Hare Krishna, dear Gurumaharaja, Pamho, AGTSP!

I'm writting as NIMSAR president, just to imform that we are working on re-organizing our administration.

Every group or team have to stop for a second, once in a while,and think where are we heading to. Who I am, who are we, etc. I think that we have to adjust some details, meanly like proceedures to do things. We are working on a "reglamento interno" as we say in spanish, like internal agreements, in-laws or regulations sort of thing.

HpS - Very nice!!!   You are one of the premier organizations in ISKCON!!!    In this regard, your Mission Statement is very essential. Not that it is just once written and then posted on the wall and then forgotten, no. It should be pulled out every now and again, reviewed and refined and applied.

Our general ASA Mission Statement is that,  We are trying to make our selves qualified to help Lord Caitanya in His mission of giving the Science of Krsna to the conditioned souls, by taking advantage of the literature left by the Six Goswamis, beginning with the Nectar of Instruction of Srila Prabhupada.

This is of course, lifted 91% word for word from the Preface to the Upadesamrt.
Send more good news better!

We are all enthusiastic to do things for Prabhupada, etc, however we have to be more clear, specially on internal communications. Things like that, we all have to agree in the content of  letters that we are sending officially to authorities, suggestions of plans or activities, accept new members, etc.

Later on we are going to send you our suggestions so you can help us to do things well.

We all want to go on with our education projects, with NIMSAR. We only need little adjustments.

That's about all for now.

HpS - AGTSP paoho.  I think it came as part of general letter, no?   In the DTCs and the Kapi-dhvaja we note how many days we are behind on answering the mail. If you need a quick response, just put URGENT in the TITLE field.  It can be for a simple request like this and is no burden for our ASA Office Staff, picture attached.

Guru-Lila-Part 7

Monday 21^st March 2016-in Pune-------We went to the Mangal Arti with Guruji and it was very fired-up, so many devotees and especially, so many Bramhacharis.  Here in Brisbane-Australia, there is no Bramhachari, though we see some visiting Bramhachari devotees from other temples, sometimes.  I was dancing, because all other devotees were dancing and one feels inspired to dance, having seen them dancing ecstatically.  After Mangal Arti, someone requested Guruji to give a short talk about Chanting during Japa period, and guruji did deliver an inspiring talk about chanting for a short while 2-3 minutes.  After some time, we came back and got ready to go to the older temple.

And now we are on the way to the old ISKCON temple in Pune, though they have very magnificent, grand new temple, but they are still maintaining old temple, so many devotees are living there, again many bramhacharis, beautiful Radha-Krishna deities are there namely Radha-Kunjabihari and whole atmosphere is like typical ISKCON temple.  When we reached there, we saw devotees welcoming Guruji by offering very sweet kirtan and then, escorting him to the temple.  We all are there with guruji; our host Ajita Nitai Prabhu from Pune, Harsh Prabhu and Girivardhari-Gopal Prabhu and myself, you would see all these things in the attached video clip, HARE KRISHNA.

Photo-Guruji is watching Lord Tirupati Balaji's Picture and is reading the prayer, do not wonder, Guruji knows how to read Devnagri script and even can understand it, if it is not too comlicated.

HpS - ASA --- A flasch back in time to our last visit to India. We feel strange being called "Guru Ji". Interesting title, "Maharaja" might be something we can aspire for more practically. We are lucky if we can aspire to be Goswamis in the dust of our ISKCON Guru, Srila Prabhupada.

We are planning for visit to India again, now. We have to taste Krsna consciousness then we have something to distribute, become electric cables for God, no?

We hope Raktaka Das is getting ready for Vanaprastha and Sannyasa.  Raktaka Das, please send us a spiritual clip of your good family members, each one.

Thank U all so much for all iur support. I do not deserve it.

A little history here. I was going to travel with Jambavan d  But he will arrive to India after me.. so I remember iur words.DO NOT TRAVEL ALONE TO INDIA. Then another devotee asked me to travel with him.. but he showed that he was not reliable.. I guess I am.not qualified to visit the holy dham....so then I continue with my paper work to get my visa...

Sadhana: FMP OK. 4P OK. Some days I complete my rounds next day... But my trip to USA will be too long so I will catch up on my rounds

Service: 2 BS students quit the BS course. Currently I just have manisati sita and Japanamarama.

I do pujari in Chosik one Saturday a month. 

In wilson pujari on wednesdays... 

I also help.in festivals in pujari and also as a community mangment

I continue doing yoga. Aromatherapy. And with my coach. I try to keep good association. My mom is pretty good. Not depressed. Chanting her rosary and with her vegan diet...

At work I teach 20 hours x week. 

