Hare Krishna Maharaj,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Following is the summary of 1.1.14 and 1.1.18 as discussed on Sunday.

Verse summaries:

• V14:  One is freed from all sinful reactions just by chanting the holy name. VCT says that this verse talks about Ajamila’s story.  Eludes to Sanketyam Parihasyam Stobanam and Helanam verse in the 6^th canto.

Sanketyam – Indicating some one else. Eg: If some one else’s name is Krishna. Calling him intending to call him not Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead

Parihasyam – Not criticizing but addressing in a joking way. Eg: Are you like Krishna lifting Govardhana Hill?

Stobanam – Entertainment Eg: People chanting Hare Krishna with us on the streets without knowing what it means.

Helanam – Casually mentioning. Eg: Saying Krishna’s name without thinking about him casually.

                                Even if we chant the holy name in any of the above mentioned ways we still get benefit .

• V15:  Glorifies the devotees of the Lord.  Pure devotee association is more powerful than bathing in Ganga.
• V16 :  Glories of the Lord. Real peace comes when we glorify the Supreme Lord
• V17 & V18: Gives us Q4: How does the Lord create the universe, Q5: Incarnations of the Lord.

HpS - ASA -- Hare Krsna!   Thank you for the news!     We tried to join last Sunday but we were just 100% exhausted, with Jet-Lead, etc from this India trip. We talked with Srinivasa Acharya Das and are reading Text 19 through the end of Chapter One, and plan to join next Sunday!

  Querido Gurudeva, aqui seguimos en Malaga Mandir. Intentando cualificarme como discipulo.

Tratando de convivir con mi Dharma etrno y temporal.

   Cuidando de Sus Señorias, aunque nos damos cuenta que en realidad Son Ellos quienes cuidan de nosotros, luchando con los sentidos,  la mente y con los devotos. Tratando de organizarnos...etc.

   Siempre que puedo asisto al Harinama de los viernes por la tarde.

   Este año de una manera u otra  creo que he agotado mis viajes.

  ¿Puede venir a Malaga tambien algunos dias?. Igual puede entrar o salir de España por Málaga y en tren rapido (ave) se tardan menos de tres horas en llegar a Madrid.

   Bueno, independientemente de si podemos o no vernos este año siempre le llevo en mi corazón. 

    Me gustaría ser mejor discipulo. (Trabajando en ello).

  HpS - ASA - Muchas gracias su carta!!!    No hay vuelos diecto de EEUU a Malaga y pienso aun tres (seis envuelta) horas de viaje es bastante fuerte para nuestra viaje viejo. Comenza pensar, orar, en ir a Nueva Vraja Mandala?
Hay trabajo para nosotros en Malaga?

I am glad your health is stable.

HpS - ASA --  Still struggling.  Main problem, now is honoring Prasad.  So often devotees WANT to cook for us, Sannyasi, but it can be a very, very delicate thing. It is like reaching into the pharmacy and just taking some medicine and giving it to somebody. Can be poison. It is better.

We have followed his tour in India; Very inspiring his work of preaching over there. Srila Prabhupada wanted mainly the people of India to develop the knowledge of Srimad Bhagavatam and Bhagavad gita, and you are contributing enormously in this.

I am very grateful to be able to participate in the educational area, my faith in Krsna is increasing. This service for me is very nectar; May be I can not to big projects or become a super teacher but my dedication and passion is put there.

For the moment my activities are:

1.-There are many things to do in educational area and somehow we will continue giving our contribution, for the moment we are meeting Tarangaksi dd, abhinanda d, Isvari dd to form and educational team. We will meet for to coordinate tasks.

Our desire is also to collaborate with ASA.

2.- Apart with some devotees (disciples of you) we have formed a study group when we share experiences and achievements based on vaisnavas and current issues, we meet every 15 days, for now our main  objective is have good association.

3.- I am participating in the Nama Hatta Tulasi in preaching, here also collaborate 3 disciples of you: Ragunatha d, Jiva sakti d, Yugala kisora dd.

4.- The Centro Preaching of Lima (Wilson) asked me to collaborate organizing the role of preachers of Monday to Friday and I am doing this. Isvari dd also participates in some classes.

Of your disciples giving classes are: Tarangaksi dd, Mitravinda dd, B. Rukmini (hija de Tarangaksi and aspiring to SSHPS), Ragunatha d, Abhinanda d.

5.- Of my part, present of an educational proposal for to teach Introduction of Bhakti yoga in CP Lima (Wilson). (we are waiting an answer).

6.- In personal aspect continue preparing, improving my sadhana and study (Lad is my teacher of BV).

HpS - ASA -- Thank you for your news!!  The first part of education is chanting better and better rounds. That is the basis, then we can build on that. Now we will prepare for a Canto Four Module One Review.  Please send us more news of what you all are doing. If Mathuresa Das becomes our GBC Regional Secretary, I think we can develop more systematic programs in "Merco-Norte".

                          WE READ IN THE WHATSAPP DISCIPLE´S GROUP, YOU MAY BE TRAVELLING TO SPAIN

                           IN APRIL.

                           I (SANANDA) START WORKING IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS IN A SPORTS CENTER IN THE RECEPTION

                           AND ENTERTAINMENT (FOR CHILDREN). I DON´T THINK I WILL MANAGE TO HAVE DAYS OFF

                           TO TRAVEL, BUT I WISH TO...

                           BHADRA AND I FOUND AN INTERESTING PLACE HERE TO DO SOME HUMBLE PREACHING, IT IS

                           AN INTERESTING PROJECT CALLED "THE BANK OF TIME" WHERE PEOPLE SWAPS MEDITATIONS,

                           THEY ALL READ A BOOK AND THEN DEBATE, THERE IS A LITERATURE TEACHER THAT TEACHES

                           THE GROUP TO ANALIZE TEXTS...ETC. THE MAIN LADY THAT RUNS THE PROJECT IS VERY OPEN

                            AND INVITED US TO GO THERE WHEN WE ARE READY.

                            I THINK EVEN AS PART OF MY JOB THERE IS A CHANCE FOR ME TO DO SOMETHING TO SHARE

                            SOME BITS OF THE PROCESS AND MAYBE DISTRIBUTE SOME PRASADAM, AS THEY WANT

                            ME TO WORK WITH SCHOOLS DURING THE WINTERS. THEY ALSO SEEM QUITE OPEN TO LET ME

                            DO SOMETHING MORE EDUCATIONAL WHERE I COULD INCLUDE SOME "ORIENTAL CULTURE"...

                             WE PRAY THAT WE CAN SERVE YOU HERE, AND THAT YOU WILL BECOME PLEASED WITH US, ALTHOUGH

                             WE  OFTEN FEEL WE WILL NEVER BE FITTED TO ATTAIN SUCH GOAL.

               HpS - Hare Krsna. There is a relatively cheap ticket on Delta leaving Sunday April 2nd and arriving Spain the 3rd morning. 4th is Rama-navami. The flight number is 108!  The return is cheap on the 10th or 11th, so we could stay for one week. Anyone have any suggestions?  Should we visit Spain?    Stay Nueva Vraja Mandala for one week for a Rama-navami Festival?
