I have read the letter that Lad sent, we were discussing the topic of your visit to Peru before he send it.

We thought it is a risk that you came, but if it is your desire and you are going to be apart from the civilization I think this will be ok. Nevertheless, you need a servant, etc. I talked with ARTD yesterday so we are going to have a meeting with Palika, AMD, and so forth to see some details.

HpS - A lot of work to do. New Ashokavan. So nice prospectus that many people want to join. Government gives support.

It is a pity but we can not gather as we did in the past. I have a special concern about the devotees who want to come. The temples are closed, and if in a place too much people gathered the police may come and we can go to jail and pay a hefty fine. Devotees can not pernoct in Abhiram's place anymore. It is too risky for the safety of you and all the devotees.

HpS - Yes, we know that, although we may be immune now with the vaccine, but not others. Idea is to live in Krsna village and if anyone wants to visit they must stay in the Garden House outside the village gate in quarantine. Then they can enter, but not go out where they can get infected. Plan on staying for one month at least.

I think they have the impression that the situation in Peru is similar to their countries. In Chile for instance. The temple is open, they have yoga classes, etc. Here all these activities are forbidden. Parasurama told me that the contagions are increasing due to the liberty that they have.

Whether we like it or not we are living in the middle of a Pandemic. On the other hand, I guess Krsna never leave us alone, and everything is working based on His divine plan. We need to be responsible for our own health and others. You have your vaccination but if you are in a place in which the contagions are high there is a probability that your vaccine did not work.

HpS - Oh! Why is that?? 😎

I have some suggestions: We need to establish some protocols in order to have the fortune to get some darshan from You, not too much people around, the place in which you are going to stay needs to be fumigated, we may take a test in order to see if we have the virus, specially your personal servant.

I hope to be useful in some way and see You at least from afar.

HpS - We have different idea. Village outside of the civic area. Not "civilized". This is Krsna's design for the material world. Every village 90% basically self sufficient. Every county 100%. The Karuna virus is His push and nice people will take it.

You and your sister and others can grow carrots and Ulysesses can chase away the rabbits.

Respecto al tema de su viaje a Perú ha surgido inquietudes entre los discípulos desde hace algunas semanas así como también lo ha manifestado prabhu Laksman agraha recientemente y le agradecemos a Usted por su gentil atención de compartir con nosotros el objetivo de este sankirtana, Usted es un ejemplo de sannyasi al mostrarnos siempre su vida de forma muy transparente al servicio de Srila Prabhupada, nosotros somos muy afortunados. 

Si existe la posibilidad nos gustaría que espere un poco más por favor, Perú siempre se ha recuperado de las pruebas y seguramente por su sankirtana muy pronto estará más fuerte y más confiable para los predicadores, la pandemia está siendo un seminario intenso de la temporalidad del cuerpo, de las 3 miserias que caracterizan al mundo material, de buscar una relación con Dios y de buscar un mejor modo de vida con metas elevadas como es el objetivo del viaje, en ese sentido entendemos su determinación.

Un punto importante que he estado conversando con algunos hermanos espirituales desde hace varios días atrás es el pedido de la CUARENTENA a los VISITANTES y le agradezco mucho lo haya mencionado. 

Es una gran responsabilidad de amor para mis hermanos espirituales de Perú organizar una visita en pandemia por la lista de protocolos que se deben observar y por la gran espectativa de los demás, no es fácil! Lo entiendo perfectamente, pero un gran esfuerzo con comunicación puede hacerlo posible.

Recordamos como SS. Jayapataka Swami fue contagiado este año por miembros de su equipo de servicio por algunos descuidos de extremo cuidado, por esta razón y nuestra naturaleza de organización como discipula es inevitable que tantos detalles pasen de forma desapercibida, dísculpen por favor.

Hasta el momento las vacunas han demostrado que no inmunizan al 100% pero podrían aligerar el cuadro clínico reduciendo la tasa de mortalidad, sin embargo cada organismo reaccionará de forma distinta al contagio de acuerdo a su historial clínico de vida y porsupuesto de acuerdo a los planes de Krsna.

Deseamos que la segunda dosis sea más suave con sus efectos secundarios pero más fuerte en inmunidad. 

Gurumaharaja cuánto tiempo sería su estancia en Perú ?

HpS - Jaya! Puede ver en los otras cartas, como la anterior al la Yugala K D, nuestra perspectivo. Esta semana, no se la proxima, la ideas es ir a un sitio, para funar un Nuevo Asokavan. No viajando, personas visitando pasand por cuarantina como necessary. Possible un anyo en un sitio. Depues regresa a EEUU por ultima vez, despues Espanya, despues Radha-kunda (total tres anyos) y entonces.

Claro eso puede ser ultima carta o podemos tener esta cuerpo para 20 anyos mas, pero ese un plan practico para Sankirtan.

En algunas clases Usted mencionó que podemos unirnos en este viaje , al respecto surgió la pregunta si la invitación significa literalmente hacerlo de forma física ? 

