PAMHO! Crystal radio is actually the most famous free-energy machine which was widely presented to public. I hope we'll soon get away from this Shiva's technology of heat..  and start to use the cold electricity or still better mantras...  hoping that the AI doesn't get the hold on humanity with the cold electricity. Like it sometimes seems when there is even indications of very time and history changing... and the holy books by the influence of the modes of nature.

The Mandela-effect is the most interesting psychological/quantum physical investigation that I would say the western world can give. In this video about Mandela-effect the bible change in text from lion with lamb to wolf with lamb (Isaiah 11:6)and was changed to a photo with wolf and lambs with all black eyes. It came in effect, according to my investigation about two years ago. There is many things in technology and science that will prove more subtle worlds coming. Still I'm very much attached to Gandharva Veda. All the glories to A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swamin Srila Prabhupada!!

I was reading how mother Yaśodā becomes struck with wonder when she sees the entire universe in baby Kṛṣṇa's mouth.  http://www.vedabase.com/en/sb/10/8/43. Then I saw the word Vaiṣṇavīm in a later verse that was used to refer to yoga-māyā. That reminded me of Monkey/Bhakta Tom’s post here: http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/node/6920 and thought I would share some of my findings on the topic.

Vaīṣṇava (masculine) and Vaiṣnavī(feminine)

The word Vaiṣṇava literally means one whose worshipable lord is Viṣṇu. Based on the sūtra sāsya devatā, the suffix a[ṇ] is applied after Viṣṇu which eventually gives the word Vaiṣṇava through various grammatical rules. This is a masculine word. By adding a suffix ī[p] we get Vaiṣṇavī the equivalent feminine word for Vaiṣṇava. Srīla Jīva Gosvāmī, in his grammar book, Harināmāmṛta Vyākaraṇa, uses the word Vaiṣṇavī a few times and he means a female Vaiṣṇava.

Some of the examples are:

1. Male and female who thinks he/she is a Vaiṣṇava
   1. Vaiṣṇavam <2.1, object form of Vaiṣṇava> + man eventually becomes Vaiṣṇava-mānī (“one who thinks himself a Vaiṣṇava”)
   2. Vaiṣṇavīm <2.1, object form of Vaiṣṇavī> + man enventually becomes Vaiṣṇava-māninī(“one who thinks herself a Vaiṣṇavī”)
2. In one of the compound word examples we find Vaiṣṇava-bhāryaḥ.  The commentator elaborates that the vigraha(separation of the constituent words) of Vaiṣṇava-bhāryaḥ is Vaiṣṇavī bhāryā yasya (“one whose wife is a Vaiṣṇavī”).
3. In another example we see atithir Vaiṣṇavī (“the female Vaiṣṇava guest”).
4. From a philosophical point of view, Jiva Gosvāmī doesn’t assume that everyone in their present condition is already a Vaiṣṇava. This I say because he gives examples such as vaiṣṇavī-kṛtya (“having made into a Vaiṣṇava). Other examples that show gradation among Vaiṣṇavas using the word vaiṣṇava in a compound are eka- vaiṣṇavaḥ (“the best Vaiṣṇava”), purāṇa- vaiṣṇavaḥ (“an old vaiṣṇava”), kevala- vaiṣṇavaḥ (“A pure vaiṣṇava”)

Ātman, a masculine word

However I didn’t find any examples for the masculine word ātman in feminine gender. Monier William’s dictionary says that the masculine word is used as a reflexive pronoun in all three genders and gives the example ātmānam(masculine object form) sā (feminine subject she) hanti (verb strikes).

One of the main things is that in Sanskrit, the gender doesn’t really mean the literal gender. For example tree (vṛkṣaḥ) is masculine and creeper(latā) is feminine. However when it comes to the names of humans and the pronouns used for them there are masculine and feminine words matching the genders. I find ātman an exception but there are feminine words like yoginī, brāhmanī, gopī whose masculine forms are yogī, brāhmaṇa and gopa. Vaiṣṇava and Vaiṣṇavī are in the similar category.

