We just finished the Houston, Gaura-purnima festival class. It takes so much energy for us to do this.

Our Ayurvedic councilor, Rupanuga Caitanya Das, told us:

One maybe two classes/day. You are extremely committed to the things you say. They are very dear to you. A politician can talk 20-times a day because they have no commitment to what they are saying. They may despise the people they are flattering.

Then there is prep-time. We really do well with Power Point shows. Oscar Natars, Latin American Critic's Association, Director of Year Award, recipient, said that we were "Masters of Power-point".

Jaya! It is our Sudra-Brahmana-Brahmana-Brahmana nature. Mental work and manual labor. Art is sudra.

Maybe one hour for a PPTX for a one hour presentation, but afterwards we can look at the shows and feel very satisfied. Then you can use them later. Work on them. Make movies and books from them.

THEN

1. There is the technical work.
2. Did we post the link on the Blog.
3. Now we must Tweet it and post it on the local Radha-Natabara group.
4. Awk! Had to search for Chirag's e-mail and then we weren't sure if we could share the Zoom link or had to get a YouTube link. We call Chirag and he did not answer. We called Saranga and he answered, then Chirag answered and sent the links for our ASA friends and family.
5. Then... NgD, Dr. Desai and Vijaya Ji, and our selves all go walking from 5.30-6.15PM, but the class starts at 6PM!!! Communication by Whatsapp. We will leave at 5.15PM and HpS/TB/BW all riding Brother Ass can join until 5.45PM and then race back in his 21 year old Mercedes to join the class.

So this is why we missed SB class and Dhenugopala Das' programs today. Confession!

During FMP someone asked, "Your giving three classes today!!??", and we realized, it will be too much. In the back of our head. Even we we set up the calendar we were thinking, this will be too much.

Formerly we would have eaten seven Rasagullas and done the work (like a passionate ass), but now we just can't do that any more.

We started pushing to do the first too classes, at least one, and realized that we can do very little now.

It does seem to be rich, with good possibilities, but we have to learn to use a whole new body.

Happens all through life, no?

SB gives such good advice about how to use Male, Female, Sudrs, Ksatriya, Young, Old Body.

Your body is your buddy???

Now its 7.15PM

We have 16 rounds done.

Took care of the mail.

FMP with so many wonderful devotees. Good dialog with NgD/Dr.Desai/Vijay.

How is Abhirama/Nanda?

Texted Don to come and cut the grass.

We were hearing your lecture on books are the basis. In that you mentioned

"one should build personal relation with Prabhupada".

For steel framed heart , a loner, low EQ person, (all this my mind not me ), 2 leg- animal, like us how can we establish personal connection. Is it okay to have personal-indirect connection all the time?

We are struggling with our necessities of eating, sleeping, working and defending. but one thing is good----16 rounds and 4 rules are intact and increasing in seriousness.

Virtual Mangal artik is more regular.

The best time is when we hear your lectures, and as you said "books are the things which you want to remember", kindly give us permission to transcribe your lectures.

I know personally you don't want to eclipse position of Srila Prabhupada,

but for fools like us, we need bridge like you.

We are not that fortunate and sincere as you are, but still somehow we got your association. We know once you are physically gone, only your voice will be remaining.

Frankly speaking we don't see any other purpose than to serve you in any capacity, in current life.

our wife and kid left us. its not a problem. you leave this world is a end of world for us practically.

I know you want us to preach, then what an two leg animal like us can do to preach.

we are saying this because in our department somebody regularly criticked us and then in reaction our hands legs started shaking, with rush of blood. We could not stop it immediately. now this is strange behaviour. reason we could figure out was hunger as trigger.

everybody has sort of disowned us, they expect us to be mature.

we are just two legged animal, who studied things to get bread.

but we console ourselves by saying that we had fortunate to share rooms, car, flight with HpS.

Srila Prabhupada took care of fool like us by making us meet you.

as Srila Prabhupada said he will live in his books forever, please allow us to make you alive forever also.

Youtube lectures are there, but still books seems to be more integrated.

HpS - Esteemed two legged animal with Doctorate !!

