Paoho....  Oink!      Oinnk!         Whoop!    Whoop!             Click!/Click!      (How does Patrak Das translate, "Oink!   Oink!   Whoop!   Whoop!" into Spanish?  What does a pig or monkey say in Spanish?    "Click/Click" is what we guess a scientist would say.)

                Here we (Monkey/Piggy et al) are still in Houston, Texas, ISKCON.  We look out from our second story, royal apartment in the new Sannyasi Palace. It is very nice facility. We have a sitting room, bedroom and private bath. There are three more rooms like this and a common library/conference room, dinning room and kitchen. It is all on Radha Lane, which has two of six planned houses done.

It is three minute walk past all devotee houses to  Radha Nila-madhava's Temple, but we always try to remember that the buildings are not the best measure of the Bhakti. The service of the Deities, the Sankirtana, the Sadhana are also very important, essential.

                  You can see from the letters that we are struggling just like you - some better, some worse than us.   We just caught up all the letters to three days ago!    We have 14-letters there to answer.   We are suffering like anything from social and political violence that we get ourselves into because of our arrogance and also because we are trying to serve Srila Prabhupada as Sannyasis.

Also, we are satisfied with the intellectual contribution that we can make in classes and counseling.   There is so much we could write:

~ Who - Hari lila Das has been so, so, attentive to Lord Nrsmhadeva's needs and our Sankirtana partner. Also prominent is Radha Krsna das B'cari, but many more here. 

~We talk with Nitai-gaurasundara Das about every three days and Dr. Samaresh each week. We are doing Web-page development for the Ministry and increasing Sastric studies. We have a letter to answer from Dinadayal Das and Braj-bihari Das in this regard, and we have to do our BhVaibhava study next.     It is 5PM.   [We have to get some confidential ecstacy daily].

~NIOS development involves work with Dr. Samaresh, M. Jambavati's book and trying to develop our relationship with Goloka Education. You can google their web page. Whatever it says there they actually do.

~~    It seems that a lot of this is being able to get these all projects on a simple calendar, priority list and then progress little by little. Hansadutta told us that he had to go full-bore on one projects and get it done. He could not keep may rods in the fire at the same time.      It is tough for us also and we have a LOT of anxiety that we are taking proper care of things.       We must chant more and surrender all these plans to Krsna.

~ ~We just woke up Lord Nrsmhadeva and the Berkeley Temple altar. We offered Them a pint of water. We cook for the Lord daily now!    Garbanza beans and split green-peas, carrots, parsely, ghee and salt.  For breakfast fruit and milk.   Some Maha-prasadam from Radharani and Nila-madhava.  In the afternoon, maybe fruit and milk. After class, some fruit.

~ ~ ~ Today we did Japa Joe! (After two hours rest last night). Mangala arati - more Japa.      [About 7-people for Mangala arati. Radharani is so beautiful.]     Had a two hour nap. We gave Temple class, listened to Hawaii class, we give it tommorrow, pretty nice work on the Japa Joe power point show for Proffessor Campbell, had a two hour nap, will present at the 'Simple Living High Thinking' weekly meeting in the Gauranga Hall. [It is for Non-Indians, Westerners.  Nice program!]   (We were not supposed to do this, one class a day, but it was scheduled without Hari-lila Swami's knowledge) then run back to our Ashrama in the Sannyasi Palace and do our Bhakti Bhaibava Partner Study Meeting wit Sri Hari Das.

~Hmm?  Letter to Braja and Dinadaya????

~ ~ ~ Now we will just write our ideas for the theme for NIOS annual event.  What do you think. Then we have to do our Bh. Vai, SB 4.9 studies and take a quick bath following our Sannyasa Guru, B. S. Damodar Swami and chant 12-more rounds to keep up with our25-32/day.

