please accept my humble obeisances, All glories to the Vaisnava’s!

Just needed to thank you for your time and patience during our visit to Peru, was an event I’ll always cherish.

My western mentality still surfaces, though your mercy has brought some good out of this old brain. The filming and organizing of your sojourn at New Asoka Van in San Eulalia was most focused, yet flexible to the peculiarities of the environment. Between barking dogs and dawdling disciples, you kept the ambiance sober and entertaining, a master of the performing arts in real-time.

Also, please excuse my offenses, knowing your desire for optimal representation on your filming, my attachment to my notebook could have been a distraction, though I did not allow it to do so. Regardless your request was overlooked by my insecurity and that is not Vaisnava etiquette, again please forgive me.

Was interesting how you mentioned my Swiss Army tool will not be going with me on my final day, even more, so it didn’t even make it back to the USA, was neglectful, and left in my carry-on. The customs officer was wagging his finger at me and then he knew it was not my desire to bring on-board. He offered the sheath and kept the knife, I replied, “My cuchillo, su cuchillo, keep it, they’re a set.” He smiled and tossed my precious Swiss-tool in the Peruvian Airport contraband treasure box. The second tool I’ve lost at the airport, Sa La Vie.

After returning my focus has been better and japa too. Using the notebook system and mala, rounds are much stronger and faster, averaging 18-20 rounds daily and completed earlier. Having a brain with a splayed attention span, plus being a “baby-boomer “ in the television era chanting is an ongoing practice in conscious patience.

Fortunately, Srila Prabhupada’s mercy of Buddhi-Yoga has been very successful in practical applications. It has taken many years to reign in the feverous mind, and your calming directions have also helped greatly... thank you again, this is something I will have to deal with for the rest of my life.

Now am turning around the remains of our last move and organizing our future relocation, at this rate we’re going live more with less... sounds like a good game plan. Will try to keep up to date with you and your fine classes and programs... Houston does all right, though your discourses keep it more personal.

P.S: The pic is of my journal-japa (jj), note the far-right grid.. still have 2 rounds left to go. Each 1/4" square has 6 marks, at 18 X 8, twice. Comes to 1,728 per 2 grids, each set is unique, so no duplicates keeps the mind focused and the creative juices calm. Best system I've found thus far for this insane brain.

Estuve por Lima pero no alcanzo a tomar su santa asociación espero poder verlo a fines de este mes que vuelvo a pasar por Lima.

Gurudeva prabhu haya krsna de new vrindavan me pide una carta más y me dice que tiene que ser en papel membretado le copio el texto que puede ir en la carta membretada.

I offer all my prayers to Sri Nrisimhadev and Lord Hanumanji asking humbly that You Dear Sir , get well soon .

This morning On Ekadasi day I was reading some lines from our Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura , which I am offering to you .

“Without duplicity I will approach a Vaishnava with a straw between my teeth, with folded hands, and with a cloth hanging from my neck. I will cry and reveal my miserable condition. I will beg him for relief from the fire of material existence. After hearing about my miserable condition, the Vaishnava Thakura will profusely appeal to Krishna on my behalf. By his appeal, the most merciful Krishna will become compassionate towards this sinner.”

Greetings Gurudeva, I hope you are well. I’m writing you this letter to tell you a little about my current life.

I’m living in the south of Chile, a few days ago I turned 31 years old. For quite some time I have been working with jyotish, psychotherapy and tarot through zoom. Last November I married Gabriela, which formalized our 2-year relationship.

A little more than three months ago we both found ourselves leading a preaching and study group of the Bhagavad Gita, this group consists of 16 people, although more continue to be added. Our idea is that at the end of the course, we can continue cultivating the people who participated with other levels of depth about Bhakti Yoga, and at the same time reopen the same course for another group of people, and thus reach more and more people.

After many months of doubts and internal fears, we are already with this project underway, and now that we have started it, I feel that I could dedicate my whole life to it.

A few days ago we moved to a new house, we intend to do programs with people in the area, and continue to share Krishna consciousness. So far we have received visits from some devotees and we have performed kirtan, we have shared pastimes of Krishna and his devotees, as well as prasada...

This is my gurudeva offering. I always try to make my life a constant offering to Krishna. We have imperfections but we still continue with our service, we are already on the way back home...

Thank you for your time in reading this letter, I only hope that I can continue to perform service, being a good instrument of Krishna to be remembered ...

Saludos gurudeva, espero que se encuentre bien. Le escribo esta carta para comentarle un poco de mi vida actual.

Me encuentro viviendo en el sur de chile, hace pocos días cumplí 31 años. Hace bastante tiempo estoy trabajando con jyotish, psicoterapia y tarot a través de zoom. El pasado mes de noviembre contraje matrimonio con Gabriela, con lo que formalizamos nuestra relación de 2 años.

Hace un poco más de tres meses ambos nos encontramos liderando un grupo de prédica y de estudio del Bhagavad Gita. Este grupo consta de 16 personas, aunque se siguen sumando más. Nuestra idea es que al terminar el curso, podamos seguir cultivando a las personas que participaron con otros niveles de profundidad sobre el Bhakti Yoga, y a la vez volver a abrir el mismo curso para otro grupo de personas, y así llegar a más y más personas.

Después de muchos meses de dudas y miedos internos, ya estamos con este proyecto en marcha, y ahora que ya lo comenzamos, siento que podría dedicarme toda la vida a ello.

Hace unos días nos mudamos de casa, tenemos la intención de hacer programas con personas de la zona, y seguir compartiendo la conciencia de krishna. Hasta ahora hemos recibido visitas de algunos devotos y hemos realizado kirtan, hemos compartido pasatiempos de Krishna y sus devotos, así como también prasada…

Esta es mi ofrenda Gurudeva. Siempre intento que mi vida sea una ofrenda constante a Krishna. Tenemos imperfecciones pero aún así continuaremos haciendo servicio, ya estamos en el camino de vuelta al hogar…

Gracias por su tiempo al leer esta carta, solo espero poder seguir realizando servicio, siendo un buen instrumento de Krishna para que le recuerden…

No se por donde empezar a contarle, primero pedirle disculpas por estar tanto tiempo sin reportarme , ser mama no es tarea facil pero tampoco escusa. Desde que nació Govinda, ha sido complicado para mi sacar tiempo para algo mas que no sea ser mama, mi marido no ayuda mucho con esa tarea.

No le voy a mentir diciendo que canto todas las rondas, ni que hago bien mi sadhana, porque la realidad es que no he estado organizandome bien, ya que he estado intentando que mi matrimonio funcione, aunque creo eso no va a ser posible, ( mi ignorancia al pensar que una persona karmi cambiaria, pero intento aceptar mi error).

Poco a poco intento hacer todo como antes e inculcarle a govinda todas las enseñanzas de srila prabhupada, muchas veces es complicado que un bebe haga caso en eso jajaja.

Que sepa que gracias a mis queridos hermanos, estoy al tanto de su salud y de todo lo que hace, le prometo y me prometo a mi misma ,volver a hacer toda mi sadhana bien y organizarme mejor. L e pido me mande sus bendiciones y le ofezco mis respetuosas reverencias . ( le adjunto una foto de govinda para que lo conozca)
