We are old and our donkey is lame, so we only exist in practice by the impetus of others.

First, let us please comment on titles in ISKCON.

We feel that it may be impertinent for us to be addressed as "Guru Maharaja" in ISKCON. It maybe insulting to Srila Prabhupada's position, and then how to deal with this academic "Bhaktivedanta" title.

Ooof! Too much for one small monkey to handle. 🐵

First, we remember a letter from Srila Prabhupada where one disciple asked if he could address someone such as his authority Bhagavan Das or Hansadutta Das as 'Guru', and Srila Prabhupada answered, "Yes", but that we should not forget himself as his real Guru.

Hmmm. Interesting.

We feel that maybe we can be addressed as guru maharaja very much in the perspective of ISKCON Diksa guru, and sannyasi and Shiksa, Sankirtan leader, guru in the perspective that we are 🐖

🐖 🐖 pigs become people, PRABHUS [???], by the great personal sacrifice of His Divine Grace, Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder/Acharya of ISKCON and author of book KRSNA - SPOG.

Is O.K., no?

We can't even begin to to take a so called Ritvik Guru philosophy seriously because we do not find it discussed in even one Bhaktivedanta Purport, what to speak of detailed and repeated discussion in several Purports.

Prabhupada directly instructed in a letter that he wanted his disciples to become ISKCON, Vedic, scholars and earn this title Bhaktivedanta as a hereditary title.

Also, Lord Caitanya says: amar anjay guru haya, on my order, you become guru.

Vaisesika Das, ISKCON Minister of Sankirtan, said we should earn these titles and use them. Show the world our quality of education.

We feel His Holiness H. P. Bhaktivedanta Swami is quite pretentious, for us. Maybe some other devotees in ISKCON merit it?

We feel like we can survive, do practical service, with H. H. Hanumat presaka Swami [Bh. Ved].

ASA - AgtSP...... Paoho. We posted a Poll, first one, in the Whats App, anveSaka Community, and it came back about 20 "yes, go", and 19 "no, don't go".

More ladies chose, "don't go", and more gentlemen chose "go".

Yet, as at 5-years old, our neighbor, Suzanna, informed us, girls are smarter than boys, so we should expect that we will probably die if we go, so we are planning to go.

Less intelligent.

We noted that Sriman Ananta rupa Das, bought the ticket on SWA for us, HOU to DAL, on the 1st of July.

That gives us one night in New Kala chandji Dhama. O.K.?

Then the Second we go with him to Boise from DFW on American to BOI.

We suggested that we stay for a week, and he suggested three months, then one month, and then we settled for ten days, AA Boise to Houston on Friday the 11th.

Seems O.K.?

If there is any calamity he could probably still get a refund within 24-hours of booking the ticket.

He suggested the Niti-sar Das come back with us and stay through the weekend.

My Siksa guru, Aunt Sally, told me that everyone is crazy but me and thee and sometimes I have my doubts about thee.

Everything is going well here in Monterrey. The family is getting used to the region and the climate.

There are many turquoise rivers not far away.

Laksmi's earnings have also improved.

The challenges in the family never end.

Kunti is already learning to hold a pencil and is undergoing weaning; Mani Kundali is teaching her to offer and chant.

All my daughters are fine, I'm trying to distribute the Bhagavad Gita with a little sankirtan practice.

In the last 2 months, 20 Bhagavad Gita have been distributed and they are my greatest solace in the midst of the hurricane of the three modalities.

In relation to my sankirtan service, a couple of anecdotes: on Mother's Day a man said: "I already have a gift for my wife, but this Bhagavad Gita will be the extra, she likes yoga and everything from India."

On another occasion, I was talking in a pharmacy for 10 minutes with a saleswoman who in the end didn't take the book.

Then, when I was about to leave, a woman appeared and said: "I'm going to want the book." I was listening to everything you said, I like all those topics about the soul, I was on the other side of the aisle and I threw all the talk away.

Well, something is something.

The next test is Mani Kundali surgery on the morning of May 22nd.

We pray for your blessings for all to be well, and we deeply trust in obtaining Krishna's favor.