ASA - Tom Brown, PhD  ---  Thank you very much Srinivasa-acharya Das. We saw many cases of Vaisnavi in the Vedabase.com, and except for like three these refered to Durga, Yoga-maya, like the citation above. The others seem that may be coming from a little tinge of the bodily concept of life.
What is the Sanskrit for Canakhya Pandita's statement that one should see every woman except for his wife as Mataji?

HpS - ASA  ---  Hare Krsna. This is the material world, no?  It is painfully hot, we have allergy, hay-fever, for many days now. Today it is especially strong. We are surrounded by vikarmia and karmis et al, but we have your association and so, so many other nice devotees. Krsna is in our hearts, cave, NGD house, SB!

Throughout these weeks I have had many good days, others less so, and this last week a lot of work.

I have not read too much, I have to adjust my schedule better and obligations.

I tried to write every day the most important things to tell you when I want to write, but in the end I never remember writing it. Whenever I have the feeling that I will not write something right, and take long to write.

I have had many accomplishments, really, and every day I am happier with my life, like I could die happy now, or something.

HpS - Sadhan Bhakti has two divisions: Relief from material distress and the everything starts to become harmonius, aspicious. Then comes Bhava bhakti.

One thing I wonder. Once I read in the books of Srila Prabhupada, I do not remember whether in translation or meaning, when one encounters the Devas or celestial entities, must continue without entertained with them because it can slow down your spiritual advancement. But at the same time mystic yogis seek these meetings to check on that platform are performing.

When the devotee tries to see Krsna in everything, and it begins to perceive more and more, I guess that goes through these phases in a natural way, relating it to Krsna directly. finally, after all, are the qualities of Krsna embodied with matter in the material platform ... right?

HpS - ASA - Try http://www.vedabase.com/en/sb/2/2/21    The answer to this question can have many different aspects. Arjuna acquired mystical powers, deva-shakti, weapons for fighting for Krsna, but as you say it is also a way to see if we are advancing in devotional service. The surest way is to see how much we are attached to Krsna-katha!!!!

If one perceives the Devas, you can also perceive the mighty asuras, their opponents in the same plane right? My question whether, is right that the devotee use his friendship with the Devas to fight the asuras, but I'm wrong is normal in traditional Vedic culture, right?

HpS - As we mention above this can be normal thing, use divine powers to fight the Asuras FOR KRSNA.

Chaitanya Mahaprabhu didn´t use their weapons against Jagai and Madai, and Nityananda told him it was not his incarnation to kill asuras, but I imagine it was also because Jagai and Madai repented and threw themselves at his feet thanks to Nityananda.

HpS - Yes!

My question is, is not a something different feature an incarnation that comes to relieve the weight of the darkness of the universe, as justice in person, that the person who defends the devout and the innocent from harm from the bad? I have always read that a devotee is not indifferent to the suffering of others, and not allow damage to the devotee or innocent.

HpS - In terms of "material" good and "bad", organic food, giving charity to poor people, a devotee does this in a civilized fashion, seeing that these are beginning steps to go to Bhakti yoga. So it is natural to act in this way. Arjuna was right, he should have revenged Draupadi and Yuddhisthira, but that by itself was not enought. He had to fight because it was a part of a larger plan for Krsna.

I was on internet yesterday and I saw this clip. Normally I do not watch actor's opinions but this caught my attention

This is an argentinian program. Susana Jimenez is interviewing a famous mexican actor. And suddenly he started to say how Jesus changed his life. And for 8 years he is practicing celebacy. He says that the most important thing is to serve God not become famous. He prays with his rosary everyday and goes to the church. Everybody is impressed how a handsome and popular man thinks like this. He says: when I meet my future wife I will tell her. I was being faithful even before I meet U. 

For me is worthy to share because this man has more faith in his rosary than me. And he has strong believes [beliefs] and character, something that may inspire all of us. And also how can we by our behaviour inspire others
