Vyasa Puja offering from Kirtida Devi Dasi

All glories to Sri Sri Radha Krsna

All glories to Sri Sri Gaura Nitai

All glories to Srila Prabhupada

All glories to you

Please accept my obeisances

On this very significant day I want to dedicate some words to you so that you know how important you are in my life and the meaning that your presence in this world has for me.

Since I've known you, you have taught me a lot, thanks to that I grew as a person and as a devotee, now my heart is not as hard as it was before and I can better appreciate the service of others.

Just by listening to you my mind is being purified, I know it because my thoughts have changed and every day when I wake up I think of you, "Gurudev, Gurudev, Gurudev",

"I'm going to get up to chant my rounds early for my guru."

Every time your Vyasa Puja arrives and I am going to write my offering, I feel a very strong emotion that leads me to tears, it is not sadness, of course not, but remembering everything you give me and knowing how lucky I am to have you makes me this day be unique. I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am.

I can say that your presence illuminates the spiritual life of the people who are in contact with you because when I listen to classes from my spiritual brothers and sisters I can perceive all the realizations they have and how dedicated they are to the mission of Srila Prabhupada.

The way you connect us with him and the Parampara is amazing, how you make us aware of all the effort that Prabhupada made to give us this treasure and aware of the path that this knowledge took from Krsna to us, how you make us appreciate the service of the previous acaryas, to see their arduous desire to glorify Krsna and to want to be in His presence.

I wish you a beautiful Vyasa puja and that you continue to enlighten more and more souls as you serve our beloved Radha and Krsna.

Please accept my prostrated obeisances in the dust of your lotus feet. All Glories to Your Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedantha Swami Srila Prabhupada, all Glories to his representative, His Holiness Hannumat Presaka Swami.

Lovely Gurudeva:

All glories to you on this most auspicious day of your appearance in this world. I can never be thankful enough for you, just I met you through Krishna’s mercy because you are a shelter among the kali age. I try my best to follow your instructions while doing anything in my day to day life. I try to take better care of anybody to I met and I pray: May perform any service I'll have to the best of my abilities remembering that you always teach us that a devotee is never negligent towards his duties and responsibilities. So that these are baby steps but I hope to live my life in way that ensures that I never forget or disregard any of your instructions. I try to read more and decode every line and every verse I read remembering you always emphasized on detailed study of Srila Prabhupada’s books. I am not reading as much as I want to, but hopefully with your mercy I’ll become better at reading someday. even though until today I'm just a fool, so

I will always be eternally indebted to you because without your blessings and guidance nothing would have been possible. Thanking you from the core of my heart, humbly seek your continued guidance and forgiveness. I know that I was never a good disciple and probably I failed you on your several expectations of me. Guru Maharaj you always showed us by example not to be lazy and be active, ¡how determined you are to show us by example, not to pamper the body!

Dear Gurudeva, you will always sit among us.

And all glories to to you on this most auspicious day of your appearance in this world.

"The lotus feet of our spiritual master are the only way by which we can attain pure devotional service. I bow to his lotus feet with great awe and reverence. By his grace one can cross the ocean of material suffering and obtain the mercy of Krishna."

I wish you a very happy vyasa-puja and pray to Srimati Radharani for many happy returns of this auspicious day. I pray for keeping you at the centre of my life, each day I can feel how your causeless mercy flows unconditionally in the upkeep of my devotional service. And Just Ican say thanks, thanks a lot.

Due to bad association, the living entity desires material happiness, liberation or merging into the impersonal aspect of the Lord, or he engages in mystic yoga for material power. If such a person actually becomes intelligent, he takes to Kṛṣṇa consciousness by engaging himself in intense devotional service to Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa.(CC Madhya 22.35)

Dear Guru Maharaja,

please accept my humble obeisances on your lotus feet.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to write to you on the auspicious day of your appearance.

In your enlightening association is hope for everyone and with all your travelling you bestow the ultimate benefit upon people in general.

Thank you for your austere and sacrificial life,

In Srimad Bhagavatam (8.7.44)

it is said that great personalities almost always accept voluntary suffering because of the suffering of people in general.

This is considered the highest method of worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is present in every one's heart.

Purport:

Here is an explanation of how those engaged in activities for the welfare of others are very quickly recognized by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Lord says in Bhagavad-gita ( 18.68-69 ) ya idam paramam guhyam mad-bhaktesv abhidhasyati, na ca tasman manusyesu kascin me priya-krttamah, "One who preaches the message of Bhagavad-gita to My devotees is most dear to Me..."

There are different kinds of welfare activities in this material world, but the supreme welfare activity is the spreading of Krishna consciousness.

...if one tries to spread Krishna consciousness all over the world,

he should be understood to be performing the best welfare activity.

The Lord is automatically very pleased with him.

If the Lord is pleased with him, what is left for him to achieve?

  GURUDEV!

kṛpā-bindu diyā, koro' ei dāse,

tṛṇāpekhā ati hīna

sakala sahane, bala diyā koro',

nija-māne spṛhā-hīna

 Gurudeva, O spiritual master!

Give to this servant just one drop of mercy.

I am lower than a blade of grass. Give me all help.

Give me strength.

Let me be as you are, without desires or aspirations.

jogyatā-vicāre, kichu nāhi pāi,

tomāra karuṇā-sāra

karuṇā nā hoile, kāndiyā kāndiyā,

Personal Sadhana and Mandir Report

3 years, 3 months ago by Yamuneswar Das in Personal Sadhana Reports

Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna!!

Gouranga Mahaprabhu ki Jai, Radha-Krsna ki Jai, Goura Bhakta Vrinda ki Jai

All glories to Srila A.C. Prabhupada, Bhakti Svarupa Sripad Maharaja and

HpS Guru Maharaja!

Dandavat Pranam, Guruji Maharaja!

Please accept my humble obeisances unto the Padmacharan of Sri Guruji Maharja that I am so pleased to hear Guruji Maharaja’s reply to my previous letter. Nowadays we are joining morning regular Bhagavatam Class under Bhakti Ananda Haridasa Goswami Maharaja through Zoom from 5.15 to 6.15 generally 6.30. It is very interesting and developed bhakti knowledge to hear Bhagavatam in our mother tong. Today we discuss the 2.9.33-36 chaturtha sloka of Bhagavatam. It is my first experience of reading Sanskrit words, then the sloka with ridum individually and in a group.

This time we are celebrating Gurujis Vyasa Pujah on the 4th Jan. 2022 in the Radha Krsna Mandir, ISKCON Temple at Imphal. From Thoubal some Prabhus and Mataji's are planning to join the celebration.

Guruji Maharaja what is the best time and place of Chanting? In my opinion, after mangal arati, in the morning is the most suitable. We can see in every temple or religious place, and some are chanting on the way, or seeing, listening to something. How far is it suitable? Guruji mentioned frequently in previous letters that “a nice chanting” what does it really mean? Please explain.

Your fallen servant,

Yamunesvara Das

Reporte de prédica

3 years, 3 months ago by jagat pavitram in Personal Sadhana Reports

Hare Krishna Guru Maharaj

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCorDBQ1QRx7uAIMRtCXERsQ/videos

Hare Krishna,