1) Your association is always nice. How can Srila Prabhupada or any one who reveres him forget the work you did to make the 'International Symposium on the Contribution of Ancient India in Making a Better World', in Calcutta. So many other ways you have helped Srila Prabhupada's mission.

Maybe you have shortcomings (in the material world everyone will show that [NOI-6]), but anybody with good heart and good brains will find some way to get the good aspects of your association.,

2) Transcribing: First work on the ASA(e). We seem to have stumbled in moving it forward. I (and TB/BW) just need a file that we can open with Word with everything in one alphabetic sequence ie. Essays and References.

O.K? Some of the DTC-UT presentations that we are making now could be made into publications and well as movies. First the ASA(e), no? The lectures could be edited into it.

3) Personal relationship with Srila Prabhupada: "The spiritual master is the transparent medium, although it is true that the experience is still direct." https://vedabase.io/en/library/bg/18/advanced-view/#bb4272

It is like seeing the world through glasses. You have a direct experience of the world. So test of Guru parampara is that we have a direct experience of Srila Prabhupada through:

1. Paramatma
2. Deity
3. Books
4. Devotees
5. Dreams
6. Process
7. etc.

We used the weed whipper yesterday with goggles. It was good. Trimmed down a lot of weeds. Now we have Texted Don [Christian] is he can come and cut the major part. Many blossoms here. Hope to get to Discount Tire and get the Mercedes tire fixed.

Cooked two tablespoons of fennel seeds, two tblspns of rolled oats, and one robust carrot, and few walnuts and little salt, little olive oil, for Lord's lunch.

Was nice offering. As soon as we thought about how much to cook for Him etc. our consciousness changed and usually we cooked less and had a finer idea of what kind of food was needed for Him to have full energy.

We do not know anything.

Whatever plans we have, memories, are the result of chanting.

They keep the Calendars.

They defend us, or sacrifice us to the mall assassinators.

I am Covid-19 positive now. Started medication for the same.I am quarantined at room. Checking oxygen level after every 3 hours And sharing with doctor. I also verified with HG Ruturaj Krsna Prabhuji.[12:27 PM, 3/23/2021] Girivaradhari Das: He is fine with the treatment.

HpS - ASA -- Hare Krsna! Many ASA members and friends have passed through the infection. So, far I don't know of any or many who have died. NgD, 74-years old, doctor, had it and was just weak and sick for two weeks, but only took Tylenol and extra rest. Stayed at home, then after symptoms gone, back to work for half-day. ... Then more rest and Tylenol.

We had our vaccinations, but it won't stop the pandemic.

Everyone has to give up Industrialization and moved back to village based population.

If there is influenza you quarantine your self, village, and tell the Count of the County. He says, "O.K. Need any help?" Village says, "Extra 200 pounds of rice/week and two extra guards at the garden house outside the village gate".

After two weeks ... it is finished. Some have gone to their next body and the rest are cured.

"Dukhalayam asavatam".

Please, please, please send this good news to the Blog.

Then I can make public answers like this and our mail goes from 500-letters a month to 150.

I want to start this letter with a big and enthusiastic THANK YOU! I am very grateful for your response to my previous letter, a few things were removed from my mind that needed to be cleared up and I was only certain of that after reading your response.

Thank you for your effort and taking the time to do so, I really admire everything you do for us, it is incredible.

HpS - When you become a Granny you will do the same. 😎

I also understood how fortunate I am to have your instructions, your association, and the opportunity to perhaps perform some service for you. I appreciate the advice and goodwill of Maharaja Bhakti Prabhupada Damodar, I admit that I was quite ungrateful and proud, I am very sorry.

Now I understand that I had to change my mindset and recognize that I am being guided by you to be able to get closer to Krishna, I am very fortunate, what have I done to receive such a blessing?

HpS - Maybe from last life! Maybe just mercy!!

I’ve continued to read your previous reply from time to time because the words are few but they contain a lot of wisdom and perhaps at present I am not able to appreciate your teachings 100%.

