HpS - TlgaSP!!! Pfanrh..... Muy bien oir de Vd. Tengo dolor del trasero, ojos, espalda, garganta, miedo de monstros.... y Vd??? Pero hay deleite (?) en la corazon! La unica felizidad en esta mundo es ser capaz hacer austeridades, morir, para KRSNA!!

Quiero empezar pidiéndole disculpas por haber demorado en contactarme, y tambien disculparme por mis fallas, que a veces son muchas.

Mi hija Govinda ya esta por cumplir 3 años,

ASA - De Prasadam y sonido tracendental!

. . . es una nena muy saludable y me hace feliz dedicarle mi tiempo. Lilananda, su papá vive a 400 km de nosotras, suele viajar cada dos o tres meses a verla. Prácticamente la crío yo sola, repartiendo mi tiempo con ella y el trabajo. Le gusta ver las ilustraciones de luz del bhāgavata y pide que se lo lea. También hablamos de pasatiempos de Krsna book.

Mi sadhana ha mejorado mucho. Me conecto por las mañanas a cantar mis rondas y luego me quedo a la clase de SB que Madhu Mangala das brinda por zoom (hay que aprovechar los tiempos de cuarentena y aislamiento).

HPS - ASA -- Super!

Últimamente me sentía mal con mi vida espiritual, no estaba encontrando entusiasmo ni alegría, y eso me apenaba mucho guru maharaja. Sentía que estaba fallando como devota, como discípula.

HPS - No hay opcion. Bien o mal, tenemos que continuar como podemos, y paso por paso va a ser un resultado.

Hace un tiempo vengo siguiendo la prédica de Krsna west en buenos aires. Y me sume a los encuentros y programas (siempre por zoom) y de repente me vi tomando un rol activo, siendo parte de la prédica. Estoy muy feliz con ese servicio, y quiero pedirle sus bendiciones para poder seguir haciéndolo. Tenemos un grupo de gente nueva, unas 20 personas que se acercaron a conciencia de krishna y están cantando sus rondas con nosotros y asistiendo a clase de SB y de BG.

HpS - Muy bien! SS Hrdayananda Gos participa personalment a veces?

Me siento útil, siento que estoy siendo un instrumento en este camino, que mi vida espiritual está encontrando sentido.

Junto con otros devotos vamos a cursar bhakti sastri con Parampadam das y también tomar cursos de liderazgo con él, para poder mejorar y profundizar la prédica.

Mi mayor deseo es poder servirlo gurudeva, y quiero poder llevar conciencia de krishna a cada rincón, incluso en época de covid y aislamiento.

Nada puedo lograr sin sus bendiciones ni instrucciones gurudeva.

Gracias por las clases de la gira argentina, realmente sentí que Usted estaba acá.

HpS - No esta mencionando nombre de su hija! Pero cuidado tambien, por que hay cuentas en las Veda describiendo como nuestras peores enimigos llegan como nuestras hijos para causar pena a nosotros.

HpS - ASA -- It is a great honor to hear from you. AGTSP!!! Our energy is good. Our disease/old age is progressing is balance. Allergy really dropped to 1% when we took more control of our diet and started more exercise. Still, yes, for one, few, days it was FUERTE!!

I'm writing just to let you know that I keep trying everyday with wikipedia. They are the most demanding people I have ever met in my whole life (even more than my ex wife!), so much so that it is easier for me to follow the 4 regulative principles than satisfice wikipedia requirements!

HpS - Very interesting. We have lost the handle on our notes of suggested changes by Dr. Samaresha. The birth date is wrong for one thing. When you finish it we will let him know who did it! You will be able to see Srila Prabhupada's Calcutta! He used to play football against Bhakti-svarupa Damodara Swami when they were both in University of Calcutta. They didn't know that for many years and one day they suddenly realized it: So you are the Manipuri Rocket!! Oh, and you are the Bengali Crocodile!!!

