9.25PM. We have a little headache. We have not had chronic headaches like this before.
It is funny in some ways.
Allerygy reactions.
Chest cramps.
Heart aryhythmias.
<img alt="cheeky" height="24" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="24" /> <img alt="cheeky" height="24" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="24" /> <img alt="cheeky" height="24" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="24" /> <img alt="cheeky" height="24" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="24" />
Today we went to the bank and serviced four accounts, went to the Banner store and adjusted a deisgn for and ASA banner. One person asked why we were dressed like a monk. We went to the Office Supply store, bought a paper cutter and little metal pencil sharpener and made a drawing template and one boy asked us if were Buddhist. We went to the post office and mailed 3-Tpp Comosition books to Kama gayatri, Sri Radha and Satsvarupa Goswami etc. We talked with Dr. Samaresh in India for 30-minutes finalizing the letter to the Prime Minister of India. Talked with Upendra, Bala-bhadra from Atlanta.
Woke up at 1.15AM but our headache was so, so bad that to push ourself was risking a brain stroke, so rested to 4AM and then it had 90% gone.
We also designed a Hand bill for Rathayatra Nashville and our Sunday Festival to distribute in Atlanta, listened to the Hawaii SB class and finished out Power Point show for our class on Friday. Regular 44 minute walk with NGD and Dr. Desai.

For lunch offered rice, garbanzo beans and fresh cucumber and tomatoe.

O.K. Time to quit. Drive back to our ashrama now. See what's on radio FM 91.1. It is classical music. All of Bach's songs we hear were dedicated to God.

Rati-Manjari Devi Das

HpS - AGTSP. Paoho. We are under enormous stress now. A lot of it always is our fame and prestige. If we say we will do something, and then we can't do it and everyone attacks our prestige then we feel great loss. That is the basis of the struggle with the Pandavas, no? So we have to let our Saree, our prestige go if we can't hang on to it all (for Krsna). We have to be able to identify very quickly, very flexible what are the priority items to hang on to, what can be the basis of regrowth.

Canakhya Pandita says like:
1. Save your life. Because if you are dead you can't do anything.
2. Save your religious principles because without those you are as good as dead.
3. Save your wife because she will automatically cause the family to prosper materially and
4. Save your wealth.

Interesting, no?
What have you learned are the priority things to save when your Karma, Destiny put you in Chaos?

Apara Ekadasi. Kriya Sakti dd. from Chile. ¡Hare Krsna!

All Glories to Sri Sri Gaura Nitai!

All Glories to Srila Prabhupada!

All Glories to You!

Please accept my humble obeisances!

Hare Krsna, Guru Maharaja! I hope that by the grace of the Lord, You are fine <img alt="angel" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/angel_smile.png" title="angel" width="23" />

I’m really fine. Now I’m feel in the prime of life as this Kriya Sakti dd <img alt="cheeky" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="23" />. On several occasions of my life I've been in treatment with psychologists , psychiatrists, Bach flowers and other. Not today, because I think Krsna is deeply healing my mind and my heart <img alt="heart" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/heart.png" title="heart" width="23" /><img alt="yes" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/thumbs_up.png" title="yes" width="23" /><img alt="smiley" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/regular_smile.png" title="smiley" width="23" />

In april Patrak informed me that I approve the Bhakti Sastri exam and probably in somewhere next visit to Chile You can personally give me the certificate. What an honor! <img alt="cool" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/shades_smile.png" title="cool" width="23" />

HpS - ASA - AGTSP paoho. Very, very nice. I hope you developed some friendship with Krsna through the BhSastri books. They are so big. So much information. We have to get to know them a little bit and then find out which books, which parts, and in what way we have to deepen our relationship. Our advancement in devotional service means advancing our relationship with scriptutre. Very personal. Can be very simple.

I'm chanting at least 16 rounds (also with my finger digital counter<img alt="cheeky" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png" title="cheeky" width="23" />, during the day I manage to chant some more) and following the 4 regulative principles. I'm waking up every day at 5 am, get up at my little Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, I make a brief arati and chant my rounds to 7 am, at which time I prepare to go to work.

I’m doing a postgraduate of digital comunication. I’m going to classes on tuesday and thursday evenings. I will conclude in november.<img alt="enlightened" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/lightbulb.png" title="enlightened" width="23" />

I continue with my service as pujari assistant <img alt="heart" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/heart.png" title="heart" width="23" /><img alt="laugh" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/teeth_smile.png" title="laugh" width="23" />, now on wednesdays, after work hours.

I’m currently reading the first canto of Srimad Bhagavatam and the Mahabharata.<img alt="cool" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/shades_smile.png" title="cool" width="23" />

Something that has me excited is that since march i'm participating in a Bhakti Vṛkṣa <img alt="laugh" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/teeth_smile.png" title="laugh" width="23" />. They are many young people average age of 25. The leader group is Constanza Valdivieso, aspiring disciple of Sankarsana Das Adhikari.