Los discípulos tendrían que evaluar en mudarse lo más pronto con Usted?

Leí que SS Jayapataka Swami dijo que los brahmanas nunca deben hablar negativamente, siempre debe ser de forma positiva. A pesar de ello por favor permítanos expresar nuestra preocupación porque somos sus hijos espirituales, al mismo tiempo nos motiva a ser más serios en nuestra vida espiritual e intentar hacer más por ISKCON y aligerar de ser posible sus responsabilidades.

Querido Gurudeva, me ilusiona mucho que venga y también me entristece que no sea como antes. Ese proyecto es lo que hace falta en Perú, nunca se llevó a concretar.

Es verdad que muchas personas están encerradas en sus casas, también es verdad que muchas personas continúan su vida desplazándose de su casa a su trabajo y visitando a sus familiares y amigos, no seguido, y andan siempre cuidándose.

Hace poco fallecieron amigos cercanos a quienes yo de vez en cuando visitaba, es como si la muerte estuviera cerca, pero aún no es el momento. Hay quienes pasaran por eso, seguro ya hay una lista.

Mis amigos de Mayapur y Vrndavan me cuentan que allá les llegó el corona dejaron de estar encerrados se volvieron a reunir (se cansaron de la situación) y ahora hay más visitantes, en vrndavan bajo mucho el contagio, igual creo que si alguien muere en el dham es auspicioso. ¿Por qué tanto pánico?, igual si uno muere será rápido, a veces uno sufre por mucho tiempo, los pecaminosos deberían estar muertos de miedo, ¿Por qué los devotos?, si ellos siguen las prácticas espirituales les espera algo mejor. Es una locura vivir con miedo.

Posiblemente los lugares que visitará en Perú serán favorables, con poca gente y hermoso clima. Si viene a Perú muchos de nosotros desearemos verlo. Hace poco en un sraddha nos reunimos con mascarilla, no cerca el uno del otro. Si llegado el momento deseamos tomar un dharsam presencial, podría ser en un parque y traer un buen parlante. Aquí en Chosica se reunieron evangelistas por la recta del asram sacaron sus sillas, la pasaron super. Así lo veo posible.

Ya sea en Chosica, Lima, Callao, me visto de astronauta, o como todos los que verá en la calle, cubreboca y protector, igual que yo muchos, que hacemos nuestra vida normal, a pasar de las circunstancias lo seguiremos. Esa es nuestra elección de tomar su asociación directa cuantas veces se pueda, mientras hay vida hay esperanza.

Dear Gurudeva, I am very excited that you are coming and I am also saddened that you are not as before. That project is what is needed in Peru, it was never carried out.

It is true that many people are locked up in their homes. It is also true that many people continue their lives moving from home to work and visiting their family and friends, not often, and they are always taking care of themselves.

Not long ago close friends who I visited from time to time passed away, it is as if death were near, but it is not yet the time. There are those who will go through that, surely there is already a list.

My friends from Mayapur and Vrndavan tell me that the Virus came to them, they stopped being locked up, they got together again (they got tired of the situation) and now there are more visitors, in Vrndavan I suffer a lot of contagion, I think that if someone dies in Dham is auspicious. Why so much panic? Even if one dies it will be quick, sometimes one suffers for a long time, the sinful people should be scared to death, why the devotees? If they follow spiritual practices, something better awaits them. It's crazy to live in fear.

HpS - Yes, it is certain. Yet, quick or slow, death is the sum total of all bad experiences, so we have to be ready for that while we are still breathing or after our external symptoms finish.

Possibly the places you will visit in Peru will be favorable, with few people and beautiful weather. If you come to Peru, many of us will want to see you. Recently in a Sraddha we met with mask, not close to each other. If the time comes we want to take a face-to-face Dharsam, it could be in a park and bring a good speaker. Here in Chosica Evangelists met on the Asram line, they took out their chairs, they had a great time. So I see it possible.

HpS - We are listening to advice from many people. We had our second vaccination today. Maybe it will give our body some protection. Our idea is to go just one place and work to establish an ISKCON, New Asokavan. Anybody wants to visit our village may have to stay outside the village gate in a nice garden house for sometime, quarantine. We want to finish 95% of the Industrial Revolution. Maybe many people will get good idea from anything we can do. This is a prision, hospital, but 15% of the invalids will seek to change at least!

Either in Chosica, Lima, Callao, I dress as an astronaut, or like everyone else you will see on the street, face mask and protector, like many of me, who do our normal life, regardless of the circumstances we will follow him. That is our choice to take your direct association as many times as possible, while there is life there is hope.

Estaba preocupada por el ekadasi de ayer lunes 8 marzo. En el calendario vaisnava que siguen casi todos los devotos, está por zonas y para cordoba argentina, el ekadasi , que en realidad dice maha dvadasi, sería hoy martes 9.

Ya que en El querido kapi Dvaja está el calendario vaisnava, es el que estoy siguiendo con todo mi corazón.

