Dear Gurudev hope you are in a safe place, when ambo told us thats the tickets are cancelled my mind get calm and my heart broke. But you’re so merciful and give us the chance to still engange in some service. Something I learn is invent service and i began a Kirtan from home, where the devotees can connect from their homes and do Kirtan, for Rama Navami we done 13 hours of transmition and many devotees participate. Many Challenges everyday, some problems, contacting devotees, explain, check connection, schedule, senior devotees are participating too. Make a few months I told you i beginning a SADHU SANGA program (wich not prospered) but when i told you about that you answer me, thats it should maintain me, and i feel this is happening with the Kirtan, it maintain me reading pending of devotees, thinking in propagate the holy names, and think about Srila Prabhupada. More than 2000 people are part of this group. I’m learning a lot of things. Some time trying to control my mind, my senses, devotees relationships, my goal, my sincerity, if I have a clear objetive my mind will be fixed.

You always ask me about my husband, N. Gaurananda Das, well he’s a really nice person always with many projects to mintain and take care of our family.

In this quarentine we are 24 hours together, and we really enjoy the time together. He´s doing Home Office. 

We hope can do our fire marriage any other moment.

In July will do 4 years from our marriage.

When we have meeting with my guru father-in-law Srila Virabahu Maharaja he told us 4 things because the persons get married.

1- needing

2 - yajña

3- responsability

4 - art of relationship 

We always have it present, and we really try to be good each other. And add up.

About his services, like he is disculpe of our GBC, and live 6 years in the temple, he’s part of Administrative comission of the temple, and national administration group. His services are Initiation departament in charge, part of communication dpt. and nexus to help in education dpt.

Already we're living with my father, like my mom left her body, and we're constructing our home next by his, we live here temporary, soon like 6 months or 1 year, we want to move, the home will not be finished but we need our place to not perturb my dad rithym, he is a great person, really help un in everything he can. 

Thank you so much Gurudev for take care of us, always asking about our life.

Today is Rama Navami and many thing happen, tomorrow my dad will have an urgent laser surgery, i'm worried but Krsna controls.

Sorry for my long letter, many time yous ask me questions and i never answer, sorry for that.

I wanted to tell you about what's going on in my life. I have been working for 4 months in a foundation as a psychologist with people that live in the streets. My life has changed a lot since I began this work, I have been adapting so I can still have my sadhana, but it hasn't been easy. I'm still trying to be a better person and disciple, I'm so sorry for my faults.

At this job, I'm developing unconditional love because I have to be constantly available and with a good attitude for people. Supporting, guiding, tolerating their faults, like intoxicating themselves, leading with mental diseases, and seeing the suffering that they have accumulated in their lives. I feel that this experience means a lot of learning for my Krishna Consciousness process.

On the other hand, I have been working as a vedic astrologer for about 7 months, which has helped me to bring people closer to Krishna because I ask people to chant mantras as remedies for their karmas, for example, om namo narayanaya, om namo bhagavate vasudevaya, om vishnave namaha. And the mantra that purifies our astral chart: hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare.

I'm reporting the situation from the holy dhama.

In the district of Mathura, which includes Mathura, vrndavan, govardhan, nanda gaon, varsana and radhakund there are reported 22 cases, 14 in Mathura, 2 in vrndavan, the rest in the other places, so since we are in red zone, we have another lockdown, now until middle may.

We are in the hands of Radha-Kunja Bihari and we know they have a plan for everyone of us, we only have to think how to serve them better each remaining day, that is our goal.

Giridhari got stuck in Navadvip, he went for preaching with gurubhais to Bengal and in Tripura people asked him to stay longer, which he did, he was in Assam with Krsna Svarup and family for some days and then he went to navadvip to visit some people there and then the lockdown came and he could not move from there, let's see when he's coming back and if he wants to come back since he's very happy there without attachments and familiar concerns.

In his absence we had to make some changes here at home, my daughter is in charge of Radharani's kitchen and gardening and I am in the temple serving Radha Kunja bihari as pujari.

I really did not know how many details this seva involves, I use to go to the temple for sringar arati and said "they look beauriful" but I did not imagine how much endeavour is it, to check dresses and jewelry to keep them clean and unbroken, to pick tulasi and flowers, garlands, paraphernalia, keep the temple clean, to be aware of the special festivals like jahnmastami, radhastami, Rama navomi, candan yatra, etc to make special dresses and decoration, wow. Now I u understand and recognize the pujaris all around the world "please pujarijis accept my humble obeisances"

I remember Aindra prabhu told me once "everything you give and serve Nitai Gour is ok because they are very merciful and they do not see our mistakes, but for Radha Krsna you should be perfect" and I know I'm very far from being perfect so please my dear Guru Maharaja bestow your causeless mercy upon me to serve them better every day.

%%%^In relation with Haridev's school we had to enhance his home schooling. His mother is teaching him Hindi, Bengali and English and I'm trying to teach him the "boring subjects" as some people say like geography, biology and maths, but he's very inquisitive and when we change the theme he asks "first tell me what the Vedas say to this respect".

Sometimes I know and other times I run to the Srimad Bhagavatam to learn myself to teach him properly.

Here I have a doubt, I have heard that Vedas have the idea that the earth is not round or oval as we have learned from time immemorial, but flat or something like that and if so, then I don't understand things like transition from day to night, phases of the moon, or seasons of the year for example pls enlight me to this respect and if you know someone who can help me to have a curriculum for these subjects based on the Vedas it would help me very much.

HpS - I think the cosmology video we did for Aravinda Das for Mexico is in the ASA Audiovisual channel in youtube. There are just different maps. One is the globe, round model. That is fine.

Akincana das from Mexico and Gour Gadadhar from Peru are lockdowned in Mayapur. Akincana is very sad because he has not been able to come to vrndavan, please pray for him so he can get it.

I pray everyday to Radharani to take care of you so you can guide us all to her side.

Maharaja, a desire in my heart is getting bigger: I would like to create (i.e cast or carve wooden) deities and then ask Krishna for reside in my home in arca form, but I don´t really know if this is appropiate. I chant 16 rounds since December 2018. I live with my wife and son (one year old) and We are trying to practice Krishna consciousness at home (Santiago de Chile). These are the questions:

1.- Is appropiate for me to create deities? Why?

2.- If the previous question has affirmative answer, then I would like to know if sastra says something about proportions, forms, materials, etc. Data for the ways of fabrication (if it can be called like that).

3.- Why is it said that different deities have different percentages of mercy, for instance, Goura-Nitay 100% but other lower levels, at the end is the same Krishna with different companion and forms, isn't he?

4.- Home deities should be installed in some way as temple deities?

5.- What's the difference with temple and home deities?
