Urgent: Hypnosis

7 years, 8 months ago by bhaktanicasio in Hot Topics

Hare Krishna beloved Gurudev,

Please accept my humble obeisances,

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I wanted to ask you your opinion about hypnosis, what is the Vaisnava vision on this matter?  What Srila Prabhupada thought about it? Did he say anything about it?.

The thing is that a friend of mine suggested me to make a 4 days (day) training in this field. Saying (,saying) that it would be beneficial for my patients. I have to make a decision this week in order to register for this course. I'm not Sure about it. So i would like to know your advice in this matter.

Victory comes from a good advice... (and good advice comes from many conselors Canakhya Pandita).

Thank you so much Gurudev,

Your silly aprentice,

Nikunja bihari das.

ASA - It works. We did it. Many people have used it. After 100 years of research by Western science, they still have not the slightest understanding of what is happening or how it works. We've never seen Srila Prabhupada make the slightest comment about it nor any of our Acharyas.

Our friend from High School, Richard Weigle, had a wife who had a phobia of spiders. We induced a hypnotic trance, regressed her to the childhood trauma that caused it. Let her take that into her adult consciousness and deal with it and the phobia was gone.

Querido Gurudeva

por favor acepte mis humildes reverencias

Hare Krishna Gurudeva

¡Feliz Janmastami!

ASA - Bhutas, pretas, kusmandas.

ASA - Fecha bein raro! Todo eso es una pelicula. Somos espiritual no materia. No somos caraters en a movie.

You should be the most sane person in South America. Then it would be Sur Realismo!

My dear Hanumat Presaka Swami Maharaja,

Please accept my fond obeisances at your feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Thank you so much for your learned and (dare I say it) entertaining classes on E-sanga! They're a joy to listen to. Spiritual education can be fun!

Our dear Godbrother Yogesvara Prabhu asked me if I knew of a highly qualified devotee translator who could render "Swami in a Strange Land" into Spanish.

Yogesvara Prabhu is willing and able to pay for that service. The fee is negotiable.

Because of your extensive travels in the Spanish-speaking world, I wanted to reach out to see if you knew anyone who might be qualified and interested in doing this work.

If anyone comes to mind, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Your servant and friend,

HpS - ASA --- Sr. Jaya-jagadisha Das,

It is always very delightful to hear from you. I hope we can be more closely involved in Sankirtan as it develops. I will post your letter on our Blog. Yes, we have some very qualified speakers, narrators, in the Spanish world. Have you sent this letter to any other Latin American Dudes?   We can post it to the Latin American GBC forum which is quite active.

Hare Krsna, Prabhu,

AGTSP

We had about 20-devotees and served about 25-plates of Prasada, but was very nice program.

We were in 26-airports from 1 June to 1 August. Programs in National Libraries with National Poet Laureattes etc!!!

Our voice was 90% dead when we got back. Now, after resting for three weeks our energy has returned about 77%!   Tomorrow we go back to Houston for Ministry of Education and Bhakti-vaibhava work for one week. Then back here to Nashville until 27th September >>>>  India (Australia) until the 11th Nov.

Really think we should sit still until we go to India, but when we return, November - March we can plan to visit Bhaga-giri (Rich Mound).

O.K???

We will post this letter on our Blog, www.hps.monkeywarrior.com for everyone's consideration. That is the place to catch us!!

More Sankirtan!!   You will change the world!!

URGENT!!! Final Details of Kolkata - North East India - Mayapura Travel

7 years, 8 months ago by hps in Hot Topics, Calendar Development

Just talked with Dr. Samaresh in Kolkata, looked at the flights to Silchar and Imphal. Still don't know the geography of the Northeast that well, but now seems best that we stay in Kolkata, Albert Road from 26th October to August 1st.

The trip from Australia to Kolkata will be about 20-hours. That is the best ticket we could find, so our body will be at deaths door, and then five nights in Kolkata will be good. Then ... August first we go to ..... Imphal (?Silchar?) and stay there until 4th morning, three nights. Everyone who really needs to see us can load their camels in advance and travel to Imphal.

   Clip-clop!  Clip-clop!  Clip-clop!

Next visit if it is like this then we go to Silchar instead of Imphal.

How does this seem to your good selves?  Speak now or forever hold your peace.

We must be sure that Rtu-raja Das and everyone who wants to can come and be accomodated. Maybe we can even allocate some funds for camel food.

What will we do while we are there?  We can have a Nectar of Instruction seminar for all three days and that will allow us to talk about EVERYTHING in Krsna consciousness in a very systematic fashion. We could record all the questions and comments. Also, can we meet with cultural and academic leaders during the day? Maybe have a colloquia on "Presenting Bhagavata Culture in the Western World: "Hamlet and Arjuna", "Science, Psyche and Spirituality - Prof. Carl Jung and the Mysticism, Music and Dance of the Bhagavata"". We can engage these experts in our magazine "Solaris", our movie, "Art and the Sacred", and even developing educational exchange programs with South America.

I just spent 30-minutes researching the flights and there appears to be an Indigo ticket that we can use at noon on the 1st and 11AM on the 4th, but we need to buy within next two days!
