Dear Gurudeva, PAMHO

We have received the association of HH Bhakti Gaura Vani Goswami in Lima, who gave us very much energy to service Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON. Maharaja is a great artist.

I continue perform service in NIMSAR. I present me like a servant, I feel I have to help others , but I know some times the people don’t want help and nevertheless I have a NIMSAR commitment and I want to work up to have gray hair.

We are keeping the NIMSAR service within our heart and many devotees want collaborate with NIMSAR but we need an appropriate system. NIMSAR direction is something nebulous. (Management)

I consider a part of NIMSAR strategy, for example:

Hitherto our strategy has been develop NIMSAR in 3 items: Promotion, integration and service:

Promotion: To inform and invite devotees to NIMSAR, to associate NIMSAR with other educators like Aravinda, Baladeva….

Integration: To take advantage the talents of our collaborators. Acintya veda aveda tattva, we know the people work better in little groups. But we must have the ability to integrate them. It is interdependent work.

Service: To give the confidence that their service have a valuable.

We think we can improve in the Communication Topic:

Communication: Internal (to develop an appropriated environment – good association) and external (With authorities).

When we can offer a properly environment for all this interdependent and autonomous teams we can grow spiritually and institutionally. So we should give a healthy level of fluid and transparent communication.

The Proposal is to have interdependent NIMSAR branches with work autonomy, like NIMSAR LIMA and NIMSAR CHOSICA. In this way, we can receive and respect the work of all collaborators and not lose the talent of many different devotees.

The crisis: I think we all have bad or hard day, it is normal. It is our opportunity to improve and change. I know what I say is not going to like but we have enthusiasm without head. (Management - Driving)

INTEGRATION CRISIS (for example)

LAD doesn’t want to work with Gandarva.

Yugala doesn’t want to work with Jivasakti.

We need more collaborators and need open our NIMSAR to people with other abilities. There is more details, but it is not necessary to tell.

It is my opinion, I am an artisan half an artist, 40 % sudra, and 60% anything. I am attached to the form and when I can’t see that I become dissatisfied. Now I have to fight to improve these objectives, integration, service, etc.

HpS - 90% of your success has just been accomplished. You wrote such a nice letter to this ASA Blog.   This Blog, the Kapi Dhvaja are the Backbone of ASA. ASA is a Branch of ISKCON. We have lost contact with Tamohara Das, our GBC Secretary. Written to Anuttama Das, other GBC Secretary about it!

First understand your nature and responsibilities. Then you can relate to others who have that resolved.

We can only work in detail with a maximum of about 5-people. In this Blog we can relate to so many in general. One Branch in Lima is all we can handle! [We are also consultant to Abhirama Das and Sattva, but they are more like Branch of NIOS, and Nitai-gaura-sundara Das].

What kind of ASA activities do you want, need, to do!

I just sent this report because it was necessary to confirm certain data.

1.-It is very probable at December will be in Lima, SS Jayapataka Swami and Atmananda d (he does not come this month). Here, there is expectation to know, who will be the new regional secretary?.

We will take advantage to give a brief  report Maharaja.

HpS - ASA -- Jaya! AGTSP... paoho... we might suggest Mathuresa Das.  We can be on phone to Maharaja, National Council etc.

2.-Wednesday left body SG Jagajivan d and Friday left body Revatis d (elder devotee, well known for his preaching trajectory, ultimately he had administrative disagreements with some devotess administrators).

3.-A scholarship was awarded to B Diana (from Mexico DF) for course Disciples ISKCON (one of requirements for initation), this was help her and as a sign of friendship to Dharmaraja p (president of Mexico Df). Intermediary was Astasakhi dd.

HpS - Jaya!  Please include a Financial Statment in next Report. Where every penny came from and where every penny went to, what were the beginning and ending account balances for the fiscal year from end of Kartik 2015 to end of Kartik 2016!   If you don't know details say so and give your best estimate.

