Hare krishna Guru Maharaj, aqui mi reporte con nuevas noticias y algunas preguntas que tengo desde Rio de Janeiro - Brasil.
En primer lugar me alegra que nuevamente ud. esté conectado en la mañana por "go to meeting".. me alegró bastante participar de este programa tan bonito en asociación con los devotos.
Mi sadhana es el siguiente; 2.45 am, 16 rondas ( estoy mejorando mi canto dia a dia) 4 principios, lectura del bagavatam todos los dias, 3 gayatris, puyari en el templo de Rio de Janeiro a sus Señorias Jaganath Balaram y Subadra y Gaura Nitay en cocina, bañar a las deidades, cambiar, aprendí a hacer turbantes con madre karuna mayi, acostar.
Tambien algunos dias hago guirnaldas y estoy aprendiendo a cuidar de tulasis con M. Karuna mayi y Yasoda, tulasis estan muy hermosas, esta semana le aumentamos tierra y baño de hojas con agua de clavo de olor para auyentar a las arañas y otros insectos.
En mis ratos libres me voy a nadar a la playa, el mar es tibio , aveces voy temprano cuando no tengo servicio y camino por la arena cantando rondas con matayis, algunos dias me pongo a correr por la arena... tambien un poco de hatha yoga.
Estamos extrañando la asociacion de m. Karuna mayi y p. Anandamaya, esperamos que vuelvan pronto, cuando llegué aqui encajé muy bien con los devotos, me gusta el templo y la asociación que hay aquí, pero el idioma no me gusta 🤭😬, pero estoy apendiendo de apoco para poder tener buena comunicación en servicio con los devotos de Rio de janeiro.
Es increible pero estoy viviendo en asram de madres ya casi 1 año...(6 meses en iskcon san borja y 3 meses en templo de Rio) no sé como puedo aguantar tanto porque en verdad no me considero brahmacarini, pero a la vez me gusta la vida de templo y hacer austeridades, los ayunos en mi cuerpo ya no sufren como antes 🤣, ahora disfruto de los ayunos.
Pero he pensado que no quiero ser brahmacarini, nunca estuvo en mi mente esto, y necesito hacer vida de grjastra quiero que sea natural esto para pasar a la siguiente etapa... pero tambien le pido a las deidades que hagan lo mejor para mi, pero necesito establecer esto en mi vida para mantener un equilibrio en mi vida espiritual.
Por otro lado con Gadai Gauranga Das mantenemos buena comunicación como amigos, no guardo ningun rencor ni resentimiento a El, siempre esta en mis oraciones y sé que es un gran devoto, pero solo puedo verlo como un amigo o hermano espiritual y conversamos lo necesario sobre la casa y el terreno que tenemos.
Siempre hay pruebas y problemas en la convivencia con los devotos especificamente con una madre de 47 años, esto me llenó de mucha ansiedad.....no existe perfeccion en este mundo... ni menos felicidad plena y entiendo que son pruebas para purificarnos, pulir y mejorar nuestro carácter y comportamiento entre los devotos, creo que ningun devoto es malo conosco desde los 8 años de edad iskcon... y apesar que he visto cosas muy graves siempre he pensado que los.devotos no son tan malos que siempre será mejor estar en iskcon que afuera. 🙂
Creo que solo este año estaré viviendo en un templo, porque necesito rehacer mi vida y formar un hogar, no le voy a mentir gurudeva pero conocí algunos devotos del sexo opuesto del extranjero, pero no he decidido nada todavia, le rezo todos los.dias a las deidades para que cuiden mi corazon y mi futuro sea para mejorar mi vida espiritual y avanzar mucho mas en el sendero espiritual con mucha asociación de ďevotos, quiero que todos mis deseos sean canalizados para mi avance espiritual.
Bueno me despido gurudeva, estamos tomando muy en serio lo que ud. Dijo" solo.un demonio puede intentar terminar sus rondas rapido". Estamos tratando de que nuestra yapa mejore y podamos amasar y amasar las cuentas una a una con mucha atencion y amor.