I feel I’m in a very stable stage of my life where my devotional service and materials occupations are fairly balanced <img alt="heart" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/heart.png" title="heart" width="23" />. I pray to Radha and Krsna, and I ask Your blessings to maintain and increase that energy and inspiration without Mayadevi cover me (all the more).

Something bad <img alt="no" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/thumbs_down.png" title="no" width="23" />. At this time I went back to drinking Coke <img alt="blush" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/embarrassed_smile.png" title="blush" width="23" /><img alt="indecision" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/whatchutalkingabout_smile.png" title="indecision" width="23" />, and I’m addicted again <img alt="crying" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/cry_smile.png" title="crying" width="23" />, like before meeting Krsna consciousness.

HpS - Why? What is it that attracts you? Chant HK/R all the time your are drinking and see the contrast. Must be some real reason.

Question. The Krsna West movement of Acaryadeva Maharaja is becoming very popular, and I've used that example to preach to people that it costs them to make Krsna consciousness because of external and aesthetic aspects. What do you think of this and the movement in general?

HpS - Maharaja spends a lot of time here with NGD and in Nashville. As usual he has good ideas and good efforts, but Devamrta Swami and others are doing similar things. The point is to get people to adopt the technical values and the rituals and clothing can change in different ways.

I hope You are very well upon receipt of this message. Thanks a lot for everything You do for us daily. <img alt="heart" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/heart.png" title="heart" width="23" /><img alt="blush" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/embarrassed_smile.png" title="blush" width="23" />

Your servant,

Kriya Sakti devi dasi <img alt="cool" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/shades_smile.png" title="cool" width="23" />

HpS - O.K. We wait for your analysis of Why People Drink Coca-cola.

Bhagavad gita ccourse

Hare Krishna Maharaja, please kindly accept my most humble obeisances; All glories to his divine grace, Srila Prabhupada; All glories to your devotional service.   I trust that all is well with you in your own devotional service to Srila Prabhupada.  Often I think of  you, wishing that I could be in your association.  Yesterday, Friday, I was able to attend the Srimad Bhagavatam class from Hawaii for the first time in over a month, and you were giving class.  I chose to just listen quietly, rather than annoy you with some blatant interruption just to say hello.

Since the beginning of this year I have been visiting the prison where Chandra prabhu works, giving Bhagavad gita classes every other f week.  Because many inmates choose to leave at some point during the class, the prison authorities have chosen to exclude them from attending, as mandated in the prison protocol for all visiting religious programs.  The result has been a small handful of inmates who are seriously wanting to study Bhagavad gita in a systematic order.  To this end I have decided to teach the Bhagavad gita using the study guide from Bhakti Shastri.

I was hoping that you would approve of my actions, even though I myself have not accomplished the study guide and received a degree in Bhakti Shastra.  If you feel that it is inappropriate for me to take this action, then I am at a loss as to how to procede, because these inmates are very eager to begin their study, and for me to obtain a degree in Bhakti Shastri would take time.  So do you think it appropriate for me to begin teaching Bhagavad gita using the Bhakti Shastri manual, even if only in some unofficial manner?

             ASA -Yes! Sure!!

After all, I would think that more important than the certification of education is the education itself and the spreading of transcendental knowledge whenever and wherever possible, regardless of formalities.

I don't wish to sound arrogant or independently rebellious in light of Iskcon's protocol for Bhakti Shastri, but I just want to make sure that I have some shelter if I begin this service in some informal manner.  Anticipating your reply: Hare Krishna.

Yls, Bbd

HpS - Its nice to hear from you. We will be in Boise in just a few weeks. Our www.jayarama.us/kd/cal.htm is always updated.

The only thing about formalities is if the inmates want a ISKCON certificate. Of course the real examination is the time of death.

More News from New Govardhana Dhama

Please accept by humble obeisances, All glories to srila Prabhupada!

Gurudeva,

The study that I did look at a combination of published writen works and lectures that I accesed through ISKCON Desire Tree, so face to face interaction wasn't needed. Next semester I may get funding to help me get to the temple and do live recordings after morning program.

Since I last wrote, school has ended and I was able to work out a way to get to the temple on Saturday mornings, so I will be able to see Radha-Giridhari's Lotus Feet more often for the next few months. Their Feet and the sweet. sweet Shila that live at the temple.

I have included a picture of my home altar where I do my chanting and programs that I have here.

I have seen Dayanidhi and his dynasty a few times in the past month and try to keep in contact with them.

I have also been considering trying to go to Mayapura this winter and was curious if that would be wise or foolish...

You fallen servant,

Nityananda-rama dasa

HpS - Jaya. AGTSP. Going to Mayapura is kind of like going to New York city. If you go as a Tourist it is expensive and a very strong external program. If you know someone then it is deeper and safer. Please send us more news every few weeks. You can be our Correspondent in the Govardhana Dhama.

Your Deity is incredible!!!

How is your organic family?