4.-Following his instrution to work with the national board, speak with Ganga dd and Yamunesvara d (president and vicepresident of Lima council and members of National council), we talk about your needs and concerns in education. They also presented their requeriments (and reasons for these) to work with NIMSAR.

On this topic, there is sensible details which can cause discomfort, it would be better have a direct conversation or write to your mail, please told me which do you prefer?

HpS - We have received prompt letter from Karuna Krsna Das, but have not had time to read it yet. Please try writing to [email protected] with copy to your esteemed spouse, no? O.K?

5.-Lima Council will allow us to do seminars on Sundays, and collaborate in preaching.

6.-I have spoken to several devotess of National Council about of your needs and vision about education, only misssing two people of council and we will have a join vision of National Council and will be sending a report.

7.-will be preparing programs that soon inform you.

Esteemed Mukunda Lila Prabhu and Purushottama Keshava Das et al,

Please accept our humble obeisances and best wishes. We are Hanumatpresaka Swami and NIOS (North American Institute for Oriental and Classical Studies).

Did we meet last time we were in Kolkata?  Of course, we have been little bit successful in organizing programs with National Museum of India in Kolkata, Rabindra Bharati University et al, and now that we are scheduled to be in the glorious city of Kolkata from 9-18 January we are hoping to meet some more scholars and intelligent people to forward our NIOS work, even a little more.

We are publishing journals, bringing in scholars and seeing intense reactions to these ideas by so many people; and we hope that your good selves can join. Who can we meet while we are in Kolkata? Temple members, congregations members, artistic and informed community?

Of course, all this is in co-ordination with our Commander, Archary ratna Das, but also, of course, he has not got time for details as we do. I just read your calender for india tour. Really excited to meet you again. My sadhana is good( mangal aarti regular - missed one day because i was very tired after seva previous day , 16 rounds ok...i need to keep the quality better and constant, regulated prasadam...govardhan puja day i ate too much cake but now again in control and mind control is ok i guess  ) Mercy is flowing :) now i stay with H.G.Mukunda dutta prabhu in his house. its wonderful association. He is extremely kind to me. our fire yajya seminar is going great. Asssisted him and ragunath prabhu in few yagyas. Bhaktisastri is done (have to submit some essasys.)  temple programs in kartik is so so so nice and enthusiastic. all senior devotees. I feel more closer to you and Srila prabhupada here.

Nitai and nimai are waiting for their adivas ceremony which includes a fire sacrifice and maha abhishek which is on 13 and 14 november. After that they might go to the holy name retreat and stay there for 6 days and then they go to their new home( in assam ) and they will meet you in january :) 

i so much wish to stay in vrindavan my whole life. Wish i had so much firm conviction from inside . I am praying to srimati radharani to allow me to stay here if not now then in future.( still have a desire to study further and then join ashram).

HpS - We would think it is INCREDIBLE mercy to be staying in Mukunda's house!   It must be disentegrating your personality.   Seems you may have two life long friends from now on, Gaura Nitai.     If you stay in Vrndavana how will others know about it?    If you go out for sharing and just keep some kind of Krsna consicousness then the Gopis can keep in connection with you like the control tower in the airport. Then you can come back later again and again, no?

Gurudev i have a sincere request at your lotus feet. [Lettuce Feet] Please can you accept me as your "gayatri mantra " diskha disciple when you come to india this time. By mercy of H.G.Mukunda dutta prabhu I have an intense desire to worship silas ( giriraj ji especially and salagram sila if possible) .I asked him if i am ready . He adviced me to request you if you can accept me. I feel i  can serve nimai and nitai better.

ASA - It is a big step, burden, responsibility. Are you a Brahmana? How long have you been steady in your Morning Sadhana?  Under varied circumstances?     Mukunda will send us a letter here about his opinion?

