Photos on the Blog

1 week, 4 days ago by hps in Special Category A

Mbdp, agtSP, asked how to include photos from the phone in this Blog.

We took a picture of our non-lotus feet, tri-danda, and Krsna harassing the Gopis.

Then tapped the add photo button in this Blog Save sequence. Then we looked in DCMI or Pictures and posted it.

With some effort and maybe help from the 'young folks it should work.

Then we can go to Mayapura with Mister Bhagavan!

Please accept my obeisances to your beautiful and remembered lotus feet😃🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🌷🌺🌷🌺

All Glories To Srila Prabhupada!!!

All Glories to You, my adorable Guru Maharaja🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

💐🌹🌷🌻🏵️🪻🌼💐🌹🌺🌷💐🌹🌹🌷🌻💐🏵️🌷🌸🎶💃

The only way I can accept Your obeisances, adored Gurumaharaja, is by understanding that you are accepting my maternal feelings, and just as a son pays respect to his mother, you, being perfect, do so. In reality, I am just a soul searching for the truth, and you and Srila Prabhupada gave it to me, therefore, you are offering your respects to your own work as a guru and to our beloved acarya, founder of the soul-saving movement, Srila Prabhupada. I am nothing without you, therefore, I am only now a reflection of your instructions and beloved association. You gave me the nectar of life, which I longed to know. I have nothing more to search for. My happiness is because of you. So, your respects are to Srila Prabhupada’s books, which saved my life. Your respects are to you, who, with your great love, great compassion, and causeless mercy, made me an aspiring devotee every day. And that's what I want to do for the rest of my life, 🙏🏻❤️

Because Srila Prabhupada's books are in my heart, and because respect is truly given to the heart, you are revering our beloved books of Srila Prabhupada, because They are always in my heart because they saved my life.

My eternal obeisances to the dust of Their lotus feet, to Srila Prabhupada's feet, and to those little blue anklets of our Krsna🥰🌷🙏🏻

please: what does sidha deha mean? Thank you for blessing me in such a magnificent way🙏💙. I truly wish to achieve this!

ASA = siddha means perfect. deha means body. siddhs deha is our eternal body. we feel uncomfortable unless people give any respect for any qualities they see in us 99.999% to srila prabhupada.

his eternal aspirant to always worship his lotus heart by worshiping the dust of his feet:

All Glories To Srila Prabhupada!!

Al Glories to You , my espiritual master eternal🙏🙏🙏🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🎶🌹🌻🌷💐

I was traveling back home and someone threw a rock at the window near where I was standing. A shard of glass fell on me, but it didn't hurt me. A man who was standing near that window hurt his head; fortunately, the others weren't hurt, although all the windows on that side shattered.

This made me think about everything I still want to do. One of the things is that I'd like you to hear all my songs to Krishna before you leave. The truth is, I'm really embarrassed to post them.

When Franco created this YouTube channel for me, I felt uncomfortable posting my dances. And now my songs... I need to learn to dance well. In fact, I almost always make up steps, etc., which is why it takes me so long to post.

I always trembled before dancing, but when I enter the world of the pastime, it makes me forget that I'm recording or that I'm on stage. Only when I remember Your words, Gurudev, and think that I'm contributing to Srila Prabhupada's sankirtan movement and think that our Krishna is pleased, does it make sense, and I want to do all the things I still need to do.

I remember your words, Gurudev: You used to tell me, "Later... later..." to some questions I once asked in public. And I thought... yes! I'm leaving a lot of things for "later." And I don't deserve your answer.

Here, with all the shame I feel for posting this... ☺, are some of my feelings toward our Govinda. I hope you like my Gurudeva and help my son Gopal remain a devotee forever. Eternal thanks for blessing my son.

I translated it especially for you, beloved Gurumaharaja🙏🙏🙏🎶🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

Trying to please His adored Lotus Heart, taking refuge eternally in the sweet dust of His immaculate lotus feet:

Radha Japa Prati Jalpa Devi Dasi

HpS/ASA - We, agtSP, will look at them.

Why did you break the window?

It sounds like a crime against humanity, and ultimately Krsna, everything belongs to Him, no?