Hare krishna Guru Maharaj, here is my report with new news and some questions that I have from Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
First of all, I'm glad you're back. be connected in the morning by "go to meeting".. I was very happy to participate in this beautiful program in association with the devotees.
My sadhana is as follows; 2.45 am, 16 rounds (I am improving my singing day by day) 4 principles, reading the bagavatam every day, 3 gayatris, puyari in the temple of Rio de Janeiro to their Lordships Jaganath Balaram and Subadra and Gaura Nitay in the kitchen, bathing the deities, change, I learned to make turbans with mother karuna mayi, lay down.
Also some days I make garlands and I am learning to take care of tulasis with M. Karuna mayi and Yasoda, tulasis are very beautiful, this week we add soil and bath leaves with clove water to scare away spiders and other insects.
In my spare time I go swimming at the beach, the sea is warm, sometimes I go early when I don't have service and I walk along the sand singing rondas with matayis, some days I start running through the sand... also a bit of hatha yoga.
We are missing the association of m. Karuna mayi and p. Anandamaya, we hope they come back soon, when I got here I fit in very well with the devotees, I like the temple and the association here, but I don't like the language 🤭😬, but I'm learning little to be able to have good communication in service with the devotees of Rio de Janeiro.
It's incredible but I've been living in the mother's asram for almost 1 year now...(6 months in iskcon san borja and 3 months in the Rio temple) I don't know how I can endure so much because I really don't consider myself a brahmacarini, but at the same time I I like temple life and do austerities, the fasts in my body no longer suffer like before 🤣, now I enjoy the fasts.
But I have thought that I do not want to be a brahmacarini, this was never in my mind, and I need to lead the life of a grjastra I want this to be natural to move on to the next stage... but I also ask the deities to do the best for me, but I need to establish this in my life to maintain a balance in my spiritual life.
On the other hand, we maintain good communication with Gadai Gauranga Das as friends, I do not hold any grudges or resentment towards him, he is always in my prayers and I know he is a great devotee, but I can only see him as a friend or spiritual brother and we talk as necessary about the house and land we have.
There are always tests and problems in living with the devotees, specifically with a 47-year-old mother, this filled me with great anxiety.....there is no perfection in this world...nor less than full happiness and I understand that they are tests to purify ourselves , polish and improve our character and behavior among the devotees, I think that no devotee is bad I have known since I was 8 years old iskcon... and even though I have seen very serious things I have always thought that the devotees are not so bad that they always it will be better to be at iskcon than outside. 🙂

I think that only this year I will be living in a temple, because I need to rebuild my life and make a home, I am not going to lie to you gurudeva but I met some devotees of the opposite sex from abroad, but I have not decided anything yet, I pray to him every day. to the deities to take care of my heart and my future is to improve my spiritual life and advance much more in the spiritual path with a lot of association of ďevotos, I want all my desires to be channeled for my spiritual advancement.

The part describing the entrance of Krishna into the forest of Vrindavan followed with cow, elephant and mantis dancing and traditional Andes people cultivating land while the maha mantra is playing, was the closest to Vrindavan I ever be.
You will live forever in that movie!!
It was a huge blessing being able to visit you and devotees in Peru, Spain and Mexico. A big inspiration and a motivation to push forward our Sri Govardhan Project. We feel Srila Prabhupada is giving great benedictions.
HpS - It was the same for them to have association of you and your family. We see that ISKCON, we, are actually advancing in our establishing VAD.

Mostly to improve his English and to decide which path he wants to take in life. He is a great guy. Benji is attracted to theater, acting and lately to soccer. He is 14 ys old, still 4 years to finish high school.
Regarding our spiritual life we are struggling, hankering for Nista!! We go through mountains and valleys, and sometimes swamps as well. But 4p and 16r are there.
No other choice but keep trying!!
Last three years were expansion, next three years will be consolidating what we created.

HpS - Such nice news for all of us. Of course, any of us can leave at any moment. Putin may go nuclear and then whole world will change. Ready for that? (Smile). HpS - Super. It is 8.52PM. We had FMP. Did about an hour of preparation for the Hawaii class. Then 1-hour presentation. Jaya Hari Das is staying with us for about two weeks. Is so nice. Lot of personal conversations.