Gurudeva last time you ask me this  : about the temple programs and the growth over here in Iskcon panama 

HpS - Jaya!  Yes, it is very sad for us when we don't hear from people for a long time.   Who are your associates in Panama?  What are they like???
Temple program, any program, can be Kirtan, Lecture, Kirtan, Prasad!!!  >>>>>  Goloka!!!

My associated in Panama are Prabhu Durmada damana das he is a disciple of HH Guru Prasadad Swami , Palaka Gouranga das he is a disciple of HH Jayapataka swami disciple , Kancani devi dasi  she is a disciple of HH Bhakti Bhusana Swami and few more non devotees or not iniciated devotees .

They are very entusiastic. Palaka gouranga, he lives at the temple always eager to help out, his is a pujari and excellent chef,  Prabhu Durmada damana, he is also a pujari but he is married and he does service 2 o 3 times a week , he likes to give lectures and share krishna conciousness with others. he has hardcore band with krishna conciousness lyrics. thats how i got attracted to the knowledge ,also he likes to coordinate a lot of Harinam .

Kancani devi dasi she studies medicine ,likes a lot of kirtan and is  a strong person with a lot devotion, she also was taking the Bhaktri sastri couse with me  besides them i have more friends .Also i have a few friends Guredeva that arent living here anymore.

Temple program yes there on Saturday there are programs and fridays , i believe on saturday is day of Srimad Bhagavatam , twice a month we have food life its coordinate by Jitu and Manish Prabhu  depending on the localation diferent devotees will help  out. 

Other programs like Conference with univesities is with Prabhu Syama candra he the leader of the conference programs we had 2 or 3 the past 7 months , Lousville university ,FSU , Universidad Nacional de Panama and Ganexa university where the main points for this time .

all of the programs included kirtan , lecture and prasadam  .

Gurudeva the past sunday i was speaking with a devotee from the temple he lives at the temple he the one in charge of saturday program , very wise with chastras , he said he wanted to help me out with the coordination of a future art envolved krishna program that got me really pumped up , i am so glad you are at Washington - Virginia ,i hope i was of service with the art for the poster , i humbly put my all to them .

HpS - Wow!   Wonderful news.   We see the Shakti of Prabhupada!    No reason your community can't grow to enormous proportions!    You are at the door-way between the worlds!!   Every passenger that passes thorugh the canal should get a laddu!

Yes, the poster was extremely effective. It gave the impression of extreme professionalism. I hope you all can be on the team more and more. Dates are aligning for next program in Peru, in end of June. PSCHOLOGY AND THE SACRED ---- ART AND THE SACRED.   Ekasma Das is doing very practical work in developing KC art exhibitions and new productions.  I hope that he writes of his results and then you catch his posts and start exchanging ideas.  A picture is worth a thousand words.

PAMHO, AGTSP. I have been writing to Bhakti Raghava Swami because I am interested in possibly helping with his centre in Cambodia. I speak fairly good Cambodian. He has expressed interest in my he, but he asks that you send him a letter of recommendation about me. Would you be able to write him? 

HpS - Hare Krsna. I don't really know too much about you in this administrative sense. I always find it enlivening corresponding with you and hearing about your pastimes. Devotees there will be able to give better letter about administrative nature of your good self, no?  You were a little bit involved in marriages etc in the past in Thailand or Cambodia, so I can mention that, and the extent to which you were involved in the Indian Jones Rasa before and you can comment how much you are within a regulated standard of Brahminical life now. Shall we do that? His address?

Also Abhimanyu and I realize that as a sansasi [sannyasi] you have many preaching commitments, but we were wondering if you could come to Bali on one of your trips to India or Australia. Devotees here keep asking when you will visit and give us your association.

HpS - With every mention it is becoming more of a possibility. Present to like August 2017 is kind of fixed, but after that maybe we could de an Island tour through Hawaii and Australia and Bali etc.  The real thing is if we can really add something by dragging our Donkey there.