Even if we neglect to offer proper respects to a richman, or big scholar, even if he is atheist, Krsna will not be happy with us because He has awarded these things.

Thank you.

Current situation and reflections - 17.06.2025.

Dear Guru Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Thank you so much for your kind letter(s). It helped me reflect more on my situation.

Here in ISKCON Pula, I try to serve in simple ways — by cleaning the temple, participating in kirtan and bhajan, reading and discussing together with devotees, and trying to be present in conversations, both to speak and to listen sincerely.

I also try to stay steady and cooperative amid occasional political tensions — trying not to get caught up, but to keep the spiritual focus and maintain good relationships.

HpS - GOOD MAN!

Lately, I’ve been seriously considering retiring from the local political dynamics, even though that might create some distance between me and certain devotees. I find myself desiring a quieter (non “political), more focused atmosphere — to chant japa with more quantity, more depth, and more sensitivity.

Here, we often have a lot of political — and “political” — discussions: who can or cannot do something, how, when, and under what authority. As a small group with diverse ideas and personalities, this tends to fragment the community and drain the energy that could otherwise nourish Kṛṣṇa-kathā and cooperative devotional service.

In this context, I’ve been reflecting on the example of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, who, before organizing the Gaudiya Math, spent years performing solitary bhajan. I find that inspiring — that even such a powerful preacher gave priority to personal purification and inner connection with the Holy Name before taking on larger preaching responsibilities. I’m wondering if a similar approach — on my small scale — might be now spiritually healthier for me and perhaps even more beneficial to others in the long run.

Would you kindly share your thoughts on this idea?

HpS - I think we are all individuals both in our Bhauma lila, earthly pastimes, and eternal pastimes.

This text: https://vedabase.io/en/library/cc/antya/13/132/

and especially the following one have touched us strongly. Others of the six Goswami's may be running around knocking peoples heads to act more strictly etc. In Iskcon we feel that we get criticized for not being more aggressive, but then we see different people have different political natures.

Personally, I find that the regular daily Sadhana time is really 90% of what I need to introspection and purification to deal with the day's politics as long as I am careful not to get too much involved in politics.

As we get older, I think it is more natural to become a resource that is available on demand rather than an active promoter and supporter.

I also feel that a well-organized non-hierarchical style community might be more practical for us here.

HpS - That is natural style for Brahmanas, no?

There are only a few of us, and we get caught in hierarchical structures that don't always reflect the natural devotional flow of a (small) sangha. A more flexible and, hopefully, spiritually grounded approach could help us focus more on hearing and chanting together.

At the same time, I continue to assist my parents, who are going through very difficult health situations. That service is humbling and grounding, and it shapes my time and priorities.

As you said, even service in a small place — done sincerely — has value. I try to remember that every sincere effort contributes to Srila Prabhupada’s movement in some way.

Nirgata is doing well — steadily teaching and developing in her work of Iyengar Yoga teacher. She also helps my parents a lot, which is a big support. Between the two of us, we’re carrying nearly 108 years of combined wisdom, mistakes, and backaches!

In ‘our’ Krishna’s garden we have lemons, tangerines, a lot of pumpkins, sage, rosemary, lavander, basilico, roses and other kinds of different flowers, few tortoises, two cats, spiders (which sometimes come on the altar with the flowers offerings), mosquitoes, etc.

Thank you again for your encouraging words and your example. They help me stay steady and hopeful.

🙏 Your servant,

Namacarya Das

HpS - Do you remember our quote from Stanslavskii about people who have "small parts in a drama"?

So, many times in history we see that one person in the end, by the arrangement of "destiny" decided the course of the world.

Smaranam is undeniable

Hare Krsna, Beloved Gurudeva:

AGTSP, PAMHO

I hope this meets you in good health and happy

HpS - That, agtSP, would mean dead, no! 😆

Srila Prabhupada was always emphasizing that anyone in this material world is in bad health and distress.

In the prison, the various locked doors open for the guards, but still they have to wait!

On June 2nd 2019 my mother left to the spiritual world. It has been 6 years and I do not recall if I told you this story.