I was not attending BV due to at work asked me to cover one teacher on saturdays.. but that ends on November

HpS - Hare Krsna!!!   Your report seems very good.  By your own effort you have seemed to have put yourself in a position where you fully wake up to your transcendental nature very soon. This is  very, very fortuante. Seems you do not have to add much at all to your life. You just have to intensify what you are doing. For example, make your visit to Chosika more intense, for example, add a Ladies Music Club going form practicing Bhajans to arranging programs where you can go out to the homes of respectable Ladies in the community and introduce them to the culture of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Mother Saci, Visnu-priya et al.

O.K?

Your schedule next needs to be enchanced with a deep passion in your preaching. Of course that will come naturally from Vaisnava Dharma in the mode of goodness, but you can also open you heart in your Japa to Their Lorships and pray to wake up!

Why doesn't your Mom start to outline a book about her life and the world in represented.

Seguimos intentando servir a los vaisnavas ininterrumpidamente, ahora nos llego la gran misericordia de participar de un programa de harinama sankirtana por las calles, en el que salimos todos los dias de lunes a lunes por 3 horas seguidas.

ASA - Jaya!  Tiene banderas????     Volantes???  Libros??    Prasadam???    Loros en palas. Payasos. Elefantes. Hermosas chicas en Saris.  Devotos en turbantes???   Drama???

 Estamos un poco cansados pero muy contentos, ya que junto a los programas del templo y la distribucion de libros estamos siendo movidos como titeres..
Ante esto surgen algunas dudas, espero no abrumarlo

¿como podemos mantenernos agradecidos por ser ocupados en una variedad de servicios? Ya que sucede que la mente y el ego falso a veces no quieren servir y la actitud amorosa se pierde por momentos, siendo que al cantar el maha mantra estamos implorando servicio

¿que libros me recomienda leer segun mi neofita condicion?

Me refiero a la lectura personal, porque del programa del templo leemos bhagavatam y nectar de la devocion a la mañana y bhagavad gita a la tarde.. No pretendo leer algo que no sea acorde para mi

¿como desarrollamos la conciencia de que podemos morir en cualquier momento y asi apegarnos intensamente a los pies de loto del señor krishna?

Here we are, Mon(k)ey/Piggy, in ISKCON Chicago. It is like a mad-house, but what is the surprise about that. Everyplace we go in this world is a madhouse.

Again, no problem, because we have [[[SECRET]]] knowledge: This is a Mad-House!

Shhhhhhhh!    Don't tell anybody else.       . . .      Unless they are ready to begin reforming themselves and going back to the real world!

It is more cold and dark here than Nashville.

Our "room" is a nicely appointed section of the conference room that is partitioned off from the rest by a few 6-foot tall panels. So, no little heater will heat our section. There is no heat in the big building for a few more days until Winter really comes. It is a gigantic four story church. We adjusted by sitting in front of a little electric fan-heater, like a Sannyasi in front of a little fire.

It works. (Pretty much). Devotees taking very, very  good care of us!

Tomorrow is Amavasya and the Kapi Dhvaja goes.

So, many programs here.

We left Nashville, rushing to pack, finishing off working with Robbie Robinson and his son, hoping that nobody breaks into the garage that they fixed and painted, and steals Abhiseka's bicycle. We left all the faucetts dripping so the pipes won't break while we're gone if it snows.

Wednesay, Arrived here and only thirty minutes after we arrived, because it took one hour to get from the airport with traffic, rather than thirty minutes that was planned, we left for a Russian Bhakta Vrksa program. They had harmonium and Kartals but no Mrdanga. Had to talk slowly. One new boy. Very nice group.

Next day, Thursday, two university programs and SB class in the morning. About 12-intense B'caris here. Temple has a Prasadam distribution program at 4-universities. About 400-full plates, packages, a day. Students make a reservation on the internet and pick it up the next day, $5.00 for a $10.00 meal. After a meal like that you think much, much better.

Friday, SB class, then Bhakta-vrksa about 45-minutes from here at 7PM. Another intense program with very practical questions about how devotees coming from India background can relate to their traditions of Varna-ashrama (I am Brahmana) and demigod worship.  One thing that came out of that was that many of the traditions are not exactly according to Vedic standard, then that has to be accepted and the concoction can be put aside, and the authorized worship can be accepted, and it is progressive, amenable to Vaisnava perspective.

Example, Halloween comes from All Hallows Evening, or All Saints Evening, because the next day is All Saints day, it is a day to honor, invite for a feast, all the departed Christians, who have be members of the Saints in heaven, from our family etc. Some USA churches even now have observances of this festival.

We are still taking Prasada once a day. Maybe save a little from these evening programs and then take Prasada once a day in the morning with the devotees. Breakfast is always easily cooked in the Temple, home. It is more in the mode of goodness.

Then we establish a rhythm.

Tonight is Interfaith Dialog from 6-8PM, so Noche Sabado Directo will be at 8PM!