          Ha!   Ha!   Haw Ray!           When we write it all down. It is insane. Seems like six hours/day rest in three 2-hour naps. We could eat a little better and probably reduce and regulate our sleep a little more. So, you can see, we are not Uttama adhikari yet but we are in progress. We offer our respects to the so, so many more advanced devotees in ISKCON than us.  When we look out at the devotees in front of us, we can honestly look at each one and think, "Yes, in terms of his position it is quite possible that he is more advanced than we are". We don't know.

Asistimos al Sadhu sanga retreat en Austin y la asosiacion con los devotos y maharajas fue increible. De verdad que la misericordia de krishna es incondicional. Tambien tuve oportunidad de ver a sus señorias Jagannatha baladeva subhadra en el ratha yatra de Guadalajara. Fue de gran inspiracion esto para mi, siento ....ahora que conozco a krishna ¿Como puedo ignorarle, no verle, no adorarle, no servirle?¿como no estar en asociacion con los devotos? solo anhelo nos de mas servicio.

             HpS - ASA - AGTSP......   So nice to hear about the life of Reilly!  We have decided that HpS has Apple Blossom feet, by the mercy of Srila Prabhupada, although he deserves the feet of a digusting pig.

I'm still here in Mayapur Maharaja, It's very beautiful and now the rainy season is coming in. We've been working to take care of some Puppies, Calf + Mother cow that my mother adopted from villages + streets. I've been learning some Bangla myself to help communicate with Dham Residents here (learning a new language is so interesting..) I feel I've well overstayed my visit to the sacred Dham, but I can't argue against the will of my parents, :)

I've been trying to get those 16-4 up and going consistently. I think again & again about your instructions every day Maharaja, and recently I've been thinking very heavily about things in K-con… And after a long time of thought; I'm absolutely sure I would very kindly like to lay down a request to your lotus feet [ASA - pies de manzana]. In the beginning when I first came to ISKCON 3 years ago you were the most authentic spiritual master I had ever met in my lifetime, and I feel that after these years of thinking about who I would perhaps take Diksa from one day in ISKCON, what Maharaja & Spiritual Master, all I can remember is your Instructions & voice. You know most about me & my abominable mistakes [ASA - Ravana and Hiranyakasipu were worse!] and I sadly don't know whats really good for myself or others. I've been so offensive towards you many times in speech + mind [Goodness, we didn't notice that!] -- I'm honestly nothing but a Tamasic, condemned, unskilled Sudra [We think it would have to be a "Tamasic, condemned, unskilled Brahmana", with real potential, and really you are not all that Tamasic, condemned or even unskilled. It just seems, conditioned, by your situation, Karma, but can make progress if you understand the crazy birth you have taken, no?], with a selfish deranged mind that always wants to criticize all people + K-CON. I have nothing to really offer to you or SP in my lifetime. SP changed my life.. It's something still so difficult for me to accept, everyday I think that anybody else would do so much more with it than the most undeserving me/I ever will in my lifetime for krsna. Yet I find it so painful losing your association.

           HpS - ASA - Losing "our association"???  This is not associating, chating???

Maharaja, I would very humbly like to request that I may take Harinama-Diksa from your lotus-feet? [Apple blossom our feet.  We only offer Diksa to those who at least also take shelter of the lotus feet or the Founder Acharya of ISKCON]. I would like to follow a sacrifice of doing my full 16-4 everyday for another full year to please you.. I can't forget your instructions for even a single day & would like to accept you as my beloved Gurudeva.

           HpS - ASA = Honestly. We have been abusing Srila Prabhupada's mercy probably more than you have been abusing any we have offered for like 40-years, but he has not given up on us or so many other devotees.    Maybe 99.997% of any good you see in us is his effort.

  Yes, we have done something, are doing something!   We will do more. We get strength from your sincerity.

     So, inch-by-inch, its always a cinch.     We won't watch any Sherlock Holmes videos and you'll follow the four principles and chant 16 rounds/day until the 4th of July.   O.K?    Deal?!!!!              Gonna be tough in those moments of exhaustion... but we will think of our promise to each other.   Maybe some of our readers will also take "Independence Day Vows", 4th of July Day Vows and send them here also!!!