Hace un tiempo atrás más de un año Ud. tuvo conocimiento y también le comenté mi servicio en el CPO aquí en el Perú le llaman CPT PERU. Siempre velando contra el abuso y negligencia con los niños de este Yatra. Para mi es una experiencia muy enriquecedora pero también llena de retos y muchas incomprensiones quizá algunas veces por tener que instruir constantemente a devotos que no tienen el mínimo de conocimiento legal y por otro por defender la verdad a toda costa, recuerdo que Ud. me dijo que apoye a los devotos y devotas y colabore con el conocimiento legal y es lo que vengo haciendo hasta ahora. Pero le juro que a veces me dan ganas de saltar del barco, pero recuerdo que Ud. me dijo que no lo haga. Lo que incomoda en esta labor es que se viene confundiendo problemas políticos de la administración con venganzas personales a través de algunas denuncias al CPT PERU que en realidad son inconsistentes y que se disipan como si fuese el humo después de analizarlas concienzudamente. Nunca pensé esta actitud de algunos devotos y que solo veía en el mundo karmatico abogadil y donde trabajo, situaciones de venganzas, ataques, denuncias y golpes bajos. Realmente Gurudeva estoy asombrados de esto. Los casos son reservados, pero puedo decir que a veces las denuncias que revisamos no tiene el mas mínimo sustento aparecen en una coyuntura de guerra. Es la razón por la que me atrevo a escribirle preguntando entre otras cosas ¿Frente a seudodenuncias debo hacer prevalecer la Verdad? ¿Que hacer frente al riesgo de actuar con autonomía y luego ser visto como parte de la administración? Sé que este servicio es conflictivo lo puedo hacer, pero existe incomprensión tanto de denunciantes como de denunciados es tan similar a la justicia ordinaria del hombre, ¿Que más debo hacer? CPT Perú no tiene poder coercitivo y quienes tienen que hacer cumplir las resoluciones son los Presidentes de Templo y a veces no lo hacen generando inefectividad en el proceso, que quita prestigio a ISKCON en el mundo. Esta carta la estoy haciendo publica porque considero que muchos devotos deben ser orientados e instruidos en menesteres que no conocen, pero como le dije mi Gurudeva ya uno viene cansándose de ver estas situaciones incorrectas e injustas y me refiero a mala conducta de devotos y devotas tanto en las denuncias como en el trato como padres de familia en general. Recuerdo que Ud. Me dijo permanece un año o dos y luego evalúa. En efecto esta situación quiere afectar mi vida espiritual pues es como recoger los desperdicios que dejan los bakty yoguis. Quizá estoy escribiendo muy duramente, pero es una realidad detrás de la cortina y de un escenario que muchos desconocen. Pido su perdón por mis ofensas y por escribir de este modo pero me agradaría su respuesta.

Some time ago, more than a year ago, you found out and I also told you about my service in the CPO here in Peru, they call it CPT PERU.
Always watching out against abuse and neglect with the children of this Yatra. For me it is a very enriching experience but also full of challenges and many misunderstandings, perhaps sometimes due to having to constantly instruct devotees who do not have the minimum of legal knowledge and on the other hand, for defending the truth at all costs, I remember that you told me that I support the devotees and collaborate with legal knowledge and that is what I have been doing up to now. But I swear to you, sometimes I feel like jumping off the boat, but I remember you told me not to. What makes this work uncomfortable is that political problems of the administration are being confused with personal vendettas through some complaints to the CPT PERU that are actually inconsistent and that dissipate like smoke after thorough analysis.
I never thought of this attitude of some devotees and that I only saw in the karmatic world of lawyers and where I work, situations of revenge, attacks, complaints and low blows.
Really Gurudeva I am amazed at this. The cases are reserved, but I can say that sometimes the complaints that we review do not have the slightest support appear in a situation of war. It is the reason why I dare to write to you asking, among other things, in the face of pseudo-denunciations, should I make the Truth prevail?
What to do against the risk of acting autonomously and then being seen as part of the administration?
I know that this service is conflictive, I can do it, but there is a lack of understanding of both the complainants and the accused, it is so similar to ordinary human justice, what else should I do?
CPT Peru does not have coercive power and those who have to enforce the resolutions are the Presidents of the Temple and sometimes they do not do so, generating ineffectiveness in the process, which detracts from ISKCON's prestige in the world.
I am making this letter public because I believe that many devotees should be oriented and instructed in tasks they do not know, but as my Gurudeva told you, one is already getting tired of seeing these incorrect and unfair situations and I am referring to the misconduct of both male and female devotees.

HpS - AgtSP! Paoho. Thank you for your efforts to execute professional devotional service. Srila Prabhupada calls this "vrtti". He says that it is introduced in Chapter Three in BG.
Like you say, by acting according to our VAD nature in the service of Krsna, we can advance very nicely. This is what Krsna is recommending to Arjuna: Do your Ksatriya dharma for me. Of course, is telling him to do it also with deep love, not just dovetailing, but if we can only do it as Karma in Bhakti Yoga, not Prema in Bhakti yoga that is also great.
Karma-misra bhakti yoga will lead us to Jnana-misra-bhakti yoga. That will lead us to Dhyana-misra-bhakti-yoga. Then to pure Bhakti yoga.

