasad at home and going to the temple to help in the Radharani´s kitchen, (sometimes Raja Bhoga, Vaikalika, Sandhya Bhoga, parafernalias, etc.) Still helping with some translations and reading with great enthusiasm.

I was asking for a new job. Since the quarantine took off mine, being a very difficult time in which I had to stretch the money to survive. Fortunately he listened to me and gave me the mercy of a well-paid job where I can preach to my personnel and take time for Krishna Consciousness (during working hours Jaaaaay!!!)

Maharaja, I also have two questions for you, hoping you can teach me how to do my best effort:

First one: a spiritual sister gave me a baby Tulsi (very beautiful) with much affection. Some days before that I was thinking about her and thinking that I really don't know how take care about her, but now she is with me, and growing as crazy, she just came to me. I am very grateful and I recognize all the mercy. My question is: Guru Maharaja, can I take care of her? can I worship her?

HpS-ASA - This is a question that we get often, so we just wrote an entry in the ASA-Encyclopedia at http://www.jayarama.us/archives/asa-encyclopedia.docx. O.K?

Secondly, I was also talking with some spiritual brothers and sisters. Was asking them how do they make a personal relation with you, some pastimes about they with you and their spiritual life in ISKCON make me crazy. I love them!! so... I was wondering, Gurudeva, how can I be your servant? how can I have a good relationship with you? I mean I know have to study, assist to the programs and make good progress, but I really don't feel that I have a personal relation with you. (maybe is because doesn't exist hahaha) I want to be closer to you, of course like a woman, as a bhaktin, aspiring to your mercy! hoping you can give me a few word about these thoughts.
