HpS - Probably like yours!! Of course, our donkey is old and dissolving. best estimate is collapse in about two years.

Occasionally when I introspect, I am amazed, how little spiritual progress I am making.

Time is always running away from me faster and faster.

Its been almost A year, since we last reported.

HpS - Externally, but how much internally? How have you changed at heart?

During the past 9 months, Gaura Gadadhara has been engaged in a little, but frequent service for “ My Father in Law”. The precious opportunity to do her little seva for Nitai Gaura Padakamala at Srila Prabhupada’s Bhajan Kutir , gives her immense joy.

HpS - Maybe she has been doing it before in another world?

Along with being The Head Pujari , training her assistant “ A wanna be 😂

Gaura has also been putting in serious efforts to improve her English, she attends school two times a week, does her homework diligently. I suspect, in due course she would be fit enough to teach me.

HpS - English? You are already speaking "British English" are you not, Sir?

I see that Gaura considers herself fortunate to be able to mentor and council some of her god siblings.

During the time gone by , by the mercy of Guru Maharaj, we had the good fortune to be in Ekachakra Dham (A first for me ) and ,two weeks ago, we returned from a month of Ecstatic pilgrimage of Sri Vrindavan and Sri Giri Govardhan Dhams.

Dear Maharaj, as for myself, Last week, I have somehow managed to scrape through Bhakti Vaibhava 1, and will now attempt to memorize slokas (30 in total) for Level 2 which commences on 10^th July till May 2024.

By your mercy, Our health is good, and we somehow manage to (Gaura everyday and I often) make it to Mangala Arotik .

Dear Maharaj, we are now eagerly awaiting your Darshan in the forthcoming months.

We beg your mercy to be able to be in your personal association immediately after we finish the Vraja Mandala Parikrama on 9^th of November.

Querido Gurudev, seguimos tratando de seguir sus instrucciones paso a paso, el camino de vuelta a Krishna es un arte y estamos aprendiendo a ser seguidores con buena asociación viviendo una vida simple tratando de servir el movimiento de Sankirtan.

Consientes de su próxima visita a México nosotros pensamos que Krishna es el tiempo es eterno y estamos ansiosos y felices de su visita, muchas situaciones pasaron y seguimos vivos.

Para nosotros sería una gran misericordia si visita Monterrey. Tenemos la capacidad de recibir devotos de todo el mundo, el hostal (Hotel Hare Krishna) tiene capacidad para 40 devotos hospedados, en la misma propiedad tenemos una sala de prédica y restaurante en el centro de Monterrey.

Prabhu Adhoksaya mantiene la adoración de la deidad Sri Krishna Balaram y la prédica cada domingo. El restaurante tiene un equipo de devotos el devotos que preparan el prasadam, el devoto que dirige la cocina es prabhu Kardama Muni. Yo estoy desarrollando la huerta y el goshala así como proyectos en relación de la finca y desarrollando nuevos proyectos.

La finca está ubicada a 60km de la cuidad de Monterrey cuenta con instalaciones completas para su estadía & devotos también servicios como internet satelital, luz, agua potable, cocina etc...

Nuestro Sankirtan, educación de nuestros hijos y una buena relación con mi esposa Ananda es mi prioridad así como servir a los vaisnavas, mantenemos buena sanga con los devotos y tenemos contacto en 3 universidades de Monterrey así como también con comunidades adventistas que son vecinos de nuestra finca Hare Krishna.

Dear Gurudev, we keep trying to follow his instructions step by step, the way back to Krishna is an art and we are learning to be followers with good association living a simple life trying to serve the Sankirtan movement.

Aware of his next visit to Mexico, we think that Krishna is time is eternal and we are anxious and happy for his visit, many situations have passed and we are still alive.

For us it would be a great mercy if you visit Monterrey. We have the capacity to receive devotees from all over the world, the hostel (Hare Krishna Hotel) has capacity for 40 lodged devotees, in the same property we have a preaching room and restaurant in the center of Monterrey.

Prabhu Adhoksaya holds deity Sri Krishna Balaram worship and preaching every Sunday. The restaurant has a team of devotees the devotees who prepare the prasadam, the devotee who runs the kitchen is prabhu Kardama Muni. I am developing the garden and the goshala as well as projects related to the farm and developing new projects.

Gurumaharaja respecto a la pregunta de recibir visitantes de Latinoamérica en México.

México es uno de los países que no ha cerrado sus fronteras durante la pandemia y tiene escasas restricciones a diferencia de otros países, sin embargo el cuidado por los contagios ha recaído en la responsabilidad de los habitantes, en este caso nos esforzaremos con todos los cuidados y protocolos que sean necesarios para que nuestros hermanos espirituales no tengan ansiedad por ese motivo, aunque la situación es cambiante en este tema hay más calma en este momento, por lo que cualquier visitante del Norte, Centro o Sur no tendrá mayores inconvenientes en llegar a México.

Gurumaharaja sabemos que falta varios meses para su visita, sin embargo nos serviría mucho para la organización un par de datos de ser posible por favor.

1) El tiempo aproximado de estadía.

2) El lugar útil de estadía para su Sankirtana. 

Con respecto al segundo punto, es de conocimiento de sus discípulos de México que prabhu Gadhadara Gosai y familia tienen abierta la invitación para Usted y discipulos desde que adquirió la finca. 

Está sería una opción inmediata de hospedaje atendiendo la pregunta de los visitantes, también considera los cuidados de salud, ventilación, naturaleza y está relativamente cerca de Houston.