If you can just go out on book distribution every day, few days a week, that is great.

Hope she has good consciousness in the surgery and leans more about Krsna's external energy and can preach to the hospital people by her words and actions.

Nosotros bien gracias a Dios. La verdad es que, en general, no hay muchos cambios. Seguimos peleando por mejorar el canto, la escucha, la asociación, etc. y maya sigue proponiendo cosas estupidas para que no tengamos exito en nuestro objetivo.

Bueno, el otro dia vi una foto del Sat Sanga nuestro de hace mas de once años. Asi que ya llevamos doce años con el programa. Le informo de que nos hemos comprado una vivienda en Brihuega (pueblo). En coche, de madrugada, se tardan ocho minutos en llegar a la sala del templo. La verdad es que ya llevo cinco años jubilado y estoy proyectando la ultima etapa de la vida donde la vejez se manifiesta en toda su expresión, aumentando las enfermedades y minimizando la actividad de los sentidos. Esta vivienda nos permitirá visitar a las Deidades y devotos con mas frecuencia. A partir de este verano pasaré mas tiempo en Brihuega para acudir al programa de la mañana y tener mas asociación con devotos que se han tomado seriamente el proceso. En verano será mi residencia principal y en invierno también quiero, en la medida de lo posible, pasar mas tiempo cerca de las Deidades y devotos.

Quiero decirle que leo regularmente el blog y me siento feliz leyéndolo y meditando en las conversaciones que se publican. No siento mucha necesidad de participar hablando. Estoy tratando de mejorar la calidad de la "escucha". También, todos los domingos que puedo me uno a la clase de CC de Upendra y SB de usted. Es una forma de reunión internacional sistemática e interesante. Aprecio mucho los dos programas (blog y clase) y me siento agradecido por ello.

No me extenderé mas de lo necesario y espero, si Dios quiere, que nos volvamos a ver con estos cuerpos o con otros.

... Our spirit is moderately strong. 🙂

We are doing well, thank God.

The truth is, in general, there haven't been many changes.

We continue to strive to improve our chanting, listening, association, etc., and Maya keeps proposing stupid things to prevent us from achieving our goal.

Well, the other day I saw a photo of our Sat Sanga from over eleven years ago.

So we've been with the program for twelve years now.

I want to inform you that we have bought a house in Brihuega (a village).

By car, in the early morning, it takes eight minutes to get to the temple hall.

The truth is, I've been retired for five years now and I'm planning the final stage of life where old age manifests itself in all its expression, increasing illnesses and minimizing the activity of the senses.

This house will allow us to visit the Deities [Radha Govinda-candra!] and devotees more frequently.

Starting this summer, I will be spending more time in Brihuega to attend the morning program and associate more with devotees who have taken the process seriously.

In the summer, it will be my primary residence, and in the winter, I also want to spend more time with the Deities and devotees as much as possible.

I want to tell you that I read the blog regularly and feel happy reading it and meditating on the conversations posted. I don't feel much need to participate by speaking. I'm trying to improve the quality of my listening. Also, every Sunday I can, I join Upendra and SB's CC class. It is a systematic and interesting form of international gathering. I greatly appreciate both programs (blog and class) and am grateful for it.

I won't go on any longer than necessary, and I hope, God willing, that we will meet again with these bodies or with others.

very memorable to me was when you gave me my very first chanting bag and a tiny Japa mala with 27 beads when I was 5 years old.

Also when I came to the iskcon of Houston temple, you gave me a peanut butter cookie and it was very very delicious,

but the only reason it was very amazing was probably because you yourself gave it to me.

I had many other memories with your association,

like when you came to my house.

I also remember every time there is Mangal aarti,

I am always the closest person sitting near you while chanting.

Thank you so much for being so merciful and compassionate to me and thank u for everything else.

sorry it has taken so long to answer, but we are living in a suburb on the island of dvaraka in the forest and it takes a long time for the duck to deliver the mail here.

we get stuff and it is very nice.

any mail that arrives here is not ordinary.

dvaraka makes all the mail super real.
