Hk pamho Jay Gurudeva!!!!!

Cuanto deseaba escribirle, el horario de sus clases dominicales es mejor para mi, el otro coincidía con el prasadham, cuando hay muchos invitados.

Me siento muy ajusto con el color, la gente me respeta más y es más amable cuando salgo a sankirtan. Ahora estudio el SB con Maharaj Yadunanadana Swami. Eso nos tiene muy entusiastas. Tanto él como Param param son muy buenos devotos.y sus diferencias son muy enriquecedoras.

El servicio de NVM es muy intenso, sobre todo en festividades, por ello aún no fui a las universidades. El colega que sugirió, tiene otras prioridades. Por ello creo que es mejor no incluirlo. Hay personas que respetas, pero de distancia.

Sin embargo, en busca de unas vacaciones cortas, distribuyendo libros, un cambio de servico, conociendo un nuevo lugar, me salió un viaje a Murcia, y me invitaron a dar una clase, será la primera fuera de NVM, Pido sus bendiciones, hablaré sobre “Vida simple pensamiento elevado”, alguna sugerencia…, el público es nuevo, muy interesado en espiritualidad.             

Esa invitación fue una confirmación de que ese es el camino, predicar a gente nueva en lugares donde la CK aún no ha llegado. Hace poco rechacé un servicio administrativo. Considero que eso distraería mi determinación por estudiar y predicar el SB. Esa fue la instrucción que de Ud. recibí.

Me siento feliz en NVM, con los programas las clases la vida monástica, y las escapadas misioneras. Espero pronto tenerle buenas nuevas.

I wanted to write to you, your Sunday class schedule is better for me. The other one coincided with Prasadham, when there are many guests.

I feel very attuned to the color; people respect me more and are kinder when I go out for Sankirtan. Now I'm studying SB with Maharaj Yadunanadana Swami. We're very enthusiastic about that. Both he and Paramparam are very good devotees, and their differences are very enriching.

ASA - "Color" is wearing a white sari??

That is very nice.

NVM service is very intense, especially during holidays, which is why I haven't attended the universities yet. The colleague you suggested has other priorities. That's why I think it's best not to include him. There are people you respect, but from a distance.

However, in search of a short vacation, distributing books, a change of service, getting to know a new place, a trip to Murcia came up, and I was invited to teach a class. It will be my first outside of NVM. I ask for your blessings. I will speak on "Simple Living, Higher Thought," any suggestions... the audience is new, very interested in spirituality.

HpS - That is very nice. Prabhupada speaks about that in NoI 2, no?

That invitation was a confirmation that this is the path, to preach to new people in places where CK has not yet reached. I recently declined an administrative service. I felt it would distract me from my determination to study and preach SB. That was the instruction I received from you.

I feel happy at NVM, with the programs, the classes, the monastic life, and the missionary outings. I hope to have good news for you soon.

Bhaktin Maite sent us a big box of stuff from NVM etc some time ago. We have been assembling a box to send back. It has taken some time, but is 90% ready now. It should come to Spain soon. Of course, special content for her. She gave us the idea... but something for everyone, no?

Dear Maharaja Hanumat Presaka,

   please accept my humble obeisances, All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Spring Greetings!

  I’ve been missing your association, and find it’s getting complicated even to get a message out. The potency of Maya is relentless.

   In fact, I’m beginning to think Maya may be mad at me, for my Sadhana seems consistent, yet my association is splayed.

Hari Nam’s are there, just not regulated. Feeling ecstatic though not pursuing it enough. Grhasta life is engaging, still need to keep K.C. at the axis. Sometimes it seems easy then other times a malevolent torture. Guess Maya’s getting me just what I needed.

  We made it to the Daytona Beach Ratha Yatra, they’re doing it earlier because of the Florida weather. Was ecstatic as ever, anytime with devotee’s always brings Krishna prema closer. We only made it about halfway though, between physical limitations (was really pushed on prior seva at Gaura Purnima) and spring prep on our abode, we had to revive our minds.

 P O S T

 We booked a Hotel room and returned to get checked in. Both of us forgot about the students Spring Break Beach parties and events, the Hotel was no exception, noisy occupants and overworked Staff were adding difficulties to our getting settled in. All simmered down later, then I had a needed quick swim in the ocean. All in all, we survived though the following morning, after finishing japa, I nodded out for about 20 minute “snap” and my mind was invaded.

  On a side note, I also recently read in the Uddhava Gita that Srila Prabhupada was at a late program once, which was quite a ways from the Temple. The devotees secured him a room at a hotel and informed him. Prabhupada’s eyes rose up, and he told them, “I prefer to stay at the Temple. Hotels are just like brothels.” His Divine Grace had spoken.