I had to ask for help to a closely friend, he is a hacker and works in a very important enterprise of data security, digital safing [security?], etc. I try to not spend the whole day in front of the screen, pc or mobile phone, just because I don't like it at all, but I have to do it anyway. So, this friend has helped me a lot, and he can do it because his work is precisely spend all day and all night in front of the screen handling the mouse and the keyboard. He has creating wiki accounts with different IP addresses, and wiki police discover us always, they are really the best. We were forced to do this because they never unblock my wiki account, and they blocked the first wiki account that my friend created to upload the biography. Later, we upload the new text that you revised, and they rejected again this time because we were using calificative adjectives, they only want neutral texts, so, I rewrited the text and eliminate every single calificative adjective, and they rejected it again wihout a precise reason, but saying that they not knowing us like wiki editors. So, my friend is editing another wiki texts and, besides, it seems like is because there are no references from the books and the information we say about Professor Samaresh. I have spend time searching on the web, and only found 2 Amazon links, but we cannot publish this links in wikipedia, they don't promote commercial stuffs. I found just one link I think will serve.

So, please, I need more time, and also more info and references, but they are not available in the web. I have realized that Professor Samaresh ir really a living legend, because he is very famous among the world of scholars of indology, but he is such a mystery into the internet world. This is personal to me now, wikipedia won't beat me, I just want to post the bio. For the meantime, we will do another new try uploading the spanish text and later an english new one that I wrote a few a hours ago.

Please accept my humble obeisance, all glories to Srila prabhupada! Gurumaharaja, I just got the Whatsapp texts from yesterday. I sincerely hope that reaching out this way is appropriate.

HpS - Most of the discussions should be carried on in the Blog, because 90% of the dialog is something that 20% of the readers also are asking. So, if we discuss it one time here then, 5-more people get their basic answer and don't have to ask the detailed questions.

Beyond that, please use a pseudonym and open an account where these questions can be answered without stupid public focus on any individual! O.K? We just can't answer 500-letters a month. Oooof.

I am not certain if I am acting in a way that is appropriate for second initiation. I am unsure of what Ashrama I should be in or how to behave in that Ashram to be acting on a Diksha platform.

Brahmacari seemed inappropriate as it required close association with men and I have this same gender attraction!

I tried to minimize it, but keeping distance from the men while also keeping appropriate Bramacari relationships with Matajis which left me with no association at all. 😀 😯

Grihasta is problematic because a.) my understanding is that marriage is not appropriate for same sex couples and b.) my understanding is that Grihasta ashram is for producing and raising Krishna Conscious children, which is not possible. There is not a clear, distinct Vanaprasta ashram that I have seen.

HpS - I would say that a) and b) are true. C) might be in the relation with Rama and Sugriva. They swore a vow of friendship, I think even with a fire-sacrifice, which is just as binding as marriage.

Vanaprastha has just become a formal Ashrama in ISKCON as far as I know.

When asked by a homosexually inclined disciple what to do, Srila Prabhupada recommended to get married immediately. The enquirer was confused, but Srila Prabhupada was fixed in his second letter. Maybe the idea is that wife knows husbands situation, and they adjust there internal and external disparities and have kids and love them and get them on a simpler path and feel satisfaction.

Ultimately, and we want ultimate satisfaction, not just playing solitaire to pass the time, we already have a gender in Goloka and we have to act in terms of our lover, Krsna, in terms of that. The rest is just some way to make the best use of a bad bargain and create a rather peaceful situation in this world.

I have several disciples who are more or less in this situation. Other Gurus do to.

Basic principle is chant 16-enthusiastic rounds/day, follow four reg strictly and then Krsna will give you intelligence from within and without and then you have to share that with others.

Are you doing that? Can you do that???

In short, I do not know if I am acting at a Diksha level and I do not know what stage of life I should be acting in.

HpS - Yes, first have to answer the above 16/4 question. As Sannyasis 90% of our solution will be on that level and.... tell you to look for other devotees who have come to that platform from your situation.

One devotee who is now ISKCON Guru, Sannyasis, GBC, asked Srila Prabhupada when we was a Brahmacari in New York, "Srila Prabhupada, I cannot stop thinking about illicit sex!".

Srila Prabhupada answered that, Yes, because of the birth you have taken, you will not be able to stop thinking about it, but if you chant Hare Krsna it will become a peripheral thing and even a motivation for purification.

Tom Brown and Buck White will now tell you a confidential secret: They think that H. P Swami is actually Chinese monk trapped in a white man's body.

We all have problems!!! We have to solve them individually and then KRSNA will tell Radha, "Hey, just see our s(he)it solved this new problem! No one has ever done that before!! What a cool Dude(tte)!"