We are glad that you are better from the allergy. You always teach us to serve Srila Prabhupada and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's mission in the midst of any difficulty, according to BG 8.14 Sri krishna is su-labhah for his devotees who remember him and constantly dedicate themselves to his service, he is infinitely purifying meditation on Vaisnavas like our Founder Acarya A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada and his faithful disciples like you. Thank you very much for teaching him.

HpS - AgtSP!!!! We are just a simple instrument beaten into some shape after years of sacrifice by Srila Prabhupada. We are trying to be more submissive and sincere!

Gurumaharaja regarding the question of receiving visitors from Latin America in Mexico.

Mexico is one of the countries that has not closed its borders during the pandemic and has few restrictions unlike other countries, however care for contagion has fallen on the responsibility of the inhabitants, in this case we will make an effort with all care and protocols that are necessary so that our spiritual brothers do not have anxiety for that reason, although the situation is changing in this matter there is more calm at this time, so any visitor from the North, Center or South will not have major inconveniences in reaching Mexico.

Gurumaharaja we know that his visit is several months away, however, a couple of pieces of information would be very useful for the organization, if possible, please.

1) Approximate length of stay.

HpS - ASA ---- I think we answered this before, no? Maybe like three weeks???

2) The useful place of stay for your Sankirtana.

HpS - Accessible but most likely out of the Urban congestion.

Regarding the second point, it is known to your disciples in Mexico that prabhu Gadhadara Gosai and family have opened an invitation to you and his disciples since you acquired the farm.

This would be an immediate lodging option in response to the question of visitors, it also considers health care, ventilation, nature and is relatively close to Houston.

HpS - Sounds good. The distance from the airport etc. is important, no?

Prabhu Gadhadara Gosai shared with us that he will write to you.

We will be starting our meetings to work cooperatively for more proposals if necessary.

This is just the beginning.

The situation in the temple is fine, always moving forward with the daily challenges that arise.

I hope this letter receives you well.

It was an enlivening happening to talk to you recently on the Whatsapp. I'm not sure how to move on from there. Is it alright if i send you a voice message occasionally if i am dealing with bhakti related personal questions that i would like to put forward to you?

HpS - ASA -- Daily basis now we see our body dwindling. Eg. our eyes can only handle so much computer time now. Only possible way for us to handle correspondence is if devotees, people, write here first with their preoccupations in a general sense and then we can give a general answer that will answer six more people with the same general question. If there are need for more confidential details, then, yes, we can try to do that.

Of course, there is Paramatma, Srila Prabhpada's books, local devotees, and then we decide if it is a good idea to start the battle of Kuruksetra.

Naturally i would deal with this privilege thoughtfully.

Besides this i wanted to give you some feedback on some of the developments of our congregation. Saturday may 7th was the day we organized our first Amsterdam Kirtan Mela, which was very well received. We had about 250-300 people in the peak.

Hrdaya Caitanya Prabhu was there, and several kirtan singers from Radhadesh, London, Paris and Goloka Dham. His Holiness Sachinandana Swami was so pleased with our effort that he pledged to be there next year and host a Holy Name Retreat as a part of it. We had about 70 volunteers and all expenses were donated, 95% crowdfunded in advance. Overwhelming!

ASA - Gauranga! Gauranga!!

The caretaker of the protestant church we've rented was very much impressed with our ISKCON and congregation. We've become personal with him and were able to help him philosophically in his understanding of Godhood.

We are furthering our bond with him, and as chairman on the board of the Amsterdam Protestant Church he offered his help to see if procuring a building from them is an option. The board of ISKCON Amsterdam is looking for purchasing a building.

We also were in contact with His Holiness Kadamba Kanana Swami for his presence both this year and the next, but things move a little more difficult with him, so our team is working on that.

HpS - We just saw a notice from him that he is moving into terminal cancer stages and is doing programs to consolidate things before he leaves.

His amount of disciples in The Netherlands has expanded with a handful devotees the last two years but still his presence in the country is rare.

Another big program with Kadamba Kanana Maharaja was the annual national celebration of the Kings birthday, which Maharaja traditionally celebrates by having a large all day Harinam on the streets of Amsterdam (madness!). It was interrupted for two years, and although slightly smaller than before, it was a blast!

Parasurama Prabhu from Food for Life UK and the Nama Ruci chanting group were there. We've seen countless teenagers and grownups chant Mahamantra for the first time, very potent and enlivening!

One thing I have noticed about my intention in organizing the AKM, is that prestige; being recognized by senior devotees (kirtaneers) as a person who wants to serve and does something important, is unfortunately an Anartha in my heart.

HpS - Ha! Ha! Hare! You and 99.999% of the rest of us in ISKCON, no?

At the same time i'm eager for their blessings, but wanting to be recognized is this annoying voice in my mind that keeps on rattling.

HpS - It will probably be there until the day you die, but if you engage in devotional service you will not be bothered by it.

I was confused about FMP code. I want to ask you some information about Bhaktivedanta Research Institute (Calcutta). In order to travel to India and get some job permissions in academic field, maybe I might do some courses in this Institute because I have had searched in the internet and there are Phd Programs, but I only searching one course in order to get an invitation letter for this institute.

This letter has to include the idea that I am subscribing to a specialized course in vedic philosophy. Also this letter has multipurpose objective: visa and job notifications that allow me to get back to work after six months’ travel. You have already told us that you would stay in Calcuta (Kolkata), Manipur and Delhi on September. My husband Angirasa and I would be able to reach you there. Maybe you can help us to get this letter. The estimated time of the trip is from the end of September 2022 to April 2023.
