AGTSP!

Hare Krishna Maharaja. Please accept my humble reverences. My name is David, I am from Argentina. I have see you here many times and you have been enthusiastic and fun every time I´ve seen you, that inspire myself to get deeper into Krishna concience. I go to themple and Know devotees about 7 years ago, but taking it serious since a year, chanting Japa rounds, following 4 principles, worshipping Tulasi, reading BG, etc. 
Maharaja, sometimes I feel lost and feeling like I do a lot of effort just to be wrong many times and losing times and entusiasm , and it takes so long to recover that energies, so I wanted to ask for Siksa with you good sir, please allow me to know the requirements for that and anything you need from me, if it is your desire of course, it will realease anxiety from my heart.
I do hope your days in Sydned be full of loving Krishna concience. Gouranga! Nityananda!

PS: I tryied to use english for you to be easier to read, even when my english is not 100% correct. But then I though that maybe the other devotees could not read so please also let me know how to do it next time...gosh sorry for so many doubts good sir, May Gouranga blessing be with you, Hari Hari!.

            ASA - AGTSP.....    Yes, we had encounter with your good self on Skype.  Almost drove us crazy!!!   We told you five times to write to the Blog here but you just kept sending more and more comments...    Oooof!     So, here we are.   This is the place to take Siksa.                Just ask questions in a general sense.  Don't have to go into secret detail in the beginning, then you can benefit and others also. We are just one person, we cannot be "secret" advisor to 150-people, what to speak of 500!     Jaya.  Very nice to meet you.  You seem to be very fortunate.   What is your first question?

Some development on PhD front

            ASA - Jaya!    AgtSP!     Thank you for traveling with us.  Your association helps so much.  PhD = Plough Department,  Ha!   Ha!     Haw...

Our guide, his guide and some other contemporaries are trying to publish A handbook of indian management.

A handbook of indian pyschology has been already been published by  http://www.ipi.org.in/events/ip-courses-2013.php this research group is Branch of Aurbindo Society.

We were thinking we need to pitch SB here. Esp difference between manas, buddi and indriya. {mind,intelligence and senses}.   In traditional pyscho only mind and body are concerned or if we see Mr Freud .. his id,ego and super ego is there.

if we can develop this then we can get par-atma. generally indian scriptures talk of ethics, morality world view. but exectp for Kapila-Sankhya none talks about it
 

and how these [mind, inte and senses] are effected by 3 modes. this would give us 9 diff personality types. Any suggestions that we move in this line a bit or not ?

                HpS =  We are set to give lecture on this Friday the 26th???  At Visva-bharati University.  Very much we want to just ask questions from the audience and then focus in on one of the many aspects to this problem.    In the NOI, which constitutes first instructions for neophyte devotees, in Text Three Prabhupada talks about this a little. He cites "maya tatam idam sarvam...".  So, this is where he focuses first.  Cites this text many times. Do you see him paraphrasing another text from BG at the same time???   What concept is the most fundamental?

Plans changed a little bit for me, I won´t get the job I was expecting.

Bhadra and I will be dressing  in Madrid temple together once a month.

How could I help Bhadra to serve Srila Prabhupada?, he actually helps me at

the moment, he is allways studing and preaching to me. He pushes me to

practice devotional service.

Looking fordward to serve here soon.

             HpS - AGTSP...  paoho...    Just try and be always looking for ways he can be engaged in preaching.

AGTSP   paoho.    We have always wondered and asked many, why Lord Siva wears a moon on His head. For this He is called Sasi-sekhara etc.   Sri Hari Das saw an authentic India movie, Siva purana, where it explains something like Candra took two daughters of Daksa as his wives, but he only liked one so he mistreated the other. Because of this Daksa cursed him but Candra took shelter of Lord Siva who them kept Candra on His head and in this way protected him.

Eventually all our questions will be answered.  We just have to go on chanting Hare Krsna, reading Prabhupada's books, and watching Hindu movies (in that order).

           Sunday was lot lighter but still packed.  Lot of guests want to say, "Hello".   Individual talks with devotees.      Yet, much better than before.          O.K.   Read letters.

Please accept my humble obeisances, all glories to Srila Prabhupada.

We are so glad seeing your reply Maharaj (for a second, I thought what is this feeling as if I got a big promotion and  is this much I'm waiting to see your reply. For not seeing your reply for couple days I thought so many things, may be my letter is missing or something, how poor the mind is think and how much anxiety I have).

And thanks for the "tip" and I'm trying to make sure my rounds will be finished ASAP before anything.

I heard your lecture on "cultivating human spirit" and I have a question (Please pardon my ignorance).

How "Karma" is in relates "quota" that you explained in the lecture. If a person is rich and still getting rich, is it because of his past Karma that, Krishna is providing him more and more and on the other hand a person is "lazy/ignorant" and not earning much and becoming poor.

In this situation "how the quota" works? Is this where we use our intelligence to draw a line to say "this is enough" or because you have the ability to earn more (due to the past karma) and use that in the service of Krishna.

Then anothe question pops-up, Do we earn enough (as per the necessity) and spend more time on Krishna service directly (more of a personal growth, reading more sastras, more rounds of chanting etc.) or earn more and help to Krishna's service (indirectly, charities, organizing things, book distributions etc) and bring more people to Krishna (less personal growth and more society growth).

I personally beleive "everyone is special in Krishna's view and given certain talent to serve "Krishna" in his own way", but knowing that talent and using it for Krishna is the main difficult part.

Am I wrong Maharaj? Am I proud? Please pardon my ignorance and correct me. I have a burning desire to serve Krishna and desparatlely looking for help.

                  ASA - !!!!!!!!!  So, so, so , soooo  nice to hear from you Prabhu!    AGTSP.   You can see from the DTC that we are in Sydney.     Your question is really the content of the whole BG, so it is not an easy question to answer in complete detail, but basic principle is that we are getting rich, poor, because of our past karma AND our present efforts.

Now...  our present efforts, how much we can change the situation are also dictated by how we used free will in the past.

Eg.  You have Karma to make $35,000 this year and that may be COMPLETELY fixed. You can't increase or avoid it, or it maybe that this is weak destiny, to that you can increase it o $50,000 by your effort or only $15,000 will come unless you make some reasonable effort.

It's simple, no?         We have free will and we create specific future and also how specifically how much we are DESTINED to have free will.

Of course, when we get connected to the Kings, Krsna, then it becomes a personal thing. At the time of initiation, Durga hands our Account Books to Radha. Our Karma continues, but now is under the supervision of Radharani and She can change it as She sees fit for our Spiritual Advancement, Krsna's service.