Tal vez mi preocupación es tonta porque si Usted lo pone ahí, supongo que es para todos los países en que estamos sus discípulos,

Sólo pensé en los devotos que están haciendolo hoy .

me acordé cuando.. hace un tiempo atrás, cuando le pregunté sobre esos días del año que son :

ekadasi, maha dvadasi y al día siguiente recien romper ayuno. Usted me dijo como hacerlo. Me preguntaba si está vez era uno de esas veces... Y quería pedirle que cuando así sea, pueda ponerlo en Su inspirante Boletín.

Please accept my respectful obeisances at His lotus feet.

I was worried about the ekadasi yesterday, Monday March 8th. In the Vaisnava calendar that almost all devotees follow, it is by zones and for Argentine Cordoba, the ekadasi, which actually says maha dvadasi, would be today Tuesday the 9th.

Since in dear Kapi Dvaja there is the Vaisnava calendar, it is the one that I am following with all my heart.

HpS - Jaya! It is calculated for Nashville, Tennesee. When I calculated for Lima the Ekadasi was a Dvadasi fast, the next day, so you may have to adjust for local differences.

Perhaps my concern is silly because if you put it there, I suppose it is for all the countries where your disciples are, I only thought of the devotees who are doing it today.

HpS - Yes, it is for where we are camping, so you have to adjust for local times

And also I remembered when .. a while ago, when I asked him about those days of the year that are: ekadasi, maha dvadasi and the next day they just break a fast. You told me how to do it. We never harvest in the same season we plant.

Seems like we can only become pure devotees after we are dead. This world is so dull. Maybe we get association that will kill us. The Braja vasis got that. Krsna "left them" and they were all dead living people.

Hope Abhirama, Nanda-raja and everyone are getting GREAT results from their special mercy. Becoming devotees on the same level as Narada Muni.

Gurudev, sé que Su salud ha estado un poco inestable, y entiendo que entiendes que esto va ocurriendo cuando el cuerpo ha envejecido. Mi cuerpo de casi 41 años, está perdiendo también la capacidad visual, las articulaciones duelen, y la energía es menor. Como soy una madre de 2 hijos, pienso en cómo organizar la vida para cumplir con mi deber, material, emocional y espiritual con ellos, pensando que en 20 o 25 años más tendré que comenzar a prepararme para dejar éste cuerpo, y que ellos puedan continuar sus vidas de adultos.

Actualmente estoy cantando mis rondas temprano, luego empiezo a trabajar (desde la casa). Jagannatha se ocupa las tareas de los niños, desayuno y almuerzo para todos. Luego me ocupo de mis hijos y de descansar o avanzar en los cursos que estoy tomando. Por la tarde salimos al parque con los niños y después nos vamos a dormir.

Sigo con el curso de Bhakti vaibhava (1er canto capítulo 16). Comencé otro curso que se llama "Gestión de conflictos en Organizaciones" (muy útil).

Y comencé con un curso de inglés para ver si algún día puedo aprender tu idioma😃

Con el equipo de Vaishnava CARE Chile, estamos haciendo y transmitiendo clases diarias de Srimad Bhagavatam (canto 1).

También quiero comentarle que algunos días vamos a cocinar y atender a las deidades del templo, y quisimos ir un día la familia completa. Fue muy lindo compartir el servicio con ellos. Le comparto unas fotografías.

Sé que está recibiendo muchas cartas y no ha podido responder otras cartas que he enviado. Pero espero que pueda leer ésta, para que sepa que sigo viva material y espiritualmente, unto a mi familia.

Gurudev, I know that Your health has been a bit unstable, and I understand that you understand that this happens as the body has aged. My body, which is almost 41 years old, is also losing its visual capacity, the joints hurt, and the energy is lower. As I am a mother of 2 children, I think about how to organize life to fulfill my duty, material, emotional and spiritual with them, thinking that in 20 or 25 more years I will have to start preparing to leave this body, and that they can continue their adult lives.

HpS - ASA - Maha dhi. Very intelligent.

I am currently singing my rounds early, then I start working (from home). Jagannatha takes care of the children's chores, breakfast and lunch for everyone. Then I take care of my children and rest or advance in the courses that I am taking. In the afternoon we go out to the park with the children and then we go to sleep.

ASA - 😴 and dream of Krsna?

I continue with the course of Bhakti vaibhava (1st canto chapter 16). I started another course called "Conflict Management in Organizations" (very useful).

And I started with an English course to see if one day I can learn your language😃

HpS - I think it will be our language for only three more years. Then we may be speaking Vrajavasi Pig language, if we are fortunate.

.With the Vaishnava CARE Chile team, we are doing and broadcasting daily Srimad Bhagavatam classes (song 1).

I also want to tell you that some days we are going to cook and serve the deities of the temple, and we wanted to go one day as a whole family. It was very nice to share the service with them. I share some photographs with you.

ASA - Super. A different family, cooks, cleans, sings, worships, each day!

I know that he is receiving many letters and has not been able to answer other letters that I have sent. But I hope he can read this one, so that he knows that I am still alive materially and spiritually, together with my family.