                HpS - ASA - AG AG To SP....  Thank you.   We just had time to get emergency repairs while we were in Tennessee for one week.  But six times better than last year. We are like 90% recovered after two weeks whereas it took three months last year.

...there are many things to write to you all, but we write only a few.
i. We bought "True Psychology, by Swami Abhedananda, Pub. by Ramakrishna Vedanta Math, 1965." It gives a very nice summary of contemporary pyschology. This time when you will come we will give it to you.

ii. in node 3054, ur grace wrote we are getting ideas all the time. from where does these ideas come from? we r asking them because we can many ideas and dreams, they are mostly anti bhakti.

            HpS - This is a question?   Your grammar is not quite clear. "we can many ideas". Do you mean, "to us come many ideas"?          They are coming from Maya.  "mattah smrter jnanam apo..". We want to forget Krsna so that we can think of ourselves as the Big Doer, so Krsna supplys these anti-bhakti ideas.  Maybe we want to become devotees, but a lot of our desire is that we will be the Greatest Devotee and get all the fame of Radharani.  In Vrndavana they will chant our name, "Jaya, Dasa!".

iii. we met anant rupa prabhu in delhi this May. there is some change in plan for phd.

iv. maharaj, gradually we are realizing it is our mind which creates most of the problem.
as we remember u said "if person in wrong sociological environment-- he will have pyscho problems." we are struggling with anger/violence a lot though frequency has decreased. but still not zero... we have gone to 4 counsellor/pysch in 7 years one of the basic problem which is highlighted "we dont mix along with people easily" and"we dont have friends". i dont understand, in such condition should we ever think of getting initiateted.

            HpS - Certainly. Vibhisan and Prahlad were Raksasas, man-eaters, by birth, Karma...  but they became great devotees. This is your problem. Somebody else mixes with people VERY easily. He is a natural leader, inspires people, but he is so lusty that he is not even satisfiec with hetersex and has homosexual catastrophys about every five years also!       We all have our Karma. It is good that you are identifying it and then you can purify it to serve Krsna.  Go ahead.  All your problems can become big assets. You can become a famous Sannyasis who is feared for his anger by the Mayavadis... Ha!    Ha!    Ha!.........    (After 25-years)...

v. Nandsuta pr from Thoubal will be needing help to contact Juhu, ISK to register Thoubal as a centre.

            HpS - Wow, your grammar is like a zebra trying to hide on a green golf course. I think one of your Karma's is that you are influenced by ignorance, sleep, so you have to focus on doing at one thing right. Can you chant four rounds with full attention and concentration?   Whatever it takes.     Of course this is like lifting heavy weights, hard, hard work, but can you do that?        No, two rounds???     What?          Thank you so much for your association.     Honestly, I am very impressed with your determination...

Soy su aspirante a sirviente bhakta  Erick  del yatra  de México df  le escribí hace como un mes para pedirle refugio bajo sus pies de loto, como le platique en esa ocasión estoy tratando de servir en el templo de sus señorías Sri Sri Radha  Madana Gopala , en  ASA  kids y en el hogar.  Sigo 4 principios estrictos  y esforzándome por cantar 16 buenas rondas, regular mente lo consigo, en aquella ocasión usted me sugirió  que mejor le mandara una foto para que me ubicara mejor por eso pongo la foto

               HpS - Jaya!    TlgaSP....   Claro es bueno seguir todo como Brahmacari para un ano, hast primero iniciacion. Entonces un ano o dos anos mas hasta segunda iniciacion y entonces es claro su ashrama, su varna eg. soy un sudra brahmana, brahmana, brahmana, es bueno para mi pasar directamente a vanaprastha, casado con buen devota quien tambien no quiere hijos.

Eso es el ideal, pero si fallamos, por Kali-yuga, entonces realizamos lo que podemos y tomamos refugio de los Santos Nombres y la associacion de seis bueno devotos entender que es Dharma para nosotros y como adelantar en el sendero de purificacion como podemos relacionar con Krsna y los devotos en Goloka otra vez!