Nosotros estamos, bien, aquí en la cueva en Chaclacayo, esperando que termine la cuarentena para ver si podemos viajar, como lo sugiere Usted en sus respuestas de nuestra última carta. No puedo imaginarme, dejar el trabajo formal y depender completamente de Krsna, pero tenemos fe y también un poco de miedo, para ser sincero.

Dear Gurudeva.. hoy (Ekadasi) mataji Guru Govinda dio una hermosa clase por GTM, sobre el canto cinco del SB, fue muy instructivo y un poco espeluznante. Pero surgieron unas preguntas, espero no incomodarlo:

-        Si las personas bajas (Sudras – Ignorancia) aprenden en base al temor. Y algunas escrituras como los tama puranas inducen conocimiento a través del miedo, algunas secciones de la Biblia también. Este capítulo 26 del quinto canto del Srimad Bhagavatam tiene el mismo objetivo?

-        Considerando lo anterior ¿Es el Bhagavatam en si suficientemente poderoso como para purificar a una persona pecaminosa? ¿Porque ellos no deberían pasar del segundo canto? 

-        El Srimad Bhagavatam está destinado para la generalidad de la gente? O solo para paramahansas, como muchos creen? O quizás solo para la clase de personas inteligentes?

Por otro lado hablamos con Abhiram p. y me dijo que la reunión de Héctor Bejar con Usted está casi confirmada para la siguiente semana. Yo he tomado en serio lo que Usted le pone en el reporte de Abhirama acerca de que yo podría hablarle un poco de Bhisma a Héctor Bejar. Entonces estoy elaborando un PPT sobre la vida Bhismadeva, dedicado a Héctor Bejar. Quizás podamos hacer eso muchas veces con una audiencia de devotos, pero hablarle a una persona como Héctor Bejar que es un intelectual y líder social aquí en Perú, resulta ser muy intimidante... Dear Gurudeva .. today (Ekadasi) mataji Guru Govinda gave a beautiful class by GTM, on SB chant five, it was very instructive and a little creepy. But a few questions came up, I hope I don't bother you:

- If low people (Sudras - Ignorance) surrender based on fear. And some scriptures like tama puranas induce knowledge through fear, some sections of the Bible as well. Does this chapter 26 of the fifth chant of Srimad Bhagavatam have the same goal?

HpS - Thank you for KDPC, Joining FMP etc!! Excellent quetions. I don't know many intimate aspects of the Bhagavatam. It is identical with Krsna, so we learn more as we become more purified, advance our eternal service more. It could be. Even Third Canto describes celestial and infernal pleasure and pain.

- Considering the above, is the Bhagavatam itself powerful enough to purify a sinful person? Why don't they regularly pass the second canto?

HpS - SB 2.2.12 says to not go beyond Canto Two if we are still entangled in Gross Illicit Sex, no? From my experience, the Third Canto starts to be toooo heavy. We can't understand strong situations like Kunti Devi faced as Krsna's mercy, so we ask for more primary lessons. Fifth canto would be intense songs for very advanced people, like melting the gold to drive out the impurities, not just washing it with soap.

Yes, even a very sinful person, butcher... alligator... if they just give the service of staying in the same room as the class become purified. If they help the Bhagavatas in their preaching, they become purified to the level where they can derive benefit just from hearing.

- Is Srimad Bhagavatam intended for the generality of people? Or just for paramahansas, as many believe? Or maybe just for the class of smart people?

HpS - As described above it is for everyone as Kirtan, for the smart people as intellectual, and for the Paramahamsas who are looking for progress on the platform above the senses, mind and intelligence.

On the other hand we speak with Abhiram p. and he told me that Héctor Béjar's meeting with you is almost confirmed for next week. I took seriously what you put in Abhirama's report about what Hector Bejar might say a little about Bhisma. So I am preparing a PPT about Bhismadeva life, dedicated to Héctor Bejar. Maybe I can do that many times with an audience of devotees, but talking to a person like Héctor Béjar who is an intellectual and social leader here in Peru, turns out to be very intimidating ... I promise to do my best, and send it to him on Friday or Saturday of this week.

HpS - One thing I realized is that Hector is a social leader because he has the sincere attitude of being a social servant. He will not bother you with his arrogance. He will bother you with his sincere desire to learn from you.