My mother was always very religious; she used to pray the rosary every day. Besides that she used to talk with one picture of Krsna that she has. She respected the movement and You. On the other hand, she always mentions the angels. Whatever happens she always invokes the angels. She had many pictures and statues about angels

When she was about to leave her body. I was searching on her tablet for the rosary but then appeared a song called: Angels flying in this place

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ibFziq4sAg

HpS - I watched part of the video. It was in Spanish. It is very nice. Maybe better if more gravity in the music?

It reminded me of village life in Peru.

In the USA etc. it seems that they have more material benedictions than they can peacefully enjoy.

I guess for girls that means too much make-up, too many dresses and jewelry, too many pretty, pretty boyfriends, too much electronics and social media. Cannot connect with your neighbors.

I had the honor to be with her and I can tell that the whole room was filled with a very peaceful aura. My Lord Nrismhadeva´s murti was there. I can say that the angels personally came and took her soul.

HpS - Jaya! 💪

👼

Maybe you will meet her in Nabadvip in a few moments with Nimai and recognize here!

The reason I am writing this is because at that moment I realized that the smaranam that we have during our whole life, is very really real, palpable. The Consciousness that we built. How we have lived determines our destination for sure. I have witnessed that. Some of us waste our time thinking nonsense. Our are not really aware about this fact.

I hope to be able to recall Krsna at the time of death and to be with someone who helps me remember Him

Thank you very much Gurudeva this is something I really want to share

I miss her every day of my life, she was a really good mom. And as you said good mothers go to heaven

Trying to be your disciple

CMDD

HpS - Thank you!!

I guess we will both need mothers in our next life.

Hope we have a womb with WiFi. 😃

Also, a mother who has a diet of Nadia prasadam, no?

HpS - Send some photos past and present of your family, church, work.

A question and a suggestion

2 weeks ago by abhiramdas in Special Category A

Hare Krishna, Respected Gurudeva. Please accept my humble obeisances.

All Glories to Srila Prabhupada and to You!!

Let me ask you a question regarding the recent message that appeared on the "AnveSaka" WhatsApp community.

Today, some devotees from Latin America—especially from Peru—have asked me to confirm this request. As I understand it, the person who wrote the message was not HpS, but Buck White, an alter ego, who serves as treasurer at ASA.

HpSwami - We could certainly say that Buck White is an Alter-ego for Hanumaptresaka Swami.

At least in these financial dealings he is certainly under the Super Vision of HpS.

For our part, we are all very happy to be able to reciprocate, to the best of our ability, by purchasing the hearing aids. We think it's an excellent initiative, knowing that this will help you continue developing your sankīrtana for the pleasure of Srila Prabhupada and Krishna Himself.

An important point: I just confirmed with my bank that Zelle doesn't allow international transfers; it's a service exclusive to the United States, as it only works with American bank accounts and phone numbers. So, to make these transfers more feasible, I've spoken with some devotees who have previously served well as treasurers, and they've agreed to collaborate. The proposal is to make a single transfer per country before July 3rd (the deadline for transfers). This would reduce the costs of individual transfers and ensure that more Lakshmi arrive in the United States. The coordinators will then send you a brief report on the blog about who donated and how much so that everything is organized and transparent. The suggestion is as follows:

• For Argentina: Nikunja Bihari Dasa

• For Chile: Havihsara Devi Dasi

• For España: Jayanta Dasa

• For Peru: Palika Devi Dasi

Perhaps the same can be done in Mexico, India...

Please, we apologize for any clumsiness or limited ability to correctly interpret the messages in AnveSaka. Any matter related to you is of utmost importance to us, so we always want to act with clarity and sincerity.

One more point: Manuel is finishing his report and will send it to the blog this week.

Hare Krishna, Gurudeva. Your insignificant servant, Abhiram Thakur dasa

HpS - The above $$$ suggestion sounds fine. We can just have Devendra-krsna Das, organize the money whether it is coming to his Zelle account or otherwise.

We wonder if it is worth it, if we, HpS et al, are contributing enough.

It is about $100/month amortized over six years.

😈

We look forward to hearing from Miguel soon. He has a much better perspective than others on some of the Sankirtan on ISKCON Avenida Pogo!!!

 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hare Krishna, Respetado Gurudeva.

Hare Krishna, Gurudeva. Su insignificante sirviente, Abhiram Thakur dasa