  So, the little ”snap” I took was during the Brahma-muhurta hour and I was resting with my head to the North, usually I aim for the East or South. The ambience in a dream I was having was most sensual and my wife was in the same room, anticipated breaths were subtlety in my ears, then I turned and saw it was not my wife; it was an Asian Succubus, with an accomplice. Some form of seductive temptation was being placed on me, and at the time, I was quite capable of doing so, regardless my Vedic training paid off. Casting away my arousal, I pushed away from the stalkers and awoke. My pranams rang deep in my heart and I was grateful that nothing had happened; it’s been years since any such lower chakra activity was imposing. Completed Gayatri, then awaited the Sun's rise.

  Reflecting on the day before, at the Festival, I did recall quite a few different women in different attires casting glances at me while I was participating in the parade. Then I remembered the Srimad 3.14.30-31 Bhagavatam classes on Kasyapa Muni & his wife, Mata Diti’s request of intercourse for children at inauspicious moments, thus bringing Hiranyaksa & Hiranyakasipu the Universe. Obviously, my Ol’ libido’s anarthas were leaping in that tama-polluted Hotel room. Everything material ruthlessly entices one’s mind. Glad that Bhakti–yoga prevents insanity. Keeping my bija together, I just kept reflecting on Lord Jagannatha & Balarama along with Lady Subhadra, that the only reason were there, in care of Their Mercy!

ASA - SB verse says that devotees meditate on the eyebrows of the Lord to be free from the attack of illicit sex desire. Lord Balarama has very big eyebrows!

  While all that goes on, we’re attempting to get our garden planted today, pursuing writing time (I'm glad you’re my inspiration), and keeping my spouse happy. Subhra’s friend, Krishna Priya d.d. (Braja Suta’s wife), has come to assist on our groundwork. KP is a very ambitious worker, and she even had Subhra getting engaged in the ”dirt.” Success thus far; we just need a water supply for irrigation..

   It seems you’re getting more physically stable for now, going back to your “Office” for now, then seeing you in class today in Houston. I found out that the office can overtake one's free time too easily. Convenient data sources, digital comradery, and even artistic distractions. I’ve got to be careful and keep Srila Prabhupada’s mission at the center. However, as I’ve aged, my service enthusiasm has changed. Regular seva is appreciated, though I’m not seeking more. In fact, I’m turning down excessive service instead of burdening my mind on it.

I will still pursue seva at the San Francisco Ratha Yatra, even without truck driver duties, and will see what Prabhu Grantharaja has planned for the event. The SFRY “Handbook” is still in the making and the event is coming fast... need to finish up, editing takes time. The subtle seva’s still need to be performed and appreciated. It seems I’m always creating extra work for later..., which could lead to attachment and may also be a recipe for unfinished services. The rascal mind is still in the background, toying with me.

Well, this is my current events submission for now, looking forward to more organized and streamline efficiency in the near future, would be nice for my closing years, God only knows..

Who is this Brahmana? Is there any pastimes regarding this? 🙏🙏🙏

Querido Gurudev comienzo mi reporte contestando lo que me pregunto con respecto al tratamiento con aceite de marihuana es efectivo este tratamiento considerando dos puntos

1, que sean aceite sin thc y sean bien preparada

2 qué estén supervisado por el doctor tratante en mi caso tomo por mucho años medicamentos por eso yo debo tomar aceite y pastillas a la vez e ir bajando la dosis de pastillas de a poco.

Estoy con trabajo independiente, haciendo clases de natación, fisioterapia, acá en Perú además de lo hago para Chile

En la fiesta de Nityananda Trayodasi estuvo muy bello ofreciendo hermosas preparaciones, linda decoración y repartiendo el prasadam a familia y personas

Dear Gurudev, I begin my report by answering your question regarding the marijuana oil treatment. Is this treatment effective? Considering two points:

1. That the oil is THC-free and well-prepared.

2. That it is supervised by the treating physician. In my case, I have been taking medication for many years, so I have to take the oil and pills at the same time and gradually reduce the dose.

With respect to my sadhana, it is going very well. I am perfecting it every day, reading to the devotees every day and at our house, worshiping our deities, decorating, making jewelry, buying bhoga. Once a week we give away little prasadam balls in Chosica. Also, at the Chosica temple, I am sometimes asked to teach classes. So, I am very happy to always improve what I do.

I'm self-employed, teaching swimming and physical therapy here in Peru, and I also travel to Chile.

At the Nityananda Trayodasi festival, it was beautiful, offering beautiful preparations, lovely decorations, and distributing prasadam to family and friends.

My family is doing very well. I talk twice a week via video call.

Thank you very much to Srila Prabhupada and you for inspiring me every day to improve my service and be a good representative of Krishna consciousness. Farewell, your servant Raman Reti Devi Dasi.

HpS/ASA - Thank you! This movement has so many different kinds of people in all different kinds of positions and people can see that it is effective.

We can go on more and more improving. Of course, some people have attachments outside of the four principles so that cannot live on Srila Prabhupada's land, but by his direction we can make arrangements for everyone.