In response to your previous letter regarding if I have a dance title from 10+ years of training, I have almost completed Masters in Odissi dance from Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya University, Delhi and 375+ students have completed first level training from the Natyasala Dance Academy that I have founded.
ASA - Perfect. Thanks for the news. Srila Prabhupada pushed B. S. Damodara Swami to finish his PhD for Sankirtan. Of course, others he didn't think it was useful.
Regarding film-making, I have a draft cover letter I’m working on for MFA applications. I will request recommendation letters from your esteemed self, Indian Ambassador of Mexico, Gauranga Pr director of GEV, Purushottam Lila Prabhu, director of Mandi IIT etc.
I met with Yogi in Houston. He did a similar degree and has a lot of Hollywood acting experience. He gave us great advise: need to make a demo reel of 30sec-1min compiling best scenes from all the films I’ve directed and directly email to current directors and producers of Hollywood to slide in.
So while I’m in India, I’m trying to direct a few films with goddess stories and poetic English narrative and beautiful backgrounds and costumes, professional equipment etc. Timeline for this is this is next 3 months.
In the mean time I’m working on applying for adjunct faculty or visiting faculty position with the top dance universities in USA (teach in-person or through my online course ). The letter is drafted and mailing list has been created, just waiting on Mandi IIT to give me a letter of visiting faculty position (this month) to make a stronger case.
Also preparing a dance performance demo reel for this. We have been working hard for past 3 years to develop our own online pedagogy, cirriculum and books for university preaching.
In 2021 we grew 30k followers on our dance academy’s Instagram channel in only 3 months of daily posting 1 min reels or teaching or performing.
Students across the world sign up for the course seeing these ads.
Last year I stopped posting.
I have finally resumed and are collaborating with bigger channels to try to reach 100k followers on Insta this year.
Growing this following helps grow our audience for KC dance students. Our 1 min reels on dance corrections do really well (100k+ views).
I am currently reading the Ramayana, Sundara Kanda section, by Shubhavilas Prabhu and having amazing realizations as to why you chose this section for theme of your entire film series.
It’s so inspiring to tell the story of how the greatest icon for removal of obstacles in service to Lord Rama was inspired.
Audiences can really be uplifted with such inspiring messages. As soon as we finish the book (hoping this month) we will be prepared to begin script draft.
I’m in contact with the Manipuri group and as soon as I have script ready and approved by you, I will begin music composition and choreography with them and then shoot this short film (6month timeline).
We are in regular communication with Indian Mexico Ambassador, spoke with Consulate General of Houston and will soon meet DG ICCR Delhi. I’m hoping between my adjunct faculty position contacts from USA universities and the above diplomatic contacts we may source some funding for this production to tour US and Mexico.
Nevertheless I will fund shooting it as a short film dramatically shot in auditorium with props and maybe outdoors (maybe 30 min) as a prequel for your film series.
Currently 32 hrs of our pre-recorded online Odissi Course of 96hrs is already available and 375 students have enrolled and completed shorter versions of it.
I’m in the process of editing the next set of 10 or 15 hrs of video lectures. Another 10hours has to be shot before Aug. And 28hrs of theory content is being developed (and will be completed in Aug). Once this course is completed, it can be simultaneously taught in all the dance universities who respond to our adjunct faculty position application (maybe this fall semester or in the future) and many university students can spiritually benefit from this spiritual augmentation to their studies.
I have a theory book draft ready (not the workbook I showed to your esteemed self in Houston) that I hope to have each chapter completed (hoping this year, but if the Hanumat Preshaka dance drama does not permit, I’ll have to postpone this to next year).
Maharaj, I had begun choreography to Jay Radha Madhava on your instruction and have been practicing verses of Bhramara gita for past 2 months (50% recording is complete). If it’s possible you can show us the power-point slides dedicated to various ISKCON festivals that we can use as a basis to our productions, will be very grateful. I can then immediately begin mapping choreography to them and send to musicians to record while they work on the Hanumatpreshaka dance drama music composition and recordings (unless we plan on taking them on tour for live music). They charge a base amount so this can be done in same base budget.
These are the projects I’m currently focused on. Please advise if you feel some are missing or some need to be removed or priorities reassigned. Thank you for engaging us in such wonderful service! Each of these are long projects, I hope we can accomplish them soon so we can receive your esteemed feedback!