I want to ask you 3 questions, they are simple:

1. The longer we spend "apart" from Krishna, is it more difficult to recall or revive the desire to be with him? HpS - No. Material time has no meaning in relation to Krsna. You can be mean, and cruel, and selfish in just a moment or for 1,000 years. He is waiting for you to come back and play with Him and everybody.
2. Is the separation we feel from Krishna an illusion, is it like a dream? HpS - Basically yes, but as we read SB, CC etc it becomes more clear.
3. Do we really as souls continue with Krishna only that we are "distracted"? HpS - If you mean are we having our own personal relation with Krsna even while we are in this world, then I would say, "Yes", but yes, we are distracted by His external energy. It is like the Cat forgets that he is playing with you when you shake the yarn in from of him.

Excuse me if my questions are elementary but I feel that listening to it or reading it from you helps me to trust and keep that answer faithfully in my heart.

Espero haya pasado un hermoso festival de Sri Nityananda Trayodasi y que tambien se esté recuperando pronto de las reacciones a la vacuna.

Estuve, como todos los meses, intentando darle calidad a todo lo que hago: programas de la mañana y tarde, rondas, lecturas, tratando de compartir lo mas que puedo con Franco y gopalito. Franco siempre muy inspirado en escuchar, kirtans, bhajans y el Krsna book. Nos escucha cantar a Gopal y a mi el Gaura artik ( en realidad gopal dirige el artik, abre y cierra las "cortinas" y me dice : Levanta los Brazos! Para bailar ♡ y no lo Deja cantar a Franco :-)

Gopal:

Deseo contarle algunas peculiaridades de mi Gopa... no le gusta vestirse aunque ya va cumplir 9 años . Solo se pone una remera al estilo "sanyasi" ( solo una manga) . Se sienta en las ventanas y la posicion que usa siempre, hasta para comer es con las rodillas dobladas, como los hindúes. Ama estudiar idiomas y ver el globo terráqueo. Vé los paises donde nacieron sus padres, donde nació Usted, Srila Prabhupada. Nos dice que quiere estudiar Hindi a inglés para irse a la India!

Siempre se lo ve con el diccionario Inglés español y con el Gita y el Srimad Bhagavatam, va a la parte donde están las palabras en sánscrito, ve los significados y dibuja las letras sánscritas.

De mi parte le cuento que empezé a dar clases de Manipur a una señora cerca de casa. Voy aprendiendo y enseñando.

Por favor Gurudev perdone mi mala edicion del video Sri Guru Astaka. Lo hice " rapido" con imágenes que tenia, para brindarselo en Su vyasa puja. Estoy pensando hacer otro en Inglés.

El 17 de febrero fue el cumpleaños de Franco. Cumplimos una década juntos. Pido a Usted y a los vaisnavas Sus bendiciendo para El. Deseo que se inicie y yo pueda verlo.Que desarrolle mas su Amor por Krsna y en esta Vida vuelva con Nuestro amado de los ojos de loto.

I hope you had a beautiful Sri Nityananda Trayodasi festival and that you are also recovering soon from the vaccine reactions.

I was, like every month, trying to give quality to everything I do: morning and afternoon programs, rounds, readings, trying to share as much as I can with Franco and Gopalito. Franco always very inspired by listening, kirtans, bhajans and the Krsna book. He listens to Gopal and me sing the Gaura artik (actually gopal directs the artik, opens and closes the "curtains" and tells me: Raise your arms! To dance ♡ and don't let Franco sing :-)

Gopal: I want to tell you about some peculiarities of my Gopa ... he does not like to dress even though he is about to turn 9 years old. He only wears a "sanyasi" style shirt (only one sleeve). He sits at the windows and the position he always uses, even to eat is with his knees bent, like the Hindus. He loves studying languages ​​and seeing the globe. See the countries where your parents were born, where you were born, Srila Prabhupada. He tells us that he wants to study Hindi into English to go to India! He is always seen with the English Spanish dictionary and with the Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam, he goes to the part where the Sanskrit words are, sees the meanings and draws the Sanskrit letters.

February 17 was Franco's birthday. We are celebrating a decade together. I ask You and the Vaisnavas His blessing for Him. I wish that it begins and I can see it.
